Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang mengacu pada The Update D&M IS Success Model. Variabel yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini meliputi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksplanatory research. Lokasi penelitian di Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Dengan objek penelitian pengguna SIAKAD yaitu mahasiswa. Sampel 89 mahasiswa dari jumlah populasi 843, pengambilan besaran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu : yang pertama faktor kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hipotesis yang kedua faktor-faktor kualitas sistem berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hipotesis yang ketiga faktor-faktor kualitas informasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hipotesis yang keempat faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang diusulkan diterima. Abstract

This reseаrch аims to аnаlyze the constrаints thаt occur on informаtion systems inventory Persаdа Supermаrkets аnd find theаdvаntаges аnd disаdvаntаges of the informаtion system, knowing the reаsons of need for аnаlysis of the implementаtion of Persаdа computer-bаsed inventory informаtion system аnd describe the results of theаnаlysis so thаt inventory informаtion system becomes moreeffectiveаnd informаtive for helping Persаdа’s compаny running the business.The type of reseаrch thаt is used in this reseаrch is quаlitаtive descriptive reseаrch. Sources of dаtа used аre primаry dаtааnd secondаry dаtа obtаined from dаtа collection methods in the form of observаtion, interviews, аnd documentаtion.Bаsed on the reseаrch thаt hаs been done, the results obtаined thаt theаpplicаtion of computer-bаsed inventory informаtion system hаs vаrious obstаcles in its operаtion. Constrаints thаt hinder the process of computer-bаsed inventory system such аs the use of pаper form in ordering goods thаt cаuse the process to be slow, computer аccess trаnsmission conditions sometimes аre severeаnd heаvy аgаinst the goods dаtаbаse, аnd computer specificаtions аre still not strong enough in dаtа processing. Abstract

The development of today's information age is characterized by many different sorts of changes. One of these changes information technology development. The development internet technology can be implemented with e-commerce.. The use  e-commerce  positive impact  improving the effectiveness and efficiency trading. It makes various businesses create e-commerce services are easy to use and provide accurate information to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of the ease and quality information  e-commerce buying interest and purchase decisions online in www.ardiansmx.com. This type research used this research explanatory research with  quantitative approach. Source  data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Validity and reliability studies measure and examine the data . Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the ease and quality  information significantly influence buying interest and purchase decisions in www.ardiansmx.com. The analysis results can be seen that with the ease of use to influence consumers buying interest in www.ardiansmx.com and the quality of accurate information has influence consumer buying interest in www.ardiansmx.com. With the consumer buying interest will influence purchasing decisions in www.ardiansmx.com.Quality of information provided www.ardiansmx.com site can influence buying interest. This will lead to an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Salah satunya perubahan dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi. Pengembangan pemanfaatan teknologi internet dapat diimplementasikan dengan e-commerce. E-commerce adalah website yang menyediakan transaksi belanja online. Penggunaan e-commerce adalah dampak positif pada peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi perdagangan. Itu membuat berbagai bisnis membuat layanan e-commerce yang mudah digunakan dan memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan dan kualitas informasi e-commerce terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian online di www.ardiansmx.com. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas penelitian untuk mengukur dan meneliti data.. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian di  www.ardiansmx.com. Hasil analisis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa dengan kemudahan penggunaan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk minat beli di www.ardiansmx.com dan adanya kualitas informasi yang akurat memiliki pengaruh minat beli konsumen di www.ardiansmx.com. Dengan adanya minat beli konsumen akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di www.ardiansmx.com .Kemudahan dan kualitas informasi yang diberikan situs www.ardiansmx.com dapat mempengaruhi minat beli. Abstract

