School of Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang, 2020.The background of this study was the many unemployment that existed in Kab. Purwakarta which is mainly from the youth circles, and lack of skills among others in electric welding so lost to compete in the workforce. Thus the problem formulation of this research is how the implementation and results of vocational training of electric welding for the youth in entrepreneurship at the Training Hall (BLK) Kab. Purwakarta. The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation and outcome of vocational training of electric welding for the youth in Entrepreneurship at the Kab work Training Hall. Purwakarta. The foundations of the theory used in this research include the concept of training. Training is a process of educative interaction between citizens studying with the training components. The training components include: raw input (raw input), instrumental input (input), environmental input, process, output (output), other input, and outcome (influence)... This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at Kab Training Hall (BLK). Purwakarta. The number of research subjects was five respondents, one organizer, an instructor, and three people. The data collection techniques used in this study are observations, interviews, and documentation analysis. The stages involved in this training include the orientation stage, the exploration stage, and the member check stage.The results of the study as follows: (1) Kab Working Training Hall (BLK). Purwakarta has been conducting vocational training for electrical welding through planning, implementation, and assessment of 28 days of training @ 10 hours lessons/day with 16 people who study trained by one person instructor, and (2) District Training Hall (BLK). Purwakarta has trained 16 people of citizens learn in the mastery of SMAW 2G welding skills in accordance with the prevailing standards. Advice on the implementation of electrical welding vocational training among others so that the BLK can be equipped with electric tools that are still lacking.Keywords: training, welding electricity, entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Saujana Bentala Community through the Sisir Aksara Program in enhancing reading and writing literacy among the community at Alun-Alun Karawang Regency and to evaluate the literacy improvement outcomes achieved. The low level of reading and writing literacy in Indonesia, especially at the local level, remains a significant challenge influenced by limited access to reading materials, lack of supportive public spaces for learning, and insufficient inclusive and sustainable literacy activities. The Saujana Bentala Community emerges as a grassroots alternative with a participatory approach actively involving the community in literacy programs. This qualitative case study involved key informants including the Community Chairperson, the Karawang Regency Tourism and Cultural Office, community administrators, and program participants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted systematically through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. Findings indicate that the Saujana Bentala Community plays a crucial role in creating a safe and inclusive space for members to express their literacy skills, serving as a platform for information exchange, community identity affirmation, and social strengthening among members. The Sisir Aksara Program successfully enhances community access to reading materials, organizes various interactive literacy activities such as book discussions and writing workshops, and builds partnerships to expand the program's reach and quality. Moreover, the program contributes to behavioral changes by habituating literacy practices, improving quality of life through writing skill development, and raising awareness of rights and responsibilities in sustaining literacy activities. Thus, the program not only improves technical literacy skills but also strengthens the social and cultural dimensions of community literacy in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran sentra balok dalam melatih stimulasi motorik halus anak usia dini di PAUD Plamboyan 3 Kabupaten Karawang. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh pentingnya stimulasi motorik halus pada masa usia dini sebagai fondasi perkembangan anak, serta perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut. Model pembelajaran sentra balok dipilih karena memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir sistematis, kreativitas, serta koordinasi motorik halus melalui aktivitas bermain balok dengan berbagai bentuk, ukuran, dan warna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai pelaksanaan pembelajaran, peran guru, serta respons dan perkembangan anak selama kegiatan sentra balok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran sentra balok di PAUD Plamboyan 3 mampu meningkatkan stimulasi motorik halus anak, ditunjukkan melalui kemampuan anak dalam merangkai, menyusun, dan membangun balok secara mandiri maupun berkelompok. Guru berperan aktif dalam membimbing, memotivasi, serta mengevaluasi proses dan hasil belajar anak. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain perbedaan tingkat keaktifan dan kemampuan anak, namun dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan individual dan pemberian motivasi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dan guru dalam mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk pengembangan motorik halus anak

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Taman Baca Pelosok Bumi dalam meningkatkan kecakapan literasi dasar pada anak-anak di dusun cilele kabupaten karawang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada relawan, warga belajar dan orangtua warga belajar dan data sekunder yang diperoleh  dari  buku,  catatan,  atau  arsip  yang  berhubungan  dengan  penelitian  ini. Penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa taman baca pelosok bumi berperan dalam meningkatkan kecakapan literasi dasar pada anak-anak. Terdapat faktor pendukung seperti dukungan keluarga dan peran tutor atau relawan, serta terdapat faktor penghambat yaiitu kemampuan anak, media pembelajaran dan waktu belajar.

