Abstract

Percepatan waktu pembangunandapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proyek Peningkatan Jalan Ruas Beroanging – Bungung-bungung di Kabupaten Jeneponto adalah masalah keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan. Untuk mengatasi masalah keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Fast Tracking dan Least Cost Analysis untuk menentukan waktu dan biaya yang paling optimum. Penelitian ini akan membandingkan metode Fast Tracking dan Least Cost Analysis untuk mempercepat jadwal waktu pelaksanaan, dengan mengerjakan aktivitas-aktivitas secara parallel/tumpang tindih pada penjadwalan proyek agar menghasilkan waktu pelaksanaan lebih cepat dan biaya lebih efisien. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dalam perbandingan metode Fast Tracking dan Least Cost Analysis dapat diperoleh percepatan waktu yang tepat dan hemat, waktu normal sebelum dilakukan fast tracking, waktu setelah dilakukan fast tracking, dengan biaya yang paling optimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan Metode Fast Tracking dan Least Cost Analysis terjadi pengurangan waktu 12 hari, namun untuk Least Cost Analysis ada penambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 26.577.649,57.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of religious harmony that occur in the ogoh-ogoh tradition at Pura Agung Satya Dharma, Sekaran Village, Kediri, through the lens of social interaction theory. Ogoh-ogoh, a Hindu ritual held before Nyepi Day, sets the stage for complex social interactions in the multireligious community of Sekaran Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on field data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results highlight how the ogoh-ogoh tradition is not only a religious symbol for Hindus but also a point of convergence for other religious communities in building harmony and harmony amidst differences in beliefs. The analysis of the social interaction theory provides deep insights into how social relations, norms, and values influence each other in the context of ogoh-ogoh celebrations. The results show that the Sekaran village community is a multicultural and multi-religious village able to foster a sense of love, harmony, and harmony in religious activities such as the ogoh-ogoh celebration, which is a Hindu culture. Moreover, the ogoh-ogoh culture, which is held every year, brings the community closer in life. However, the weakness of this study lies in the limited representation of the sample, which may not cover the entire spectrum of the Sekaran community. In addition, this research may also be limited in considering external factors that could influence the dynamics of religious harmony in the ogoh-ogoh tradition, such as broader political, economic, and sociocultural factors. Therefore, the results of this study should be considered in light of these limitations in the context of its analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Educhem Hydrocarbons based on Green Chemistry using the Discovery learning learning model on the nomenclature of hydrocarbon compounds. This study applies the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Brog and Gall approach. The research sample amounted to 44 students of class XI. The instruments used are validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, pretest posttest questions and student activity observations. The results show that the learning media is declared valid with a validity value of 93.93%, practical with a small scale of 89.76% and 93.53% of a large scale. The effectiveness of the media based on the value of small-scale N-gain 0.71 and large-scale N-gain 0.73. The effectiveness based on student activities on a small scale is 90.71% and a large scale is 92.99%. This shows that the Educhem Hydrocarbons learning media based on Green Chemistry is declared suitable to be used as a learning resource on the subject of nomenclature of hydrocarbon compounds. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Tadarus Al-Qur'an as one form of Religious Education that can be given to Students in the midst of this Era of Moral Degradation, especially to form Students' Religious Character through the Habit of Tadarus Before Studying held at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City. The research method used in this study is literature review. In this literature review method, it is carried out by systematically searching the Google Scholar database by selecting several journals as a literature review while the direct observation technique is carried out by the Research Team who are carrying out the Introduction to the School Field (PLP) FKIP Untirta within a period of 2 (two) months by monitoring the Activities or Activities that occur at School. The results of this study are that the Habit of Tadarus Before Studying which was carried out for 35 Minutes at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City has a positive impact, especially in forming the Religious Character of Students which has been proven by their Personality in carrying out daily Activities based on Religious Values. Of course, there is the involvement of Homeroom Teachers, BK Teachers and Parents as Assistants in making children accustomed and accustomed to Habitual Activities that refer to Religious Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah brand love memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, dan apakah self esteem serta susceptibility to normative influence memiliki peran pada pengaruh brand love terhadap brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand love memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Kemudian brand love juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap self-esteem dan susceptibility to normative influence. Dan, self-esteem serta susceptibility to normative influence terbukti berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data yakni structural equation modeling (PLS SEM) dengan 150 responden, penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form melalui media sosial seperti Whatsapp WA), instagram (IG) dan telegram. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna pernah menggunakan dan berbelanja brand H&M. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa cinta merk tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap harga diri, cinta merk berpengaruh positif terhadap kerentanan terhadap pengaruh normatif, kerentanan pengaruh normatif berpengaruh positif terhadap lolayitas merk, dan harga diri berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merk.

Abstract

Clove is one of the precious plants produced in Indonesia. Clove has many benefits for humans, but clove cultivation often experiences problems due to disease attacks, including Leaf Blister Blight Disease(CDC). The handling of CDC disease is carried out based on the severity of the symptoms that can be seen on the affected leaves. This research was conducted to obtain a CDC disease classification model, so appropriate treatment can be carried out. This study used the pre-trained VGG16, InceptionV3, and ResNet models for classification. VGG16 got the highest average accuracy of 96.7%. Aside from that, k-fold cross validation improved the model's accuracy.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a clinical problem that is often encountered in developing countries. Anemia in pregnancy is a global major concern because it results in increased incidence of mortality and morbidity for mothers and infants. There are still anemic pregnant women whose gestational age and parity are different. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the PMB of Dewi Ariyani, S.Si.T. This observational study used a case control approach with a case:control ratio of 1:2. A total of 36 research samples participated in this study, consisting of 12 people in the case group and 24 in the control group. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test with an α of 0.05. The results showed that the most pregnant women (83.3%) were 20-35 years and did not work (79.2%). Parity was associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.012; OR 9.000; 95% CI: 1.817-44.591), and gestational age was also associated with the incidence of anemia (p=7.286; OR 9.000; 95% CI: 1.508-35.211). Besides taking blood supplement tablets regularly, pregnant women with anemia are also advised to increase the consumption of foods that contain iron, such as green-leafy vegetables.

