Abstract

Maintaining, managing, and protecting the environment's cleanliness, especially those arising from waste is not easy, littering means removing trash, wrongly means removing. The research aims to sort out inorganic waste according to its type, to explain the application of reducing landfill waste, managing it so that it doesn’t become garbage and reuse management results through the Waste Bank. Quantitative qualitative methods. Direct data/not good observation, interview, documentation. Sampling 40 people. Flow Model Analysis, Product Moment Correlation, and Community Perception Analysis. Some conclusions: the value of r = 0.421 means that the relationship between inorganic waste management and the waste bank is very close, and 0.513 means that the relationship between type of inorganic waste and the socialisation of the waste bank is very close. 0.356 means that the relationship between types of inorganic waste and waste banks is quite close. 0.634 means that the relationship between the types of inorganic waste and inorganic waste management is very close. 0.363 means that the income value of inorganic waste and types of inorganic waste is quite close, value of 368 means the relationship between the income value of inorganic waste and management of inorganic waste is quite close.

Abstract

Disasters occur because of two conditions, namely the existence of events or disorders that thraeten and destroys (hazard) and vulnerablility of the community. If there is damage, but the community is not vulnerable, it means that the community handles its own disturbing event or the risk becomes low, while if the condition of the community is vulnerable, but no threating events will occur, there will be no disaster. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of Natural Disaster Management policies, explain Management of Natural Disaster Manajement, Analyze the Utilization of Natural Disaster Management Resources for services provided by BPBD Bogor City. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches, the collection technique is observation, interview and documentation, a sample of 50 respondents, while the data analysis uses the flow model and correlation and Likert scale. The results showed the relationship between buliding material assistence with an earthquake of 0,921, meaning that if there was building material assistance, it could overcome losses caused by the earthquake. Abstract

Berdasarkan tunggakan PBB di Kabupaten Bogor hingga tahun 2016 menembus angka Rp 1 triliun. Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan (Bappenda) kesulitan menagih piutang pajak tersebut, karena alamat wajib tak diketahui, kondisi diperparah dengan banyaknya obyek pajak yang telah berpindah tangan. Pihak pemerintah kabupaten Bogor  berusaha menagihnya, karena perintah dari BPK,Tingginya tunggakan PBB itu, lantaran saat penarikan PBB menjadi kewenangan Direktorat Pajak, Kementerian Keuangan, melalui Kantor Pajak Pratama, banyak wajib pajak yang piutang dan tak sempat tertagih oleh KPP. Pada saat penarikan PBB dilimpahkan ke Kabupaten Bogor, tunggakan PBB nilainya mencapai Rp 600 miliaran, namun setelah ditambahkan denda bertambah menjadi Rp 935 miliar dan sekarang mendekati angka Rp 1 triliun, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Menjelaskan Manajemen SDM terhadap Target dan Realisasi PBB, Menganalisis Kinerja petugas penagih PBB Terhadap Target dan Realisasi, Menjelaskan Target dan Realisasi Pajak sesuai standar, dan Menganalisis faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pelayanan PBB Terhadap Realisasi Target Pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 43 orang. Analisa dilakukan melalui narasi, uji stattistik dan persepsi masyarakat. Berdasarkan analisa pada managemen SDM di atas maka  jawaban responden terhadap  pernyataan pelaksanaan tugas diperoleh angka penafsiran 3,9, masuk dalam kategori  “baik”. Berdasarkan uraian di atas maka  jawaban responden terhadap pernyataan kesepakatan kerja dalam setiap hari/mimggu/bulan diperoleh angka penafsiran 4,5, maka masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik” Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas maka  jawaban responden terhadap  pernyataan surat pemberitahuan kepada wajib pajak apakah mengetahui tentang maksud dari pada surat pemberitahuan tersebut diperoleh angka penafsiran 3,9, masuk dalam kategori  “baik”

Abstract

Dalam mereformasi pelayanan publik, kita perlu mengenali permasalahan pelayanan yang ada. Sebab, Kantor Kelurahan Pekansari memiliki keterbatasan memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat. Untuk mendapatkan pelayanan  dan menyelesaikan segala persoalan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat akan dapat diselesaikan. Kekecewaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan menyebabkan masyarakat tidak puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : Mengetahui Strategi Pemerintah Kelurahan Pakansari Terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Pakansari terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat, dan jenis pelayanan apa saja yang dilakukan kantor Kelurahan Pakansari untuk kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 46 orang,  sedangkan analisa data dilakukan melalui model alir, korelasi dan persepsi masyarakat. Penelitian menunjukan 15,2 persen mengikuti diklat, Penelitian menunjukan 15,2 persen membuat rencana kerja sedangkan. Penelitian menunjukan 61,1 persen pelayanan KTP tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 100,0 persen pelayanan KK tepat waktu, Penelitian menunjukan  97,2 persen pelayanan surat keterangan lahir tepat waktu, Penelitian menunjukan 100,0 persen pelayanan ijin usaha tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 88,9 persen pelayanan BPJS tepat waktu, sedangkan 11,1 persen tidak tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan   100 persen pelayanan surat pindah  tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 86,1 persen pelayanan surat keterangan jual beli tepat waktu.

