Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) which was mediated by job satisfaction and to prove the hypothesis regarding the relationship of research variables: leadership style, organizational culture, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behaviour. The population of this study is all employees in marketing department of PT EVI and employs 212 employees. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which was operated through the LISREL Program. This study showed that leadership style was the strongest predictor and has the biggest influence on organizational citizenship behaviour, which was mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract

The application of the BPJS scheme to the world of health in Indonesia has provided a new situation that had not previously been faced by the world of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry is undergoing a revolution in the production and sale of its pharmaceutical products. Pharmaceutical state-owned companies that previously played their own roles this time must be in the same situation as other pharmaceuticals, both private and foreign. One of the keys to survive and continue to grow for Pharmacy BUMNs is to develop its human resources. This study aims to examine the effect of intrapreneurship and work motivation on company performance through organizational commitment as an interverning variable. The research sample was employees of PT. Pharmaceutical BUMNs (Kimia Farma, Phapros, Indofarma and Biofarma) as many as 160 people. Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is run with AMOS 18 Software software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that intrapreneurship and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on company performance, both directly and through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on motivation as an intervening impact on the performance of employees in the Manufacture company in the Karawang International Industry City (K II C) (case of the case in the company PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya). The sample in this study was 185 employees. Data analysis methods use sem-pls with SmartPLS 3.0 applications. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive but not significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Dai-chi Kimia Raya. In the leadership style variable it is known to have an influence on employee motivation. Organizational culture directly affects employee performance of 0.134 or (13.4%) while leadership style variables have a significant effect directly on employee performance of 0.512 or (51.2%). In the working motivation variable on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.463 or (46.3%). This can be concluded that the leadership style has a significant influence directly greater than organizational culture on employee performance. On indirect influence, organizational cultural variables have indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation by 0.042 or (4.2%) while the leadership style variable has indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation of 0.096 or (9.6 %). It can be concluded that leadership styles have indirect influence greater than organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation. The value of R Square for the working motivation variable obtained is 0.053 or 5.3%. The value of R Square for the employee performance variable obtained is 0.618 or 61.8%. These results show that leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation together have an effect of 61.8% of employee performance.

Abstract

Perusahaan selalu menuntut karyawan memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Namun, tuntutan ini harus didukung oleh stimulus seperti Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen. PT. KTC Makassar, perusahaan kayu lapis, dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk memahami kontribusi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap produktivitas dan daya saing global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan kompensasi pada Kinerja Karyawan, dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai penghubungnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi 500 karyawan produksi dan sampel 165 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan kompensasi dengan kinerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja. Dalam kesimpulannya, peningkatan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja akan meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri kosmetik di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan selama 2021-2022, dan didominasi oleh industri kosmetik UKM. Kesadaran masyarakat akan perawatan kesehatan kulit mendorong banyak perusahaan mengeluarkan produk baru termasuk PT XY yang memproduksi pembersih wajah X. Sebagai sebuah produk baru, penjualan produk selaam 2 tahun tidak seperti yang diharapkan, karena itu penting dikaji terkait berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih dalam adakah pengaruh brand awareness, kualitas produk dan harga produk pembersih wajah X terhadap keputusan pembelian serta peneliti ingin melihat faktor manakah yang dapat berdampak pada penjualan. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif. Keterkaitan antara masing – masing variabel menggunakan analisis jalur/path analysis melalui program SPSS Ver.23. Analisis jalur diolah dengan regresi bertahap menggunakan program SPSS. Pengujian regresi tahap pertama adalah regresi linier. Jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang, 20 orang (31,3%) perempuan, dan 44 orang (68,8%) laki-laki. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pembersih wajah X; (2) Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pembersih wajah X; (3) Harga produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pembersih wajah X; (4) Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan produk pembersih wajah X; (5) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan brand awareness, kualitas produk, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Perusahaan harus terus melakukan inovasi penjualan agar dapat mencapai target penjualan. Evaluasi tidak hanya berkaitan dengan produk, namun juga semua lini baik sumber daya manusia, proses bisnis, penetapn harga, dan strategi promosi agar perusahaan agar memaksimalkan nilai penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational climate on employee collaboration, with work culture as a mediating variable at the Currency Management Department of Bank Indonesia. A quantitative approach was applied, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that the work environment and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on work culture. Furthermore, the organizational climate significantly affects employee collaboration, while the work environment does not have a direct significant impact. Work culture plays a crucial role as a mediator, strengthening the relationship between the work environment and organizational climate on employee collaboration. This study emphasizes the importance of fostering a supportive work culture to enhance collaboration within organizations.