Abstract

Transportation is used to facilitate people to do daily activities, and options of transportation mode have an important role in relation to the types of modes and available infrastructures. This study aims to determine what factors influence options of public transportation modes and find out what transportation modes chosen by people who live near Bekasi to Soekarno Hatta Airport by choosing train or bus. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from survey results in the form of questionnaires with the stated preference method by providing several different scenarios. With the influence of variable cost X1, X2 travel time and X3 headway. Furthermore, the secondary data obtained is calculated using the linear regression method and the differences between the utility of the airport train and the bus are used to calculate the probability of the options. The results of the linear regression obtained by the difference in mode selection utilities that is . The conclusion is that the differences in cost, travel time and headway affects the options of transportation modes. Factors that influence the option of public transportation modes are travel time, where the certainty of arrival time to the airport is very important. And the most preferred transportation mode from Bekasi City to Soekarno Hatta Airport is Bus. Where the probability of using bus is greater than airport train.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan pendekatan tutor sebaya yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kasimbar dalam menyelesaikan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel (PtLSV). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, tes, observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kasimbar menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang menerapkan pendekatan tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II pada materi PtLSV dengan tahap-tahap kegiatan pembelajaran pendekatan tutor sebaya, yaitu: (1) persiapan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi. Pada tahap 1 peneliti membentuk kelompok dan satu orang tutor tiap kelompok; pada tahap 2 siswa mengerjakan LKS kelompok dengan bimbingan tutor masing-masing; dan pada tahap 3 peneliti memberikan tes individu. Abstract

Abstract The settlement of disputes over the distribution of inheritance property in the Muslim Dayak community in Menukung Village, Melawi Regency often results in conflicts between heirs. The division of inheritance in Menukung Village is still by way of equal distribution or by family or also by way of division of inheritance according to local customary law. Therefore, usually from the distribution of the inheritance there are still heirs who do not agree with the results of the distribution and demand that the distribution of their inheritance be distributed in accordance with Islamic law. This research aims to examine information about the factors that cause inheritance disputes, the distribution of inheritance through mediation and the efforts of disputing heirs through mediation in the distribution of inheritance. The formulation of the problem proposed in this study, namely "˜Is the Settlement of Disputes over the Distribution of Inherited Property through Mediation in Dayak Communities who are Muslims in Menukung Village, Melawi Regency Implemented?"™. The results showed that the use of mediation in inheritance division disputes in Dayak communities who are Muslim in Menukung Village, Melawi Regency is very relevant and effective. Dispute resolution through mediation assisted by religious leaders or community leaders as mediators in inheritance division disputes provides awareness and understanding to the parties in solving their problems. The implementation of inheritance distribution in Menukung Village is carried out in accordance with the customs in the village where the distribution is carried out evenly and does not distinguish between female heirs and male heirs. Abstrak Penyelesaian sengketa pembagian harta waris pada masyarakat Dayak yang beragama Islam di Desa Menukung Kab. Melawi sering kali mengakibatkan konflik antara ahli waris. Pembagian harta waris di Desa Menukung masih dengan cara pembagian secara merata atau secara kekeluargaan atau juga dengan cara pembagian harta waris menurut hukum adat setempat. Oleh karena itu, biasanya dari pembagian harta waris tersebut masih ada ahli waris yang tidak setuju dengan hasil pembagian dan menuntut untuk pembagian harta warisnya dibagikan sesuai dengan syariat hukum Islam. Hukum Waris dalam Islam adalah perihal yang sangat penting, hal tersebut disebabkan karena harta waris dapat menjadi jalan untuk mempererat ukhuwah Islamiyah sekaligus menjadi potensi terjadinya sengketa dalam keluarga, oleh karena itu posisi hukum waris dalam kehidupan masyarakat Muslim sangat rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji informasi mengenai faktor penyebab sengketa harta waris, pembagian harta waris melalui mediasi serta upaya ahli waris yang bersengketa melalui mediasi dalam pembagian harta waris. Adapun rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu "Bagaimana Penyelesaian Sengketa Pembagian Harta Waris Melalui Mediasi Pada Masyarakat Dayak Yang Beragama Islam Di Desa Menukung Kabupaten Melawi?". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mediasi dalam sengketa pembagian waris pada masyarakat Dayak yang beragama Islam di Desa Menukung Kabupaten Melawi sangat relevan dan efektif. Penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi yang dibantu oleh pemuka agama atau tokoh masyarakat sebagai mediator dalam sengketa pembagian waris memberikan kesadaran serta pemahaman kepada para pihak dalam menyelesaikan masalah mereka. Pelaksanaan pembagian waris di Desa Menukung dilakukan sesuai dengan adat di Desa tersebut yang dimana pembagian dilakukan secara merata dan tidak membedakan ahli waris perempuan dan ahli waris laki-laki.
