Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pendampingan belajar oleh orang tua terhadap perkembangan membaca anak. Sebab kurangnya kesadaran orang tua terhadap pentingnya pendampingan oleh orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak. Terdapat sebagian orang tua yang hanya mengandalkan guru di sekolah dalam membantu perkembangan anak. Peneliti mengadakan penelitian di lembaga pendidikan anak tepatnya di RA Miftahul Hasanah Desa Gondosuli Kecamatan Pakuniran Kabupaten Probolinggo. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terhadap wali murid dan guru serta dokumentasi hasil kerja siswa dengan menggunakan penelitian studi kasus dengan bentuk studi kasus instrumen tunggal yang berfokus pada satu isu yang nantinya akan menghasilkan hasil akhir berupa sebuah gambaran terperinci dari sebuah kasus tersebut yang berupa data-data tertulis atau pernyataan secara lisan dari pelaku yang sedang diamati.. Penelitian ini melibatkan wali murid dan siswa dari kelompok B RA Miftahul Hasanah yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa 25 wali murid dan 4 guru di RA Miftahul Hasanah. Dan hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya bentuk pendampingan belajar diantaranya mendampingi sekaligus pengajar, fasilitator dan motivator. Anak yang sering mendapatkan pendampingan orang tua mendapatkan tingkat perkembangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Shallot farming in Pondok Kelor Village is a potential that has opportunities for farmers in the future. The majority of farmers cultivate their agricultural land by planting shallots as a superior crop which gives high expectations from their agricultural business. However, farmers have not been able to maximize the sale of their agricultural products due to the lack of marketing strategies and the development of innovative shallot processing that has attractiveness and selling value. With the right marketing strategy and innovation of processed shallots, it will contribute additional income to farmers in meeting their daily needs as well as initial capital in starting the post-harvest planting season. Based on these assets and potentials, it is necessary to have innovations and marketing strategies from processing shallot agricultural products to increase onion yields. Processed products made are chips from shallots. Marketing strategy is one way to win a sustainable competitive advantage to produce goods or services. Marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in planning a manufacturer as a whole. Given the breadth of the problems that exist within the company, it is necessary to have a comprehensive plan to serve as a guideline for the company's segments in carrying out their activities.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus has had an impact not only on the decline of the people's economy but also on the education system in Indonesia. As a result, the learning process is shifted to online learning. The application of online learning is inseparable from various problems, not only concerning facilities and infrastructure but also regarding the goals of education itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems of the application of online learning, especially in the affective and psychomotor domains. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of data obtained through interviews with research subjects Islamic religious education teachers at Islamic Senior High School Miftahul Ulum Opo-Opo Krejengan, Probolinggo. The results obtained indicate that the problems in the application of online learning in the affective and psychomotor domains concern student learning interests, the value of honesty and a sense of student responsibility, and student discipline. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor realm, the problem found is related to the implementation of teacher practice or assessment of student skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to form students' Gen-Q, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the effort to form students' Gen-Q through the CALISA program. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that collects data using observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis applied was a descriptive qualitative analysis of data reduction, data models, and conclusion. The results of this study are the efforts to form a Gen-Q students, including holding the Gen-Q activities in: 1) the CALISA program, 2) understanding the Quran, and 3) practicing the Qur’an. Factors supporting the CALISA program include: 1) the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, 2) the participation of teachers and guardians of students, 3) the level of student awareness, and 4) discipline. Whereas, the inhibiting factors are: 1) the influence of students' family conditions, 2) the influence of the community environment, and 3) the anomaly of student motivation to shape the Gen-Q students through the CALISA program at SDN Sumberanyar I Paiton Probolinggo. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya pembentukan Gen-Q pebelajar, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya membentuk Gen-Q pebelajar melalui program CALISA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu reduksi data, model data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya upaya pembentukan Gen-Q pebelajar diantaranya mengadakan kegiatan Gen-Q dalam: 1) program CALISA, 2) memahami Alquran, 3) mengamalkan Alquran. Faktor pendukung program CALISA diantaranya: 1) tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, 2) partisipasi pembelajar dan wali murid, 3) tingkat kesadaran pebelajar, dan 4) tata tertib, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: 1) adanya pengaruh kondisi keluarga pebelajar, 2) pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat, 3) anomali motivasi pebelajar dalam upaya membentuk Gen-Q pebelajar melalui program CALISA di SDN Sumberanyar I Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

An-Nahdloh Islamic Boarding School is a tahfidz boarding school located in Tanjong Sepat, Banting, Selangor, offering three main programs: the tahfidz program, the diniyah program, and the An-Nahdloh SB-SMP program. As part of an international MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) activity, several students from Universitas Nurul Jadid carried out community service activities aimed at exploring the potential of the students, which had not been fully realized. One of the efforts to uncover this potential was organizing a Math Day, designed to assess students' understanding of mathematics through educational games within the boarding school environment. It was concluded that the community service activities, conducted over a period of five months, were successful.

