Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the factors on the behavioral intention to use e-Wallet based on the UTAUT model. The variables are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and experience as a moderating variable. It is quantitative research. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Semarang who have adopted cashless transactions in their payment activities. The population in this study was 4,156 students, with a sample of 365 students. The results of this study show that performance expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 18.4 %, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 20.1%, Social influence has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions for 22.8 %, Facilitating condition has a positive effect and significant impact on the behavioral intention for 24.7%, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention through experience (moderating 1) for 24.6 %, Social influence has a negative effect and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for -4.8 %, and Facilitating condition has a negative and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for - 5.3 %.

Abstract

Abstrak - Laporan keuangan sebagai media penghubung antara manajemen dengan pemilik merupakan sumber informasi penting sehingga harus bersifat andal dan relevan. Akan tetapi, laporan keuangan rawan dipermainkan oleh manajemen dan dapat menyesatkan penggunanya. Manajemen dapat mengintervensi laporan keuangan untuk memenuhi tujuan tertentu dengan melakukan manajemen laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap manajemen laba dengan dimoderasi kepemilikan manajerial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 39 unit analisis. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan moderated regression analysis dengan software IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tindakan manajemen laba. Penelitian ini menemukan kepemilikan manajerial dalam perusahaan BUMN mampu memoderasi pengaruh leverage terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, earnings growth, leverage, and liquidity on earnings quality with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 65 property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique and selected 44 companies with 132 units of analysis. The analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that leverage and liquidity had a positive effect on earnings quality. While profitability and earnings growth have no effect on earnings quality. Company size is able to weaken the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on earnings quality. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of the company’s earnings will increase if the company can maintain the level of leverage and the level of company liquidity. However, the quality of company earnings will decrease when the size of the company is large and affects the company’s leverage and liquidity on the quality of the company’s earnings. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan adakah pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan pengalaman diklat terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi berjumlah 30 guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal yang berjumlah 30 orang sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan pengalaman diklat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal sebesar 86,1%. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 79,21%, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh sebesar 77,61%, dan variabel pengalaman diklat berpengaruh sebesar 73,44%.The purpose of this study was to prove wether any influence of work motivation, compensation, and training experience on economics/accounting teacher performance at Senior High School in Tegal either simultaneously or partially. The population was consist of 30 economics/accounting teachers at Senior High School in Tegal. The samples were all of economics/accounting teachers at Senior High School in Tegal which amounts to 30 people, so this study was a population research. The methods of data collection using questionnaires, and the method of data analysis were descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study was showed that work motivation, compensaton, and training experience had simultaneously influence on economics/accounting teachers performance in the amount of 86,1%. And partially, the partial influence of work motivation was 79,21%, the partial influence of compensation was 77,61%, and the partial influence of training experiences was 73,44%.

