Abstract

Berdasarkan UU Guru dan Dosen Tahun 2005 dinyatakan bahwa salah satu tanggung jawab guru secara profesional dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ialah merancang perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dimaksud terdiri dari rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), pengembangan media, LKPD, bahan ajar dan instrument penilaian pembelajaran. Namun demikian integritas kesesuaian antara perangkat pembelajaran dan ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran akan terlihat pada pelaksanaan assessment autentiknya. Ditemukan bahwa guru-guru SMPN di Kota Mataram hanya memilki arsip soal yang tidak dilakukan analisis kualitas. Padahal analisis kualitas butir soal merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengarsipkan soal-soal tes menjadi bank soal. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan tentang teknik-teknik analisis butir soal menggunakan software bebasis komputer, ynag bertujuan untuk (1) melatih guru-guru di SMPN 21 Mataram untuk membuat soal objektif dan subjektif yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah pembuatan soal yang valid dan reliabel, (2) melatih guru-guru yang ada di SMPN 21 Mataram untuk melakukan analisis butir soal dengan menggunakan software komputer, dan (3) melakukan kegiatan pendampingan pada guru-guru yang ada di SMPN 21 Mataram untuk melakukan analisis butir soal pada alat evaluasi yang digunakan di sekolah.  Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar ditandai dengan adanya respon positif dari peserta pengabdian yaitu guru-guru SMPN 21 Mataram. Tim pengabdian menguraikan banyak hal mengenai kajian teori teknik-teknik analisis soal objektif dan subjektif kemudian guru mencoba melakukan analisis butir soal menggunakan software komputer bersama-sama. Program pengabdian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan penyusunan soal sesuai topic per mata pelajaran dan berdasarkan taksonomi pendidikan sehingga bemanfaat bagi guru yang akan menganalisis mutu instrument soal.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  yang bertujuan untuk (1) mengenalkan potensi flora fauna pada masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar TWA Gunung Tunak, (2) melatih masyarakat untuk melakukan proses identifikasi dan inventarisasi flora fauna dengan mudah, praktis dan bisa digunakan dalam pengembangan ekowisata di TWA Gunung Tunak, dan (3) membuat dan mengembangkan leaflet ekowisata berbasis potensi flora fauna yang ada di TWA Gunung Tunak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilakukan bersama dengan masyarakat lokal yang tinggal di sekitar TWA Gunung Tunak. Teknik kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan secara klasikal dengan memberikan informasi yang terkait dengan potensi flora fauna yang ada di TWA Gunung Tunak. Sementara itu  kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan melakukan survei dan obervasi lapang dalam bentuk  identifikasi dan inventarisasi flora fauna yang ada di TWA Gunung Tunak. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan beberapa point penting di antaranya ialah (1) potensi flora dan fauna yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi ekowisata di TWA Gunung Tunak terdiri dari 32 spesies burung dan 52 spesies kupu, (2) hasil observasi bersama dengan Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat Tunak Besopoq memberikan rekomendasi untuk menggunakan spesies burung target dalam pengembangan ekowisata lebih lanjut di antaranya ialah Caloenas nicobarica, Pitta elegans, Megapodius reinwardt, dan Philemon buceroides, sedangkan spesies kupu-kupu terdiri dari Troides helena dan Pachilopta aristolochiae, dan (3) sosialisasi lebih lanjut potensi flora dan fauna yang ada di TWA Gunung Tunak akan dilakukan oleh Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat Tunak Besopoq dengan membagikan leaflet hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini kepada para wisatawan pada saat berkunjung ke TWA Gunung Tunak dan akan dilakukan secara online melalui webnya Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat Tunak Besopoq.

