Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menetapkan indikator efesiensi teknisi proses produksi karet remah . menilai kinerja efisiensi teknisi proses produksi agroindustri karet remah. Dan memberikan kontribusi perbaikan untuk peningkatan efesiensi teknisi .proses produksi argo industri karet remah. Dan memberikan kontribusi perbaikan untuk peningkatan efisiensi teknis proses produksi afroindustri karet remah pada kasu PT Perkebunan  Negara .Hasil analisa Delphi merekomendasikan 9 kriteria untuk penilaian efsiensi teknis agroindustri karet remah yaitu (1) MCE (efsiensi Siklus Material).(2) ECE (Efesiensi  Siklus Energi ).(3)POEE (Effesiensi Lingkungan proses Keseluruhan).(4) FPEE (Efesiensi Lingkungan Produk akhir ). (5) ECEE (Efisiensi Lingkungan Siklus Konstan dari produk ). (6) PAQE (Efisiensi  Kualitas produk Absolute).(7) PCQE (Efisiensi  Kualitas Konstan dari Produk). (8) ESOE (Efisiensi pengoperasian peralatan statis ) dan (9)PVE (Efisiensi Volume Produk Akhir ). Berdasarkan pengukuran secara numeric  efesiensi teknisi proses produksi karet remah perusahaan berkisar  antara 77.01-96.98%. Namun hasil agregasi pendapat ahli dengan metode Non Numeric Multi Criteria Multi Person disimpulkan status efisiensi proses produksi karet remah adalah Rendah... Kata Kunci: karet remah , efisiensi teknis,Numeric MultiCriteriaPerson

Abstract

The aim of the study is to measure the selection criteria of sub-contractor fly over construction project and to level the sub-contractors based on five criteria which are financial factor, practical factor, managerial, safety, and company’s image. The right sub-contractor as partner is the important factor for main contractor in building the fly over based on the schedule and the budget with good quality. The study was using ANP (analytic network process) to evaluate the criteria interrelation of main contractor when making decisions of uncertainty situation to be better. The subject of the study is the Tendean-Blok M-Cileduk fly over construction project. The result shows that sub-contractor A has the highest result of 0.4798, sub-contractor B with 0.3646 and the last is sub-contractor C with 0.1556.

Abstract

The rapidly increasing quantities of waste generated, especially in urban areas such as Jakarta, becomes a major concern of various stakeholder. With the average of waste per person per day by 1 kg, it is estimated that Jakarta produces 7,000 ton tons of urban waste per day in 2017.  The dominant type of urban waste in Jakarta after organic waste is paper waste (18.4%) and plastic waste (13.2%).  Present disposal and processing capacity is probably not sufficient to deal with the expected growth. The community's active role in dealing with municipal solid waste issues through the concept of 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) will reduce the burden of waste that must be transported to the landfill. In South Meruya Village, West Jakarta, two groups of PKK (empowerment of family welfare) women, which are processing urban wastes from plastic solid waste and paper waste. Unfortunately, PKK South Meruya womens have never attended business development training, product quality is also less competitive, not innovative, its market reach is still very limited. The purpose of this activity is to improve the skill of producing quality creative products according to market demand, expand marketing reach by utilizing ICT technology, and improve management of group business. The method used combines lecture approach, mentoring, discussion, simulation and practice. Creative products produced include wallets, bags, ornamental flowers, tissue containers, and cup lamps. Through a partnership with higher education institution, the group of South Meruya PKK women is targeted to increase the quantity and quality of creative products produced, as well as its market reach. Dynamic improvement of understanding and skill of South Meruya PKK mothers in managing urban waste 3R resulted in greenpreneurship model of urban waste-based creative products.

Abstract

Identifying optimum process parameters, their effects, and contributions to the outcomes of electroplating thickness in the electroplating process is very time-consuming and requires high cost. Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) use a traditional approach in determining optimum process parameters that can lead to an inefficient result, such as a high variation in the response. Design of Experiment (DOE) can identify the significant factors in the process, show the correlation of each factor, and determine the optimum process parameter to achieve the targeted response (thickness). The research aimed to use DOE analysis with Response Surface Method (RSM) to optimize the electroplating parameter. It was experimental research using real production part as the DOE sample and Minitab statistic software to analyze the result. The used sample in the experiment was the continuous product order from a home appliance manufacturer. Then, four factors during the electroplating process were chosen: electrolyte concentration, electric current, duration of timing, and surface of the electroplated area. The results show that to reach thickness at 40 microns, it needs the optimum parameter with 5 minutes duration, electrolyte density of 22 Baume, electricity of 5 Volt, and surface area product of 415 cm2. This condition leads to capacity improvement of up to 100%. Hence, it decreases overtime costs and contributes to reducing energy consumption.

