Abstract

Prediction is an activity of guessing or estimating something that will happen in the future by utilizing historical data through a scientific method. CV. Harapan Karya Mandiri in predicting oil sales is still in a conventional way. The weaknesses of conventional systems are in addition to human error in doing calculations and writing and can also be lost when doing recapitulation. For this reason, a machine learning technique is needed that is able to predict sales. One of the algorithms included in Machine Learning is K-Nearest Neighbor. The system implementation uses the PHP programming language with the MySql database and the method used in this research is the Waterfall method. The waterfall method is able to analyze the needs used to find out from the weaknesses of the old system, then make a design of the design and continue with the design of the new system. The conclusion from the results of this study explains that the sales prediction process with the K-Nearest Neighbor method first goes through a training process. The prediction results are also strongly influenced by the amount of data being trained and the value of "k" in this method.

Abstract

Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City is one of the public junior high schools in Bengkulu City. In this school there is a Mathematics subject that is taught to students. Students' ability to understand the subject varies, so that sometimes it is difficult for teachers when the learning process is taking place. Interest in learning tends to produce high achievement, on the other hand, lack of interest in learning will result in low achievement and there are differences in interest in each subject. The implementation of K-Means Clustering Method in knowing students’ interest in mathematics subjects at Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City can make it easier for teachers to find out students’ interest and can be used as material for teacher evaluation in teaching and learning process in order to create high interest in subjects, especially mathematics. Based on the sample data used in class VIII.E on mathematics subject with 10 students in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The results of grouping students who fall into cluster C1 (very interested) are 4 students, while students who fall into cluster C2 (less interested) are 6 students. If it is percented, the Cluster C1 result is 60%.

Abstract

This research aims to create an expert system application to diagnose Angular Ceilitis using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to get solutions and information easily and quickly about the disease. This research method uses the waterfall method which begins with the requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance stages. This expert system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Case Based Reasoing method can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose angular ceilitis. In its application, the Case Based Reasoing method can provide a percentage of angular ceilitis. So that users can use this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in the initial diagnosis of angular ceilitis.

Abstract

Abstract-The creditworthiness assessment carried out by the company is currently still conventional, namely still in paper form, so that Credit Analyst takes a long time to process data and analyze the large amount of incoming credit applicant data, so it does not rule out the possibility of miscalculations, errors in reading data, and others. In addition, the biggest obstacle is the difficulty in finding or storing archives that have been stored. As well as problems in making reports that are late sometimes also hamper the delivery of information to company leaders. For this reason, a technique that is capable of classification is needed. One of the algorithms included in the classification is Naïve Bayes. The system implementation uses Visual Basic.Net programming language and the method used in this research is waterfall method. The waterfall method is able to analyze the needs used to find out from weaknesses of the old system, then make a design and continue with the design of the new system. The conclusion from the results of this study explains that the process of classifying consumer eligibility with the Naïve Bayes method first goes through the training process. Prediction results are also strongly influenced by the amount of data that is trained and the probability value in this method.

Abstract

The AHP method used in this decision support system can help decision makers in solving complex problems by considering existing criteria and sub-criteria. It is hoped that this decision support system will make it easier for the faculty to assess lecturer performance objectively and effectively so that it can improve the quality of education at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. Waterfal method, ready-made software that is operated by the user and carried out maintenance. Maintenance allows developers to make corrections to errors that were not detected in previous stages. Maintenance includes repairing errors. Based on the research that has been carried out through the stages of analysis, design, system development, system testing and implementation, it can be concluded that, the system built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting the best lecturers can provide information in the form of the best lecturers in accordance with the criteria and also the conditions that the user enters, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method uses input in the form of assessments for each criterion that can run well according to the design, the decision support system uses the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method where the value obtained is a consistent value if the value of CR is equal to or more than 0.1 (10%).

