Abstract

The management of Hipmikindo, which consists of people with high business perspectives, is certainly well aware that the resources of MSME entrepreneurs are still uncompetitiveness. The culture of small entrepreneurs who are very pragmatic, looking at business as just a matter of selling, certainly becomes an obstacle to progress and develop capacity building”. Even more, if the use of technology is responded as a "burden", it becomes a challenge of Hipmikindos communication strategy. Consequently, they must implement an effective model to increase the ability and the capacity of its members. This research was conducted from February to June 2020. Data collection technique was used in-depth interviews, which are largely used unstructured patterns, although the guidelines remain; followed by literature study. The objective is to find out Hipmikindo's business communication strategy in increasing the human resources of MSME entrepreneurs as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the forms of business communication strategy. There are development and dynamics of strategy in the initial and final actions, including the message management strategy. The research method is descriptive qualitative. This choice relates to the research facts that the author found a holistic set of business communication strategies that cannot be partially understood. The results show that the dynamics of Hipmikindos business communication strategy in increasing the resources of MSMEs in Jabodetabek involves several terms. At first, the pull model is used, then the push. Pull, by accommodating all the aspirations and inspiration of the SMEs to find a solution, while push” includes: 1) communication strategies for change. 2) S” cycle message management strategies, 3) quoting the concept of kaizen: 5S: (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke) which is adapted to concise, neat, clean, clean, care and diligent. The communication barriers are cultural, educational, personal, and environmental. While the supporting aspects are the government's attention, the suitability of Hipmikindo's operational field with vocational education curriculum at the secondary level and business at higher institutions, as well as the many productive age levels whose livelihoods are in the non-formal sector.

Abstract

Honey, which is generated by honey bees, is one of the prominent non-timber forest products among the population. The stingless bee is the species of bee that has the most potential for cultivation (local name: Kelulut). The stingless bee is the species of bee that has the potential to be domesticated. The stingless bee is a little black insect with a 3 to 4 mm body length and an 8 mm wing span. This study sought to identify the pattern of agroforestry in the evolution of stingless bee cultivation. To determine the plant types and possibilities for stingless bee feed, as well as the viability of growing stingless bee agriculture in the Community Forest of Antutan Village, Bulungan Regency. The descriptive approach and interviews and field surveys are utilized for sample purposes. The results revealed that the applied agroforestry pattern was meliponiculture, or the production of stingless bees in conjunction with plantations and agriculture. There are nine plant species with a total of 64 individuals that could serve as stingless bee food. For the business feasibility value, the R/C ratio is 1.9 and the B/C ratio is 0.9, which shows that the firm is both profitable and possible to operate.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mentransformasi komunikasi politik secara mendasar, memberikan peluang untuk inovasi dalam penyampaian pesan dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Namun, era digital juga menghadirkan tantangan serius, terutama disinformasi yang dapat merusak proses demokrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi yang muncul dalam komunikasi politik digital dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang diakibatkan oleh penyebaran disinformasi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis analisis data sekunder, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa platform digital mampu memperluas akses informasi politik dan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko manipulasi informasi. Artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi strategis bagi aktor politik dan masyarakat untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi digital sambil meminimalkan dampak negatif disinformasi.

Abstract

The regional head election (Pilkada) is a competitive electoral contest that requires proper management. One of the most crucial aspects is the communication management of the General Election Commission (KPU), which is the organizing body of the election. The KPU Tanah Bumbu, responsible for conducting the Pilkada in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, has implemented communication management strategies tailored to various challenges and the local political dynamics. This study aims to assess the strategy, effectiveness, and challenges of the communication management of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Tanah Bumbu Regency during the candidate nomination stage of the 2024 Pilkada. This research was conducted in Tanah Bumbu Regency during the nomination phase of the 2024 Pilkada candidates. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The theoretical framework applied in this study is George J. Terry's (2019) communication management theory, which includes four key components: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The findings reveal that the communication management strategy of KPU Tanah Bumbu relies on highly competent communicators, adequate technological support, strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and sufficient funding. Additionally, the study found that KPU Tanah Bumbu has implemented effective communication management during the nomination stage of the 2024 Pilkada, covering all phases—planning, organizing, execution, mobilization, and evaluation. Furthermore, the research identified the main challenges in KPU Tanah Bumbu’s communication management, including low public literacy levels, infrastructure barriers, and unpredictable socio-political dynamics.

