Abstract

Based on the artifact drawing in the appendix, it discusses structural planning where only drawings are produced in planning and there is no reinforcement plan which is an important element in the construction of a building in order to produce a strong, safe and economical building. Therefore, the author discusses the reinforcement of the structure. To achieve the planning objectives, structural planning must follow the regulations set by the government in the form of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Planning of the building that has been determined so that the strength and safety factors of the building can be achieved and there is no collapse in the planned building. The results of the analysis of a four-story basement office building from the calculations obtained the same results in calculations using the SAP 2000 and SNI programs 03-2847-2002, therefore the reinforcement obtained is accurate, namely the results of the SAP 2000 and SNI programs 03-2847-2002 . The results of planning a four-storey office building from several planned variations obtained a total net concrete area, namely variation 1 of 14800.96 cm², variation 2 of 15172.1 cm², variation 3 of 11297.69 cm² and variation 4 experiencing structural failure. From these results it can be concluded that the safe and economical variations of beams, columns are variation 3 where the dimensions are B1 (30 cm x 40 cm), B2 (15 cm x 25 cm), K1 (50 cm x 50 cm), K2 (45 cm x 45 cm), K3 (40 cm x 40 cm), K4 (35 cm x 35 cm)

Abstract

Salah satu Faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan pembangunan desa diantaranya partisipasi Masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Perencanaan dan Pembangunan di desa Nusa Maju, Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Langkah dan Strategi yang dilakukan Pemerintah desa Nusa Maju dalam meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualittatif Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer yang didapatkan dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Intreaktif  yaitu melalui melakukan Langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil wawancara, telaah dokumen serta obeservasi mengenai partisipasi, bahwa masyarakat secara aktif dalam perencanaan Pembangunan didesa Nusa Maju. Tujuan dari melibatkan Masyarakat dalam perencanaan adalah sebagai Upaya peningkatan aspirasi berupa keinginan dan kebutuhan nyata yang ada dalam masyarakat, peningkatan motivasi dan peran serta kelompok masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan, dan peningkatan rasa memiliki pada kelompok masyarakat terhadap program pembangunan yang telah disusun Sementara Langkah-langlah dilakukan Pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi Masyarakat desa meliputi Peningkatan kapasitas Masyarakat, Melakukan transparansi, mefasilitasi keterlibatan Masyarakat, menjalin komunikasi dan membentuk organisasi yang inklusif

Abstract

Steel that has been hardened is brittle and not suitable for use. Through the tempering process, the hardness and brittleness can be reduced until it meets the requirements for use. Hardness decreases, tensile strength will also decrease while the ductility and toughness of steel will increase. This research aims to determine the effect of tempering temperature in the heat treatment process of ST 60 steel with oil cooling media on hardness distribution and microstructure. The tempering process is carried out at temperatures of 500°C, 400°C, and 300°C with a hardening temperature of 950°C using Mesran SAE 40 Oil Quenching. The method used in this research is experimental research for the specimen is ST 60. The composition test results show that the material The base is included in the medium carbon steel group or medium carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.452%. Hardness testing used a Micro Hardness Tester where the hardness of the tempered specimen was 255.5, and the hardness of the hardened specimen was 189.7 which decreased. Microstructure testing shows that the microstructure of the raw material consists of ferrite and pearlite with balanced crystal shape and size according to the carbon content of 0.452

