Abstract

Perusahaan yang baik adalah perusahaan yang dimana memiliki sikap puas dalam bekerja dan komitmen yang tinggi. Apalagi Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen yang mampu mendorong jumlah penurunan Turnover Intention perusahaan. dimana hal tersebut mampu menaikan produktifitas dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan CV Pandawa Copy Digital Printing Depok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 47 karyawan disana. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS 26. Metode pengujian data yang dipakai adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Relliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach, Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis Regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dalam Uji parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Sedangkan dalam Uji Simultan kedua Variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan tugas pemerintah dan pembangunan nasional sangat tergantung pada kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). PNS memiliki tugas memberikan pelayanan kepada publik secara professional untuk memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang cukup penting adalah Direktorat Jenderal Pembangunan dan Pengembangan Kawasan Transmigrasi pada Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi. Dalam rangka pencapaian target kinerja dalam instansi, maka diperlukan pegawai yang kompeten, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mеngеtаhui pеngаruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja , lingkungаn kеrjа terhadap kinerja pegawai DITJEN PPKTRANS KEMENDESA PDTT. Jеnis pеnеlitiаn ini pеnеlitiаn kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS di Kemendesa PDTT bagian DITJEN PPKTRANS yang berjumlah 76 pegawai. Tеknik аnаlisis dаtа dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa kompetensi, disiplin kеrjа, dan lingkungan kerja sеcаrа simultаn berpengaruh positif tеrhаdаp kinеrjа pegawai. Sеcаrа pаrsiаl vаriаbеl kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

One of the health services in the hospital is a pharmacy installation, while the definition of a pharmacy installation is a functional implementing unit that organizes all pharmaceutical service activities in the hospital. Pharmaceutical Services is a direct and responsible service to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the patient's quality of life. The service standard is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health no. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals which aims to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, guarantee legal certainty for pharmaceutical personnel, and protect patients and the public from irrational drug use in the framework of patient safety. The regulation of service standards is contained in Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016. covers management standards for pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials as well as clinical pharmacy services. With the implementation of Permenkes No. 72 of 2016 is expected to be able to improve service quality. Factors that play a role in improving service quality include the management of pharmaceutical preparations and the role of pharmaceutical staff. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study were pharmaceutical supply managers and patients who came to Class D hospitals in Bantar Gebang, Jatisampurna and Pondok Gede. The results showed that there was an effect of the implementation of Permenkes 72 of 2016 on the quality of pharmaceutical services in Class D Hospitals in Bekasi City, with the involvement of pharmaceutical staff in the management of pharmaceutical preparations from the process of selecting, planning needs, procurement, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, and administration. There is an influence of the management of pharmaceutical preparations on the quality of pharmaceutical services in Class D Hospitals in Bekasi City, as seen from the dimensions of trust and empathy that meet expectations in Class D Hospitals Jatisampurna.

Abstract

Pharmacies are health service facilities as a place to distribute pharmaceutical supplies which are required to be able to survive in changing business conditions, especially new pharmacies. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of market penetration of non-prescription medicinal products at PT Pharmacy. Dr. X Summarecon Bekasi in returning investments within the time period specified in the Feasibility Study. This research method is quantitative-descriptive and observation from 4 perspectives of the balanced scorecard method. The data collection tool used is an instrument in the form of a Google form. The results of this research can be concluded that the Pharmacy PT. X Summarecon Bekasi as a new pharmacy in the market penetration of non -prescription drug products observed using the Balanced Scorecard method shows the results of "good" and able to restore investment in the time set in the feasibility study, which is within 4 years and 8 months.

Abstract

The Problems identified in this research are How is the partial and direct influence of competence on leadership, How is the partial and direct influence of motivation on leadership? Then, how does the partial and direct effect of competence on employee performance, How does the partial and direct effect of motivation on employee performance? Then how is the influence of leadership as a moderator of the indirect relationship between competence and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Asaab Steel Indonesia? This research approach was carried out through a survey, and each problem raised to the surface was carried out through an Explanatory Analysis, namely explaining the causality relationship between echogenic and endogenous variables through direct and indirect PATH analysis models using standardized coefficient data. beta. Through 79 employees or representative respondents used as research samples obtained the findings of al: Partially and direct competence has a positive and significant effect on leadership; Partially and direct motivation has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to leadership; Partially and directly competence has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to employee performance; Partially and directly motivation has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to employee performance; Indirectly leadership is capable of being a strong and significant moderator between competency and motivation on the performance of employees of PT.Assab Steel Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable through intervening variables. The sample in this study is partly the number of PNS Litbangkes employees 304 people. There are five types of variables that will be used in this study: digital leadership style (X1), career development (X2), organizational culture (X3), performance (Y) and organizational commitment (Z). This study uses SEM analysis and AMOS application with a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires with 50 statements of research results, it can be concluded: (1) There is a significant influence between the independent variable Digital Leadership Style (X1) on the variable Employee Performance (Y) through the Intervening variable ( Z) Organizational Commitment, (2) there is a significant influence between the independent variable Career Development (X2) on the variable Employee Performance (Y) through the Intervening variable (Z) Organizational Commitment (3) there is a significant influence between the independent variable Organizational Culture (X2) on devenden variable (Y) Employee Performance through Intervening variable (Z) Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Jenis usaha yang dibangun pada masa kini baik usaha kecil menengah (UKM) ataupun besar selalu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan mulai meninggalkan model pemasaran tradisional beralih ke model pemasaran modern yaitu digital marketing. Model pemasaran ini sangat memudahkan pebisnis dari berbagai kalangan dalam memasarkan serta memperkenalkan produk atau jasanya kepada konsumen. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan edukasi manajemen pemasaran yaitu digital marketing diperuntukkan kepada UMKM di bawah binaan BumDes Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupaten Sumedang yang aktif dan beroperasi, dimana usaha tersebut telah terdaftar pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut para pelaku UMKM di bawah koordinasi BumDes Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat memiliki minat dan keinginan yang kuat untuk belajar mengenal digital marketing. Hanya saja mereka terhambat pada jaringan internet dan kemampuan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi serta tata caranya pemasaran secara online. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, UMKM, BumDes A The types of businesses that are built today, both small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large, always follow technological developments and begin to leave traditional marketing models to switch to modern marketing models, namely digital marketing. This marketing model makes it very easy for business people from various circles to market and introduce their products or services to consumers. Community service in the form of marketing management education training, namely digital marketing, is intended for MSMEs under the guidance of BumDes Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency which are active and operating, where the business has been registered with the Community and Village Empowerment Office of the Sumedang Regency Government, West Java. The service activities of MSME players under the coordination of BumDes of the Regional Government of Sumedang Regency, West Java have a strong interest and desire to learn about digital marketing. It's just that they are hampered by the internet network and the ability to keep up with the development of information technology and online marketing procedures. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, competence and mutation on work motivation and work morale and prove the hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: competence, motivation, mutation, training and work morale. The population of this study was all Civil Servants in the Directorate General of Productivity Development and Training, Ministry of Manpower in the Jakarta and Bekasi Areas, which recorded a total of 303 employees. The total sample of the population is 173 Civil Servants taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. In this study resulted that the variables of training, competence, and mutation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and morale.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, managerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. Data was collected by questionaire. Data consists of motivation, manajerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. The techniques data collection by census approach. The results showed that motivation, managerial competence, and work environment influence teacher performance through work discipline. Managerial competence can motivate which influences teacher performance through work discipline. A work environment which is too comfortable makes teacher less motivated. Motivation, managerial competence and work environment can effect teacher performance through work discipline in SMP dan SMA Budi Mulia Jakarta-Bogor.
