Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of female farm laborers in improving the standard of living of families and the factors of women working as farm laborers. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. By determining informants using purposive techniques with the criteria of housewives who work as farm laborers in Montong Goak Hamlet, Sisik Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that female farm laborers who work for other people solely to get wages/salaries in the form of money or goods, women who have dual roles, namely as wives, mothers and working as laborers, women participate in contributing to improving the family economy to be able to help ease the burden on their husbands and can meet the needs of family members with the results of working as farm laborers. Women have a big influence in improving the family's standard of living, namely the results of working as laborers can meet daily needs, basic needs, children's education needs, health and help in contributing to social needs and can carry out dual roles well. Female farm laborers are very helpful in improving the family's standard of living so that in this study, informants were generally in the living conditions of KS I, KS III and KS III.

Abstract

The use of traditional instruments in Bhavana Ethnic's musical compositions is one of the innovative aspects of Indonesian music offered. This Indonesian authenticity emerges through the characteristic sounds and drumming patterns that are presented in composing the harmony of the musical works. The innovation in question is the group's efforts to change the composition and configuration of the notes and scales on the gangsa  instrument. An instrument adopted from the Balinese gamelan ensemble. Making adjustments to the reality of traditional music in the creative process. The aim of this research is to explain the importance of innovation in the creative (music) process. Seeing how the Bhavana Ethnic group's perspective understands the reality of tradition in gangsa  instruments, the idea emerged to change the composition and configuration of the notes in an effort to meet the aesthetic needs in the work. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Researchers as the main instrument to understand the impact of changes in the tone composition and scale configuration of bronze instruments in natural conditions. The research results are that changes in aspects of the instrument's pitch configuration have implications for changes in the number of tones, pitch range, rules, melodic pattern system, and instrument function in the ensemble. The result of the musical innovation process carried out is that there is a tendency for interval patterns in the selection of tones in each musical creation process. The tendencies for interval patterns in question include the 2- ½ -1- 2 -½ pattern on the major scale, and 1-1- 1½ -1 -1½ on the minor scale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the role of the family in raising children's interest in learning and to determine the inhibiting factors of family role in increasing children's interest in learning at school age. the research method used descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is in Bagek Longgek region with 1 year research time. The subjects of this study was parents who has children that have children in school-age and research objects about parents role in increasing children's learning interest. the instrument of data collection is human instrument, the data analysis technique uses data collection, data reductions, data presentation, and data verification. the results of this study, the role of the family in increasing interest in learning by always looking for the results of their children's study so that they know the children's development, reward and punishment, giving award in form of praise, giving attention, provide the study facilities needed by children, doing an assist both in learning and doing tasks. inhibiting factors increase children's interest because parents can't guide their children study well, lack of attention from the family of results that they got, nor rewards not either punishment. the environment base on high- population area

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran penyelesaian masalah (problem solving) merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dalam rangka menumbuhkan sikap sosial siswa yakni siswa memiliki kesadaran sosial serta sikap terbuka atau inklusi sosial dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dalam suatu rombongan belajar. Implementasi sistem sosial dalam pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah ini mencakup peran dan hubungan siswa dengan guru secara rinci pada setiap tahap pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dianggap sebagai suatu komponen dalam sistem sosial pada pembelajaran yang berlangsung di kelas, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan adanya interaksi pembelajaran antara siswa dengan guru, siswa dengan siswa, serta siswa dengan sumber belajar lainnya.Penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif deskriptif yang mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan sistem sosial pembelajaran problem solving sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan sikap kesadaran dan inklusi sosial pada siswa jurusan IPS di MAN 2 Lombok Tengah.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pnerapan sistem sosial pembelajaran problem solving dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran dan inklusi sosial siswa dalam berinteraksi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has led to a decline in verbal communication activities, impacting many aspects of daily life, particularly social interaction. The researcher assumes that social media serves as a platform for interactive engagement, both personally and in groups. Consequently, this study aims to examine the impact of social media on the interaction patterns of the community in Rujak Ngalun, Mekar Sari Village, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok. This research employs a qualitative method grounded in positivist philosophy. The data analysis is qualitative in nature, emphasising meaning over generalisation. Social media is a platform that provides various features enabling users to engage in digital activities in their daily lives. In the Rujak Ngalun community, social media serves as a comprehensive and user-friendly medium for social interaction, facilitating long-distance communication.

