Abstract

Transportasi pada saat ini adalah sarana perpindahan barang dan jasa dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. kualitas layanan bukan prioritas. Prioritas utama sekarang adalah transportasi umum yang sangat terjangkau oleh seluruh masyarakat. Namun seringkali alasan tersebut digunakan untuk menurunkan kualitas layanan. Sedangkan pelayanan publik harus didahulukan karena melibatkan kehidupan banyak orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang Kualitas Layanan Perbandingan Bus Transportasi dan Bus Trans Kepri Damri 2) untuk menentukan dimensi mana yang mempengaruhi Bus Transportasi. Damri dan Trans Kepri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui qusioner untuk mengeksplorasi data yng yang membutuhkan. Adapun pengolahan data dianalisis untuk validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis responden, analisis pertanyaan, kualitas analisis komparatif, dan analisis lima dimensi menggunakan program SPSS dan dimensi yang memiliki sedikit suara di kedua bus transportasi. Damri adalah dimensi empati dibandingkan dimensi bukti fisik, reliabilitas, pemahaman dan jaaminan, sedangkan dimensi yang sedikit baik untuk transportasi Bus Trans Kepri adalah bukti fisik, reliabilitas, dan daya tangkap daripada jaminan dan empati

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

Abstract

Population administration services are in charge as a crucial and strategic agent in ensuring the integrity of population data. In consequence, there is a requirement for the government to continuously improve and enhance the quality of these services. The research applies qualitative methods with a case study focus to examine the process and implications of a hybrid program that integrates government elements and spiritual values, known as Subuh Keliling Sukseskan Administrasi Kependudukan Terintegrasi (Suling Sakti). It was initiated by the Population and Civil Registration Office in Malang, East Java. In collecting data, this research applied observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The data analysis process is divided into three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The result found that the "Suling Sakti" for the Population and Civil Registration Office, which is implemented after Shubuh prayer, provides easy access to population administration services for the community without having to visit the office. In its planning, the program went through two important key phases: agenda setting and adjustment. The implementation phase includes three stages: redefinition, clarification, and routine, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the program in the future. The recommendations from this study are geared towards the development of more comprehensive and sustainable programs in the public service sector in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja intrinsic dan ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan Kabupaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskrptif yang digunakan untuk mendeskriptifkan atau menggambarkan motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan Kabupaten Bintan. Objek penelitian adalah guru di SMP Negeri 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan Kabupaten Bintan. Tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan tehnik purposive sample. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat secara langsung dari wawancara dengan 10 informan termasuk informan kunci dan observasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari dokumen dan buku sebagai teori. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, triangulasi sumber data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah di lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu di tingkatkan. Motivasi intrinsic yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja terdiri dari keberhasilan guru, penghargaan, pekerjaan itu sendiri, tanggung jawab dan pengembangan. Sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan Kabupaten Bintan adalah. Kebijakan administrasi, hubungan antar pribadi, kondisi kerja dan gaji. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu di tingkatkan lagi. Agar motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 21 Satu Atap Teluk Bintan Kabupaten Bintan semakin baik lagi.

Abstract

Branding dalam konteks memulai bisnis UMKM menjadi esensial karena dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan menarik minat pelanggan. Saat ini, branding UMKM di Indonesia bervariasi ada yang masih kurang kuat dan ada pula yang telah memperlihatkan keunggulan branding sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Hal ini menyebabkan Sebagian pelaku UMKM kurang memahami branding karena minimnya pemahaman terhadap informasi dan pemasaran digital. Untuk mengatasi ha ini, Langkah branding dilakukan melalui pembuatan logo, kemasan, foto produk, serta keberadaan di media sosial dan e-commerce. Logo menjadi krusial karena membantu produk dikenali dengan mereknya. Pemasaran lewat media sosial memungkinkan jangkauan yang lebih luas. Tujuan dari branding UMKM adalah untuk memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat secara lebih luas dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih besar. Dalam UMKM Bu Siti metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif seperti survey, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diimplementasikan untuk memahami UMKM secara lebih mendalam. Hasilnya, branding ini membantu pertumbuhan produk UMKM dan meningkatkan pemasarannya.

Abstract

This community service is aimed at the people of South Toapaya Village, bearing in mind that this village is the majority of the population's livelihood as entrepreneurs and gardening, this will provide an illustration so that an entrepreneurial spirit emerges from the community by starting businesses that are more productive and routine. Fostering an interest in entrepreneurship is the most important thing to do early on in order to build community courage and motivation to improve well-being by extracting abilities and skills inside to increase income, not only for individuals but also for society as an effort to overcome the problem of unemployment and reduce unemployment witch tyrannize. The research method used in the implementation of this Community Service Program is in the form of planning, implementation, evaluation. Increasing knowledge of entrepreneurship will increase public interest in establishing a business with motivation resulting from the benefits of entrepreneurship. Through a productive business which is a series of activities aimed at increasing the ability to access economic resources, increasing the ability of economic businesses, increasing work productivity, increasing savings income and creating mutually beneficial business partnerships, so that the purpose of this community service is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit by starting a business productive in the people of South Toapaya Village

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Employee Performance Management in the Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data in the form of observations and interviews. Data analysis used used descriptive analysis and triangulation. The results of this research show that the planning and staffing section of the Leadership Administration Bureau has implemented performance management for employees in carrying out their work. The planning process can be seen from the preparation and determination of employee performance targets. In the implementation of performance, it has also been carried out in accordance with their respective main tasks and functions. Communication and coordination are effective in implementing activities so that results are obtained as expected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the implementation of performance management with the deming model at PT. Radio Diva Rubby Swarindo Onine Radio. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study used a purposive sample of 1 person, one of the staffing staff at Onine Radio. Implementation of performance management system at PT. Radio Diva Rubby Swarindo Onine Radio involves important elements such as planning, monitoring, communication, awarding, and performance appraisal. Supporting factors such as quality programming and positive interaction with listeners are key to a radio station's success. On the other hand, there are challenges that need to be overcome, including limited human resources, outdated facilities and infrastructure, and limited funding resources. With more effective efforts in implementing a performance management system, it is hoped that this radio station can continue to improve the quality of its broadcasts and satisfy listeners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of providing covid-19 assistance to MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City using measurement indicators in the form of timeliness and accuracy in making choices, as well as to analyze the impact caused by the provision of economic and social assistance to the community in Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the data collection process to the distribution of COVID-19 assistance in Tanjungpinang City has been effective in terms of timeliness and accuracy in making choices. In addition, Covid-19 assistance can help the community's economy, especially the MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City, but it causes social impacts in the form of conflicts between MSMEs and the city government, in this case the manpower office, cooperatives and micro-enterprises and the government.