Abstract

SMK merupakan pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang potensial tingkat menengah yang sesuai dengan kompetensi keahliannya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Semarang masih kurang.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi berjumlah 107 siswa dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling berjumlah 84 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket). Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 18,40%, (2) ada pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,43%, (3) ada pengaruh kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja sebesar 30,36%, dan (4) ada pengaruh antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan kemampuan soft skills terhadap tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan sebesar 71,5%.Vocational High School are education departement that aims to prepare potential labor of middle-level in accordance with the skills competency. Based on the results of preliminary observations and interviews indicate that the level of job readiness of students in Vocational High School 2 Semarang is still lacking. This study aim to determine the effect of industrial work practice experience, motivation entering the work world, and soft skills ability to job readiness level of class XII students of Accounting skills competency in Vocational High School 2 Semarang academic year 2014/2015 partially and simultaneously.This study with a population of 107 students with the sample employed 84 students and respondents with simple random sampling. Data collection method is used the method of questionnaires. While the method of data analysis are using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are: (1) the influence of industrial work practices experience to the students job readiness level is 18.40%, (2) the influence of motivation entering the work world to the student job readiness level is 10,43%, (3) the influence of soft skills ability to the students job readiness level is 30.36%, (4) simultaneously, the influence of industrial work practices experience, motivation entering the work world, soft skills ability to job readiness level of class XII students of Accounting skills competency in Vocational High School 2 Semarang academic year 2014/2015 is 71.5%.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dalammeningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang tahun ajaran2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pre-test post-test control group experimentdesign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang sebanyak 107siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling yaitu dengan undian. Metodepengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakananalisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TAI efektifmeningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang tahun ajaran2014/2015. Saran yang diberikan adalah model TAI dapat diterapkan guru sebagai salah satu variasi modelpembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran.The aim in this study was to determine the effectivity of Team Assisted Individualization Learning Model compared toconventional learning model to improve learning activity and learning outcomes in the economic study class X High SchoolTeuku Umar of Semarang academic year 2014/2015. This research used experimental study with pre-test post-test controlgroup experiment design. The population of this study was the whole students of economic class grade X High School TeukuUmar of Semarang by 107 students. The samples are taken by simple random sampling technique is by lottery. The methods ofdata collection used the test, observation, and documentation methods. The method of analyzing data used descriptive analysisand statistic analysis with t-test. Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Model more effectively improve the students capabilitycompared to conventional learning model in economic learning. The advise given is the TAI model can be applied to teachersas one variation of model learning in economic to improve the students capability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru yang profesional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Progam Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi tahun angkatan 2011 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang sebanyak 174 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 122 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase, statistik inferensial, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru yang profesional. Hasil adjusted R^2 menunjukan adanya hubungan antara praktik pengalaman lapangan, minat menjadi guru, dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru yang profesional sebesar 0.574 atau 57,4%. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah hendaknya mahasiswa memperbanyak referensi tentang akuntansi, mengikuti berbagai forum diskusi akuntansi guna meningkatkan wawasan mengenai bidang studi akuntansinya; mahasiswa diharapkan meningkatkan minat untuk menjadi guru yang tinggi dengan mengenal lebih jauh tentang profesi guru, mencari tahu kabar dan informasi mengenai profesi keguruan, memanfatkan kegiatan praktik pengalaman lapangan dengan sungguh-sungguh yang dapat menunjang kesiapannya untuk menjadi guru.The purpose of that study was to determine the influence of practice field experience, interest becoming a teacher and learning achievement againts the readiness of the students to become a professional teacher. Population in this research are students of accounting education class of Faculty of Economic semarang state university as many as 174 students. Sample used in this study were 122 students. The method are used to collect data is quetionnaire and documentation. Data analysis method used is the percentage descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, and multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of research it can conclude that practical field experience, interest becoming a teacher, and learning achievement influence the readiness to becoming a professional teacher on partial analysis and simultaneous analysis. The results of adjusted R^2 showed the presence of the relationship between practice field experience , interest as teacher ,and learning achievements against the readiness of kids to be professional teachers or as much as 57.4 %. It suggested suggestions relating to research is should be more about students reference accounting, participate in various the discussion accounting held in formal and informal perspectives on to make the field of accounting study; students are expected to increase desire to get teachers high with know more about the teaching profession, find out news and information on the profession teaching through the print media and the internet also take the practice field experience seriously that are amenable to ready to become a teacher.

