Abstract

Abstrack: Learning outcomes is the ability gained after the child through learning activities. Each requires a process of learning outcomes developed by teachers with an approach that maximizes student learning outcomes themselves. Contextual approach to teaching and learning is a view in seeking ways students interact with the environment. So whether the approach Contextual Teaching and Learning is relevant research and to improve learning outcomes is the goal of this research. The location in this research that SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Data obtained from the results of observations, the results of student evaluation, and documentation during the study. The number of samples in this study were 23 students consisted of 9 male students and 14 female students. The analysis is the activity of students and teachers, the evaluation result and the thoroughness of the students later described. From the results of research can be concluded that the application of CTL approach can improve learning outcomes IPS VIII.3 grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. From the results of research conducted suggested that teachers should choose an approach CTL as one of the alternative learning approaches in class. For school principals should support the CTL approach adopted by teachers, because if the approach applied learning hasi teachers can improve learning, the quality of teaching success in school will increaseKeywords: Approach Contextual Teaching and Learnign (CTL), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Peers Environment and Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent to students’ interest to continue their education to the university on students SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The sample of the in this research were 54 respondents determined with the formula slovin to technique the sample collection using a technique random sampling. The result of this research is the Peers Environment have a significant effect on the Students’ interest students’ interest result which is obtained tcount 4,017 <ttabel 2,008 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Conditions of sosial and economics parent have a positive and significant impact on Students’ interest outcomes where obtained tcount 4,895 > ttabel 2,008 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between Peers Environment and Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent with Students’ interest fcount 29,249 > ftabel 3,179 and significant value 0,000 < 0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the Peers Environment, Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent have a significant effect on the students' interest outcomes of 53,4% and the rest of 46,6% influenced by other factors outside this study.Key Words: Peers Environment, Conditions of Sosial and Economics Parent andStudents’ interest

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the debt policy. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange that have data (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and debt policy) consecutive years (2009 until 2013). The data obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) researched each company. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. These results indicate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership simultaneously affect the debt policy. While partially, managerial ownership and institutional ownership negatively affect debt policy.Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Debt Policy

Abstract

Abstrack: The learning model looking for a partner (make a match), was one technique of learning in which students find a partner while learning about a topic in a pleasant atmosphere in. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes IPS 2B VIII class integrated learning model looking couple (make a match) in SMP Islam Al-Muhsisnin transverse Rimba Rokan Hilir. The sample used is class VIII SMP Islam Al-2B Muhsisnin Rimba Rokan Hilir transverse half of the whole, while the number of students in class VIII 2B as many as 20 people. Data obtained using observation techniques. While data analysis techniques used are: analysis of the activity of teachers and students and the impact of the implementation of the action on student learning outcomes. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows cooperative learning model of finding a partner (make a match) can improve learning outcomes IPS 2B eighth grade students at SMP Islam Al-Muhsisnin transverse Rimba Rokan Hilir. From these results it is expected that the school, paying attention to cooperative learning model of finding a partner (make a match) that is used by the teacher in the learning process for the cooperative learning model looking couple (make a match) to improve learning outcomes. If the result of learning increases, the quality of schools also increased.Keywords: make a match Learning Method , learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the effect of time management of part timer students toward their academic achievements of PIPS students FKIP Universitas Riau. The data were obtained through survey on every class in PIPS FKIP. The survey told those 14 respondents of economic department, 9 respondents from civic department, and 10 respondents of history department. The results showed that time management gives positive and significant effects toward academic achievement partially and simultaneously, it clarify 25,7% while the rest 74,3% is probably due to other factors which are not involved in this research. It means that to improve students’ academic achievement can be done through improving students’ time management on or off campus.Key Words: Time Management, Part Time Student Work, Academic Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: Coorperation will basically targeted activities to achieve goals. Where each activity is run coorperations in need of funds used to carry out activities of the coorperation is called working capital. Analysis of working capital related to the source and its use will help the parties concerned to find out how to manage working capital efficiently and effectively to improve the return of the coorperation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiently of working capital and return on equity. The method used is descriptive, with a comparative analysis of the financial statements and conclusion. Results obtained by the analysis of financial statements that koperasi karyawan kebun/PKS/plasma Sei Pagar (KOPKAR SPA) working capital and return on equity changes every year. Management coorperations should do the planning in managing working capital and other coorperation funds, this is because the position of assets for the years 2010 to 2014 is not stable, if this is the case it is feared return on equity declined.Keywords: Efficiency of Working Capital and Return on Equity

