Abstract

This study aims to describe the school's strategic management in the promotion of new student admissions in elementary schools. This research is a descriptive field research, which was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Sendang Agung, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. Primary sources include interviews with the principal, teachers, staff and parents of students. Secondary data researchers get from books and articles and literature reviews related to the research title. Data collection techniques using interviews and literature studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity test using source triangulation. The results of the study found that strategic management at SD Negeri 1 Sindang Agung school has been successful in designing and implementing new student admission promotion strategies, in identifying, facing, and overcoming challenges and obstacles in new student admission promotion efforts, this conclusion provides guidance for schools to improve the effectiveness of new student admission promotion and achieve their strategic goals, and that school strategic management at SD Negeri 1 Sendang Agung has succeeded in creating a positive impact on school reputation through new student admission promotion strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang optimalnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam menunjang program pembelajaran dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Islam Sekolah Menengah Pertama Darul Fattah membuat rencana pembelajaran sebelum melaksanakan kurikulum dan kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk memandu proses pembelajaran. Tahapan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran adalah melaksanakan kegiatan persiapan, melaksanakan kegiatan inti, dan melaksanakan kegiatan akhir. Guru pendidikan agama Islam sekolah menengah menilai hasil belajar berdasarkan pekerjaan rumah dan tugas kelas, ujian semester, ujian tertulis dan lisan, tanya jawab, dan tentu saja mencerminkan sikap. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sangat penting pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pendidikan. Pengendalian khusus terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran mempengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Eschatological studies in Juz 'Amma, particularly reflections on Surah Al-Qari'ah, have profound relevance to the formation of Muslim character in the current digital era. This research aims to explore the eschatological messages contained in Surah Al-Qari'ah using the tarbawi hadith approach, in order to identify Islamic educational values that can shape the character of Muslims with noble morals amidst the rapid development of technology. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were obtained from primary sources, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as secondary literature related to Islamic education and Muslim character. The research results show that the eschatological message in Surah Al-Qari'ah contains strong moral values, such as awareness of the afterlife, moral responsibility, and balance between this world and the hereafter. These values can be internalized in the character formation of Muslims in the digital era through the approach of tarbawi hadith, which emphasizes education based on morality and spirituality. By understanding the eschatological message in Surah Al-Qari'ah, Muslims in the digital era can be wiser in utilizing technology and maintaining moral integrity in their daily lives.

Abstract

The plurality of society in Indonesia is one of the icons of Indonesia. With plurality, people are expected to respect differences in ethnicity, race, religion, and culture. However, plurality must be the basis of community tolerance, rarely causing conflicts due to differences. The emergence of conflicts that occur is one of the indicators that Indonesian people still do not fully understand the problem of multicultural internal conditions. Gus Dur's presence in advancing multicultural education emerged as part of a response to the phenomenon of ethnic, racial, religious, and cultural differences that often arise in the midst of a multicultural society. Gus Dur's concept of multicultural education emphasizes on cultivating a life of respect and tolerance for diversity that lives in a pluralistic society and fostering generations who are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also able to live together in society as the nation's successor. This study uses literature research by reviewing several Gus Dur books. The results of the study show that there are differences in religion, race, and culture that do not conflict with each other and are not a source of division in society. So that multicultural Islamic education is a very urgent thing to be carried out to bring flexibility and openness to each other.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents significant challenges for the preservation of local culture in the midst of the rapid flow of modern technology. Cultural institutions are required to reorient their role in integrating local wisdom with technology to answer the needs of the digital community. This research aims to analyze the adaptation and transformation strategies of cultural institutions in the face of digital disruption, as well as identify effective integration models between traditional values and technological innovation. Using qualitative-descriptive research methods with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies from five indigenous communities in Indonesia that have successfully integrated technology in their cultural practices. The results of the study show three main findings: cultural digitalization strengthens people's cultural identity through wider access and revitalization of traditional values, technology adoption increases community socio-economic resilience through the creation of new jobs and market expansion, and the integration of traditional ecological knowledge with modern technology creates an effective sustainable development model. However, challenges such as the digital divide, cultural resistance, and intellectual property rights protection still need to be addressed. The implications of this study include the need for policies that support cultural digitalization by respecting indigenous rights, increasing digital literacy, and a cross-sectoral collaborative approach to ensure the successful integration of technology with local cultures. This research makes a strategic contribution in building a harmonious framework between cultural preservation and technological advancement, as well as supporting the creation of an adaptive society without losing its cultural identity.