Abstract

A Human Resource Development in semi-governmental organizations such as MUI is very important in the context of regeneration of leadership and management in the future period. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of human resources for the Bogor Regency MUI management. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach to the population of the MUI Kab. Bogor numbered 188 members, then samples were taken using the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, the data collection technique was a questionnaire technique, participatory observation, and structured and in-depth interviews. Then analyzed using the Weight Mean Score (WMS). The results showed that the development of human resources at the MUI Bogor Regency amounted to 4.78 with a very good interpretation. This is based on the results of observations and interviews with respondents from the MUI board of directors who said that the process of forming the organizational structure of the Regency MUI was carried out in deliberation by involving all related elements and all of these elements had the opportunity to have a career at the Regency MUI referring to the needs of the institution, which was very appropriate and by what was expected. So that the credibility of the institution's objectivity is maintained.

Abstract

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry is innovative, the consequence is to have new ideas that are not yet known by the general public. Innovation is defined as a new method to improve the quality and quantity of a product and this is the focus of attention and improve its performance in the latest way. In a situation like this, a leader's role is needed in shaping his work culture. The objectives of the research are: To explain that transformational leadership styles can improve employee education; Analyzing transformational leadership styles can involve employees in skills training; Knowing the transformational leadership style implementing new ideas; Describe the transformational leadership style involving employees in various trainings. The research design is cross sectional using quantitative analysis. The population is all employees, while the sample is 30 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, and asked the respondents to answer them. Data were analyzed through dummy regression. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value was 0.731, meaning that it was very strong. The correlation coefficient value was 0.485, indicating that the relationship was not strong. The correlation coefficient value of 0.688 indicates that the relationship is not strong. The correlation coefficient value of 0.499 indicates a not strong relationship.

Abstract

South Bogor District is an agency structurally under the Bogor City Government. In achieving the satisfaction obtained by employees, transformational leadership and innovation are needed to foster employee morale. The purpose of this study is to explain transformational leadership affects employee job satisfaction and describe new innovations affect job satisfaction. The research design is Cross Sectional. This research was conducted in South Bogor District, Bogor City. The population in this study were all existing employees, while the research sample was 33 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research shows that the stimulus given by the leader with a correlation coefficient of 0.696 means that the relationship between the stimulus given by the leader and the results achieved is very close. Likewise, the corrections made by the leadership with a correlation coefficient of 1,000 means that the relationship between the corrections made by the leadership and the results of the work carried out by employees is very close. The correlation coefficient of informatics technology is 0.354, which means that the relationship between information technology used by employees and the work standards that have been determined is quite close.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explain the governance of online tax payments at the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency and determine whether there is an influence of online tax payment governance on hotel taxpayer compliance and the achievement of hotel tax revenue targets at the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency. This research is an ex-post facto research using quantitative approach and functional correlation method. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that: 1) the governance of hotel online tax payments carried out by BAPENDA of Bogor City is included in the good category with an average value of 4.14; 2) the governance of online tax payments that has been implemented by BAPENDA of Bogor City has a positive influence on the compliance of hotel taxpayers in Bogor City; 3) the governance of online tax payments that has been implemented by BAPENDA of Bogor City has a positive influence on the hotel tax revenue target in Bogor City.

Abstract

Non-profit organizations such as MUI sometimes encounter suboptimal performance among their members. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the performance of the management within the Indonesian Council of Ulama (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) in Bogor Regency. The utilized method is descriptive analysis, involving the entire population of MUI management in Bogor Regency, totalling 198 individuals. The sample size was determined using Yamane's formula, resulting in a sample of 69 Ulama. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature review. The data were then analyzed using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) method. The research findings reveal that the average cumulative score for performance dimensions, assessed on a 1-5 interval scale, within MUI Bogor Regency is 4.78, interpreted as Very Good. The highest mean score is attributed to the Quality dimension with a score of 4.91, whereas the lowest mean score belongs to the Initiative dimension with a score of 4.64. The challenges faced in the performance of MUI Bogor Regency are related to the suboptimal initiation from MUI members. Efforts to enhance performance include the development of Human Resources through intensified cadre training and increased incentives for activities within MUI Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The Technical Implementation Unit of the Animal Slaughtering House is an organizational unit within the Department of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry in Bogor Regency that has an annual levy target for its slaughtering service. This research aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture on achieving the cutting levy target, ascertain the influence of human resource management on achieving the cutting levy target, and determine the relationship between organizational culture, human resource management, and the achievement of the cutting levy target. A sample of 39 respondents was taken from the Technical Implementation Unit of the Animal Slaughtering House, and data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path modeling, path analysis, and respondent opinion analysis. The results of the research show that the correlation coefficient for organizational culture and the achievement of the cutting levy target is 0.400, indicating a moderate correlation. The correlation coefficient for human resource management and the achievement of the cutting levy target is 0.958, indicating a very strong correlation. However, organizational culture and human resource management do not have a relationship with the achievement of the cutting levy target for animals. This is because for organizational culture, the calculated t-value is less than the table t-value (1.984 < 2.028), while for human resource management, the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value (19.392 > 2.028).
