Abstract

This study explores how human resource (HR) management functions as a strategic pillar in developing a resilient and adaptive defense economy in the global era. The research integrates national policies, defense industry power competition, and international collaboration through an HR-based global competence approach. The study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) method, analyzing over 50 peer-reviewed articles published in Scopus/WoS indexed journals between 2021 and 2025. The research synthesizes a framework that combines strategic human resource management, defense economics, and global collaboration. The findings reveal that HR is not merely an administrative function but plays a strategic role in strengthening defense through the development of human power, digital literacy, and international collaboration. The study further highlights that the success of defense industry synergies is largely influenced by the readiness of human resource actors to integrate innovation, diplomacy, and transnational knowledge. For practical implications, the study suggests that national defense policies must invest in specialized human resource development centers, design curricula aligned with global threats and technologies, and build strategic partnerships with international defense actors. This study is the first to conceptualize an integrative framework that places HR at the core of defense economy transformation in the post-pandemic, digitally driven global landscape, offering both theoretical novelty and practical relevance for policymakers and defense educators.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic role of quality-based marketing models in enhancing the competitiveness of kombucha products, with a specific focus on Rumah SCOBY DBA, produced by the Yayasan Dharma Bintang Akademia. By integrating Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC), the research explores how quality-driven frameworks contribute to marketing effectiveness, consumer trust, brand positioning, and sustainable performance in the functional beverage industry. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with conceptual analysis, the study systematically examined publications from 2015 to 2025 across leading academic databases, focusing on themes of quality management, functional beverage marketing, kombucha production, consumer behavior, and digital strategies. The findings reveal that product quality—characterized by fermentation stability, microbiological safety, and nutritional consistency—serves as the primary driver of consumer purchase intention. Process quality, through standardized SOPs, hygiene protocols, and traceability systems, reinforces credibility, while service quality, including transparent labeling, health education, and digital engagement, strengthens brand trust. Integrating TQM principles into marketing fosters consumer loyalty, differentiates brands in competitive markets, and supports long-term sustainability. This study provides practical guidance for producers, community-based enterprises, and policymakers to adopt quality-driven marketing models, offering a novel conceptual framework tailored to kombucha products and mapping future research directions in functional beverage innovation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital infrastructures has amplified cybersecurity vulnerabilities, challenging organizations to manage risks effectively. Traditional vulnerability assessment methods, such as static scoring systems, often overlook dynamic threat information, leading to suboptimal prioritization. This study addresses the gap in existing vulnerability management approaches by introducing a data-driven framework that combines internal system data, public vulnerability databases, and external threat intelligence using predictive analytics. The proposed decision support information system employs machine learning as an analytical component to estimate the likelihood of vulnerability exploitation and support vulnerability prioritization decisions. The novelty of this approach lies in its ability to prioritize vulnerabilities not only based on technical severity but also considering the context of real-world threat activity. When benchmarked against conventional methods, this approach demonstrates superior performance in identifying exploitable vulnerabilities, improving accuracy and recall, thus optimizing resource allocation. By adopting a proactive, risk-based strategy, the framework prioritizes the most critical vulnerabilities in complex IT environments. The results highlight the potential of predictive models in enhancing cybersecurity management and supporting sustainable infrastructure, driving a shift toward more efficient, data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This study explores the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) as a decentralized storage solution aimed at reducing dependence on centralized cloud systems. The research analyzes how the integration of IPFS with blockchain and smart contracts can enhance data security, maintain data availability, and minimize censorship risks in digital environments. This topic is relevant because centralized storage still places control in a single point, creating vulnerabilities to cyberattacks, unauthorized access, and failures caused by system dependency. Although several studies have discussed IPFS in different contexts, there is a clear gap in the absence of a structured comparative explanation showing how IPFS, blockchain, and smart contracts operate together in decentralized data governance. Using a qualitative literature review from reputable academic sources, this study synthesizes existing findings into a clearer conceptual mapping. The novelty lies in the development of a comparative matrix that unifies previous technical insights, providing a more accessible understanding of how decentralized technologies support secure and censorship-resistant data ecosystems. The results indicate that IPFS preserves data authenticity through cryptographic hashing, improves data availability through distributed replication, and reduces censorship risks because access does not depend on a central authority. However, several challenges remain, including latency, uneven node distribution, and the difficulty of fully removing stored data. Overall, the study concludes that IPFS shows strong potential for future digital infrastructure, yet its adoption requires strategic planning, supportive policies, and gradual implementation to ensure sustainability and operational effectiveness across diverse technological environments.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted in Bojongsari Village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, aiming to strengthen human resource (HR) planning capacity and Islamic economics literacy as an effort to improve community quality of life. The identified problems included unclear skill mapping and development targets, unstructured role distribution in productive activities, poor financial management practices due to limited bookkeeping, and an Islamic economics understanding that remained general rather than practical. A participatory approach was applied through initial observation and needs assessment, focus group discussions, interactive training, case studies, hands-on practice using worksheets, and evaluation using pretest–posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The program results indicate improved participant understanding (reflected by higher posttest scores than pretest scores), completion of HR planning and simple financial recording worksheets, and the formulation of follow-up action plans as implementation commitments. These findings are important because the program offers an integrated and practical intervention model to enhance village community capacity and economic decision-making in a more orderly, fair, and sustainable manner.
