Abstract

Diplomasi dan negosiasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pasundan (UNPAS), sebagai institusi hukum swasta tertua di Bandung, aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan diplomasi dan negosiasi, terutama melalui peran sentral Humas. Humas UNPAS tidak hanya bertugas membangun dan menjaga citra positif fakultas tetapi juga berperan dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan diplomasi dan negosiasi dengan institusi lain, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Humas memiliki peran penting dalam membangun jaringan, mengelola komunikasi, mendukung proses negosiasi, serta menangani krisis komunikasi. Efektivitas dari kegiatan diplomasi dan negosiasi yang dilakukan Humas berkontribusi besar dalam memperkuat hubungan, mengelola krisis, mendorong perubahan positif, dan meningkatkan reputasi Fakultas Hukum UNPAS.Kata Kunci: Diplomasi, Negosiasi, Humas, Fakultas Hukum UNPAS, Komunikasi, Citra Institusi, Manajemen Krisis, Jaringan. Diplomacy and negotiation have increasingly became critical components across various sectors, including education. The faculty of law at Universitas Pasundan (UNPAS), as the oldest private law faculty in Bandung, actively engages in these activist, with Public Relations (PR) playing as pivotal role. The PR department at UNPAS is not only responsible for building and maintaining the faculty’s positive image but also plays a crucial role in supporting various diplomatic and negotiation activities with other institutions at both national and international levels. PR’s key functions include network development, communication oversight, supporting negotiation processes, and managing communication crises. Abstract

Kelulut bees have different habits when building nests between species. Tetragonula fuscobalteata is a type of the kelulut bee that is widely cultivated. Collecting bee colonies is generally carried out using various techniques, including nest dismantling, grafting, and bait techniques. Much research has been conducted on broodstock of kelulut bees, such as colony propagation techniques and the use of nest grafting methods, but research on the behavior of placing kelulut bee colonies in new nest boxes, especially on the T. fuscobalteata species, has never been carried out and done a lot. Therefore, this study aims to provide data regarding the behavior of placing T. fuscobalteata kelulut bee colonies in new nest boxes and measuring the temperature and humidity in new nest boxes sprayed with propolis extract liquid. This research used a direct observation method on new nest boxes that had been sprayed with propolis extract, and propolis was attached to the box entrance hole. The results showed that the movement behavior of the T. fuscobalteta bee colony from the old nest to the new nest occurred on the third day after repairing the nest and building the nest in the form of making honey bags, eggs, and bees. Bread occurs for 5 days. The ideal temperature in the nest is between 27.7 0C-29.70C, and the ideal humidity is between 70%-80%. The results of this research can be a reference for kelulut honey bee breeders, especially the T. Fuscobalteata, about the propagation of kelulut bee colonies