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High Schools in South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The school already has internet access and a computer network in the Lab that can be accessed by teachers, students, and staff within the school. However, access to the network does not yet have a security system that can prevent several threats from attacking the network. The purpose of this research is to implement snort on computer networks at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu. Securing the computer network at SMA Negeri 5 South Bengkulu to avoid unwanted things by implementing Snort in it which will detect if there is a threat of attacks. Snort will be tasked with detecting attacks that occur if a client attacks the server in the form of pinging of death or DDos attacks. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the application of snort can help schools in knowing security system information on computer networks at school, as well as securing computer networks at school.

Abstract

Abstract— The Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies in Bengkulu Province. At the Department, every year data collection is carried out per semester of capture fisheries production that occurs in each regency / city in Bengkulu Province. The purpose of the research is to determine the predicted value of capture fisheries production in the coming year. The implementation of the linear regression method in predicting fishing yields at The Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bengkulu Province can help provide an estimated prediction of the amount of capture fisheries production in the following year based on the results of processing previous time series data through the Linear Regression Method. In addition, it can be used as an evaluation material for the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bengkulu Province in making strategic plans (renstra), especially capture fisheries production. Based on the test data used, the results show that the prediction of the amount of fishing (marine fisheries) in the Regency / City of Bengkulu Province in 2024 is South Bengkulu Regency, 2726.3 Central Bengkulu Regency, 1663.62 North Bengkulu Regency, 7709.04 Kaur Regency, 8140.2 Bengkulu City, 44457.32 Muko-muko Regency, 19691.99 and Seluma Regency, 2633.8. It can be seen that the highest number of fishing products is Bengkulu City and the least is Central Bengkulu Regency from the results of prediction analysis using the linear regression method. Abstract

Media pembelajaran interaktif adalah media belajar yang menggunakan teknologi digital untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mendorong interaksi aktif antara siswa dan materi pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif jaringan komputer untuk membantu kegiatan pembelajaran di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengambangan Luther-Sutopo dengan tahapan pembuatan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0. pada aplikasi Adobe Animated CC. Hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh media pembelajaran interaktif materi jaringan komputer yang dapat digunakan oleh guru kejuruan TKJ SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar. Menu-menu pada pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif terdiri dari Menu Utama, Menu, Materi dan Menu Evalusi. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0 pada aplikasi Adobe Animate CC yang telah dibuat mampu memberikan manfaat kepada guru dan peserta didik di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kejuruan melalui materi jaringan dasar komputer.

Abstract

Clustering Employee Data Based on Performance Appraisals Using the K-Medoid Method at the Regional Government Office of Central Bengkulu Regency can help employees to group employee performance data and can be used as a consideration to determine the results of employee performance evaluations each year. Grouping employee data based on the results of performance appraisals that have been carried out, namely the value of employee work targets (SKP) and work behavior values. The results of clustering on employee performance appraisal data, obtained 2 groups or clusters, namely high clusters (Cluster I) and low clusters (Cluster II). Clustering employee data based on performance appraisals using the k-medoid method at the Regional Government Office of Central Bengkulu Regency is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functional of the application has run well and the application can help the Central Bengkulu Regency Regional Government Office in knowing employee performance based on 2 groups, namely high clusters and low clusters

Abstract

The Kelindang Bengkulu Tengah Village Office is one of the villages located in Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency. So far, the data management process for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) has used office application packages, namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. However, not all administrative data processing processes use office application packages, one of which is the 3kg LPG base distribution administration. The Bumdes administration data application at the Kelindang Bengkulu Tengah Village Office is used to make it easier for the village office to process BUMDES administration data, especially regarding the supply and distribution of 3kg LPG Gas to residents within the scope of the Village of Kelindang Bengkulu Tengah. In the data processing process, a network-based two-tier architecture with a WLAN connection has been implemented, to simplify and speed up data input, because many laptops connected to the WLAN can access it. The devices used are 3 units of laptops, namely 1 laptop for the server and 2 laptops for the client. The Bumdes administrative data application at the Kelindang Village Office in Bengkulu Tengah was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the Bumdes administrative data application at the Kelindang Village Office in Central Bengkulu is running well and as expected
