Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan secara sadar dan sistematik melalui berbagai kegiatan jasmani untuk memperoleh pertumbuhan jasmani, kesehatan dan kebugaran jasmani, kemampuan dan keterampilan, kecerdasan dan perkembangan watak serta kepribadian yang harmonis. Agar para pengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan kesehatan pada berbagai jenjang sensitif terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran masa depan, diperlukan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini sangat urgent dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning akan memudahkan bagi pebelajar (learner) untuk mengakses pembelajaran penjas dengan menggunakan berbagai modus belajar. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis blended learning juga akan meningkatkan keterampilan soft skill (keterampilan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi) bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa. Melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis blended learning akan membangun jembatan antara konteks pembelajaran yang bersifat teaching-based, instructor-mediated ke arah konteks pembelajaran yang bersifat learning-based. Keuntungan yang akan diperoleh melalui pembelajaran ini terutama untuk menyediakan sumber-sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa yang berpeluang untuk mengembangkan setiap individu mencapai kemampuan optimal dalam keterampilan hard skill maupun soft skill.

Abstract

Futsal merupakan olahraga yang dinamis dikarenakan bola bergulir secara cepat dari kaki ke kaki, di mana para pemainnya dituntut untuk selalu bergerak dan dibutuhkan keterampilan yang baik dan determinasi yang tinggi, dan tidak salah lagi futsal digemari akhir-akhir ini. Seorang pemain harus menguasai keterampilan dasar menendang bola dan selanjutnya meningkatkan ketepatan shooting dan mencetak gol dari berbagai posisi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan massed practice terhadap akurasi shooting ke gawang dalam permainan futsal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK N 2 Singaraja yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal, 18 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 18 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode praktek, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitan pelaksanaan metode massed practice dapat meningkatkan akurasi shooting pada ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK N 2 Singaraja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada lokasi paralayang lintas alam yang terletak di Bukit Abah, Kabupaten Klungkung, yang dikenal sebagai lokasi potensial untuk olahraga paralayang. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana letak geografis Bukit Abah berdampak pada pengalaman dan performa atlet paralayang dan bagaimana hal ini dapat berdampak pada keberhasilan olahraga di lokasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran yang memadukan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Menurut penelitian, Bukit Abah dianggap sebagai lokasi yang cocok untuk paralayang karena tingginya 450 meter dan lebar lapangan kurang lebih 30 meter sehingga menyediakan ruang yang luas untuk kegiatan paralayang. Tidak ada penghalang pohon di area ini yang dapat menghalangi penerbangan, dan angin yang bertiup dari selatan membuat kondisi penerbangan lebih aman dan stabil. Hal ini menjadikan Bukit Abah salah satu lokasi ideal untuk paralayang di kawasan tersebut. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa kelemahan dan kendala, seperti perlunya pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung yang lebih baik, termasuk fasilitas transportasi dan keamanan, serta perlunya lebih memperhatikan keselamatan penerbangan. Selain itu, studi ini menemukan adanya peluang pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang dapat mendukung perekonomian lokal, seperti dengan menyediakan akomodasi, makanan dan fasilitas bagi wisatawan dan paralayang. Serta terdapat potensi pengembangan pariwisata, peningkatan permintaan produk lokal dan penguatan perekonomian lokal. Untuk mewujudkan potensi tersebut, Bukit Abah memerlukan dukungan pemerintah desa dan pemangku kepentingan, baik dari sisi pengelolaan keselamatan udara maupun pengembangan ekonomi dan pariwisata setempat. Dengan begitu, Bukit Abah dapat berkembang menjadi destinasi paralayang yang menarik bagi para atlet lokal maupun internasional.

