Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that can affect students' interest in online entrepreneurship. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is students of Class 2016, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau, batch 2016. The population was 1,214 people, and the sample was obtained as many as 93 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Primary data is obtained through a questionnaire distributed via google form. The collected data was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the surrounding environment, facilities and infrastructure, facilities have a positive and significant effect on students 'online entrepreneurial interest, while willingness has a negative effect on students' online entrepreneurial interest with the results of the regression equation Y = 6.368 + 0.443X1 + 0.108X2 + 0.122X3 + -0,270 and contributed to student learning outcomes by 28.8%.Key Words: Surrounding Environment, Facilities and Infrastructure,Facilities, Willingness, Interest in Online Entrepreneurship

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the effect of loan funds from village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) Mulya business on increasing community income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were 121 members who were members in 2018-2019. From this population, 67 members were sampled. While the analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with different tests (paired sample t-test) and simple linear regression. After analyzing the data for hypothesis testing, the significance value of the paired sample t-test shows that it is 0.000 <0.05 and it can be said that there is a significant difference in income between before making a loan and after making a loan at BUMDes Usaha Mulya. Whereas for the regression coefficient X of 0.118, it means that if the loan fund (X) increases by one unit, then the income will increase by 0.118 or 11.8%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Loan Fund from the Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) Mulya Business had an effect on the Increase of Community Income in Talang Mulya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Abstract: This study aims to determine how much the effect of scholarship effectiveness to the academic achievement of students of Economic Education Studies Program FKIP University of Riau. The population in this study are students of Economics Education 2014 until 2016 is 104 participant, and the sample of 83 people. Measurement of data using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results showed the effectiveness of scholarship has a significant effect on the academic achievement of students of Economic Education Studies Program FKIP University of Riau. This can be seen from the regression coefficient, ie the value of constanta (a) of 2.705 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 0.011. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.275. The meaning is that the contribution of scholarship effectiveness influence to the academic achievement of 27.5% and the rest influenced by other factors.Keywords : Effectiveness, Scholarship, Academic Achievement

Abstract:This study aimed to analyze the People's Business Credit (KUR) At Bank BRI Unit Tabek Patah Cabang Batusangkar Sumatera Barat. The analysis technique used is descriptive method is a method that describes a phenomenon based on data obtained from the documentation and interviews with PA (Executive Academic) KUR BRI Unit Tabek Patah Cabang Batusangkar Sumatera Barat. Results of research conducted at the Bank BRI Unit Tabek Patah Cabang Sumatera Barat showed that the number of Customers who apply for loans at BRI KUR Tabek Patah Sumatera Barat before and after rate cut are customer deposits rising 23.37%. Where 39.83% of customers aged between 25 years to 34 years, 43.30% type of business carried on by the customer is a business in agriculture. 56.92% of customers have a high school level education last. While the amount of business income each month is between Rp. 3,000,001 to Rp. 4,000,000 as many as 65.63%.Key Words: Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR)

Abstract: Research on profit-sharing financing and profitability levels has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie some have influence and some have no influence. Thus, the researcher is interested to re-examine the profit-sharing financing and profitability level. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profit sharing financing to the level of profitability. The population of this study is the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia which has the required data for the period 2011-2015 with a period of observation of 60 periods. The type of data from this study is secondary data sourced from the website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id). Data analysis using simple regression. The results showed that financing for the results have a positive effect on the level of profitability.Keywords: Profit Sharing Financing, Level Of Profitability

ABSTRAKIn the world of teacher education are at the forefront . This means that without the participation of the teacher education quality would be impossible to run properly . For that teachers are required to have a high performance , because to the high performance of teachers can carry out their duties optimally . The level of teacher performance is certainly not out of the two factors, both factors originating from within oneself ( internal factors ) and factors that originate from outside or the environment ( external factors ) that will bring changes to the teachers' performance in school . This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru . The population of this study amounted to 46 people . The sample in this study was 42 . Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire distributed directly to teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah. Then the results of the data from the questionnaire was examined by the Head Master to be proved correct. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis . Data processing were performed with SPSS version 16.0 forWindows. The results showed that Factor Internal and External factors affect teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru . With internal factors tcount 5.272 > 2.023 ttable and external factors tcount 2,740 > 2,023 ttable . As for the value of Fcount 50.110 > 3.238 Ftable so it is concluded that internal factors and external factors significantly influence the performance of teachers . The coefficient of determination ( R2 ) obtained 0,720 or 72.0 percent . This means that the variable factors internal and external factors contributing variables in explaining teacher performance variables by 72.0 percen. The remaining 28.0 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Suggestions for this research that in carrying out his duties at the school , the teacher must be able to be professional not to family problem , work environment, etc. mixed with work in schools because it may interfere with the performance of teachers in the school.Keywords : Internal Factors , External Factors , Teacher Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Hallyu influence on the decision to purchase Korean-style local creative products for members of the CPN group, Fanfict GC group, and Pekanbaru Kpopers conducted in March 2019. The study was conducted with an unknown population and a sample of 100 people taken by incidental sampling quota technique. The technique used to obtain data is by distributing questionnaires. The method used is descriptive quantitative. In the descriptive analysis test, purchasing decisions are mostly included in the medium category, which is 72% and Hallyu is also in the moderate category of 51%. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that Hallyu had a significant effect on the decision to purchase Korean-style local creative products in members of the CPN, Fanfict GC and Kpopers Pekanbaru groups with Fcount of 13.303 (13.303> 3.94) and the equation Y = 18.633 + 0.343X. The determination (R2) or Hallyu contribution to the decision to purchase Korean-style local creative products for members of the CPN, Fanfict GC, and Kpopers Pekanbaru groups is 12%.Key Words: Purchasing Decisions, Hallyu, Creative Products

Tujuan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengidentifikasi kendala yangdihadapi guru Ekonomi SMA dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 dan (2)mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru Ekonomi SMA untuk mengatasi kendala yangdihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013.Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah guru Ekonomi SMA Negeri di Pekanbaru, baik yang sudah melaksanakanKurikulum 2013 sejak tahun 2013 dan yang melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013 sejaktahun 2014. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 14 responden yaitu mewakili setiapSMA Negeri di Pekanbaru, dimana setiap SMA diambil sampel satu guruEkonomi.Rancangan penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yangdiperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer.Data dikumpulkan dengan teknikwawancara dan observasi. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik deskriptifkuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Seluruh responden memilikikomitmen untuk menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 dengan sungguh-sungguh, (2) seluruhresponden pernah mengikuti pelatihan kurikulum 2013, (3) sebagian respondenmasih merasakan kesulitan dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013, (4) kesulitanterbesar yang dihadapai responden adalah penerapan penilaian otentik yang harusdilakukan, (5) penyiapan media pembelajaran dalam rangka menghadirkan faktadalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik masih dikeluhkan oleh sebagian besarrespondenKata kunci : Hambatan, implementasi, kurikulum 2013
