Abstract

The traditional architecture of Sa'o, which is the traditional house of Bajawa, demonstrates the preservation of environmental sustainability through local wisdom. This study aims to: (1) examine the values of local wisdom in the development and governance of Sa'o and the environment in Bena Village, and (2) analyze the role of this local wisdom as respect for nature and its relevance as an educational medium for students. The study concludes that the local wisdom of Bena Village is a valuable form of social and ecological capital. Therefore, a strategy is needed to help students understand, appreciate, and preserve these values so they can face global environmental challenges. The findings reveal that local wisdom in Sa'o enables students to maintain harmony in their lives through traditions and rituals that have been passed down for generations. This wisdom can also serve as a reference for knowledge and understanding to overcome and anticipate current local environmental issues, particularly those related to pollution.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a public policy designed to guarantee children's rights to adequate health and nutrition under Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. However, since its launch in January 2025, the program has been marked by widespread food poisoning cases, with CELIOS research recording over 15,000 cases through November 2025. Although food safety and children's rights have been studied separately, no comprehensive legal analysis has examined Free Nutritious Meal Program poisoning cases as a form of neglect of children's rights and its implications for state accountability. This study aims to analyze forms of rights neglect in Free Nutritious Meal Program poisoning cases and map legal responsibilities based on the best interests of the child principle. Normative legal research was employed using statute and conceptual approaches. Data consisted of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively using a descriptive-analytical method. Findings reveal that MBG poisoning cases constitute neglect of children's rights to survival and development, physical and mental health, education, protection from negligence, and the best interests of the child principle. Legal responsibility extends to the state, the National Nutrition Agency, Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units, schools, and local governments. Recurrent poisoning cases reflect systemic weaknesses in oversight, food safety standards, and accountability mechanisms. This study implies the urgent need for strengthened legal accountability, risk-based monitoring reform, and child rights-centered policies to prevent recurrence.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila berperan dalam penguatan toleransi dan resolusi konflik di lingkungan sekolah yang majemuk. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai upaya mewujudkan sekolah damai di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di empat sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Bekasi, karena memiliki karakter sosial majemuk, dinamis, dan relevan dengan kajian Pendidikan Pancasila. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Pancasila, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai melalui 1) integrasi materi, 2) keteladanan guru, 3) pembiasaan saling menghormati, 4) kegiatan kolaboratif, dan 5) penguatan budaya sekolah yang inklusif. Implementasi tersebut berkontribusi pada terciptanya iklim sekolah yang aman, harmonis, dan menghargai keberagaman. Tantangan yang ditemukan yaitu  perbedaan latar belakang, pengaruh lingkungan sosial, dan belum meratanya pemahaman praksis pendidikan kebhinekaan. Internalisasi nilai-nilai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berperan penting dalam mewujudkan sekolah damai.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis pergeseran paradigmatik dalam pendidikan karakter di Indonesia, membandingkan model Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dengan model Integrasi Penuh yang dimandatkan dalam Permendikdasmen No. 13 Tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi dokumentasi sistematis terhadap kebijakan resmi dan literatur akademik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga transformasi utama yaitu 1) Pergeseran konseptual dari karakter sebagai produk proyek episodik menuju proses internalisasi kontinyu dengan ekspansi dari enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila menjadi Delapan Karakter Lulusan yang responsif terhadap krisis global; 2) Reorganisasi struktural dari alokasi 20-30% waktu terpisah menjadi integrasi penuh dalam 100% pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang mengeliminasi dikotomi artifisial; dan 3) Transformasi pedagogis dari Project-Based Learning temporal menuju paradigma Deep Learning dengan prinsip meaningful, joyful, dan reflective yang menuntut transformasi peran guru menjadi desainer kurikulum integratif, model moral, pembimbing reflektif, dan asesor holistik. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model Integrasi Penuh memiliki keunggulan teoretis dalam memfasilitasi internalisasi karakter melalui praktik berulang dalam konteks beragam, namun implementasi efektifnya bergantung pada kesiapan ekosistem pendidikan meliputi pengembangan profesional guru, kepemimpinan instruksional visioner, sumber daya pedagogis memadai, dan kultur sekolah yang koheren dengan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan.

Abstract

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Global (Global Citizenship Education/GCE) menjadi semakin penting dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda agar memiliki kesadaran global, empati antarbudaya, nilai etis, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan global kontemporer serta mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai implementasi GCE di pendidikan tinggi melalui publikasi yang terindeks Scopus dan Web of Science (WoS) pada periode 2015–2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis kerangka PRISMA yang meliputi tahap pencarian data, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan sintesis tematik. Sebanyak 380 artikel berhasil diidentifikasi dan 57 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian GCE masih didominasi oleh negara-negara maju, sementara kontribusi negara berkembang masih terbatas. Sebagian besar penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menyoroti dampak positif GCE dalam memperkuat perdamaian, toleransi, solidaritas global, kompetensi antarbudaya, serta dukungan terhadap pencapaian SDGs. Namun, implementasi GCE masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti integrasi kurikulum, hambatan budaya dan ideologi, serta keterbatasan kapasitas pendidik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum GCE di pendidikan tinggi melalui pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan perspektif lokal dan global guna membentuk warga negara global yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Teacher education at teacher training institutions is at a crossroads between the demands of technical professionalism and the crisis of dehumanization. This study aims to explore how the implementation of Munif Chatib's “Sekolahnya Manusia” (School of Humans) principle, translated as humanistic pedagogy, can shape the civic character of prospective elementary school teachers. This study uses mixed methods with an explanatory sequential design on 40 PGSD students who took the Citizenship Literacy course for eight meetings. Quantitative data (perception surveys) were collected first, followed by qualitative data collection using open-ended questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations to explain the quantitative findings. Descriptive quantitative and thematic qualitative data analysis showed that humanistic pedagogy, manifested through (1) the creation of a safe dialogical space, (2) autonomy-based task differentiation, and (3) contextual authentic assessment, contributed significantly to character development. The main findings of this study indicate that the application of humanistic pedagogy through safe dialogic spaces, autonomy-based task differentiation, and authentic assessment contributes to the development of prospective teachers' civic character. Increased empathy and responsibility emerged as the main character values that developed, reinforcing the importance of “humanizing” lectures in shaping prospective teachers who are well-rounded in terms of humanity
