Abstract

Research on the performance of IPB business incubators is based on observations from various stakeholders to sharpen strategies and improve performance that has an impact on improving business incubator services in encouraging the birth of start-up business actors, especially in the IPB environment and generally in the community. The stakeholders in question are leaders, employees, tenants, regulators and the community. The research objectives are to design KPIs, determine KPI priorities, and provide suggestions for improvements to Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a performance measurement method based on Performance Prism with 5 perspectives, namely satisfaction, contribution, process, strategy and capability. The design and measurement of performance in this study was carried out in stages, namely an analytical hierarchy process to determine the priority value scale of each KPI process, strategy and capability based on AHP and assessment of satisfaction and contribution with the Likert scale. The results of measuring performance between stakeholders including KPI Strategy involving leaders, employees and tenants are very important.

Abstract

Sustainability has given significant consideration to the development of the agricultural sector, particularly the sugarcane-based agro-industry. Extensive research on sustainability analysis has been explored across different fields, including the sugarcane-based agro-industry. A wide range of primary studies has focused on diverse aspects of sustainability. Various secondary studies, such as systematic reviews and mapping studies, have also been documented. Nonetheless, performing tertiary research in this critical domain remains essential to systematically identify, evaluate, and categorize these secondary studies. This tertiary study utilized the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework for a systematic literature review, focusing on sustainability analysis within the agricultural sector, particularly the sugarcane-based agro-industry. A search protocol was applied for article identification, followed by articles’ screening and selection. Content analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny in RStudio, followed by a descriptive analysis. A total of 27 secondary studies were reviewed to gain deeper insights into the evolution of the research topic productions, as well as key trends. This study also acknowledges its limitations and provides key recommendations for future research in the field, which were considered in the results. Abstract

The MSME Gedang Kriuk in Cibitung Wetan Village processes young papayas into value-added products that is becoming a signature souvenir of Pamijahan. However, the business owners still face marketing limitations and do not yet have proper packaging labels. To address these challenges, an assistance program was carried out focusing on packaging label development and digital marketing through social media. The program aimed to enhance product competitiveness and expand marketing reach beyond the village area. It was conducted from January 4–20, 2025, in Cidamar, Cibitung Wetan Village, Pamijahan, Bogor Regency. Activities began with identifying the problems faced by the business owners. The implemented solutions included creating packaging labels and providing guidance on digital marketing, particularly through the establishment of an Instagram account, @galeri.citanku, as a promotional platform for local MSMEs. Digital marketing efforts involved uploading promotional photos and videos, which successfully increased product reach, as indicated by the number of content views exceeding the account’s follower count. As a result, Gedang Kriuk MSME received several new orders, experienced a higher frequency of purchases, and gained positive consumer responses toward its more attractive packaging design.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah penghasil kentang terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Produksi tahunan rata-rata 1,09 juta ton. Begitu pula produktivitasnya masih rendah, berkisar 16,4 - 18,22 ton / ha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan perencanaan strategis Green Logistic Distribution Center (GLDC) pada agroindustri kentang dengan menggunakan Interpretative Structure Modelling (ISM). Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah kami menggunakan ISM untuk menganalisis kebijakan keberlanjutan program logistik hijau yang mencakup masalah sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan seperti ketersediaan bahan baku (1), pemasok kentang (3), pasar (5), transportasi lalu lintas (7), faktor ekonomi (8), dan masalah lingkungan (9) meliputi keterkaitan variabel. dari sistem. Setiap tindakan terhadap tujuan tersebut akan menghasilkan program GLDC yang berhasil, sedangkan kurangnya perhatian terhadap tujuan tersebut akan menyebabkan kegagalan program. Dalam hal ini, daya penggeraknya besar tetapi memiliki sedikit ketergantungan pada program. Sementara sub-elemen tujuan lainnya dikategorikan sebagai tergantung, ini ditafsirkan lebih sebagai hasil dari tindakan obyektif lainnya. Dengan dua bentuk informasi, diagram matriks ISM dan DP-D, pendalaman program GLDC dimungkinkan untuk mendukung perencanaan strategis.

