Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of happiness and job satisfaction of teachers in Central Kalimantan. Besides that, this study will examine the effect of work for happiness, job satisfaction, the meaning of work, and work engagement on job satisfaction and happiness. The quantitative approach used AMOS software to test the hypothesis by taking a sample of 156 teachers in Central Kalimantan. The research instrument used a measurement scale questionnaire in this study. This study's results indicated that reading and writing literacy could develop prophetic character education for elementary school students.When teachers feel satisfied and happy in their jobs, they tend to pay more attention to the quality of their work and are more committed to students and the institution and have higher retention rates, generally being more productive. The meaning of all this is that teachers have strategic value by improving the quality of work and being more committed to educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital attachment and gamification in work on job satisfaction of employees of the Widya Mataram University (WMU) Yogyakarta, the population used in this study were all employees who worked at WMU both labor education and lecturers, the size of the sample used is 55 respondents, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The source of the data used is primary data, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that digital attachment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the WMU, significant influence on job satisfaction of employees at the WMU.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di Kampus Merdeka menawarkan tantangan dan peluang untuk pengembangan kreativitas, kapasitas, kepribadian dan kebutuhan baik mahasiswa maupun dosen, dengan menuntut kemandirian dalam mencari dan menemukan pengetahuan baru melalui kenyataan dan dinamika lapangan. Sebagai perwujudan dari Kriteria IKU ke 2 dan IKU ke 3 adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan antara dosen, mahasiswa dan mitra (masyarakat). Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di desa Susukan Kabupaten Semarang, yang penduduknya mayoritas sebagai petani. Sasaran Mitra adalah perempuan dan remaja Putri. Metode yang diberikan adalah dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan sempit menjadi lahan produktif dengan penanaman jahe merah. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan mulai proses dengan menyiapkan lahan dengan menggunakan polybag yang di dalamnya diberikan tanah yang telah diberikan pupuk. Proses pemeliharaan dengan memberikan pupuk non kimia (ramah lingkungan), dan selanjutnya pengolahan hasil panen jahe dengan diolah menjadi aneka produk. Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara bertahap selama tiga kali setiap hari minggu dari tanggal 7-21 Januari 2022. Melibatkan sepuluh dosen dan lima mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan tambahan penghasilan dan memanfaatkan pekarangan yang sempit menjadi lahan produktif, sehingga para perempuan tidak perlu bekerja di ladang Perempuan bisa bekerja di rumah dengan hasil tambahan.

Abstract

The textile and agriculture industries are sectors that have a large impact on the environment. Chemicals used in the printing and dyeing processes of cloth and in fertilization can contaminate water and soil, and affect human health. Therefore, the emergence of eco print technology and eco enzymes is an attractive alternative to reduce this negative impact. This community service aims to study the potential use of eco print and eco enzymes in producing multi-functional environmentally friendly products in Delik Sari Village, Semarang. The research method used is training by presenting resource persons in accordance with the fields: eco print and eco enzymes Meanwhile, making eco prints aims to increase better product results and more diverse product diversification. Eco-enzymes produced by bacteria and fungi are used as basic ingredients for making environmentally friendly soaps and household cleaners. The results of community service show that the use of eco print and eco enzyme technology can produce quality fabric products with attractive and durable colors. In addition, the waste products from the eco print and eco enzyme processes can be used as organic fertilizer which is useful for agriculture in Delik Sari Village. Thus, eco print and eco enzyme technologies have great potential to produce multi-functional environmentally friendly products that can improve the welfare of the people of Kampung Delik Sari, Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang City.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of digital leadership on work performance through organizational commitment. The research population is all employees in the Mitra Industrial Area (KIM) Karawang, West Java. A total of 214 samples were taken using random sampling. The digital leadership variable uses two dimensions with three indicators each, the organizational commitment variable uses three dimensions with three indicators each, and the work performance variable uses three indicators. The results obtained show a positive and significant effect of digital era leadership on work performance and a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on work performance. These results are analyzed together with the dimensions used. The results obtained from leadership in the employee dimension are greater than the innovation focus dimension. The greatest organizational commitment is in the normative commitment dimension.