Abstract

Hadits merupakan sumber utama dalam pendidikan Islam selain Al-Qur’an, yang berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan memberikan pedoman dalam kehidupan umat Muslim. Di era digital, pendidikan Islam menghadapi peluang sekaligus tantangan dalam menyebarkan dan mengajarkan hadits secara luas. Kemajuan teknologi digital memungkinkan akses yang lebih luas terhadap ilmu hadis melalui berbagai platform online, sehingga mempermudah umat Muslim dalam mempelajari ajaran Islam. Namun, tantangan seperti penyebaran hadis palsu, kurangnya literasi digital dalam ilmu hadits, serta minimnya keterlibatan ulama dalam ruang digital menjadi permasalahan yang harus diatasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan mengumpulkan sumber dari berbagai literatur ilmiah untuk menganalisis peran hadits dalam pendidikan Islam di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadits memiliki peran strategis sebagai sumber etika digital, pedoman dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, transformasi pembelajaran, serta pembentukan karakter Muslim yang baik. Untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada, diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital, verifikasi sumber hadis sebelum disebarkan, serta kolaborasi dengan ulama dalam dunia digital. Penggunaan platform edukasi online yang kredibel dan pemahaman kontekstual terhadap hadits juga menjadi solusi dalam menjaga keaslian ajaran Islam di era modern. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, hadits tetap menjadi pedoman utama dalam pendidikan Islam dan membentuk masyarakat yang lebih beradab di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Children's education in Islam is not just beginning when the child was born, even in the early days will be the establishment of the child, Islam has taught to educate children. The preparation needs to be done is to start and conduct biological relationships legally and properly, and pray to Allah that his actions are not the demon and futile. In addition, the petition relies solely on Allah blessed with a child so pious. The values of the child's education conception period can also be implemented in Islamic religious education began in the formulation of objectives, materials, methods, evaluation, and the role of educators, so that the objectives of Islamic education for the birth of human morality are achieved with optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of principal's leadership and teachers’ work motivation on the effectiveness of learning in MTsN Bandar Lampung. The method used is a type of quantitative research that aims to test hypotheses using statistical techniques. The most basic data collection method is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample in this study is teachers at MTsN Bandar Lampung. Moreover, the data analysis techniques using simple correlation statistical tests and multiple linear regressions, the results of the study show: 1). There is the effect of the headmaster's leadership with the effectiveness of learning in MTsN Bandar Lampung with the effect power of 0.923 which is categorized as very strong; 2). There is a significant effect between teachers’ work motivation and learning effectiveness in MTsN Bandar Lampung with the effect strength of 0.949 which is categorized as very strong; 3). There is the effect of the headmaster's leadership and teachers’ work motivation together with the effectiveness of learning in MTsN Bandar Lampung because the value of r is smaller than the level used (ie 0.05) or 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Islamic education does not only focus on the dissemination of knowledge, but also on the formation of students' character. Internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge, which include patience, respect for teachers, and sincerity, is an important component of Islamic education. However, in real life, these values ​​are still difficult to apply in formal educational institutions, such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 5 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to see how the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge are applied in learning at MIN 5 Bandar Lampung and how it impacts students' character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. The methods used to collect data are Observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to madrasah education policies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith in learning is carried out through teacher role models, habituation of discipline and respect for teachers, and integration of the values ​​of the hadith in the curriculum. The impact of this internalization is seen in the increase in students' religious and spiritual attitudes, politeness in interacting with teachers and peers, and increased motivation to learn. Therefore, the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the manners of seeking knowledge needs to be continuously strengthened through synergy between madrasas, teachers, and parents to create an educational environment that is more Islamic in character.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the landscape of education, including Islamic education. While offering opportunities to expand access to knowledge, the digital era also presents ethical challenges such as character degradation, academic dishonesty, and weakened spiritual engagement. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of educational hadiths in shaping and reinforcing Islamic educational ethics in the digital age. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review and thematic analysis, this research explores selected prophetic traditions that emphasize values such as honesty, responsibility, adab (etiquette) in learning, and information verification (tabayyun). Data were collected from classical hadith sources and relevant scholarly publications from the last decade. The findings indicate that educational hadiths remain contextually relevant and can serve as a moral compass for addressing digital-age challenges. The integration of hadith values into digital curricula and learning platforms not only strengthens students’ ethical awareness but also promotes balanced spiritual and intellectual development. The study recommends the development of structured hadith-based learning models and the evaluation of their effectiveness within digital learning environments such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Islamic educational applications. Furthermore, collaboration among educators, parents, and policymakers is crucial to ensure the sustainable internalization of prophetic values among Generation Z learners. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the discourse on Islamic education and digital ethics.
