Abstract

Traffic Unit (Satlantas) is an implementing element whose duties are responsible for carrying out police duties including in the field of traffic, which is the elaboration of professional technical capabilities which include regulation, guarding, escort, patrolling, public education, and traffic engineering, registration and identification of drivers or motorized vehicles, investigation of traffic accidents and law enforcement in the field of traffic, to maintain security, order, and smooth traffic. This study examined and analyzed the effect of ETLE, SIM issuance policies, and discipline on reducing traffic violations in 5 areas of DKI Jakarta province. This research was conducted on 100 vehicle users using the partial least squares data analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of ETLE implementation reduced traffic violations; SIM issuance policy reduced traffic violations, and discipline reduced traffic violations

Abstract

Struktur Organisasi (Organization Structure) Agile Tim BRImo berada ditengah-tengah struktur organisasi non-agile, dinilai masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan review dan penelitian terkait pengaruh struktur organisasi yang ada, dengan agilitas organisasi Tim BRImo dalam bekerja sehari-hari, untuk mencapai target yang diberikan, serta untuk mengejar ketertinggalan performance BRImo dengan Bank pesaing. Kemampuan Dinamis (Dynamic Capabilities) dari Tim BRImo dan Tim di sekelilingnya, serta implikasi pelaksanaan Budaya Kerja Perusahaan (Corporate Culture) dalam hal ini adalah Core Value AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal dan Kolaboratif) dari BUMN, juga menentukan agilitas organisasi Tim BRImo dan Tim/Divisi disekitarnya dalam kinerja harian. Dalam hal ini, Kemampuan Dinamis dan Budaya Kerja Perusahaan di Tim BRImo dengan struktur organisasi agile perlu dilakukan evaluasi karena saat ini, pendidikan dan training yang diberikan belum membedakan agilitas dari struktur organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke pekerja Tim BRImo, Divisi Retail Payment (RPT) dan Divisi Service & Contact Center (SCC), untuk mendapatkan analisa deskriptif dari pengaruh struktur organisasi, kemampuan dinamis dan budaya kerja AKHLAK terhadap Agilitas Organisasi dari Tim BRImo dalam rangka tercapainya salah satu SCA dari Bank BRI. Hasil dari penelitian ini membenarkan hipotesa awal bahwa memang terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara struktur organisasi, kemampuan dinamis dan budaya kerja terhadap agilitas organisasi. Namun demikian, ternyata meskipun Divisi RPT dan Divisi SCC yang masih bersifat struktural dan belum sepenuhnya agile, tetap mampu menghasilkan agilitas organisasi yang baik dalam pelaksanaan kerjanya. Implementasi budaya kerja perusahaan juga sudah tercermin dari kinerja harian melalui jawaban kuesioner yang diberikan, salah satunya bahwa tugas telah diselesaikan dengan maksimal, kualitas yang terbaik serta layanan yang terbaik. Tim BRImo dan Tim IT pendukung memerlukan Pendidikan/training/sertifikasi terkait kemampuan dinamis untuk menunjang kinerja dan performance yang lebih adaptive, absorptive dan innovative untuk menghasilkan BRImo yang melebihi produk pesaing.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the direct influence of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Plantations, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, and the indirect effect through professional commitment as a mediating variable. Research Methodology: The research employs a quantitative method with a mixed design approach combining both verification and descriptive research. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 155 employees at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Plantations, Ministry of Agriculture. Data analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Path Analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS software. Results: The results indicate that work discipline, work environment, and work motivation have a significant impact on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through professional commitment as a mediator. Conclusions: The study concludes that improving work discipline, work environment, work motivation, and professional commitment can enhance employee performance in the public sector, particularly within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Plantations. Limitations: The research is limited to employees of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Plantations and does not consider other external variables that may influence employee performance. Contribution: This study provides practical guidance for improving employee performance in the public sector through a holistic approach that includes work discipline, work environment, work motivation, and professional commitment. Additionally, the conceptual model developed can be applied to similar institutions.