Abstract

Implementasi teknologi modern telah terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kebaikan kehidupansemua kalangan masyarakat, termasuk kaum lansia. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia medis membuat usiadan kesempatan hidup manusia bertambah. Selain itu, teknologi menciptakan peluang baru untuk melakukankebaikan yang dapat dilakukan kaum lansia. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatini yang bertujuan mengajak kaum lansia untuk melakukan kegiatan pemanfaatan sampah agar lebih bergunamelalui produk eco enzim. Inovasi yang dilakukan adalah pengolahan produk eco enzim menjadi pupuk granuldengan sistem pengeringan berbasis IoT. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, praktik secara langsungbersama lansia dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat berada di perumahan GombelPermai elok Cluster RW 07 Kelurahan Ngesrep kecamatan Banyumanik Semarang. Hasil kegiatan inimenunjukkan para lansia mendapat pengetahuan baru dengan mengenal manfaat eco enzim yang multi manfaatdan mengaplikasikan sebagai pupuk tanaman. Selanjutnya, mereka mengenal teknologi pengeringan dengansistem IoT. Dengan demikian melalui kegiatan pembuatan eco enzim dan pengenalan aplikasi berbasis IoT paralansia merasakan sukacita karena mampu melaksanakan kegiatan positif yang berguna di usia senja, Akhirnyamereka tetap merasakan hidup yang bermakna, bersemangat, sehat dan bernilai.

Abstract

In some communities, the elderly are often seen as a burden rather than valuable assets. This view not only diminishes their intrinsic value within families and society but also overlooks their potential to make significant contributions. This community service focuses on the importance of integrating the elderly into productive activities that not only improve their health and psychological well-being but also reduce the social and economic burden on the younger generation. Through involvement in environmentally friendly product manufacturing projects such as granular fertilizer and liquid soap made from eco-enzymes, the elderly are given the opportunity to participate in meaningful efforts and become agents of change that support environmental sustainability. This service utilizes a participative approach, emphasizing the active involvement of the community at RW 7, Ngesrep Sub-district, Banyumanik District, Semarang, especially the elderly group (55-75 years), in all stages of activity, from planning to implementation and evaluation. It also involves students as a manifestation of the Institutional Key Performance Indicators (IKU) with indicators of student activities outside the campus. The exploration of these activities is expected to change the public's perception of the elderly, portraying the elderly group as a transformative resource. The introduction of environmentally friendly technology, involving them in production, is expected to enhance environmental sustainability and maximize the welfare of the elderly (Sustainable Elderly). The conclusion of this service underscores the urgency to change policies and social practices to include the elderly more inclusively in all aspects of community life. The implications of these findings lead to policy recommendations that are more focused on the integration and empowerment of the elderly, particularly at RW 7, and the introduction of eco-enzyme product diversification, namely granular fertilizer and liquid soap.

Abstract

Menggunakan data FGD Kota Tegal 17 November 2022, yang dihadiri oleh BAPEDA kota tegal, perwakilan -perwakilan dari pemerintah kabupaten, BAPEDA Kabupaten Tegal, Wirausaha, BANK, akademisi, Rumah sakit. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan wawancara dari berbagai perwakilan untuk menggali permasalahan tentang Tanggung jawab lembaga social dan Perusahaan (TJSLP) atau Corporate social responsibility (CSR). Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari wawancara dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwamasalah komunikasi diantara pemangku kepentingan masih kurang, kebudayaan dan sanksi menjadi coding yang harus diperhatikan dalam permasalaan tidak maksimalnya TJSLP yang selama ini telah dilakukan.komponen yang dibutuhkan dalam komunikasi terdiri dari Informasi SCR, Transparansi, Konsisten, Relevansi pribadi, Pesan yang disampaikan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee branding and Employee Value Proposition on employee performance at the Syariah Branch of Bank Semarang Branch. The population used in this study were all employees of the Semarang Branch Syariah Savings Bank. The size of the sample size is 68 respondents, with the sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sample. The source of research data is primary data, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results seen from the multiple linear regression equation shows that employee branding and Employee Value Proposition have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination indicate that the variable employee branding and Employee Value Proposition can explain variations in employee performance variables of 66.9%. Hypothesis test results show that employee branding has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Employee Value Proposition has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
