The purpose of this finding is to determine the impact of entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of small businesses (on corn on the cob in Takalar Regency). This research is quantitative. Simple regression analysis was used to evaluate hypotheses, while data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to business people. entrepreneurship is an important factor in improving the performance of small businesses.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Behavior, Business Performance

This research was conducted to answer the problem of "how to develop the career of state vocational school teachers in Makassar City". Thus, this study aims to determine the career development of teachers in the State Vocational School in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive study that provides an overview of Career Development of Vocational School Teachers in Makassar City, with a total sample of 73 people. Data collection techniques used are, observation and questionnaire. Data analysis used is; descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that the career development of the teachers of State Vocational Schools in Makassar City was still in the less category. While supporting factors, namely; 1) teacher's pedagogic competence, 2) the implementation of duties and responsibilities by the teacher professionally, 3) the teacher focuses on carrying out duties in carrying out the duties and responsibilities, 4) the existence of Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP), and 5) availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure . While the inhibiting factors of teacher career development are; 1) MGMP is not routinely carried out 2) MGMP funds are not prepared by the government, 3) unclear workload between functional tasks and administrative duties, 4) absence of regulations, especially legal issues that can protect teachers, 5) promotion does not automatically, 6) school management that is not good, 7) the absence of reward commensurate with teacher performance, and 8) inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Penelitian ini menganlisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa, sehinga tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, dengan locus penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa. Untuk mengungkap tujuan penelitian tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 33 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhada produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Gowa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja

The goal of this study was to ascertain how the education level, business possibilities, and entrepreneurial skills of MSMEs in the food service industry in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, impacted their revenue. This study falls under the quantitative descriptive research category. Through observation, surveys, and recording, data was gathered. 48 respondents made up the 48 samples in this study, which was followed by multiple regression analysis. (1) According to the findings of partial testing, business opportunity, degree of education, and entrepreneurial aptitude all had a favorable and substantial impact on the revenue of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency (2) The revenue of MSMEs in the food service industry in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial potential, business prospects, and educational attainment. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana niat beli konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar dipengaruhi oleh pemasaran digital, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk dan informasi produk. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dokumen, kuesioner dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 partisipan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian (1), digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan pembelian konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. (2) Di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar, niat beli konsumen kelas menengah dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepercayaan konsumen. (3) Di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar, kualitas setiap produk berpengaruh positif dan cukup besar terhadap niat beli konsumen kelas menengah. (4) Konsumen kelas menengah di Kecamatan Rappocini Makassar tidak dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh informasi produk. This study is entitled The Effect of Using Shopee Paylater on Impulsive Purchases for Students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the shopee paylater on the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, totaling 4000 students, while the sample in this study was 115 students. Data analysis used is the assumption test, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Judging from the results of calculations through SPSS, the coefficient of determination using Shopee Pay has a significant effect on impulsive purchases of 43.8%. While the remaining 56.6% is the influence of other factors not examined in this study. The results obtained are ???? ℎ???????????????????? 0.00 < ???? ???????????????????? 0.05. This shows that ???????? is rejected and ???????? is accepted. Keywords: Use of Shopee Paylater, Impulse Purchases.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja, luas lahan, modal, dan pakan terhadap nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode kuantitatif dan strategi deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, survei, dan dokumentasi. Dengan bantuan SPSS 26, uji asumsi konvensional, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f adalah teknik analisis data yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian, nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh modal, tenaga kerja, luas lahan, dan pakan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program life skills berbasis potensi lokal di Desa Lero Kecamatan Suppa Kabupaten Pinrang. Jumlah subyek (peserta pelatihan) sebanyak 121 terdiri atas 60 peserta pelatihan pembuatan ikan asin (kering) dan 61 peserta pelatihan pembuatan minyak kelapa fermentasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu workshop, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pengamatan (penilaian proses), angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data/evaluasi program digunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat menunjukkan (1) jumlah peserta yang berpartisifasi aktif dalam program pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan pembuatan ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi yang higienis dan berkualitas sebanyak 121 orang, (2) peserta pelatihan telah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi yang higienis dan berkualitas, dan (3) terbentuknya 3 (tiga) kelompok usaha kecil produksi ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi di Desa Lero Kecamatan Suppa Kabupaten Pinrang. Direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah agar pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program pelatihan life skills perlu ditingkatkan dalam rangka peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat.

This research aims to find out the development strategy in increasing the production of cultivation of chocolate squid mushrooms (pada usaha matahari jamur di Desa Parombean Kabupaten Enrekang). The research method used through qualitative descriptive research using methods of data collection through observations, interviews and documentation of an object of research which will then be analyzed using SWOT analysis. Through interviews with stakeholders in the Sun Fungi enterprise in Parombean Village Enrekang district, the conclusion drawn based on the current conditions, the sun fungi business in Parobean village Enrekange district is in the first quarter, showing that the company is experiencing a very favourable situation. The strategy that can be applied to the Sun mushroom enterprise in Parombean Village Enrekang district in terms of Quadrant I is aggressive strategy.