Abstract

Dampak perkembangan Kawasan Bandung Utara di zona tidak sesuai untuk perumahan meningkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan perekonomian masyarakat, menurunkan kualitas lingkungan yang ditandai dengan menurunnya tingkat pelayanan jalan dan kualitas udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi  pola perubahan volume lalulintas  dan tingkat pelayanan jalan; mengetahui hubungan pola perubahan volume lalulintas dan pencemaran udara terhadap indeks kualitas lingkungan; dan mengusulkan pilihan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan lalu lintas. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan fisik kimia udara dan lalu lintas dari lapangan serta data sekunder dari instansi-instansi berwenang. Analisis sistem dampak pembangunan perumahan terhadap kinerja jalan dan pencemaran udara menggunakan software Excel for Windows 2003 dan Powersim versi 2.5C. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah : (i) peningkatan volume lalu lintas di sepanjang koridor  jalan serta menurunnya kinerja tingkat pelayanan jalan dengan kategori D,E, F (>0,85), (ii) penurunan indeks kesehatan lingkungan (peningkatan jumlah kematian dini akibat pencemaran udara); (iii) pengelolaan dampak lingkungan dengan memprioritaskan kebijakan perbaikan kapasitas jalan,rasio volume dengan kecepatan kendaraan melalui penambahan lajur jalan dan lebar jalan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to conduct a search for previous articles that will be used to find research gaps and look for internal and external factors. This research gap will be used as a basis for determining further research, namely related to sustainable competitiveness involving the community. For this purpose, an article search was conducted through the Scopus database for the last decade, namely from 2015 to 2024. The number of articles that met the required criteria was 48 articles and were used for the review results in this article. To see the relationship between the discussion of keywords in this article, the Vos Viewer tool was used. The Vos Viewer results show that there is no direct relationship between SMEs and community empowerment. In addition, the tourism sector has a role and close relationship with community empowerment compared to the industrial sector and internal and external factors were also found to have a role in sustainable competitiveness, 9 internal factors and 6 external factors were found that often appear. This article also provides recommendations related to research that may be carried out in the future.

Abstract

One of the fundamental problems faced by MSMEs is limited capital. Although MSMEs may have received financing, many still encounter obstacles in elevating their business category. Among these factors are financial literacy and financial inclusion. Therefore, in this study, the data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with 113 MSMEs that have received KUR financing from BSI in the Bogor Area, using purposive sampling. The analytical methods used in this study include both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. This includes classical assumption tests, regression model estimation, and hypothesis testing (t-test). Strategy development uses the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, SWOT analysis and QSPM. The QSPM analysis identifies three top-priority strategies that most significantly support MSMEs in upgrading their business class after receiving KUR financing from BSI in the Bogor Area: (1) enhancing financial inclusion by providing easier access to banking services, both savings and financing. (2) improving the reputation and role of KUR in assisting unbankable MSMEs to become bankable and move up in business class. (3) increasing financial literacy among customers to encourage the use of BSI bank accounts for transactions, including digital transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between sustainable competitiveness and community empowerment in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by conducting a systematic literature review using the PRISMA guidelines. The review identified relevant studies published between 2021 and 2025 in the Scopus database and analyzed them using the VOS Viewer bibliometrics tool. This study explores the role of empowerment in improving Sustainable Competitiveness. Findings show that the topics of sustainable competitiveness and community empowerment are still rarely discussed in an integrated manner, although both are significantly interrelated. The analysis identified six main dimensions that contribute to sustainable competitiveness in SMEs: Economic, Social, Environmental, Technological, Organizational, and Human Resources that correlate with sustainable competitiveness in SMEs. In various literature, sustainable competitiveness in SMEs is often discussed and has a close relationship with the use of technology in SMEs businesses. However, on the other hand, it also needs to be supported by the role of the community, which is included in the social dimension, which also plays an important role in SMEs that support business sustainability, foster cooperation networks, and improve the welfare of local communities. These findings provide a basis for insight and information to develop targeted business strategies and public policies aimed at enhancing sustainable competitiveness in SMEs through community engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrative approach between water quality modeling using QUAL2Kw software and the Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) method with PROMETHEE software to support the formulation of policies for sustainable river water quality standards. The study was conducted on the Cileungsi River, West Java, with key parameters of BOD, COD, and TSS. Modeling was carried out in four tiered scenarios representing existing conditions and quality standards targets of classes IV, III, and II, thus providing a basis for designing technical interventions such as reducing point source and non-point source pollutant loads, increasing upstream discharge, and improving upstream water quality. Based on the results of iterations and model observations, six policy criteria (K1–K6) and twelve program alternatives (P1–P12) were obtained to achieve river water quality standards. PROMETHEE analysis was used to determine program priorities based on stakeholder preference weights. The results of the study show that the integration of QUAL2Kw–PROMETHEE is able to provide a more measurable scientific and policy basis, with the main priorities being the development and improvement of IPAL performance, control of non-point sources, and an increase in river base discharge. This approach has the potential to be applied as an evidence-based policy decision-making model in river water quality management in Indonesia.