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang, Manajemen Kebijakan Komunikasi Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah selama Pandemi Covid-19. Kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan yang signifikan karena pandemi COVID-19 yang berlangsung merubah banyak kebiasaan masyarakat. DPP IMM adalah salah satu organisasi kemahasiswaan yang mengalami dampak pandemi COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, manajemen komunikasi yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul dalam organisasi, baik di pusat maupun daerah. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian memahami subjek penelitian melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPP IMM melakukan penelitian tentang perencanaan kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka, tetapi sekarang dilakukan secara digital atau online. Kemudian, kebijakan tersebut juga mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan, yang sebelumnya memakan waktu tiga hingga lima hari, menjadi hanya tiga hari dengan pengawasan instruktur yang ketat. Dengan demikian, organisasi harus menggunakan media digital saat mengembangkan organisasi pemuda dan kemahasiswaan di era modern saat ini. Selain itu, para pemimpin organisasi membutuhkan bimbingan yang akurat dan konsisten untuk melaksanakan kebijakan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, DPP IMM memberikan instruksi melalui pengoptimalan komunikasi online seperti Zoom Meeting, Group Whatsaap, dan komunikasi pribadi yang intensif, terutama untuk membangun kebijakan untuk membangun pergerakan organisasi dan menemukan solusi baru untuk memastikan aktivitas organisasi tetap berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang Public Relations Politk Nono Sampono dalam Pemilihan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia Tahun 2019. Politik dibentuk tentu memiliki tujuan yang dapat membantu bagi insan politik. Nono Sampono memiliki suara 65.189 terbanyak kedua dibawa Anna yang memperoleh 108.876 suara, John 63.016 suara dan Novita 62.501. Nono Sampono kembali terpilih pada Pileg DPD RI tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif diartikan sebagai suatu cara yang digunakan untuk memecahkan sebuah masalah yang diteliti, menguraikan tentang keadaan suatu subjek atau objek dalam suatu penelitian, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 4 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui, bahwa Nono Sampono dalam membangun relasi politik selalu mengajak silaturahmi untuk menjaga hubungan kebersamaan dan membuka ruang komunikasi melalui diskusi dan juga audensi sehinga terbangun sebuah hubungan yang baik dengan berbagai pihak serta para tokoh dan Ormas di Provinsi Maluku. Hal inilah yang menjadikan Nono Sampono kembali terpilih menjadi Anggota DPD RI Periode 2019-2024. Demikian disimpulkan, bahwa membangun hubungan yang baik dengan berbagai elemen menjadikan Nono Sampono dikenal luas masyarakat di Provinsi Maluku. Tim Pemenangan selalu mengunakan media dalam memperkenalkan sosok Nono Sampono kepada publik Maluku, terutama program atau perjuangan dirinya selama menjadi anggota DPD RI apabila kembali terpilih.

Abstract

The role of financial technology (fintech) startups in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has proven to be significant, particularly in financial management and digital technology adoption. This paper explores the contributions of fintech in enhancing the efficiency, accessibility, and growth of MSMEs. Fintech startups provide innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by MSMEs, including improved financial management, broader access to financial services, and support for financial inclusion. The focus of this paper is on the startup BukuWarung and its role in advancing the financial digitalization of MSMEs through its application. BukuWarung not only offers financial management tools but also facilitates business-to-business collaboration and crucial economic negotiations, such as pricing, contracts, partnerships, and financing. Effective negotiations in the integration of fintech technology ensure implementation that benefits all involved parties, including MSMEs, fintech providers, and other stakeholders. Abstract

Negosiasi ekonomi menjadi elemen yang semakin penting dalam upaya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, terutama pada tahun 2024 yang penuh dengan tantangan global dan regional. Pemerintah dan sektor swasta dihadapkan pada kebutuhan untuk memperkuat hubungan kerja sama guna menciptakan kondisi ekonomi yang stabil dan inklusif. Paper ini meneliti bagaimana negosiasi ekonomi berperan dalam beberapa aspek penting seperti kebijakan investasi, perdagangan internasional, dan hubungan ekonomi bilateral. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Indonesia memanfaatkan negosiasi untuk menarik investasi asing, memperluas pasar ekspor, dan menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pakar ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negosiasi yang baik antara pemerintah, investor, dan mitra internasional mampu menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih besar, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti regulasi yang tidak stabil dan dinamika geopolitik. Dengan demikian, negosiasi menjadi alat yang krusial untuk mendorong ekonomi Indonesia ke arah yang lebih kompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi di kancah global pada tahun 2024. Kata Kunci: Negosiasi Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kebijakan Ekonomi, Investasi, Indonesia 2024. Economic negotiation is becoming an increasingly important element in efforts to drive economic growth in Indonesia, especially in 2024 which is full of global and regional challenges. The government and the private sector are faced with the need to strengthen cooperative relations in order to create stable and inclusive economic conditions. This paper examines how economic negotiations play a role in several important aspects such as investment policy, international trade, and bilateral economic relations. The main focus of this research is how Indonesia utilizes negotiations to attract foreign investment, expand export markets, and create policies that support sustainable growth. Qualitative methods are used in this research, with a literature study approach and interviews with economic experts. Research results show that good negotiations between governments, investors, and international partners are able to create greater economic opportunities, although there are still some obstacles such as unstable regulations and geopolitical dynamics. Thus, negotiation becomes a crucial tool to push the Indonesian economy towards a more competitive and highly competitive direction in the global arena in 2024. Abstract