The current situation, the use of computers and similar devices is growing fast, so the effectiveness of a system needs to be evaluated periodically. SIAM (Student Academic Information System) is an Information System used by students at Universitas Brawijaya Malang. This system is chosen for its effectiveness, which includes endogenous (system quality and information quality), exogenous (satisfaction) and intervening (ease of use). This research is an explanatory research and uses D&M IS Success to test existing variables. Explanatory research is basically a study to explain causal relationships between research variables and hypothesis testing, namely research that analyzes the relationship of variables that have been formulated. This research was carried out at the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya. Analysis in this study uses Descriptive Analysis and Path Analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the H1 variable is 0.263, H2 of 0.360, H3 of 0.397 H4 of 0.306, H5 of 0.210, H6 of 0.410, and H7 of 0.353. In descriptive analysis, 92 respondents stated that the quality of the system had very good results. At X1. of 4.34, in X1.2 score of 4.15, in X1.3 score of 3.72, and on X1.4 score of 4.25. Explanatory АBЅTRАK Situasi saat ini, penggunaan komputer dan perangkat sejenisnya berkembang sangat pesat, sehingga efektifitas sebuah sistem perlu dievaluasi secara berkala. Sistem SIAM (Sistem Informasi Akademik Mahasiswa) merupakan Sistim Informasi yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa di Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Sistim ini dipilih untuk diteliti efektifitasnya, yang meliputi variabel endogen (kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi), variabel eksogen (kepuasan) dan intervening (kemudahan penggunaan). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat explanatory dan menggunakan D&M IS Success untuk menguji variable yang ada. Penelitian explanatory pada dasarnya adalah suatu penelitian untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitan dan pengujian hipotesis, yaitu penelitian yang menganalisis hubungan variabel yang sudah dirumuskan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya. Analisa  dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisa Deskriptif dan Analisis Path. Abstract

This study aims to clarify the effect of variable usefulness and quality of the system simultaneously and partially on the Use of satisfaction variables .This research method is explanatory research with quantitative approach . Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to 41 employees in HR and Finance PT . Generation Java - Bali Surabaya . Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis described in the table and the frequency distribution of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS v . 22:00 . Based on F test results showed that the variable usefulness and quality of the system have influence simultaneously to variable usage satisfaction . At t test results Benefits and Quality System variables significantly influence the satisfaction of use. Keyword : Usefullness, Quality of the system, User Satisfaction, Ellipse Software ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variable Kemanfaatan dan Kualitas sistem secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel Kepuasan Penggunan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 41 orang karyawan bagian SDM dan Keuangan PT. Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali Surabaya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dijabarkan dengan tabel ditribusi frekuensi dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS v. 22.00. Berdasarkan Hasil Uji F menunjukan bahwa variable Kemanfaatan dan kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan penggunaan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara kualitas layanan mobile banking (reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience, efficiency, easiness to operate) terhadap customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian penjelasan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial variabel reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience), efficiency terhadap customer satisfaction. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara variabel easiness to operate terhadap customer satisfaction. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan variabel reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience, efficiency, easiness to operate terhadap customer satisfaction sebesar 83%. Kata Kunci: Reliability and Responsiveness, Assurance and Security, Convenience, Efficiency, Easiness to Operate. ABSTRACT This research objectives are to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between mobile banking service quality (reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience, efficiency, easiness to operate) on customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with the descriptive reseach type. Analysis of the data in this research using the stages of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research result show if there is partially positive and significant influence reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience, efficiency on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, there is positive but not significant influence between easiness to operate variable on customer satisfaction. Then there is simultaneously positive and significant influence reliability and responsiveness, assurance and security, convenience, efficiency, easiness to operate variables on customer satisfaction amounted to 83%. Abstract