Abstract

In the initial observation based on the needs analysis, it can be seen that learning video media is indispensable for basic passing and control techniques in football games. The research developed learning media based on learning videos using the ADDIE model, where the research subject was grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. The results of data analysis on the development of learning video-based learning media were tested by experts and obtained an expert assessment of 86% of the content/learning materials in the good category, 92.5% of the assessment of learning design experts in the very good category, 91.6% of the assessment of learning media experts in the very good category and 96% of the assessment of field practitioner experts in the very good category. The small group trial received a rating of 96.4% in the very good category and the large group trial received a score of 96.8% in the excellent category. From these results, it can be concluded that learning video-based learning media is developed suitable for application in learning.

Abstract

The subject of volleyball is widely taught at the educational level using various types of media. The aim of this research is to develop learning media based on video tutorials about basic passing techniques in class VII volleyball at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja. The type of research used is the development type with the ADDIE development model which has five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The development product has been validated by content experts, design experts and learning media experts as well as field practitioner experts. Sample trials for this product are individual trials with 3 students, small group trials with 6 students, field trials with one class with 30 students. This research uses assessment instruments and descriptive-qualitative and descriptive-quantitative analysis techniques. By obtaining product validation results, the learning content expert test was found to be 93% in the very good category, the design and learning media expert test was 97% in the very good category, and the field practitioner expert test was 95% in the very good category. For individual trials 96% were in the very good category, for small group trials 96% were in the very good category, for large group trials 94% were in the very good category. So it can be concluded that video-based learning media, tutorials on basic passing techniques in class VII volleyball, are very suitable to be used as learning resources and media so that they can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Motion-based learning, especially Pencak Silat material taught at the Senior High School level always presents challenges for Physical Education (PE) Teachers. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards on students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat. Methods: Quasi-experimental was used as a research design by conducting pretest and posttest. There were 312 eleventh-grade students in this study, which was conducted at Senior High School of Laboratorium Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) and Senior High School 1 Sukasada. A simple random sampling technique was performed to select the sample of this study. One hundred twenty students were chosen as a research sample and divided into experimental and control groups. The data were collected by conducting pre-tests and post-tests. The instrument used in this study was the basic attitudes test of Pencak Silat. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively through inferential statistics (independent sample t-test) with the assistance of SPSS 22. Results: The results showed a significant difference between the post-test gained by the experimental group treated by project-based learning assisted with flashcards and the control group treated by conventional education. Sig proved it. (2-tailed) the post-test data was 0.01, indicating that the significant value was less than 0.05 as consideration. The effect size found through the calculation of Eta Squared proposed by Cohen was 0.08, categorized as a high level. Conclusion: It could be concluded that there was an effect of project-based learning assisted with flashcards towards students’ learning outcomes in learning Pencak Silat since this study is focused on learning.

Abstract

Physical Education (PE) can improve special needs students’ skills, competencies, and accommodate social behaviours from several aspects, such as cognitive, motoric, and social aspects. Physical Education becomes an important and essential role in improving the special needs students’ quality of life. This study aims to provide a systematic and scientific reviews regarding to the improvement and positive impacts of Physical Education for special needs students. The findings of this study showed that: (1) The Importance of Physical Education for Special Needs Students and (2) The Improvement Skills of Special Needs Students through Physical Education. As the results, Physical Education gives a great and many opportunities to special needs students, which it caused by the improvement in the concentration and cognitive skills. On the other hands, it also gives various important things, such as stimulate the special needs students’ mindset, movements, and psychomotor.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve long jump learning outcomes in class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan by applying the Problem-Based Learning learning model. This type of classroom action research was carried out in two cycles: action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan in the academic year 2023/2024. There were 36 students, consisting of 20 females and 16 males. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that learning outcomes classically experienced a significant increase in the attitude aspect from cycle I of 16.7% increased to 80.6% in cycle II, the knowledge aspect from cycle I of 44.4% increased to 86.1% in cycle II, and the skill aspect from cycle I of 33.3% increased to 80.6% in cycle II. The research concluded that the learning outcomes of the long jump increased through the application of the PBL learning model in class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan in the academic year 2023/2024. Therefore, this research recommends PE teachers consider using the PBL learning model because it can improve long jump learning outcomes.
