Abstract

Based on the author's observations at SDN 15 Koto Baru, especially in class 1, the author found several factors causing students' lack of focus in learning, assumed by several factors in learning, less varied learning media, lack of interest, so that students' learning motivation to participate in the learning process is still low. and paying less attention to the material being conveyed so that students do not really understand what is being conveyed so that students do not really understand what is being conveyed by the teacher. This happens because the learning tools and media used are less attractive, only using media such as blackboards and textbooks. The aim of researchers developing flash card media is to create a learning tool that can increase student motivation through the use of visuals and interactives, facilitate understanding of complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand, and stimulate student interest and motivation in studying subject matter through a fun and interesting learning experience. It can be seen that the students' learning outcomes have reached KKM 70, namely, students' learning outcomes with an average of 80% are categorized as very effective. Meanwhile, students' incomplete learning outcomes with an average of 20% are categorized as ineffective. So that flash card learning media can be applied in the learning process. The results of the analysis included 8 students who completed and 2 who did not complete, with a total of 10 students, the number of students who completed was 8 divided by the number of 2 students multiplied by 100, the result is 80%. In the KBBI, effectiveness is defined as usability, activeness, as well as suitability and the goals to be achieved. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that flash card learning media is effective, meaning it can help students improve learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning interest, lack of critical thinking skills, and the quick boredom students experience while participating in Pancasila education lessons. The use of learning media such as textbooks and educational videos still cannot address these issues because of their monotonous presentation and lack of interactivity. Therefore, there is a need for innovative learning media that can capture students' attention and make them more active and engaged in the learning process. The method used in this study is R&D (Research and Development), a research method used to develop or validate products used in investigation and learning. The R&D approach provides systematic steps, starting from problem identification, product design, trials, to revisions and product refinement. This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of a mystery box, a 3-dimensional visual media designed to effectively deliver the material on the history of Pancasila formulation. The specific goal of this research is to produce a valid, practical, and effective mystery box media for implementation in Pancasila education for 5th grade students at SDN 08 Tiumang. Based on the research results, the effectiveness of the mystery box learning media can be seen from the learning outcomes of the 5th-grade students at SDN 08 Tiumang, with a total of 9 students. The study aimed to determine whether students' scores could meet the determined KKTP (Minimum Completion Standard). According to the conducted research, the effectiveness percentage based on student learning outcomes was 81%, with 9 students completing the KKTP and 1 student not completing it. This suggests that the mystery box learning media is effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation tool in the Pancasila Education subject for fifth-grade students at SDN 09 Sitiung. The background of this research is the need for learning innovations that align with the Merdeka Curriculum, which allows teachers the flexibility to choose evaluation tools that suit the needs and characteristics of their students. One such innovation is the use of digital-based educational applications like Quizizz. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach and data collection through interviews. The research subjects include the fifth-grade homeroom teacher and all fifth-grade students at SDN 09 Sitiung. The results show that the use of Quizizz is effective as a learning evaluation tool. Quizizz not only assists teachers in preparing and distributing test questions but also provides students with an enjoyable learning experience through its interactive features and real-time feedback. The application also enhances students’ learning motivation and outcomes, as reflected in their enthusiasm during its use and improved evaluation scores. The advantages of Quizizz include easy access, an engaging interface, and instant feedback. However, there are some drawbacks, such as dependence on internet connectivity and limited question types. Thus, Quizizz can serve as an effective alternative to support digital-based learning evaluation at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inhibiting factors in the implementation of differentiated learning at SD Negeri 02 Tiumang. In the Independent Curriculum, there is a differentiated learning approach which provides freedom for teachers to adjust learning to the needs of students. However, in its implementation, there are quite a few obstacles that arise in the field. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation techniques and using reference materials. Based on the results of the study, the researcher can conclude that there are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of differentiated learning, including: lack of teacher understanding of the independent curriculum itself, both in terms of structure and planning of learning devices, difficulties in implementing differentiated learning in the learning process, obstacles in implementing differentiated learning, limited facilities and infrastructure, stuttering in using technology, lack of supporting media in the learning process in the classroom, time constraints, and difficulty in finding creative idea references. These findings indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning still faces obstacles that require attention and strategic solutions so that differentiated learning can be achieved optimally.