Abstract

Politik merupakan proses penyusunan dan pembagian kekuasaan dalam masyarakat yang berkaitan erat dengan pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan publik. Dalam konteks Islam, komunikasi politik telah menjadi bagian integral sejak masa Nabi Muhammad SAW. Rasulullah tidak hanya dikenal sebagai pembawa risalah ilahiah, tetapi juga sebagai pemimpin politik yang mampu membangun masyarakat majemuk melalui pendekatan dakwah yang komunikatif dan penuh toleransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi politik Rasulullah SAW dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori komunikasi Harold D. Lasswell, yakni “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect.”Melalui pendekatan tersebut, kajian ini mengungkap bahwa Rasulullah SAW menerapkan komunikasi politik yang santun, strategis, dan relevan dengan kondisi sosial-politik masyarakat Arab saat itu. Strategi dakwah Rasulullah SAW terbukti efektif dalam menyatukan masyarakat, seperti tercermin dalam Piagam Madinah, yang menjadi tonggak penting dalam pembangunan sistem sosial-politik Islam yang inklusif dan harmonis. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi politik dalam dakwah tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan keagamaan, tetapi juga membentuk tatanan masyarakat yang adil, beradab, dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis retorika politik, tipologi yang dikembangkan Aristoteles dalam Retorika masih dianggap paling relevan. Ia membagi retorika menjadi tiga jenis utama: deliberatif, forensik, dan demonstratif. Retorika forensik bersifat yuridis, fokus pada kejadian masa lalu untuk menentukan salah atau tidaknya seseorang, seperti dalam sidang pemakzulan Presiden Richard Nixon tahun 1974. Jenis retorika ini juga digunakan dalam forum-forum investigatif lainnya, seperti sidang komisi nuklir atau perburuhan. Retorika demonstratif (epideiktik) bertujuan memuji atau mencela seseorang, lembaga, atau ide. Retorika ini banyak digunakan dalam kampanye politik dan editorial media untuk menguatkan citra positif kandidat yang didukung dan melemahkan lawannya. Namun, Aristoteles menekankan bahwa tidak ada satu jenis retorika yang cocok untuk semua situasi. Dalam praktik politik modern, retorika sering kali disalahgunakan. Misalnya, dalam sidang paripurna DPR RI, sering terjadi kegaduhan dan pertengkaran yang mencerminkan komunikasi yang tidak etis dan tidak mencerminkan sikap sebagai wakil rakyat. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya memahami dan menerapkan retorika secara bijak agar komunikasi politik tetap sehat, beretika, dan membangun kepercayaan publik.

Abstract

This study explores the political marketing strategy of Dedi Mulyadi through YouTube as a platform to promote his candidacy for Governor of West Java. It uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing the content of Dedi Mulyadi's official YouTube channel and how he communicates values, identities, and political narratives to build emotional ties with viewers. The findings show that Dedi Mulyadi successfully utilizes YouTube to build a populist, close-to-the-people image, emphasizing Sundanese cultural values and direct public engagement.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model komunikasi politik Islam dengan menelaah praktik kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW. Dalam konteks sejarah Islam, Rasulullah SAW tidak hanya berperan sebagai utusan Tuhan, tetapi juga sebagai pemimpin politik yang berhasil membangun masyarakat Madinah yang plural melalui pendekatan komunikasi yang strategis, etis, dan adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan menelaah literatur klasik seperti sirah nabawiyah dan hadis, serta sumber-sumber akademik kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi politik Rasulullah SAW dibangun di atas prinsip-prinsip tauhid, kejujuran, musyawarah, dan diplomasi. Model komunikasi beliau relevan untuk diaplikasikan dalam konteks politik modern yang membutuhkan integritas, empati, dan kemampuan membangun relasi lintas kelompok. Artikel ini merekomendasikan integrasi nilai-nilai kenabian dalam praktik komunikasi politik kontemporer sebagai alternatif terhadap model yang cenderung manipulatif dan transaksional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Public Relations (PR) yang dijalankan oleh Fadjroel Rachman sebagai Staf Khusus Presiden Bidang Komunikasi Republik Indonesia. Fokus kajian terletak pada bagaimana Fadjroel membangun citra pemerintah, menyampaikan kebijakan, serta menjalin komunikasi publik yang efektif di tengah dinamika sosial dan politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), yang melibatkan penelusuran berbagai dokumen, berita daring, dan publikasi ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi PR Fadjroel meliputi penggunaan simbol dan narasi nasionalisme, transparansi komunikasi dua arah, optimalisasi kanal media, dan kolaborasi dengan aktor sosial. Peran strategis Fadjroel dalam mengelola citra pemerintah memperlihatkan praktik PR yang berorientasi pada dialog, partisipasi publik, dan legitimasi politik. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian komunikasi politik dan public relations dalam konteks pemerintahan.

Abstract

Licensing is an important factor for investors when making an investment. To speed up and simplify the licensing process, the government created the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. In South Tangerang, the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) plays an important role in the coffee shop business licensing process. To open a coffee shop, a location permit, environmental permit, NIB and business trading permit through OSS are required. Obstacles in the licensing process often cause delays and difficulties for business actors. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of applying for coffee shop business permits through Online Single Submission at the South Tangerang One Stop Integrated Services Investment Service. The method used in the research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research uses the theory of Thomas R. Dye (2013). The research results show that the indicators for setting clear goals have not been achieved optimally even though the goals of time efficiency and transparency of business permits through the OSS system are quite effective. In the results measurement indicators, positive results have been achieved, which can be seen from the success of OSS in increasing the number of NIBs by 10% from the previous year. Performance evaluation indicators are not optimal due to limited email, network and server constraints, apart from that the appearance and provisions of the OSS system also make it difficult for users to access the OSS system again. In the cost-benefit analysis indicator, it is quite efficient in reducing permit processing time and without any costs incurred. Contextual factor indicators provide a positive impact where the JOSS Program is a form of the South Tangerang government's commitment to assisting the community in licensing through the OSS system. The feedback and adjustment indicators have not been optimal in providing guidance and information to business actors, so there are still business actors who have not registered their business permits through this OSS system.