Abstract

Pendidikan kejuruan merupakan pendidikan menengah yang mempersiapkan peserta didik terutama untuk bekerja di bidang tertentu. Kesiapan kerja sendiri dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Diantara faktor yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu motivasi kerja, bimbingan karier, dan prestasi belajar Akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, bimbingan karier, dan prestasi belajar Akuntansi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian Akuntansi di SMK. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 78 dari jumlah populasi 104 siswa SMKN 1 Demak, dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Dan metode analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1)Motivasi Kerja, Bimbingan Karier, dan Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Kesiapan Kerja sebesar 66.67%. Secara partial (uji t) diperoleh hasil bahwa 2)Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 7.62%; 3)Bimbingan karier berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 11.7%; dan 4)Prestasi belajar Akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 18.15%. Vocational education is secondary education that prepares students primarily to work in a particular field. Work readiness was affected by so many factors. Some factors that have significant effect are work motivation, career guidance, and learning achievement of Accounting. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, career guidance, and learning achievement of Accounting of Accounting Department student work readiness at SMK. The subject of this research is 78 students from 104 of population, with proportional random sampling technique. The method of collecting data is using questionnaires and documentation. And analysis of the data used is the percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that 1)Work Motivation, Career Guidance, and Learning Achievement of Accounting jointly affect the Work Readiness of 66.67 %. Partially (t test ) result that 2)work motivation effects on work readiness of 7.62 %; 3)career guidance effects on work readiness by 11.7 %; and 4)learning achievement of Accounting effects on work readiness at 18.15 %.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal di MA YPI Klambu, diketahui bahwa belum semua siswa kelas XI IPS memperoleh prestasi belajar yang optimal. Adanya pengaruh positif antara kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar dan peran kelompok teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS MA YPI Klambu tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar dan peran kelompok teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar. Kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar dan peran kelompok teman sebaya berpengaruh sebesar 65,1% secara simultan. Kualitas pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh sebesar 9,12%, cara belajar 14,06% dan peran kelompok teman sebaya 8,6% secara parsial. Kesimpulan penelitian berupa kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar dan peran kelompok teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar berdasarkan analisis parsial dan simultan. Saran yang diajukan: orang tua diharapkan menerapkan pola asuh demokratis dalam mendidik anak-anaknya, siswa diharapkan mempunyai cara belajar yang efektif untuk mendapatkan prestasi belajar yang baik, dan dianjurkan siswa mempunyai kelompok teman sebaya yang menunjang prestasi belajarnya. Based on preliminary observations in MA YPI Klambu, it is known that not all students of class XI IPS obtain optimum learning achievement. The positive influence the quality of parenting parents, learning and the role of peer groups on learning achievement siswa.Populasi research were all students of class XI IPS MA YPI Klambu the academic year 2014/2015. The total sample of 50 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While the method of data analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed the quality of parenting parents, learning and the role of the peer group a positive effect on learning achievement. The quality of parenting parents, learning and the role of the peer group by 65.1% effect simultaneously. The quality of parenting parents influence by 9.12%, 14.06% and a way of learning the role of the peer group of 8.6% partially. The conclusion of this study is the quality of parenting parents, learning and the role of the peer group a positive effect on learning achievement based on an analysis of partial and simultaneous. Suggestions put forward: parents are expected to apply democratic parenting in educating their children, the students are expected to have an effective way of learning to get good academic achievement, and encouraged students to have peer groups that support academic achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dimensi fraud diamond dan self-efficacy terhadap kecurangan akademik dengan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 148 peserta didik Kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Purbalingga. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 108 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan dan kemampuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik sementara kesempatan, rasionalisasi, dan self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel tekanan, kesempatan, kemampuan dan self-efficacy terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Sementara, kecerdasan spiritual tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh rasionalisasi terhadap kecurangan akademik peserta didik. Saran yang diberikan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan kondisi yang tidak membuat peserta didik tertekan seperti tidak memberikan tugas yang terlalu banyak dan membiasakan peserta didik untuk disiplin, meningkatkan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan serta menerapkan aturan yang lebih ketat terkait pengerjaan tugas maupun dalam ujian. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence the dimensions of fraud diamond and self-efficacy against academic cheating with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The population of this study was 148 students of eleventh grade’s students in social classes at State Madrasah Aliyah in Purbalingga. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method by using proportionate random sampling technique with thw total sample of 108 students. The results of this study indicate that pressure and capability have a positive and significant effect on academic fraud while opportunity, rationalization, and self-efficacy has no effect on academic fraud. While spiritual intelligence is able to moderate the influence of the variables of pressure, opportunity, capability, and self-efficacy against academic cheating. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence is unable to moderate the influence of rationalization on academic fraud. Suggestions given related to the results of this research is to create conditions that do not make learners distressed as not to give too much task and familiarize students for discipline, improve supervision and examination and apply more stringent rules related to the execution of duties and in the exam