The Lapor Pak program is a variety show that will be broadcast on Trans7 starting from February 22 2021. Carrying the concept of variety comedy, Lapor Pak is packaged through sketches and talk shows with the background of a police station that comedy current criminal cases, as well as local gossip. artist with a delivery method that aims to invite laughter from the audience. The aim of this research is to determine the content of the report sir episode of Kiki Saputri Toasting Anies Baswedan program in terms of broadcasting behavior guidelines and broadcast program standards (P3SPS). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and collects data through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that in the Lapor Pak program, the Kiki Saputri Roasting Anies Baswedan episode, there are 4 segments. In segment 4 there are 4 scenes that have the potential to violate P3SPS. According to the researchers, the results of the analysis were no problem because the scene was not slanderous, inflammatory, misleading or lying, the sentences uttered by Kiki were in accordance with the data and the nature of the questions was made with the concept of roasting. In analyzing each broadcast, researchers observed the scenes of each segment and each minute of the video, then looked closely at all the scenes in the video. Then, after researchers watched the video, they found no violations listed in accordance with the P3SPS article. This research illustrates how Trans7 succeeded in creating creative programs that did not violate broadcasting regulations.

Abstract

The soap opera "Cinta Dua Pilihan" has become one of the popular shows in Indonesia, although it is not at the top of the rating list for soap operas and television programs. With an intriguing storyline and complex characters, this soap opera has a dedicated fan base that enjoys the love story and intrigues it offers. This research aims to understand the message content and analyze the potential violations of Indonesian broadcasting regulations in episode 186 of the soap opera "Cinta Dua Pilihan," which aired on SCTV on December 4, 2022. Referring to the theory of the Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Program Standards (P3SPS) and using Content Analysis method. The results of this research provide a deeper understanding of the importance of strict supervision by broadcasting regulatory bodies in maintaining the quality of television content. Additionally, this research also implies the need for further evaluation of specific television programs to ensure they comply with the values ​​upheld by society and applicable regulations. In the context of intense competition in the Indonesian soap opera industry, this research provides a broader perspective on the role of broadcasting regulation in maintaining the quality of television content and protecting the public from potentially harmful content. Therefore, appropriate action needs to be taken to ensure that television programs continue to comply with the guidelines and regulations that have been established.

Abstract

Communication is an important element in human life. Every human being is bound to communicate either verbally or non-verbally. However, today's society does not ignore the principles that need to be adhered to when communication takes place. Negotiation is used to bridge different interests, between producers and consumers. Business ethics are important in this era of increasingly fierce business competition. The many cases of violations in the business world that have caused adverse impacts on each other, this raises the importance of business ethics awareness. Doing business in the era of disruption requires Islamic Business Ethics in order to achieve business profits without destroying each other. Islam teaches to be honest, trustworthy and fair in doing business and to avoid manipulation, harm, speculation, monopoly and hoarding, and usury. Islam provides a boundary or dividing line between what is allowed and what is not allowed, what is right and wrong and what is halal and haram.

Abstract

The practice of lobbying and negotiation by government officials has become commonplace in various countries in the world, but in reality the practice of lobbying and negotiation is often seen as the worst thing involving conflict in politics. In fact, lobbying or interest representation is closely related to politicians or administrative authorities who usually target certain groups. Meanwhile, negotiation is defined as an approach to managing conflict in interpersonal or group settings, which is intended to reduce differences between incompatibilities and end with an agreement. The researcher used descriptive analysis as a research method, using a qualitative approach, and the results explained that, in politics, lobbying and negotiation are needed to carry out negotiations to reach an agreement between the negotiators. To reach an agreement and win goals in negotiations, of course political communicators need a strategy, which canbe done through a distributive approach. In political communication, political lobbying and negotiation rhetoric should be carried out face to face and door to door, because both require a more personal space so that the goal of persuasion is more possible so that dialogue and compromise can occur. Lobbying and negotiations carried out by political communicators target stakeholders. For this reason, the political communicator's skills in interacting with the general public are an important focus, because the lobbying and negotiation process is considered complete if the desired agreement has been achieved.