Abstract

Pembatasan angkutan produk pada masa hari raya Idul Fitri merupakan kendala yang sering dialami oleh perusahaan yang produknya mempunyai masa kadaluarsa yang pendek. Perencanaan produksi yang kurang tepat dapat berdampak pada proses dekomposisi yang menambah biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan persediaan pada masa setelah hari raya Idul Fitri dengan menggunakan metode linier programming. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perencanaan persediaan produk sodium hypochlorite yang mempunyai lifetime sebentar. Metode linier programming yang digunakan adalah metode simpleks yang dapat mengakomodasi kendala-kendala yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk meminimalkan biaya produksi produk sodium hypochlorite maka diperlukan 180 ton yang melalui proses dekomposisi dan 720 ton disimpan dalam tangka dan 180 ton yang diproses kembali. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tidak memerlukan fasilitas pembuatan tangki baru yang memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Implementasi linier programming dapat membantu mengambil keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada suatu proses persediaan produk.

Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi covid-19 di tahun 2020, transformasi pendidikan digital menjadi solusi keberlanjutan proses belajar mengajar termasuk institusi pendidikan tinggi. Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah kajian pustaka mengenai analisis tingkat kepuasan pemangku kepentingan atas pendidikan dalam jaringan (daring) di berbagai negara, sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi peneliti lain untuk mendapatkan informasi referensi pada materi penelitian sejenis. Metode penelitian ini mengambil beberapa artikel dari berbagai sumber jurnal seperti: Google scholar, Science direct, Researchgate, Springer, Proquest, EBSCO, dan lain-lain. Artikel dipilih secara khusus menerapan metode survei yang ditujukan kepada pemangku kepentingan. Terdapat 30 artikel yang kemudian dianalisis mengenai negara tempat penelitan, jumlah responden, serta tingkat kepuasan pemangku kepentingan. Berdasarkan 12,867 responden yang terlibat, 78,2% mahasiswa menyatakan puas dengan perkuliahan daring, meskipun terdapat berbagai aspek negatif terutama masalah kualitas jaringan internet. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan daring diperlukan dukungan pemerintah dalam perbaikan sistem teknologi informasi, kurikulum yang mendukung serta pelatihan berkesinambungan bagi dosen, karyawan, dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Selection of Third Party Logistics (3PL) services is an important focus of attention for companies in selecting suppliers in their supply chain. The wide marketing area of PT PETRONAS's lubricant products demands 3PL performance to increase the company's service level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision-making process in the context of selecting 3PL transportation suppliers using the TOPSIS and PROMETHE multi-criteria methods. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data through library research, interviews, and field surveys. The process of selecting a transportation 3PL is carried out in two stages, namely selection of criteria and the commercial aspect of the bidding price per region is evaluated as the basis for selecting the best supplier. The selected suppliers are PT Wira Logitama Saksama, PT Glory sogotrans Mandiri, PT Iron Bird Logistik, PT Sumisho Global Logistik, and PT Dunia Express Transindo. Based on the results of the analysis using the PROMETHEE method, five criteria with the highest weight were produced, namely Price, Time Delivery, Health Safety Management, Infrastructure and Office Equipment. The results of the ranking using the TOPSIS method for shipping to each destination are that PT Wira Logitama Semesta is the best supplier for five shipping destinations, namely Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Lampung and Medan and PT Iron Bird Logistik is the best supplier for shipping to Cilegon and Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to find the causes of customer dissatisfaction and its implications for logistics service provider (LSP) operations management by improving the quality of customer service. This research is a case study on Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB), a logistics service provider based in Cilincing, Indonesia. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used with the Delphi method for expert validation. Data were collected during the covid-19 pandemic using questionnaires distributed to a limited sample of 50 PLB customers and semi-structured interviews to deepen information related to site observations. The 5-dimensional service quality (SERVQUAL) instrument was validated using 40 completed questionnaires used as primary data, resulting in 33 valid attributes. GAP analysis found 30 attributes have low performance, and reliability, assurance, tangibles, responsiveness, and empathy contribute to customer satisfaction. Empathy was the priority for improving the quality of employees. Six attributes based on importance performance analysis (IPA) were identified as the voice of customer (VOC). Based on QFD evaluation, it was found that for the most critical professional improving the quality of customer service is performance as an added value for the logistics process, and the lowest is the fast response from the customer service team. Highest technical requirements: cycle time and lowest stock out. The technical implications of the SERVQUAL and QFD approaches can be used to increase customer satisfaction through improving the quality of human resources and procurement management.

Abstract

In early 2020, the spread of the Covid-19 virus spread in Indonesia. The Indonesian government implements distance learning at all levels of education. This study aims to examine 47 risks that can disrupt the online learning process, especially in tertiary institutions. The risk matrix method consists of low risk, medium risk and high risk classifications. Of the 47 potential risks assessed, 29.78% are classified as low risk, around 63.83% are classified as medium risk, then 6.39% are classified as high risk. This study found unfulfilled numbers for student enrollment; plagiarism and bandwidth consumption as high risks in e-learning methods during the co-19 pandemic. Higher education management needs to make a strategic plan in anticipating these risks. This study provides several strategies using the 5W+1H method. The strategy is to recalculate tuition fees and payment methods to increase student enrollment, HEI management must implement regulatory policies and also apply the UPCC method to minimize plagiarism, and optimize information technology to manage bandwidth consumption.