Abstract

Nowadays, many students still in schools have succeeded with businesses that they started themselves from scratch. Some can even collect a lot of money from these activities. Many students to be a entrepreneur. A successful entrepreneur or businessperson can either be born or developed. Born is related to the children’s talents and potentials inherent in them when they were born. However, talent and potential alone are not enough to make someone a successful entrepreneur. Being developed is also another important factor in shaping the characters and the personalities by equipping the children with knowledge, skills and a supportive environment. For that reason, the Faculty of Economics and Business Team from University of Pancasila held community service activities by conducting training activities to increase entrepreneurial motivation of students of MAN 7 Jakarta. The purpose of the training activity is high school students in the forms of: self-reflections to know their personality types; awareness that building successful business ventures cannot be done overnight but requires hard work, a mature plan, and a super supporting team to achieve business goals; handling financial problems due to the importance of financial reports to make a decision and to compile business strategies to achieve sustainable businesses. The effectiveness of this traning can be evaluated by comparing the scores of the assessment before and after the community service activities. The results are: the training activities were attended by 36 students of MAN 7 Jakarta, consisting of 58% male students and 42% female students, aged between 16-18 years. Most of these students have sanguine (31%) and melancholic (31%) potential types. The activities went smoothly and were beneficial for students, and the level of students' entrepreneurial knowledge increased. There were three materials presented. The assesment of the two materials (knowing yourself and the importance of financial reports) show the increase of the scores after the training (S-B). On the other hand, the assesment of the other material (the spirit of entrepreneurial motivation) reveals no change in the scores. In addition, out of 14 statements, six were considered by the students to be better after the training (S-B). two other statements to be equally good before and after the training (B-B). Only six statements were considered by students to be equally moderate before and after the training (S-S).

Abstract

Abstrak Minat menjadi ecopreuneur merupakan hal yang harus diapresiasi, apalagi masih dalam kategori usia remaja, di mana banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dari sisi internal diri maupun dan faktor ekternal sehingga berpengaruh pada perilaku dan keputusannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Persepsi dan Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap Minat menjadi Ecopreuneur. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian terhadap 40 orang pengurus menghasilkan Persepsi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Persepsi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur, Interaksi Sosial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Interaksi Sosial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur, Motivasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur. Persepsi terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur bagi para pengurus karang taruna lebih besar berdasarkan persepsi mereka sendiri dari pada melalui dorongan motivasinya dan kemampuan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat merupakan dorongan yang lebih besar dari pada melalui motivasi bagi pengurus karang taruna untuk berminat menjadi Ecopreneur. Keywords : Persepsi, Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat, Motivasi dan Minat menjadi Ecopreuneur Abstract Interest of becoming an ecopreneur is something that must be appreciated, especially still in the adolescent age category, where there are many factors that can influence both internal and external factors that affect their behavior and decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Community Social Perception and Interaction with Motivation as an intermediate variable on the interest of becoming an Ecopreneur. The data analysis technique was descriptive quantitative using SPSS. The results of the study of 40 administrators resulted in influential and significant perceptions of motivation, influential and significant perceptions of interest becoming an ecopreneur, social interaction and significant influence on motivation, social interaction had no and significant effect on interest of being an ecopreneur, motivation had no effect and no significant effect on motivation. Interest of becoming an Ecopreneur, Perception of Interest in becoming an Ecopreneur for youth organizations is greater based on their own perceptions than through their motivational impulses and the ability to interact with the community is a greater impetus than through motivation for youth organizations to be interested in becoming an Ecopreneur. Abstract