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of profitability of the lanting cracker home industry in Pasir Penyu District. The population in this study was the home industry of lanting crackers in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict totaling 8 home industries, and which were sampled as many as 8 lanting cracker home industries, with the sampling technique using total sampling. Measurement of data using interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results of the descriptive research show that from the calculation of profitability in the home of the lanting cracker industry in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, the cost of production costs around Rp. 800,000 - Rp. 1,800,000 per month. The profit earned by the home of the lanting cracker industry can reach IDR 900,000 - IDR 2,500,000 per month depending on the cost of production, product prices, and the number of products. Profitability in the lanting cracker home industry that uses direct distribution channels has a profit of IDR3,517 while the lanting cracker home industry that uses an indirect distribution channel is only IDR2,468.Key Words: Profitability, Industrial Home Products

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the significant influence of learning discipline on student learning achievement in the Economics Subject of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan. This research uses descriptive quantitative method and the population in this study is the 11th grade social studies students totaling 110 people and the sample is obtained by using proportional random sampling technique as many as 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, Simple Linear Regression, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient (R2) with the help of SPSS version 16.0. and seen the F test is known to count F (40,100)> F table (4,034) with Sig (0,000) <0,05. Thus the hypothesis is answered that the discipline learning variable (X) simultaneously has a significant effect on student learning achievement (Y). The simple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 34.993 + 0.348 X. This means that if the discipline learning variable is assumed to be zero (0), then the learning achievement is 34.993. The value of regression coefficient variable learning discipline of 0.348. The meaning is that every increase in learning discipline by 1 unit will increase learning achievement by 0.348 and vice versa. The results of the research on the determination coefficient (R2) showed that the percentage of contribution to the contribution of learning discipline variables to learning achievement was 44.5%. and the rest as much as the remaining 55.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. For this reason, it is necessary to improve by approaching both the teacher and the school teacher so that a good learning discipline can be realized in the teaching and learning process in order to improve satisfactory learning achievement.Key Words: Discipline Learning, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine differences in accounting learning outcomes using cooperative learning model by the type of teams game and tournament which assisted by monopoly media and Talking Stick type. This is an experimental research. The population of this research was all 10th grade students of accounting of SMKN 1 Tebing Tinggi Meranti Islands Regency. The 10th grade of accounting 1 and accounting 3 were chosen as the sample in this research. The data of this research were gained by observation and test technique. The hypothesis was tested by using t-test formula. Based on the calculation of the different test, it can be seen that the accounting learning results using the TGT learning model assisted by monopoly media with an average value of 83.13 is greater than the accounting learning results using the model talking stick while for classes using the Talking Stick learning model with an average value of 76.83, the difference is close to significant. Based on the results of the n-gain test, the TGT learning model assisted by monopoly media showed a value of 0.57 while the Talking Stick learning model was worth 0.14. It was concluded that the cooperative TGT learning model assisted by monopoly media had a higher influence on accounting learning outcomes than the Talking Stick learning model.Key Words: TGT, Talking Stick, Learning Achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACK : The purpose of the research is to analyze factor’s affect interest saving on BRI Syariah Pekanbaru. Method of the research is quantity by statistical analyze. Sampling method used by researchers is a probability sampling (cluster sampling) is a technique where each member of the sample on the take the population has the same opportunity to become a member of sampling. Sample technique uptake incidental sampling. The data used in this research is the primary data is obtained from the division of a detailed questionnaire to the customer. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary data is collected from customer who save their money at BRI Syariah Pekanbaru. The questionnaire is answered by 250 respondents that chosen randomly. The secondary one are obtained from BRI Syariah documents, website and other media. Data analysis method used is the partial correlation, correlation multiple and regression multiple test with SPSS tools. The result reveals that the factor’s affect interest saving in BRI Syariah Pekanbaru is syariah culture, reference group, perception stimuli by partial and multiple analyze.Keywords : Interest saving, syariah sub-culture, reference groups, perception stimuli
