Abstract

Guru adalah sosok penentu sistem pendidikan dapat berhasil secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni, guna melihat usaha yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor di dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data yang peneliti peroleh sebagai hasil suatu penelitian. Kepala sekolah di DTA Al-Hikmah Gading Elok 2 merancang program supervisi yang dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan bagi semua guru yang memiliki tujuan yakni, mengoptimalkan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Diketahui bahwa kemampuan mengajar atau kinerja guru di sekolah DTA Al-Hikmah Gading Elok 2 sudah memenuhi standar proses.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of educational supervision in order to improve the quality of pesantren in the Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Qur'an Harun Asy-Shafi'i. This study uses a type of qualitative research and case studies as a form of in -depth research. The results showed that in the implementation of supervision activities carried out by the principal with an open meeting all teachers were given the opportunity to issue opinions about learning achievement, and problems faced by the teacher. Conduct class visits to find out the situation and atmosphere of the learning and evaluation process as a whole. The implementation of this supervision is said to be successful if the achievement of the target of the cottage has been achieved.

Abstract

Improving the Quality of Education at Al-Azhar Mariuk Vocational School, Tambakdahan District is the new title of this research. The nature of this type of research is a qualitative case study. The purpose of this research is to improve the standard of formal education held by SMK Al-Azhar Mariuk, Tambakdahan District. Information collected through interviews, documentation, and perceptions. Covers all aspects of the school environment, from the deputy head to TU staff, in carrying out the task of developing a vision, mission and goals, compiling an organizational structure, compiling work plans, compiling school directives, and creating a vital administrative data framework for Madrasahs. The duties of the madrasa head cannot be separated from school regulations. Human resources who are skilled in their fields, education and learning programs, as well as students who have graduated show the quality of Madrasah Diniyah Al-Azhar. the progress achieved by the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of Madrasah Diniyah Al-Azhar in terms of human resources and learning strategies.

Abstract

Peran Keprofesionalan guru tidak terlepas dari pentingnya sumber daya manusia (SDM). Peran guru mengajar dan mendidik peserta didik dilakukan secara terus-menerus dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan segi keterampilan supervisi kependidikan dan kualitas kinerjanya.Penekanan dari Supervisi ini ialah dilandasi persahabatan melalui pelayanan dan kerjasama yang baik antara guru dengan peserta didik. Untuk implementasinya supervisi dilakukan melalui berbagai proses dalam aspek pemecahan masalah yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi guru. Selain itu juga berfungsi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Indonesia yang sampai saat ini belum memenuhi standart bahkan jauh dari yang di harapkan. Peran supervisi disini bertanggung jawab dalam peningkatan pembelajaran guru dengan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan penggunaan teknik supervisi. supervisor juga memiliki tugas-tugas seperti melakukan pembinaan dalam pengembangan pada kinerja guru serta melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dilakukan agar proses pembelajaran dapat meningkat ke arah yang lebih baik lagi serta mampu melahirkan guru yang berkualitas dan profesional.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengawasan dengan metode yang dilakukan kepala sekolah yang menjalankan kewenangan pekerjaan administrasi, dimana manajemen kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu variabel penentu dalam mencapai tujuan instruktif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti perlu melihat jalan menuju pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Tujuan di balik penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedisiplinan pendidik, untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara melaksanakan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan disiplin pengajar dan untuk menemukan kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan penataan pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif memanfaatkan metode deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, prosedur analisa data melalui siklus penurunan, penyajian, dan pengecekan informasi. Analisis data yang terkumpul diidentifikasi dengan berkaitan pelaksanaan pengawasan kepala sekolah MTS Darul Mu’allamah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Hasil akhir dari pemeriksaan ini menggabungkan para analis yang menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, sebagian besar pendidik telah melakukan pengendalian dengan mengikuti pedoman materi di sekolah, juga dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan, kepala sekolah menjaga suasana hangat dengan instruktur dan staf, kedekatan dan transparansi sehingga pelaksanaan manajemen dilakukan dengan sukses dan mahir, yang ketiga adalah hambatan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan kedisiplinan guru di MTS Darul Mu’allamah, khususnya kegelisahan kepala sekolah terhadap tenaga pendidik yang tidak bisa menerima pengaturan peningkatan dan penataran yang akan diselesaikan oleh kepala sekolah. Jawaban atas hambatan ini adalah ketegasan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan peningkatan disiplin pendidik.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education services at SDN Cibalongsari III, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected using field observation techniques and interviews with the head of the school committee of SDN Cibalongsari III informants. Not only that, the author adds a literature study that explores relevant data and information using various media, including a collection of written and unwritten sources. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education services at SD Negeri Cibalongsari III, Klari District, Karawang Regency is almost optimal in several roles including the role of the committee as a giver of consideration, and the role of the committee as a mediator. However, to improve the quality of education services at SDN Cibalongsari III, the school committee as an independent organization really needs support and cooperation with various parties as well as increasing the professionalism and competence of school committee administrators.