Abstract

Historically, knowledge was introduced into the school curriculum to enable people, who entered the education level to study related subjects to gain some background knowledge to a higher level. This study aims to describe program management in kejar package C. This research is a descriptive study. The approach used is qualitative. The subjects of this study consisted of one manager, one tutor, and two learning residents. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that planning uses problem identifiers, formulation of vision, mission and objectives, supporting and inhibiting factors, recruitment of tutors, learning residents, facilities/infrastructure, and costs. Organizing by distributing the tasks of managers, teachers, and learning residents. The learning implementation is carried out by preparing a learning implementation plan/syllabus, learning implementation is carried out twice a week, subjects, and complete learning resources are available, and face-to-face, tutorial, and independent learning activities. Supervision is carried out internally and externally. The assessment is carried out formatively and summatively

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam mempersiapkan akreditasi lembaga di PAUD Sakura 17 Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah dan pendidik sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menjalankan lima kompetensi utama, yaitu manajerial, supervisi, kepribadian, kewirausahaan, dan sosial, secara konsisten dan efektif dalam mempersiapkan akreditasi. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti rendahnya kesadaran tentang akreditasi, keterbatasan kualifikasi guru, pengelolaan administrasi yang belum optimal, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan persepsi negatif terhadap akreditasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses akreditasi dan peningkatan mutu lembaga PAUD Sakura 17 Karawang. Sebagai rekomendasi, lembaga perlu meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengelolaan administrasi, kepala sekolah disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensi dan motivasi tim, serta pendidik diharapkan aktif meningkatkan profesionalisme melalui pelatihan dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan berbahasa pada anak usia dini 5-6 tahun di PAUD Melati IV Karawang, mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta hasil penerapan metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan berbahasa pada anak usia dini 5-6 tahun di PAUD Melati IV Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kata-kata dan gambar. Sumber data terdiri dari 1 pengelola PAUD, 1 pendidik, 3 orang tua murid, 3 anak sebagai subjek penelitian. Data penelitian melalui teknik mengamati/observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, data disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulan. Indikator yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah peningkatan kosakata, keterampilan bercerita, kemampuan berbicara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan penerapan metode bercerita dengan media boneka tangan, pengenalan cerita dan boneka tangan, pelaksanaan bercerita/bermain peran, diskusi dan tanya jawab, aktivitas berbahasa/aktivitas lanjutan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kecerdasan berbahasa anak adalah 6 anak Berkembang Sesuai Hasil (BSH), 6 anak Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB), 3 anak Mulai Berkembang (MB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis bibliometrik yang mendalam terhadap Teori Penetrasi Sosial selama 2015-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik dengan data sekitar 132 artikel yang bersumber dari Scopus. Dari hasil data dan analisis tersebut, penelitian ini menyajikan visualisasi diagram dan narasi dari beberapa informasi berupa tren tahun terbit artikel yang berkaitan Top Ten Cited Articles, Top Ten Authors, Afiliasi, negara, dan juga Keyword Maps. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat peneliti yang konsisten terhadap penelitian ini dengan jumlah publikasi mengenai Teori Penetrasi Sosial yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian berbasis Teori Penetrasi Sosial banyak dilakukan di wilayah Amerika, Eropa, dan Australia dengan dominasi penerapan di bidang komunikasi kesehatan untuk merumuskan kebijakan dan komunikasi digital melalui interaksi manusia bersama kecerdasan buatan. Pengembangan penelitian berbasis Teori Penetrasi Sosial di Indonesia dapat dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan konsep pengungkapan diri ke dalam intervensi perilaku kesehatan dan komunikasi digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pesantren Luhur Al-Wasilah. Reward adalah sesuatu yang diberikan kepada perorangan atau kelompok jika mereka melakukan suatu keunggulan di bidang tertentu. Punishment adalah ancaman hukuman yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja karyawan yang melanggar, memelihara peraturan yang berlaku dan memberikan pelajaran kepada pelanggar. Jenis metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik uji statistik melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel reward yang diterapkan termasuk dalam kriteria rendah serta tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Dan variabel punishment yang diterapkan termasuk dalam kriteria yang tinggi serta memiliki hubungan positif.

Abstract

Mathematical understanding is essential for supporting students in solving problems, thinking logically, and developing self-confidence. However, many students at Madrasah Aliyah continue to experience difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts. These difficulties arise not only from low learning interest, the dominance of rote memorization, and the abstract nature of mathematics, but also from the lack of contextual relevance that connects mathematical ideas to students’ cultural experiences. To address these issues, a peer tutoring strategy within ethnomathematics-based problem-based learning (PBL) was implemented. This approach allows students to collaborate with peers while engaging with culturally relevant contexts, making learning more meaningful. This study aims to examine the implementation of the strategy and evaluate its effect on students’ mathematical understanding in terms of gender. A mixed-methods approach with an embedded design was employed, in which quantitative data served as the primary component for analyzing treatment effects, while qualitative data from observations and interviews were used to support and explain gender-related differences in the quantitative findings. The research involved 32 students at a Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung. Data were collected through questionnaires, tests, observations, interviews, and documentation; quantitative data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and correlation tests, and qualitative data through triangulation. The two-way ANOVA results showed a significant main effect of the peer tutoring strategy in ethnomathematics-based PBL on mathematical understanding, as well as a significant interaction between learning strategy and gender, with female students outperforming male students. Improvements in self-confidence and cultural awareness were qualitatively observed rather than measured formally. These findings indicate that ethnomathematics-based PBL with peer tutoring offers a contextual and collaborative approach that effectively enhances students’ mathematical understanding.
