Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in integrated thematic learning caused by several aspects. These aspects include aspects of planning and implementing learning. This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes using the model Group Investigation in integrated thematic learning in Class V B of Bandar Buat 09 Elementary School, Padang City. This type of Classroom Action Research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research used two cycles consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects needed are researchers, homeroom teachers, and up to 24 students. The results of Cycle I lesson plans were 82.9% (C) and then increased in Cycle II by 95.4% (A). Assessment of the learning process in Cycle I reached 87.45% (B) and increased in Cycle II by 93.7% (A). The learning outcomes of the knowledge aspect of Cycle I was 75.7 (C) then rose to 93.9 (A) in Cycle II. Furthermore, the learning outcomes of the skills aspects of Cycle I were 81.3 (C) increasing to 94.7 (A) in Cycle II. So, it can be said the use of the model Group Investigation is able to increase the learning outcomes of students in integrated thematic learning in Class V B of Bandar Buat 09 Elementary School, Padang City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the improvement in learning outcomes of Pancasila education using the Discovery Learning model in class IV of SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Implemented in two cycles. and each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were teachers and students of class IV SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency, totaling 20 students. The results of the research show an increase in: a) teaching modules in cycle I with an average of 79.16% (C), and cycle II 94.44% (A), b) implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I with an average of 82.81 % (B), and cycle II 93.75% (A), while in the student aspect of cycle 1 with an average of 79.68 (C), and cycle II 90.62% (A), c) assessment of Students in cycle I obtained an average of 78.94 and cycle II with an average of 83.14. Based on these results, it can be concluded that using the Discovery Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class IV Pancasila education learning at SD Negeri 29 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject in the fourth grade of SDN 076/II Tenam Candi, Bungo Regency, through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show a significant improvement in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. The class average score increased from 67 in the first cycle to 86.15 in the second cycle, with the percentage of students achieving completeness rising from 54% to 92%. The PBL model has proven effective in enhancing student engagement and problem-solving skills through interactive learning that is relevant to daily life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar peserta didik yang masih rendah, hal ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih dominan bersifat satu arah dan guru kurang menerapkan variasi model pembelajaran tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) di kelas IV SDN 11 Parit Batu Kabupaten Pasaman. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, siklus I terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 1 kali pertemuan. Pada setiap siklus melibatkan empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SDN 11 Parit Batu Kabupaten Pasaman yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada : a) modul ajar siklus I dengan rata-rata 87,45% (B) dan siklus II dengan rata-rata 96,24% (SB); b) pelaksanaan pada aspek aktivitas guru pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 85,94% (B) dan siklus II dengan rata-rata 93,75% (SB); c) hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 75,74 (C) dan pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 89 (B). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in Pancasila Education learning in class IV SDN 11 Ampang, Padang City. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative and quantitative approach which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of class IV SDN 11 Ampang totaling 15 people in the January-June semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research data are in the form of observations of teaching modules, observations of teacher and student activities, and student learning outcomes using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation analysis, tests and non-tests. The results of observations of planning cycle I were 88.27% (B), increasing in cycle II to 95.31% (SB). The results of observations of teacher aspects in cycle I were 85.71% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). The results of observations of student aspects in cycle I were 82.14% (B), increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (SB). Student learning outcomes in cycle I were 78.30% (C), increasing in cycle II to 87.88% (B). Research shows that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model can improve student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning in the fourth grade of SDN 11 Ampang Kota Padang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal planning and implementation of learning carried out by teachers in listening skills, which has an impact on the low learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 42 Talawi Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in listening skills with the Quantum Teaching Model assisted by Wordwall media in class IV SDN 42 Talawi Pesisir Selatan. The subjects of this study were teachers and 9 class IV students. The approach used was a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include interviews, analysis documents, observations, tests, and non-tests. The results of the study on student learning outcomes obtained the following scores: a) Cycle I obtained a score of 66.5 (D), b) Cycle II obtained a score of 84.2 (B). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching model assisted by Wordwall media can improve student learning outcomes in listening skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Keterampilan Menyimak Bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV SDN 2 Tanjung Gadang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment Design Type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 2 Tanjung Gadang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling type sampling jenuh.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil pretest kelas eksperimen 35,57 dan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 43,33. Setelah diberikan perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan kelas kontrol menggunakan pendekatan konvensional didapatkan rata-rata hasil posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 74,03 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 60,83. Hasil analisis data dari uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, diperoleh sebesar 1,746 dan sebesar 1,706. Hal ini berarti > , maka hipotesis diterima dan ditolak. Dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain dapat dilihat peningkatan nilai kelas eksperimen yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu 0,62 dan 0,33 dengan hasil perhitungan uji N-Gain kedua kelas sebesar 0,29. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak Bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV SDN 2 Tanjung Gadang.

Abstract

This research is motivated in elementary school that the learning activity is dominated by teacher, consequently the result of learning to speak student skill becomes low. The purpose of this study is to describe the plan, implementation and learning outcomes of students in improving speaking skills using the method of discussion. The result of research has increased, RPP observation of cycle I is 64,28% and in cycle II 82,14%. Teacher cycle I aspect is 72,5% to 87,5% in cycle II and on student aspect of cycle I is 62,5% to 80,0% in cycle II. Results of student learning with an average score of 69.02 in cycle I to 83.6 on cycle II. Thus, discussion methods can improve students' speaking skills. Keywords: Result of speaking skill, method of discussion

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the improve learning problem solving about the story question of fractions by using Polya strategi at class IVA SD Negeri 23 Marapalam Kota Padang. Research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 32 students. The type of this research is classroom action research. Based on the results of the study, that learning using Polya strategi can improve learning outcomes about the story of  fractions at class SD IVA Negeri 23 Marapalam Kota Padang, Namely (a) Observation of RPP 75% with kualifikasi enough (C) becomes 96.4% (SB) with kualifikasi very good. (b) Teacher aspect 77,7% with kualifikasi  good (B) becomes 94.5% with kualifikasi very good (SB). (c) Student aspect 75% with kualifikasi enough (B) becomes 94.5% with kualifikasi very good (SB). (d) Student learning outcomes 74,7 with kualifikasi enough (C) becomes 88.4 with kualifikasi very good (SB)

Abstract

The objective  of this study is to find out the effect of implementing the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach on the learning results of symmetry in elementary school students. The type of research of this study is a quasi-experimental research with the research design of nonequivalent control group design. The research sample is the students of 5th-grade of class VA and class VB in state-owned elementary school No. 23 Marapalam, Padang. The sampling technique of this study is a purposive sampling. The study utilized a test in the form of multiple choise questions as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the tcalculation(3,00) > ttable(2,00), it is concluded that there is a significant effect of the implementation of the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach to the learning results of symmetry in elementary school.  Keywords: PMRI approach, learning results.