Abstract

Guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Sekotong masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan topik pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan dengan proyek pengutan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5). Karena itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas dan melakukan pendampingan pada guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Sekotong dalam mengimplementasikan P5 berbasis potensi ekowisata mangrove di kawasan Bagek Kembar. Penguatan kapasitas guru dilakukan melalui serangkaian kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pada guru yang terdiri dari (1) Pengenalan potensi ekowisata mangrove Bagek Kembar (jenis mangrove, pembibitan, penanaman, dan pemeliharaan); (2) Pendampingan dalam penyusunan kurikulum P5 berbasis ekowisata; dan (3) Workshop penyusunan program kerja P5. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berperan penting untuk membantu guru memahami tahapan penyusunan kurikulum, mulai dari identifikasi kesiapan sekolah, pemilihan dimensi dan tema P5, hingga perancangan modul proyek yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Disamping itu, keberhasilan implementasi P5 sangat dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan aktif guru sebagai fasilitator, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta kolaborasi dengan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Mangrove forests have various roles in the environment, and have the potential to be developed as ecotourism areas. The aim of this study is to identify the potential and suitability of the Bagek Kembar mangrove forest as a tourist attraction. Data collection was carried out at two stations, namely natural and rehabilitated mangroves. Samples were taken in plots measuring 10 x 10 meters for mangroves and mobile fauna, and 1 x 1 meter plots for sessile fauna. The Tourism Suitability Index is analyzed based on the number of species, density and thickness of mangroves, number of fauna species, and water depth at high and low tides. The research results show that the Bagek Kembar mangrove forest area is classified as suitable to very suitable for development as an ecotourism area. Tourist attractions that potential to be developed are educational, birdwatching and culinary.

Abstract

Orange-footed scrubfowl (Megapodius reidwardt) are protected species and need to be preserved. Orange-footed scrubfowl (Megapodius reidwardt) are terrestrial birds that build nests on the ground. To maintain its sustainability, it is necessary to have knowledge about the characteristics of orange-footed scrubfowl nests. Kerandangan Natural Tourism Park is one of the places where orange-footed scrubfowl are found, but until now there is still no information about the characteristics of orange-footed scrubfowl nests. So this study aims to analyze the characteristics of orange-footed scrubfowl nests in Kerandangan Natural Tourism Park. The method used in this research is descriptive exploration, the research variables include physical parameters of the nest, environmental parameters of the nest, chemical parameters of the nest mound and plant vegetation around the nest. The results showed that the diameter of the nest ranged from 400-590 cm with a nest height of 85-154 cm, the number of laying holes ranged from 1-3 holes and the soil texture class of the nest mound consisted of sandy loam and loam. Environmental parameters obtained average temperature outside the nest 27,9oC, average temperature inside the nest 28,6oC, average humidity outside the nest 80,3%, humidity inside the nest 81,2% and light intensity ranged from 98,1-834,1 lux in the morning, 437,8-4014,8 lux in the afternoon, and 45,7-653,8 lux in the afternoon. Chemical parameters obtained organic matter content ranged from 1,4%-3,2% and pH ranged from 6,8-7. Vegetation that had the highest INP in each nest was Voacanga foetida, Inga edulis, Artocarpus elasticus, and Bambusa bambos, these plant species act as materials for building nest mounds and potentially as food for orange-footed scrubfowl.

Abstract

Learning style is one of the important elements in the learning process of students. Information about student learning styles will help teachers design appropriate learning so that students can more easily absorb, organize, and process information during the learning process. Learning in accordance with the character of students in the class will create joyful learning and influences student learning outcomes and abilities, including scientific literacy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between learning styles with student learning outcomes and scientific literacy. This research is descriptive-experimental research. The population of this study was MTs students in Mataram and the subjects of this study were 55 students. In order to determine the tendency of student learning styles, the VARK learning style questionnaire (Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic) was developed. In order to assess the scientific literacy that consisted of scientific literacy multiple-choice test and to assess the learning outcome, the final score was employed. Analysis of the relationship between learning styles and the scientific literacy using bivariate correlation, while the effect analysis of learning styles on learning outcomes and scientific literacy using MANOVA and effect analysis of students' scientific literacy on learning outcomes using ANACOVA. The results of the study indicated that the trend of auditory and kinesthetic learning styles correlated significantly with students' scientific literacy (p <0.05), whereas visual and reading/writing learning styles did not significantly correlate (p> 0.05). The type of learning styles does not have a different effect on student learning outcomes and scientific literacy, but scientific literacy has a significant influence on learning outcomes (p <0.05).