Abstract

Quality education will be realized if the school implements the correct strategic management. Satisfying performance improvements are not only related to input and output aspects but also more important process aspects, namely, the teaching and learning process, monitoring and evaluation process, considering that the teaching and learning process has reached the highest level of importance compared to other processes. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School has made significant progress. The management procedure goes according to a well-organized plan, in which management should start with effective and efficient Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) to realize an increase in a good performance at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School. In this study, researchers attempted to analyze, understand, and describe the strategic management carried out at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools over a certain period (longitudinal achievement).

Abstract

Along with the progress of the times, challenges and obstacles continue to develop and change, especially in the field of digital technology. This is caused by changes in human demand and needs from time to time. Therefore, in the era of globalization, digital technology plays a very important role in people’s lives, especially in the world of education. This research aims to contribute to efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in understanding digital literacy. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a case study type. This research took place at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam, Alaspandan, Pakuniran, Probolinggo. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, documentation and open interviews. Observations were carried out by directly observing learning activities carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam. Interviews were conducted with 6 teaching staff who were homeroom teachers in each class. The results of the research show that the synchronization of objectives from various parties, starting from the foundation as the highest administrator of the Madrasah and the head of the Madrasah as the driving force in the running of the wheel of education, as well as parents and students, have a big influence on increasing digital literacy skills at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam, because of the collaboration able to improve student’s abilities in operating digital literacy. Digital literacy is very important to implement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to increase student creativity by implementing diorama media so that students can learn optimally. This descriptive research uses a qualitative approach using exploration or research strategies that produce interesting information. The data for this research is derived from both primary and secondary sources. Primary data sources predominantly encompass interviews conducted with school principals, homeroom teachers, and regular teachers. Additionally, secondary data can be acquired through the means of observations and document analysis. Various data collection methods are employed in this study, which include interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research outcomes facilitate the identification of four crucial aspects concerning the implementation of diorama media. Initially, identify the application of educational media in the sixth grade. Subsequently, develop diorama media with a focus on environmental conservation. Third, carry out the trial process of diorama media, emphasizing environmental care in the sixth grade. Fourth, reflection to produce designs and improve the practical implementation of solutions. Based on the results of this research, the implementation of diorama media carried out on sixth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Az-Zainiyah III can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and increase their creativity so that in learning students not only act as listeners but can also express their opinions through media that can be studied.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the cooperation and communication skills of class V MI Nurus Salam students through collaborative strategies. This research used the classroom action research (CAR) method which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews to assess the development of students' communication and collaboration skills. The results of this research indicate that collaborative strategies are effective in improving students' communication and collaboration skills. This research contributes to the development of learning methods at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, especially in increasing students' active involvement in learning. Before the intervention, the level of student completion in communication and collaboration skills was still low, with only 38.46% of students completing it. After implementing collaborative strategies in cycle I, communication skills increased to 76.93% and collaboration skills reached 61.54%. However, some students are still less active in group discussions and interactions. Therefore, the strategy was improved in cycle II with clearer instructions and encouragement for active participation. In cycle II, communication skills increased to 92.30%, while collaboration skills reached 84.61%. Student completion levels also increased from 38.46% in the pre-cycle stage to 84.61% after cycle II.

Abstract

Pentingnya media pembelajaran dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran seringkali terabaikan oleh guru dengan berbagai alasan. Diantaranya terbatasnya waktu untuk mempersiapkannya, sulit mencari media yang tepat, dan juga tidak tersedianya cukup dana. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengenalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif bagi para guru dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ialah memberikan pelatihan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis online dengan memberikan produk digital berupa CD sebagai pengembangan media pembelajaran bagi siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Desa Sumberkerang Kecamatan Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo. Peserta pengabdian adalah guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP MI. Untuk kepentingan layanan pengabdian dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana maka terpilih 10 orang guru. Pelatihan diadakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah selama 2 hari pada tanggal 5-6 April 2021 jam 08.00-12.00 WIB. Pelaksanaan pengabdian secara umum dapat dikategorikan berhasil dari segi partisipasi peserta mengingat dari 10target peserta yang diundang yang hadir sebanyak 6 sampai dengan 7orang. Peserta merasa kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis produk digital berupa CD yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah masing-masing. Respon peserta atas kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menyatakan bahwa dari kualitas pemateri, kualitas modul adalah sangat baik.
