Abstract

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the work motivation of employees who work in notary offices in Batam City. The sample used in this study was 151 people, and 151 were also respondents. In this research, five variables were used to test whether these five variables had an effect on the work motivation of employees who work in the notary's office. The five variables are work culture, rewards, compensation, punishment and training. And of these five variables, the results of research using the Smart PLS analysis tool provide the answer that the variable that has no significant effect on work motivation is the punishment variable.

Abstract

Skor positif pada variabel Stres Kerja (X1) ditafsirkan berdasarkan temuan analisis statistik yang menginterpretasikan skor thitung dengan skor 2,009 > ttabel (1,984) dan skor signifikansi dengan skor 0,016 < 0,05. Hal ini menginterpretasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup besar dan parsial antara kinerja karyawan dengan variabel stres kerja. Pada variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) skor thitung (7,650) lebih tingginya dari skor ttabel (1,984) dan skor signifikansinya dengan skor 0,000 minimnya dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, variabel Motivasi Kerja berdampak dengan kinerja karyawan. Skor thitung dengan skor 1,004 melampaui skor ttabel dengan skor 1,984, dan skor signifikan dengan skor 0,044 lebih dari 0,05 diberikan pada variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X3). Hal ini menginterpretasikan bahwa faktor lingkungan tidak mampu berdampak dengan karakteristik kinerja karyawan. Temuan dari tiga pengujian terpisah yang diinterpretasikan sekaligus menginterpretasikan bahwa stres kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) semuanya mampu berdampak dengan kinerja karyawan. Tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dipergunakan untuk mengartikan skor Fcal lebih tingginya dari Ftabel (41,707 > 2,47). Akibatnya, kita menerima H1 dan menolak H0.