Abstract

: This research aims to determine the validity of Android-based virtual laboratory products with the Adobe Animate application. Practicality of Android-based virtual laboratory products with the Adobe Animate application. Student responses to Android-based virtual laboratory products developed with the Adobe Animate application. The research methods used are R&D with the ADDIE Analyze model (identifying problems and finding solutions to the problems found), Design (designing the components needed to develop products and other instruments used at the implementation stage), Development (product development) , Implementation (implemented in the learning process involving students), and Evaluation (measuring the quality of products that have been developed and processed before and after learning using a virtual laboratory). The research results show that the Android-based virtual laboratory product developed has an average readability score of 89.98% with very good criteria. The Android-based virtual laboratory media developed has met the very valid criteria with an average score of 95%. The practicality of the laboratory being developed has met the very practical criteria with an average score of 82.5% and students' responses to Android-based virtual laboratory products include the criteria of agreeing with an average percentage score of 83.33%.

Abstract

Amphibians are vertebrate animals that generally live in humid forest areas. Amphibians can be used as environmental bioindicators because of their sensitivity to environmental changes such as water pollution and destruction of native habitats. Anura is one of the group of amphibians. The occurrence of microclimate changes caused by the dynamics of biotic and abiotic factors can result in changes in the amphibian population in Kerandangan Nature Park. Recording and identifying the presence of amphibians will help maintain limited populations and potentially be managed for the better. The purpose of this study was to analyze the diversity index of amphibian species (order anura) in Kerandangan Nature Tourism Park. The method used is VES (Visual Encounter Survey). The research was conducted in 4 blocks, namely intensive utilization blocks, limited utilization, rehabilitation and protection. Data were analyzed using the Shanon-Wienner diversity index. The results of the study found 3 species of amphibians (order anura) namely Limnonectes kadarsani, Duttaphrynus melanostictus, and Polypedates leucomystax. with an amphibian diversity index (Ordo Anura) in Kerandangan Nature Tourism Park is Hꞌ = 1.07.

Abstract

The presence of birds in Gili Meno has a positive impact on environmental aspects as birds serve as bioindicators of environmental quality, pest controllers, and aid in pollination processes. Based on research conducted in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2015, there has been an increase in bird populations in the Gili Meno area, particularly birds from the Ardeidae family. With rapid development currently underway, it is suspected to affect the presence of birds in Gili Meno, necessitating monitoring of bird diversity and conservation status in the area. This study aims to assess the diversity and conservation status of birds in the Gili Meno area. The research was conducted on Gili Meno from May to June 2022. Data collection utilized snowball sampling for interviews and transect methods combined with point counts. Observational data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index. The results indicate a total of 29 bird species found in the Gili Meno area, belonging to 22 families, with a diversity index of 2.8. The conservation status of most birds (97%) in the Gili Meno area is categorized as "least concern" according to IUCN criteria and classified as "unprotected" species under P.106/MENLHK/Setjen/Kum.1/12/2018. Acridotheres javanicus is listed as vulnerable by IUCN, while Thallaseus bergii is protected under P.106/MENLHK/Setjen/Kum.1/12/2018.

Abstract

Birds are one of the biodiversity that can be found in the Lombok Coastal Area, including in the Gerupuk Coastal Area. The Gerupuk Coastal Area is one of the tourist destinations in Central Lombok which is currently part of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This research aims to determine the diversity of bird species and reveal it in several types of habitat in the Gerupuk Coastal Area, namely mangrove habitat, plantations and settlements.This research is an exploratory descriptive research with an exploratory method. Determining the bird species found during the research refers to the book Birds in the Wallacea Region, the book Birds of Lombok and Sumbawa, and the Burungnesia 3.0 application. Species data and descriptions of birds were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index formula, Sorensen Similarity Index and Percentage Relative Abundance formula. The results of this research, namely (1) the number of bird species found at the research location was 45 species belonging to 25 families; (2) Passer montanus is a bird species with the highest relative transmitter percentage, namely 10.99%; (3)the species diversity index in each mangrove, plantation and residential habitat is 2.8, 2.9 and 2.3 respectively; (4)the similarity index of residential habitats with plantation habitats is higher (0.54) compared to mangrove habitats (0.41); (5)protected bird species such as Haliastur indus and Falco moluccensis are found on the Gerupuk Coast.