Abstract

The myth of Princess Mandalika is a significant folktale within the culture of the Sasak people in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This myth illustrates the sacrifice of a princess for the sake of social harmony within her community, and it reflects profound cultural values. This study employs Claude Lévi-Strauss's structuralist approach to analyse the narrative structure and symbolic meanings within the myth of Princess  Mandalika. Through this analysis, the research aims to understand how the various elements of the myth interact to form a more complex meaning and reflect the duality of values in Sasak culture. The primary focuses of this research are: 1) to analyse the narrative structure of the myth of Princess  Mandalika, 2) to identify the symbolic meanings of the elements within the myth, and 3) to comprehend how this myth reflects the social values and cultural identity of the Sasak community. The analysis reveals that the myth embodies values of collectivism, sacrifice, and the relationship between humans and nature. The sea, as a symbol within the myth, represents uncertainty and the power of nature that must be respected. Furthermore, the sacrifice of Princess Mandalika illustrates a moral principle that emphasises the interests of the community over those of the individual. This study reveals that the myth of Princess Mandalika serves not only as a cultural narrative but also as a mirror of the social values that continue to shape the identity of the Sasak people to this day.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ntuk mengetahui bentuk media yang digunakan guru dalam proses belajar di sekolah MA An- Najah Al Halimy Sesele, Gunung Sari Lombok Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian media pembelajaran ini yaitu dengan kualitatif deskriptf. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan kurang lengkapnya media pembelajaran yang ada di MA An-Najah Al Halimy, maka dari itu kami memutuskan media yang akan kami buat untuk membantu guru yang mengampu mata pelajaran biologi yaitu media torso mengenai struktur sistem organ pada manusia atau hewan. fasilitas yang ada di laboraturium belum lengkap, sehingga guru biologi yang mengajarkan harus menyampaikan materi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan pemberian LKS sebagai alat bantu atau media yang di gunakan untuk mempermudah siswanya mengetahui apa yang di sampaikan oleh guru nya.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran siswa harus diberi latihan sikap di kelas, termasuk memberikan inspirasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Keruak, terlihat bahwa beberapa siswa belum fokus pada mata pelajaran sosiologi, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan baik. bahwa selama jam pelajaran dan pendidik saat mengklarifikasi materi di depan kelas, siswa masih sibuk sendiri dan mendinginkan diri, misalnya berbicara dengan teman yang berbeda dan bermain ponsel. Ketika guru sedang mengklarifikasi ilustrasi, siswa tidak fokus pada pembelajaran, tidak mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Keruak, 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Keruak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa dan guru di SMAN 1 Keruak. objek dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri (human instrument). Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan reduksi data dn abstraksi data dan terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Peran guru Sosiologi di SMAN 1 Keruak adalah guru sebagai pengajar yang berkualitas yang dapat membuat dan melaksanakan program pembelajaran yang disusun dengan baik, guru sebagai motivator yang baik bisa mengelola dan mengendalikan diri sendiri dan peserta didik. Faktor-faktor yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal dari dalam diri siswa.

Abstract

Inovasi dalam pendidikan menjadi sangat penting mengingat perubahan cepat dalam teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu implementasi inovasi dapat dilakukan dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada persoalan inovasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi konsep inovasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta mengidentifikasi metode dan strategi inovatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode penelitian studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan informasi mengenai topik yang relevan. Dalam konteks ini, fokus utama adalah pada inovasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk menghimpun informasi tentang strategi pengajaran, teknik penilaian, dan berbagai model pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan di kelas. Hasil dari studi pustaka ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar teori yang kuat untuk pengembangan praktik pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan inovatif. Analisis juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dari berbagai sumber untuk menilai konsistensi dan relevansi temuan. Hasilnya menjelaskan bahwa psembelajaran berdiferensiasi memungkinkan guru untuk menyesuaikan pengajaran dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan siswa yang beragam. Inovasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi siswa yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, tetapi juga bagi semua siswa dalam kelas. Namun, meskipun banyaknya bukti yang mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, masih ada tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh para pendidik. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai bagi guru dalam menerapkan strategi diferensiasi di kelas. Pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional bagi guru merupakan elemen kunci untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school culture in enhancing students’ learning character at MA Madrasatul Qur’aniyah. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students as key informants. The findings indicate that a consistent and religiously oriented school culture—such as Qur’an recitation, greeting teachers respectfully, and congregational prayers—significantly shapes students’ learning character. Furthermore, teachers’ role modeling emerges as a critical factor, as students tend to emulate positive behaviors demonstrated by teachers, including discipline, honesty, responsibility, and politeness. Supporting factors include the principal’s encouragement and the systematic habituation of positive practices. Meanwhile, challenges encountered comprise students’ lack of self-awareness, negative peer influence, entrenched bad habits, and external factors such as excessive gadget use and limited family support. Overall, the study underscores that the synergy between a strong school culture, teacher role models, and student motivation is key to fostering positive learning character. The findings have implications for developing character-based educational strategies in religious secondary schools and can serve as a reference for educators seeking to create a conducive learning environment