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode inkuiri dan group investigation terhadap partisipasi dan berpikir kritis siswa SMPN 4 Pamekasan. Desain penelitian ini meggunakan non randomized control group pretest- posttest design untuk mengetahui peningkatan partisipasi dan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan grafik partisipasi pada kelompok Inkuiri meningkat sebesar 5,0%, pada kelompok Group Investigation sebesar 7,3%, dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,6%. Grafik berpikir kritis menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 8,8% pada kelompok Inkuiri, 15,2% pada kelompok Group Investigation, dan 1,4% pada kelompok Kontrol. Uji beda paired sample t test kelompok Inkuiri (0,006), Group Investigation (0,000), pada kelompok kontrol (0,052), pada kelompok penelitian menunjukkan nilai < 0,05, maka ?0 ditolak, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan nilai > 0,05, maka ?0 diterima, yang berarti ada perbedaan partisipasi pada pretest dan posttest ketiga kelompok tersebut. Uji paired sample t test pada berpkir kritis kelompok Inkuiri (0,000), Group Investigation (0,000) menghasilkan < 0,05 maka ?0 ditolak sehingga ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada berpikir kritis siswa, sedangkan kelompok kontrol (0,327) tidak. Berdasarkan hasil ini disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran inkuiri dan group investigation terhadap partisipasi di SMPN 4 pamekasan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelas yang di ambil sampelnya, tapi yang lebih signifikan pada kelas group investigation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Elearning is a very vital tool in learning today. To provide optimal service, elearning servers require quite large computing resources when a large number of users access them simultaneously. However, expensive computing resources such as CPU, memory and disk storage make it difficult for organizations to meet the needs of large users. Previous research compared the performance of two public clouds on a moodle-based learning management system. The results showed that backup and restore times increased by about 10 seconds for every additional 500 MB of data size. This research aims to apply Kubernetes-based horizontal pod autoscaler and Redis cluster on the Moodle elearning server. Moodle is used to run elearning and Redis as database memory which can improve website performance. Horizontal implementation of pod autoscaler and Redis cluster was able to increase the performance of the Moodle e-learning website by 4.3% compared to a monolithic approach. Research shows that implementing Kubernetes and Redis clusters can improve the performance of Moodle e-learning websites. This research also shows that the microservice approach has better performance compared to the monolithic approach..

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) pada material serat serbuk tangkai jagung dengan matrik plastik polipropilen serta penggambaran  struktur mikro dan karakteristik dari komposit biodegradable. Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan suatu permasalahan yang harus ditanggapi secara serius oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, khususnya pencemaran yang diakibatkan oleh pembebanan sampah plastik. Jumlah sampah plastik yang dihasilkan rata-rata sekitar 10% dari total volume sampah, dimana kurang dari 1% plastik dapat dihancurkan karena sampah plastik berbahan dasar polimer sintetik dan sulit diuraikan oleh bakteri pengurai. Guna mengatasi masalah lingkungan ini, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan yaitu mengembangkan bahan biodegradable plastik (bioplastik) yaitu plastik yang mudah diurai oleh mikroorganisme menjadi senyawa sederhana yang ramah lingkungan. Pada metode pengujian yang dilakukan pada komposit ini ialah SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) dan foto mikro, Objek yang difoto penampang melintang serat pada spesimen, Untuk komposit yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan matrik plastik polipropilen dengan serat serbuk tangkai jagung dengan variasi komposisi sebesar 95% plastik polipropilen, 5% serbuk tangkai jagung, komposisi sebesar 90% plastik polipropilen, 10% serbuk tangkai jagung dan komposisi sebesar 85% plastik polipropilen, 15% serbuk tangkai jagung. Hasil pengujian SEM menunjukan variasi 85:15% lebih merekat antara plastik dan polipropilen dapat memberi dampak yang lebih signifikan terhadap sifat mekanik komposit, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan foto hasil Scanning Electron Microscopy dimana permukaan serat terlihat lebih baik.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.

Abstract

The problem of this research is to find out the nutritional status of POPDA Surabaya City Men's basketball athletes. This study aims to examine the nutritional status of POPDA Surabaya City Men's basketball athletes. The research method used is a descriptive survey method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Height and weight measurements are carried out to determine the body mass index (BMI) of athletes. The population and sample of this study are all Surabaya City POPDA Male players, as many as 12 people, and using a total sampling. The results showed that most athletes, namely 75.0% (9 people), had normal nutritional status. A total of 15.0% (2 people) were classified as thin (mild level of underweight), 10.0% (1 person) were classified as obese (mild excess level of weight), and no athlete had a very obese nutritional status (severe excess weight). The maximum BMI value obtained was 75.0, and the minimum value was 10.0, with an average of 33.33 and a standard deviation of 29.52. The conclusion of this study shows that most athletes have good nutritional status, which is important for supporting the fitness, health, and achievement of athletes

Abstract

Penerapan sistem absensi online berbasis web dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan absensi manual di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, seperti kecurangan titip absen dan kesalahan pencatatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem absensi berbasis web dengan teknologi GPS dan Face ID untuk memvalidasi kehadiran mahasiswa secara lebih efisien, akurat, dan aman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan keamanan data menggunakan protokol HTTPS dan dukungan teknis berbasis daring untuk mengatasi kendala server. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan kehadiran, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, serta meminimalisir risiko manipulasi data
