Perilaku keputusan investasi mulai menarik perhatian akademisi secara internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh perilaku keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi. Perilaku keuangan diwakili oleh variabel herding, overconfidence, informasi pasar, risiko persepsi, dan literasi keuangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 177 investor individual pada Kota Batam dalam periode November 2018 hingga Februari 2019. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil uji menemukan bahwa overconfidence, informasi investasi, dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan investasi sedangkan variabel yang lain tidak ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.

The COVID-19 outbreak drastically impact worldwide economic including the stock returns. This study use Indonesia and Malaysia cases with total 141.585 and 219.381 observations in 2020. The measurement of COVID-19 of this study uses daily new confirmed cases and daily death cases from each country. To test the hypothesis, unbalanced panel and multiple regression is used to test the crowded data. The results show differ result for each country. In Indonesia, we found that the COVID-19 outbreak is strong negatively effect to stock return, in contrast, Malaysia found to be less influence. Furthermore, the effect of Monday and Friday was used to test any impact of day during the pandemic on stock return. Surprisingly, the effect of Friday affects differently from Monday. The weekend-effect still occur in pandemic situation and the investor mood still sentiment to Indonesia’s stock market.

One of the senior high schools in Batam City named SMAS Ananda Batam has a problem in one of the steps of implementing the learning system. The problem lies in the use of student learning modules that are still analog or physical in nature such as textbooks, while technological developments are increasingly rapidly towards digital learning in this field of education. Therefore, the purpose of implementing this activity is to compile digital student learning modules in economics subjects so that they can help improve the quality of learning between students and teachers at SMAS Ananda Batam. The method of implementing this activity is observation and interviews in collecting data. The result of this activity is a digital learning module for economics students consisting of 2 e-modules on microeconomics for grade ten and 5 e-modules on macroeconomics for grade eleven. In addition, there are also recommendations or suggestions for this activity in the future, namely developing digital learning modules for economics lessons outside of microeconomics and macroeconomics, as well as other subjects as a whole so that Ananda Batam SMAS school can complement all of its student learning materials digitally in the future.

Practical work at Ma Oteh Coffee Shop is useful for overcoming the problems being faced by the shop in terms of increasingly fierce competition, this practical work focuses on how to market products so that they have a higher level of sales compared to competitors and also focuses on promotions that will used. The method used in this practical work is to interview the owner of Ma Oteh Coffee Shop to get information about the situation around the shop, followed by developing a system that will be implemented. The marketing and promotion carried out aims to disseminate information about the existence of Ma Oteh Coffee Shop. The results obtained from this practical work are registering the shop on Go-Food, registering on Google Maps, creating an Instagram social media account and carrying out promotions using the Instagram Advertisement feature, as well as printing a menu list that will be used by the shop.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di perusahaan CV Asia Baru, Batam – Indonesia. Permasalahan yang diungkit disini ialah perusahaan yang sulit menemukan pelanggan baru. Sehingga pada penelitian ini penulis ingin memberikan inovasi baru agar perusahaan dapat mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Metode dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif, lebih tepatnya metode studi kasus yang dalam pengumpulan datanya mencakup observasi dan wawancara serta konsultasi dengan orang lain. Hasilnya perusahaan CV Asia Baru telah memiliki inovasi dalam mendapatkan pelanggan baru, yaitu dengan foto produk yang diekspos di instagram serta company profile. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat penulis berikan ialah lebih sering beriklan agar mempermudah dalam mendapatkan pelanggan baru, sebab tanya jawab antara pelanggan dengan penjual merupakan hal umum dalam transaksi jual beli.

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the stock market conditions of IDX and SGX due to the influence of COVID 19. Through a regression analysis study method to see the condition of stock returns on companies in IDX and SGX. These two countries were taken as the focus of the study considering the closeness of business relationships and the highest number of COVID 19 cases in the Southeast Asia Region. The researcher concludes that the Indonesia Stock Exchange is more sensitive to the increase confirmed case of COVID 19 and the Singapore Stock Market is more sensitive to the increase deaths cases of COVID 19. The conclusion of this study is that the threat of COVID 19 will have a different effect on investor behavior in each country, this could be due to the influence of differences between cultural values and characteristics.

This digital marketing strategy is drafted for Toko Central Legenda Laundry aims to help the owner to improve sales, introducing their service in an digital platform, improving market reach, and to promote the services and quality of the business. In the past, Toko Central Legenda laundry was uses a traditional form of marketing strategy. The digital marketing strategy is drafted based on information collected by the author through interviews and observation. The strategy revolves around social media (Instagram and Facebook) and training module for employees. Based on the draft of this digital marketing strategy, the social media account has an steady increase in numbers of follower, steady increased profitability and results are positive.

This activity is aimed at compiling a digital teaching material that can be used to improve the quality of learning between teachers and students in schools, where the object of this activity is SDS Christian Tabqha Batam school which is an educational institution for elementary school level in Batam City. This school carries out a learning process that still uses teaching materials that are analog or non-digital so that the learning process is continuously stagnant to date. Therefore, in the period from September to December, this activity focuses on compiling digital teaching materials as a solution to improve and develop the quality of learning at SDS Christian Tabqha Batam school, especially for Mandarin subjects. The process of implementing this activity uses observation and interview methods in collecting data. As a result, this activity created outputs in the form of 6 student digital teaching materials which were divided according to the number of elementary levels in the form of powerpoint files. With this, it is hoped that SDS Christian Tabqha Batam can provide an even better learning process for its students, especially in Mandarin lessons. And finally, the recommendation for the future is to create digital teaching materials for all subjects contained in the curriculum at SDS Christian Tabqha Batam school so that the learning process as a whole can develop fully.

Purpose: This study analyzes the effect of macroeconomic factors, including inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply, on the stock return rate of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Methodology/approach: The data in this study were processed using the multiple linear regression approach in SPSS 26.0. The sample includes monthly data on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Sharia index for ten years from January 2013 to January 2023. Results: The analysis results prove that the exchange rate and inflation have a significant negative effect on JII stock returns. In contrast, the interest rate and money supply do not have a significant relationship with stock returns. Limitations: A low adjusted R-squared value indicates that the independent variables can only explain the limited scope of the dependent variable. Thus, it can be concluded that additional variables are required to be included in this investigation. Contribution: This study is expected to provide a reference for further research. In addition, using one of the Sharia indices in this study is expected to provide a new view to novice investors that not only shares of conventional companies are traded but also shares of Sharia companies. It is hoped that this study’s results will also help investors prospect JII stock returns to help them find the best investment decision. Novelty: Many previous studies have conducted research on stock prices using the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). However, research on stock returns using this index has not been found.

Purpose: This study analyzes the impact of macroeconomic indicators on banking stock returns. Methodology/approach: This study utilized a quantitative approach with a hypothesis testing method as evidence of the effects of macroeconomic indicators on bank stock returns. The stock index obtained as a sample was the Infobank15 index, consisting of 15 banks in Indonesia over five years, from 2018 to 2022. To examine the relationship in the research model or the impact between variables and to fit the research model, secondary data were used. Data were analyzed using statistical software to implement the data analysis. Results: This study found that the price of the InfoBank15 index is affected either positively or negatively by money supply and exchange rate, respectively, but not by interest rate. Limitations: This research was limited by the short observation period, with limited macroeconomic indicators as the independent variable, and only one index listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia is used as research data.