Abstract

Pesantren, as the beginning of the original Indonesian educational institution, was only officially recognized legally in 2003 through the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003. Education in pesantren which initially only focused on mastering religious knowledge, has now begun to integrate general subjects. The inclusion of these subjects aims to broaden the horizons and thoughts of students, often also accompanied by participation in state examinations held by the government. Therefore, it is very appropriate if the pesantren continue to strive to make various improvements and improve the quality and quality of education in pesantren. This study was conducted to evaluate the educational standards applied at Al-Muslih Institute, interviewed was Farid Muhammad M.Pd., who served as principal of Al-Muslih school for 2 years. Pesantren and Al-Muslih Foundation have been established since before 2000, and Al-Muslih Junior High School was established in 2003. Currently, Al-Muslih Junior High School has a total of 126 students and 15 teachers, including the principal and educational staff.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in building a cultured, knowledgeable, and competitive society. However, in the context of non-formal education, such as in Sekolah Paket C Pesantren Garunggung, challenges in developing the quality of education are often the main concern. This activity is a socialization program through lecture and question and answer methods that aim to introduce and implementing a community-based education quality planning system in education units in pesantren. This socialization involves educators, local stakeholders, and the pesantren community. This activity discusses concrete steps taken in the development of a community-based education quality planning system, starting from identifying needs to developing implementation models. The conclusion of this socialization is expected to increase awareness and a shared commitment to improve the quality of education, as well as strengthen community involvement in the education planning and development process. Thus, through the socialization of this seminar, the development of a community-based education quality planning system in Garunggung Islamic boarding schools becomes more accessible and connected to the needs and aspirations of the local education community.

Abstract

Education financing is often a problem for schools. Such as the difficult source of funds obtained by the school, the foundation, and how to manage finances for the school. In this research, we will discuss socialization activities carried out at SMP Al-Mushlih as a partner. The method of implementation carried out is the method of lectures and questions and answers conducted at the Al-Mushlih Foundation while still observing health protocols. The chairman of the Al-Mushlih Foundation who has responsibilities related to obtaining funds, one of his efforts is to hold entrepreneurs around the school to increase the institution's finances apart from relying on assistance from the government. The conclusion obtained from this socialization activity is the success in attracting partners and the wider community to participate in a series of online events and discussions that can make partners and the wider community one step ahead to gain new knowledge about Community-Based Education Financing Management in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education is one of the traditional educational institutions that has an important role in maintaining and developing religious, cultural, and social values in the community. In Kedungjeruk Village, Cibuaya District, Karawang Regency, Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational centers that plays a vital role in the formation of student character and in the development of religious science. As an education center that is crucial in shaping the character of students and expanding religious knowledge, integrated quality management is an essential approach to improve the quality of education in the Islamic Boarding School. Through the Socialization of Integrated Quality Management, the ustadz and santri were introduced to the concepts, principles, and practices of integrated quality management, with the aim of deepening the understanding of the importance of integrated quality management in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. Socialization activities cover various aspects, from concepts to performance measurement and quality evaluation, involving active participants in discussions and debates on the implementation of integrated quality management in the context of Islamic boarding schools. It is hoped that a deeper understanding of integrated quality management will help the ustadz and students contribute positively in efforts to improve the quality of education at the Kedungjeruk Village Islamic Boarding School, ensuring sustainable growth, and provide quality education in accordance with the demands of the times.