Abstract

The e-catalogue pricing system for medicines under Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (JKN) and the high dependence on imported raw materials create major external pressures on the financial performance of local pharmaceutical firms. This study analyses how e-catalogue price pressure and rupiah–US dollar fluctuations relate to cost structure, key financial ratios, and financial distress risk using the modified Altman Z-Score. A descriptive qualitative design was applied to two listed companies, PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA) and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) for 2019–2023, using secondary data from audited consolidated financial statements, annual reports, and sustainability reports. Financial ratios and Z-Scores were calculated in Excel and interpreted together with thematic document analysis of adaptive strategies. Results show margin compression, particularly in JKN-related lines, and higher cost exposure when the rupiah depreciated. Nevertheless, both firms remained in the safe zone throughout the period (DVLA Z-Score 6.26-7.45; KLBF 9.82-11.68), indicating strong financial resilience. KLBF’s gross profit margin declined from 45.3% (2019) to 38.8% (2023), while DVLA maintained a relatively stable gross profit margin from 51% (2019) to 54% (2023) but faced rising operating costs. Adaptive strategies, such as OTC diversification, supply-chain integration, foreign rate exchange risk management, and local raw-material initiatives, helped mitigate policy and currency shocks. The study highlights the importance of cost-structure efficiency, foreign-exchange risk controls, and domestic raw-material capability to sustain competitiveness under national pricing regulation and global volatility.

Abstract

Abstrak Minat menjadi ecopreuneur merupakan hal yang harus diapresiasi, apalagi masih dalam kategori usia remaja, di mana banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dari sisi internal diri maupun dan faktor ekternal sehingga berpengaruh pada perilaku dan keputusannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Persepsi dan Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap Minat menjadi Ecopreuneur. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian terhadap 40 orang pengurus menghasilkan Persepsi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Persepsi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur, Interaksi Sosial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Interaksi Sosial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur, Motivasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur. Persepsi terhadap Minat Menjadi Ecopreneur bagi para pengurus karang taruna lebih besar berdasarkan persepsi mereka sendiri dari pada melalui dorongan motivasinya dan kemampuan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat merupakan dorongan yang lebih besar dari pada melalui motivasi bagi pengurus karang taruna untuk berminat menjadi Ecopreneur. Keywords : Persepsi, Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat, Motivasi dan Minat menjadi Ecopreuneur Abstract Interest of becoming an ecopreneur is something that must be appreciated, especially still in the adolescent age category, where there are many factors that can influence both internal and external factors that affect their behavior and decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Community Social Perception and Interaction with Motivation as an intermediate variable on the interest of becoming an Ecopreneur. The data analysis technique was descriptive quantitative using SPSS. The results of the study of 40 administrators resulted in influential and significant perceptions of motivation, influential and significant perceptions of interest becoming an ecopreneur, social interaction and significant influence on motivation, social interaction had no and significant effect on interest of being an ecopreneur, motivation had no effect and no significant effect on motivation. Interest of becoming an Ecopreneur, Perception of Interest in becoming an Ecopreneur for youth organizations is greater based on their own perceptions than through their motivational impulses and the ability to interact with the community is a greater impetus than through motivation for youth organizations to be interested in becoming an Ecopreneur. Abstract

When the immune system is not working properly, the body is susceptible to disease. There are some ways to boost the immune system; consuming herbs or supplements which functioned immunomodulators. Before buying a product, potential consumers usually considerate the brand, quality, and price of the product that will be purchased. Stimuno and Imboost are the top brands category of immune system vitamins on the Top Brand Index (TBI) from 2015 until 2021. This study to analyze the effect of brand image, quality, and price of immunomodulator products from the stimuno and imboost brands on satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty. This research is explanatory research – quantitative data - probability sampling method - purposive sampling technique. The obtained data then tested for the validity, reliability, and suitability of each variable using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) software. The results of the analysis show that brand image (3.797 and 0.000), quality (2.037 and 0.042), and product price (11.491 and 0.000) have a t-value > 1.96 and p-value <0.05 directly on customer satisfaction. Brand image (3.198 and 0.001), quality (1.967 and 0.049), and product price (3.912 and 0.000) indirectly through customer satisfaction have t- value > 1.96 and p-value < 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that brand image, product quality, and price directly have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, and price indirectly through customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan salah satu tantangan kesehatan global yang serius. Target global dan pemerintah untuk menanggulangi HIV/AIDS pada tahun 2030 dengan mencapai 95-95-95. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan skrining HIV. Metode penelitian adalah cross sectional, jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart-PLS 3,0 2022. Responden penelitian sebanyak 150 orang dari pelanggan skrining HIV di Apotek X. Hasil uji model struktural menunjukan bahwa 5 dari 7 hipotetsis terbukti. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (nilai P 0,039). Citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (nilai P 0,000). Keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (nilai P 0,000). Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (nilai P 0,554), Citra perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (nilai P 0,473). Kualitas layanan melalui keputusan pembelian memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (nilai P 0,048). Citra perusahaan melalui keputusan pembelian memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (nilai P 0,000). Untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan perlu mengoptimalkan keputusan pembelian pelanggan dengan terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan serta citra perusahaan yang sudah baik dipertahankan dan diusahakan untuk ditingkatkan.
