Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Agung Abadi di Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 47,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,177 > 2,002). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,8%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,557 > 2,002). Kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,810 + 0,415X1 + 0,403X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 61,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (44,952 > 2,770). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal untuk meningkatkan kewirausahaan pada warga Desa Paniis Kuningan. Pokdarwis di Desa Paniis didirikan untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam dan air yang melimpah, serta mendukung program pemberdayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain survei, wawancara dan observasi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Pokdarwis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan, masyarakat Desa Paniis berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan partisipasinya dalam mengelola destinasi wisata dan mengembangkan usaha kecil. Walaupun ada sebagian masyarakat yang kurang antusias, namun sebagian besar memberikan respons yang baik terhadap program ini sehingga menciptakan hubungan sosial yang lebih kuat dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pariwisata bagi perekonomian lokal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Pokdarwis efektif dalam mengembangkan potensi lokal dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Keberhasilan program ini juga didukung oleh struktur organisasi Pokdarwis yang terorganisir dengan baik, serta strategi dan media pendidikan yang efektif. Meski masih terdapat keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, namun kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan pihak lain membantu mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pokdarwis di Desa Paniis berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat dan mengembangkan potensi desa menjadi lebih besar dan bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.Kata kunci : pemberdayaan masyarakat, pokdarwis, potensi lokal, kewirausahaan, desa paniis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam membuat prediksi secara sederhana dari grafik yang diberikan. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga mahasiswa berkemampuan akademik sedang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari masalah tentang prediksi berdasarkan grafik dan hasil wawancara yang dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan indicator keterampilan berpikir kritis: inference, analysis, evaluate, dan inference beserta sub-keterampilan masing-masing indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek yang merupakan mahasiswa berkemampuan akademik sedang bervariasi dalam menunjukkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Satu subjek memenuhi semua indikator katerampilan berpikir kritis dan dua subjek yang lain belum mampu memenuhi semua indikator dengan lengkap. Ketiga subjek menggunakan strategi yang mirip, yaitu menggunakan pola bilangan namun terdapat perbedaan dalam proses pelaksanaan strategi. Deskripsi ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan oleh pengajar dalam melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, prediksi, grafik Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe students' critical thinking skills in making predictions simply from the given graph. The subjects of this study consisted of three students with intermediate academic abilities. The research data were obtained from problems regarding predictions based on graphs and interview results which were analyzed qualitatively based on indicators of critical thinking skills: inference, analysis, evaluate, and inference along with the sub-skills of each indicator. The results showed that the subjects who were students with moderate academic abilities showed varied critical thinking skills. One subject meets all indicators of critical thinking skills and the other two subjects have not been able to fulfill all indicators completely. The three subjects used a similar strategy, namely using a number pattern but there were differences in the strategy implementation process. This description can be used as input by the teacher in practicing students' critical thinking skills. Keywords: critical thinking skill, prediction, graph

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose how muamalah principles are practiced by traditional market traders in Indonesia. This study uses a phenomenological method to explore the experiences and perceptions of traditional market traders regarding the application of muamalah principles. The research sample consisted of 20 purposely selected traditional market traders. The results show that traditional market traders have implemented muamalah principles in an integrated manner in their business activities. They have applied the principles of justice (qist), honesty (siddiq), and courage (sidq) in interacting with customers and business partners. In addition, traditional market traders have also applied the principle of virtue (ihsan) in providing good service to customers. This study also found that the application of muamalah principles by traditional market traders is influenced by factors such as religious and cultural background, trading experience, and belief in muamalah principles. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the government and social institutions in developing programs that support the implementation of muamalah principles in traditional markets.

Abstract

The growing availability of technology offers opportunities to enhance mathematics teaching and learning. For mathematics educators, technology can serve as a form of instructional innovation alongside other indicators of innovative practice, such as student-centered learning, the use of real-world contexts, active concept construction, problem-solving, interaction, and the promotion of students’ motivation and attitudes. This study aims to describe mathematics teachers’ skills in designing innovative technology-based mathematics learning. A descriptive–exploratory mixed-methods approach was employed involving 20 mathematics teachers enrolled in a Mathematics Education graduate program. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires examining perceptions of the importance and use of technology in mathematics learning. Qualitative data were obtained from lesson plan design tasks and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using indicators of innovative mathematics learning. The results show that 93.8% of participants perceived technology as necessary in mathematics learning; however, 68.8% primarily used it to verify solutions after manual completion, and 25% believed that direct technology use might hinder conceptual understanding. Analysis of lesson plans revealed the use of GeoGebra, Scratch, YouTube, and online applications. Overall, participants demonstrated varying levels of skill, with strengths in basic technology use and student-centered approaches but limited evidence of transformative pedagogical integration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of community empowerment through entrepreneurship training and guidance in improving the entrepreneurial competence and economic self-sufficiency of individuals living in Karawang Regency. The research methodology uses a mixed-method approach characterised by a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were collected through a pretest-posttest design with entrepreneurship training participants across various CLCs, while qualitative data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Quantitative analysis was conducted using paired t-tests, N-Gain assessments, and effect size calculations (Cohen’s d), while the qualitative study followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The analysis showed a statistically significant increase across all dimensions of entrepreneurial ability, including managerial, conceptual, interpersonal, decision-making, and time management competencies. The participants’ average scores increased from the low category in the pretest to the exceptional category in the posttest. The N-Gain value is high (≥0.86), and the effect size indicates a substantial impact (Cohen's d > 0.80), suggesting the model’s significant effectiveness. Qualitative findings reinforce the importance of participatory engagement and continuous guidance in promoting greater business autonomy, improved decision-making capacity, and the sustainability of entrepreneurial efforts. Collectively, these findings prove that the combination of systematic training and entrepreneurial mentoring is an effective and sustainable paradigm for community empowerment.

Abstract

Understanding geometric concepts often requires strong visual–spatial thinking skills, studies showed that internalizing visual-spatial thinking skills can be a solution in geometry learning. This study aims to develop interactive digital teaching materials for geometry transformation based on Ethno-STEM of Jombangan culture that are valid, practical and effective in helping improve students' visual-spatial thinking ability. The cultural aspects highlighted in this study are the unique traditional batik and historic temples of Jombang Regency.The research employed the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, questionnaire and test. Data analysis was carried out through quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the study showed that the developed materials demonstrated high validity with an average expert validation score of 85.90% (content, material, language, and learning aspects), high practicality with an average score of 91.31% (from practitioners and student responses), and moderate effectiveness indicated by a paired-sample t-test (sig. (1-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05) and an average N-gain of 0.528. These findings suggest that the Ethno-STEM–based interactive materials are valid, practical, and effective for improving students’ visual–spatial thinking skills in geometry learning. Pemahaman konsep geometri sering kali menuntut kemampuan berpikir visual-spasial yang baik, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menginternalisasi kemampuan berpikir visual-spasial dapat menjadi solusi dalam pembelajaran geometri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital interaktif geometri transformasi berbasis Ethno-STEM budaya Jombangan yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir visual-spasial siswa. Budaya yang diangkat berupa batik dan candi khas kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan melalui data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas tinggi dengan persentase rata-rata keseluruhan dari penilaian ahli materi, bahan ajar, bahasa, dan pembelajaran sebesar 85,90%; kepraktisan tinggi dengan rata-rata penilaian dari validator praktisi dan respon peserta didik sebesar 91,31%; serta efektivitas sedang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir visual-spasial peserta didik, dibuktikan melalui uji paired sample t-test dengan nilai sig. (1-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 dan rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,528. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar digital interaktif berbasis Ethno-STEM budaya Jombangan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran geometri guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir visual-spasial siswa.
