Abstract

Website UNPERBA (Universitas Perwira Purbalingga) menjadi salah satu sarana utama untuk komunikasi dalam upaya untuk memastikan performa website optimal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur load time, page size, dan request dari berbagai lokasi geografis serta menentukan pengaruh browser terhadap performa website. Pengujian dilakukan dari server di Jepang, Australia, San Francisco, Washington D.C, Jerman, London, dan Brazil, menggunakan tiga browser yaitu, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, dan Microsoft Edge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi geografis memiliki pengaruh signifikan hingga 64% terhadap performa website, sementara jenis browser berpengaruh sebesar 36%. Faktor kecepatan internet dan cara browser merender halaman website mempengaruhi hasil pengujian. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan optimasi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kinerja website UNPERBA dan kualitas layanan bagi pengguna.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in community empowerment at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The type of research used is qualitative, descriptive in nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the role of information and communication technology has been carried out optimally in empowering the community. In this case, the role of information technology and communication in terms of informational, organizational, social development, economic development, political participation and cultural identity can be said to be effective in conveying the information provided on the website. Although there are still some people who are sometimes still hampered by an unstable network. However, the information that has been provided is in accordance with what the community needs.

Abstract

This research investigates the evaluation of accountability for the management of BOS funds as an effort to realize good governance in schools. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involves the principal, BOS fund treasurer, school committee, and teachers directly engaged in BOS fund management. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. Findings indicate that the school's adherence to good governance principles—transparency, openness, and adherence to regulations—is commendable in managing BOS funds. This study contributes to understanding the effective implementation of governance principles in educational fund management, suggesting implications for policy and practice in school financial management and accountability.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Pancasakti Makassar di Desa Maero, Kecamatan Bontoramba, Kabupaten Jeneponto, bertujuan penguatan akses informasi sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik melalui pemasangan papan petunjuk jalan dan papan nama rumah pejabat desa. Kondisi geografis desa yang beragam serta minimnya fasilitas petunjuk jalan antar dusun dan informasi mengenai rumah pemerintah Desa dapat menyebabkan hambatan mobilitas bagi warga luar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap: perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, dengan pendekatan partisipatif antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat. Proses mencakup observasi lokasi, penentuan desain, penyediaan material, hingga pemasangan. Hasilnya kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat terlaksana dan selesai hingga dapat dirasakan manfaatnya langsung. Komunikasi efektif serta keterlibatan lintas sektor terbukti menunjang keberhasilan program. Program ini menjadi contoh praktik kolaboratif yang sederhana namun berdampak. Dengan biaya rendah dan pelibatan sumber daya lokal, kegiatan ini layak direplikasi pada pengabdian masyarakat lainnya dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang serupa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing project-based differentiated learning in improving elementary school students' descriptive text writing skills. This study used a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design. The participants of the study were 48 fifth grade students at a public elementary school in South Jakarta, who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental and control classes. The instruments used included writing tests, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data used thematic analysis. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' descriptive text writing skills in the experimental group. In addition, qualitative results showed that students had positive perceptions of this learning method. This study provides recommendations for elementary school teachers to consider project-based differentiated learning for more effective teaching and contribute to increasing students' motivation and confidence in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas II SD. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II SDN Sarirejo, yang terdiri dari 27 Siswa. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar matematika siswa, sementara variabel bebas adalah penerapan model PBL. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes.  Hasil matematika sebelum dan setelah siklus dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan matematika, terutama penjumlahan bersusun, dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan, hanya 8 peserta didik (atau 30% dari total peserta didik) mencapai ketuntasan. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 15 siswa (5% dari total siswa) pada siklus 1 dan 23 siswa (85%) pada siklus II. Lebih dari 80% siswa mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 80; yang menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil.

Abstract

Introduction: Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition of excessive nausea and vomiting that occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy. It can cause dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, weight loss, and even affect fetal growth if not properly managed (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2023). In Indonesia, based on the Indonesian Health Profile (2023), the prevalence of HEG is reported to be around 1–3% of all pregnancies, with higher cases occurring in young pregnant women and primigravidas. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum at the Tangeban Community Health Center, Masama District, Banggai Regency. Method: This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 34 pregnant women respondents. The sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate data. Result: Univariate analysis showed that the majority of pregnant women who experienced hyperemesis gravidarum were 21 people (61.8%), had a good level of knowledge about hyperemesis gravidarum, namely 22 respondents (64.7%), and had a positive attitude towards hyperemesis gravidarum as many as 24 respondents (70.6%). Bivariate analysis showed a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Tangeban Community Health Center, Masama District (p-value 0.040), and there was a relationship between attitude and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Tangeban Community Health Center, Masama District (p-value 0.020). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and attitude and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women at the Tangeban Community Health Center, Masama District.