The purpose of this study are 1) To determine the effectiveness of information systems services at the hospital (Case study on the outpatient installation of Dr. Haryoto District Public Hospital Lumajang) 2) To determine the quality of service at the hospital (Case study on hospital outpatient installation General Area of ​​Dr. Haryoto, Lumajang District) 3) To know the inhibiting factors and supporting the service information system at the hospital (Case study on the outpatient installation of Dr. Haryoto District General Hospital of Lumajang Regency). This research will be conducted in this research with case study approach. The informant selection technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis is done by systematically arranging interview guides, library data, then formulate descriptively, then process data with data reduction stage, present data and conclude. Result of analysis of effectiveness of service information system at hospital on outpatient installation. Haryoto Lumajang district can be said to be effective. This is because the information system implemented by the hospital can support the process of service performed so as to support patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is indicated by the increase in the number of patients using the service facility provided by the hospital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengatur secara sistematis pedoman wawancara, data kepustakaan, kemudian memformulasikan secara deskriptif, selanjutnya memproses data dengan tahapan reduksi data, menyajikan data dan menyimpulkan.Hasil analisis efektivitassistem informasi pelayanan pada rumah sakit pada instalasi rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Haryoto Kabupaten Lumajang dapat dikatakan efektif. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sistem informasi yang dilaksanakan oleh rumah sakit dapat mendukung proses pelayanan yang dilakukan sehingga mendukung kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatkan jumlah pasien yang menggunakan fasilitas jasa layanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Abstract

The contribution of information systems on Project success become an interesting topic to investigate, especially in a construction project. The project successfully achieved when the information system was well used with appropriate communication knowledge in a construction project.  However, in worker perspectives, the role of the information system in a construction project is not significant to achieve the project's success due to it indicated by the main indicator which is the finish on schedule, high quality and within budget. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the correlation and effect between IS to project success in terms of product quality and on-time finish the project. This research was conducted through a questionnaire and survey analysis. The total respondent is 105 that consists of 23 Project Manager (PM), 13 Vice PM and 69 site coordination. The data was analyzed by SPSS and Smart PLS software. The result shows that there is a significant effect of system quality to Information quality with CR value of 5.174, system quality to project success has CR value of 3.564 and information quality to project success has CR value of 2.037. It can be concluded that IS was very important to ensure the project success especially in a construction project in Jabodetabek Region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan secara empiris (1) Pengaruh karakteristik tugas, TI dan individu terhadap TTF; (2) Pengaruh karakteristik tugas, TI dan individu terhadap Kinerja dengan TTF sebagai variable mediasi; (3) Pengaruh TTF terhadap kinerja dengan utilisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kayawan bagian akademik S1 di Universitas Brawijaya. Jumlah sampel 160. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik Tugas, TI dan Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TTF secara langsung. TTF menjadi variable mediasi untuk Karakteristik Tugas, TI, dan Individu terhadap Kinerja Individual. Utilisasi menjadi variable mediasi untuk TTF terhadap Kinerja. Berdasarkan pengaruh total, variable Karakteristik Individu merupakan variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap TTF, Utilisasi dan Kinerja. Secara teoritis hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pedoman pada perbaikan manajemen organisasi khususnya Universitas Brawijaya agar tercipta kinerja karyawan yang optimal dan berdampak maksimal bagi organisasi yang dikelola. Abstract

Digital marketing is currently a new force in marketing strategy. The marketing mix in hotel digital marketing applies an online reservation system as a distribution channel and online customer review as a promotional tool. The use of the online reservation system will distribute hotel rooms throughout the world. The market potential will not be limited by time or distance. This technology is a mainstay for hotels to distribute rooms to customers. The use of online customer review as a promotional tool is carried out by asking customer's participation to express their review of the product to potential customers. This method is widely used as customer's words is more trusted than vendors’. The objective of the present study is to investigate the role of digital marketing strategies, especially the impact of the online reservation system and online customer review on brand image, trust, and hotel booking decision. This study utilizes a literature review from previous studies that are relevant to this study. Articles were taken digitally using google search engine with the keywords "online reservation system, online customer review, brand image, trust, and booking decision". The articles come from international and national journals. This review only uses 15 relevant articles. The literature review results show that the online reservation system and online customer review have a significant impact on trust, brand image, and hotel booking decision. Hotels utilize the online reservation system and online customer review in digital marketing strategies to attract customers worldwide. However, this literature review study has limitations where all articles used do not consider the Covid-19 outbreak. In addition, the study also does not distinguish between online reservation systems belonging to hotels and those belonging to online travel agents.
