Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of managerial ownership of profitability and its impact on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015 to 2017. The population of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017 that has data on profitability and managerial ownership, as well as normal distribution data. This research uses secondary data sourced from the company's annual report. The technical analysis of the data used is track analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. The results showed that managerial ownership has a positive effect on profitability. Profitability affects positively to the company’s valueKey Words: managerial ownership, profitability (ROE), and corporate values.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning attitudes and learning motivation on the students learning achievement of Class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kampar Kiri Tengah. Data collection techniques were carried out by documentation to obtain student learning achievement and using questionnaires to obtain data on learning attitudes and learning motivation. The population used in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kampar Kiri Tengah, amounting to 103 people. The entire population is examined (census). The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a positive effect on learning attitudes towards learning achievement which is equal to 0.3481 or 34.81 %, there is a positive effect of learning motivation on learning achievement which is equal to 0.8760 or 87.60 %. R Square values obtained is 0.393. This means that student learning outcomes can be influenced by independent variables namely learning attitudes and learning motivation by 39.3%, while the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.Key Words: Learning Attitudes, Learning Motivation, Students Learning Achievement.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the effect of the principal’s leadership style on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Banuhampu Agam Regency. This research is type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all teachers and teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 Banuhampu Agam Regency. And the sample in this study were all 56 teachers. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The data collection technique used Questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysisand simple regression analysis. The result of the this study indicate that the proncipal’s leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The t count for the principal’s leadership style variable is 3,140 and the t table is2,00488, thus t count > t table. This means that leadership style affects performance. The regression coefficient value is 0,402. The regression coefficient value is positive (+), so it can be said that leadership style (X) has a positive effect on teacher performance (Y).Key word: Leadership style, teacher performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture to increase learning motivation IPS students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan. The number of students in this study as many as 20 people. Research conducted in the second half of the 2015/2016 school year in February 2016. Variable measured in this study are the activities of teachers and students with the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture and student motivation. The data collection is done by using observation sheet. These results indicate that the activity of teachers in the application of cooperative learning model Picture and picture in the first cycle of activity Percentage of teachers reached 64.26%. While in the second cycle increased with the percentage of 89.29% both categories all.The activity of the student in the first cycle the percentage of 51.43% on the classification of sufficient whereas in the second cycle student activity increased with increasing percentage of 91.43% with a good classification. The level of student motivation in the first cycle of scores obtained 51.25% is the percentage of students with a good classification. After the second cycle increased with the percentage of 77.72% with a good classification. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture can increase motivation to learn social science students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan district. Abstract: Education is a main factor in shaping the good of the human person. Education is gained not only in schools but all factors can be used as a source of education. Especially the environment that plays a role or influence on student learning outcomes. With the development of the times, technology is growing rapidly. The world of education today has also begun to integrate technology in various aspects including in learning. Education policy is directed to the use of technology so as to prepare human resources capable of facing global challenges. The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of utilization of information technology on student learning outcomes in Economics lesson SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class X IIS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru as many as 156 people, and who became the sample are 61 people. Data measurement using questionnaire. Analysis of data used is simple linier regression. The result of the research based on simple linear regression showed that the utilization of information technology had an effect on the student learning outcomes of class X IIS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This can be seen from constanta value (a) of 70,833 and regression coefficient (b) 0,269 with regression equation 70,833 + 0,269 . Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained a value of 0,504. This is means that the contribution of the use of information technology to student learning outcomes of 50.4%Keywords: Utilization of Information Technology, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstrack : The objectives of this research were to know the effect of learning facilities that used by student of class X, dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population of this research was the class X dan XI IPS SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan amount 209 people and the sample amount 137 people. The collected data used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis of this research used simle linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that the using of learning facilities influence on student learning outcomes of class X dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 46,000 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 0,351 with a regresiion equation 46,000 + 0,351. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,392. It means that the contribution of the influence of the use learning facilities on learning outcomes by 39,2%.Key word : Learning facilities, learning outcomes

Abstract : focus of this study is the low learning outcomes of IX IPS 1 students based on the daily test results where the average of student learning outcomes is 72, but the value is still below the standard value of 75. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether the school environment, partially and simultaneously effect to the students' learning outcomes in Economics lesson at SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan District. The population in this study is the sum of the overall object that will be studied, the students of class X and XI IPS SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan who gets economics lessons, amounted to 240 people. The sample of this research is the students of Class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan District in Year 2018/2019 consisting of 40 students. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive with multiple regression model. Partial test results of school environmental factors significantly influence learning outcomes of student on XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District. Family environment also affects the results of learning outcomes of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District. The simultaneously results state that the school environment and family environment have a positive and significant impact on the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District.Keywords: Environment and Outcomes.

Abstract: This research aims is to determine the effect of self efficacy on student learning achievements in social studies subject at the grade VIII SMPN 2 Tembilahan Hulu. The population of this research is all of grade VIII students in SMPN 2 Tembilahan Hulu totaling 140 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentary in the form of report cards. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 22 program which was previously tested for classic assumptions, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test and t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between self efficacy on student learning achievement and R Square value of 28%. Self efficacy has a positive effect on student learning achievements, meaning that self-efficacy of students can improve student learning achievements. Thus to improve student learning achievement high self efficacy is needed so that the learning process is more effective.Key Words: Self efficacy, Learning Achievements.

Abstract: This research aims to analyse teacher performance in making lesson plan, analyse teacher performance in implementing lesson plan, and analyse teacher performance in carrying out evaluation of learning. This research was held at Taruna Mandiri Pekanbaru Senior High School in May until June 2017. The subject of this research is the teacher of Taruna Mandiri Pekanbaru Senior High School in the academic year 2017/2018. In the data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation.the result show of the study known that the teaching performance of Taruna Mandiri Pekanbaru Senior High School teacher has an average in the high level category (79.2%). A total of 12.7% in very high category, 71% in high category, 16% in enough category and 0.3% in low category.Keyword: Analyse, Teacher Performance

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administrator to the customer satisfaction of Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia University of Riau. This research is a quantitative research, with amount of population is 1.949 members and amount sample is 94 members. The method that used to gathering data is quisioner. Analysis data method uses descriptive analysis, multiple linier regression and classical assumption test. The result of the research shows there is influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administator to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,001. Partially, service quality has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,038 and managerial ability has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance of 0,003. With good service quality and good managerial ability, so that will increase customer satisfaction.Keywords : Quality of Service , Managerial Ability , Customer Satisfaction .