Poltrada Clinic is one of the First Level Health Facilities in Bali that serves 634 ‘BPJS Kesehatan’ participants. The clinic under the Ministry of Transportation has the opportunity to develop its services and business reach along with the development of the number of industries in Tabanan. Therefore, its performance needs to be evaluated to formulate an optimal business strategy. The analysis method uses SWOT analysis followed by the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix and Blue Ocean Strategy approaches to obtain the right strategic priorities and business models. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 8 informants. The results of the data analysis show: The SWOT matrix produces (x, y = 0.84; 1.89) where this point is in quadrant I, which means the clinic is in a favorable situation. Based on the CPM results from 7 key factors, Poltrada Clinic has a score of 3.49 which is in the first position compared to 3 existing clinics. This means that Poltrada Clinic has a stronger competitive advantage in various key factors for the success of the health service industry. The results of the QSPM matrix processing show that the highest value lies in alternative strategy 1, namely "Utilizing qualified facilities, existing human resources, complete health services, fast-accurate services and 24-hour services to attract cooperation with companies and transportation agencies in conducting basic MCU tests (S3, S4, S7, S8, S9, O3)". The strategy canvas shows a high offering value for each competency factor. Based on the blue ocean strategy, the Bali Poltrada Clinic must eliminate the inpatient room facility which is now an observation room to reduce operational costs. Reduce Operational costs due to excess human resources by maximizing the role of each profession. Raise ongoing digitalization, work motivation with performance-based incentives, and improve the clinic’s image through active promotion. Create basic MCU services, telemedicine services and collaborate with BPJS, companies including hotel/resorts, department of Transportation and physiotherapy. Poltrada Clinic is also advised to introduce a new tagline, namely: "Accurate examination, ready in 25 hours" which means accurate examination with the support of telemedicine technology, quality MCU services, and readiness more than just 24 hours for better health.

Abstract

Pengobatan diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Insulin berperan penting dalam mengontrol kadar glukosa darah dan mencegah komplikasi jangka panjang. Terapi pengobatan penyakit diabetes melitus dilakukan seumur hidup karena kondisi ini bersifat kronis dan tidak dapat disembuhkan sepenuhnya, sehingga membutuhkan biaya pengobatan yang sangat besar. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan diabetes melitus adalah mempertimbangkan apakah biaya yang dikeluarkan memberikan hasil yang maksimal bagi pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas biaya INA-CBG penggunaan terapi kombinasi insulin rapid acting dengan insulin long acting terapi kombinasi insulin. Usia pasien berkisar antara 18 - >65 tahun. Efektivitas terapi diukur berdasarkan nilai gluk. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penelitian non eksperimental deskriptif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif melalui penelusuran rekam medis pasien. Data yang digunakan meliputi data sosiodemografi, hasil laboratorium GDP, GD2PP dan HbA1C serta total biaya medis langsung selama 7 hari. 92 pasien mendapatkan gula darah puasa (GDP), Glukosa Darah 2 jam Post Prandial (GD2PP) dan HbA1C. Analisis statistika dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan rumus ACER dan ICER. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kombinasi insulin Aspart + insulin Glargine XR dengan nilai ACER terendah berdasarkan hasil GDP sebesar Rp 3.330,27, GD2PP sebesar Rp 3.000,88 dan HbA1C sebesar Rp 5.056,69. Nilai ICER berdasarkan hasil GDP sebesar Rp -1.982,20, GD2PP sebesar Rp -515,79 dan HbA1C sebesar Rp -836,65. Kombinasi penggunaan insulin Aspart dan insulin Glargine XR menunjukkan persentase keuntungan sebesar 3,30% dari total nilai klaim INA-CBG.
