Abstract

This research aims to 1) to know the profile of shrimp boilers agroindustry, 2) to know the allocation of male and female work time related to reproduction, productive and social, 3) to know the role of man and woman in decision making in the household. Data taken by survey method. Respondents in this study were taken by purposive sampling with the criteria of men and women have married as the owner of bolu kemojo agroindustry consisting of 4 partner owners from 4 agroindustry. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method and Likert Summated Rating (SLR) Scale. The results showed that the total allocation of men's time was 852.16 hours / month and the woman was 468.39 hours / month. In reproductive activities men's time allocation is 29.96 hours / month and women is 170.36 hours / month, compared with men's productive activities of 816.20 hours / month and women of 293.28 hours / month. On social activities of 6.00 hours / month for men and 4.75 hours / month for women. Allocation of time beyond rest, worship and relaxation. In decision making in the household conducted by husband and wife shown by score 3.11

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to highlight the influence of the quality of services on satisfaction in establishing customer loyalty, to determine the relationship factors affecting the quality of services to satisfaction in establishing customer loyalty and to analyze the correlation between satisfaction and loyalty at Pondok Durian Pangeran Pekanbaru. The method samples were selected using nonprobability sampling techniques with a sample size of 150 respondents who shopped more than twice. Analyzes used a structural equation modeling with AMOS program version 22 applied. The results showed that the quality of products, quality of service had a significant effect on satisfaction. Dimensions of the highest influence on satisfaction were significant with a probability value of 0.023 and responsiveness with a probability value of 0.093. The value of the correlation between customer satisfaction and loyalty Pondok Durian Pangeran was 0.956 and had closely relationship between the two variables. Probability value indicated that satisfaction was a factor determining significantly the customer loyalty. Loading factor value on the regression coefficients of each valuable indicator research (> 0.5) and a probability value of loyalty to the satisfaction indicator worth (0.000) imply that significant satisfaction is an indicator of customer loyalty forming at Pondok Durian Pangeran Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Indonesian Government has impelemnt various programs to improve the community food security, one of them is Village Food Resiliance Program. The Prgram has been conducted by Indonesian Government since 2006. This study intend to analyze what determinant factors that influence participant household food security level after they join the village food resilience program in Riau Province. The multinomial logistic analysis results conclude that the determinant factors affecting food resilience of the participants of the Mandiri Pangan Village Program in Riau Province are the age of the household head, the number of household members and the size of the household landholdings

Abstract

The research was conducted at October 2015 – Maret 2016 in Pangkalan Kuras and Bunut district, Pelalawan regency. The marketing purpose is PT. Bangkinang. The purpose of the research was to know marketing path, market structure, market conduct, and market performance. Market structure approach are using market share analysis, Concentration Rasio, and Barrier to Entry. Market conduct approach is using descriptif qualitatif analysis about the market that become research object. While market performance approach is using marketing margins analysis in this case based on the concept of the product reference. Respondent in this research was rubber farmer with respondent totatlly 36, and sales with 7 respondent people. This research used survey method. The result of this research showed that structure of rubber market in Pangkalan Kuras and Bunut district, Pelalawan regency direct at monopolystic market. Conduct of rubber market occur at not perfect market competition. The matter can refer to out of result correlation analysis and elasticity price transmission with market structure which shape is not perfect market competition and direct at monopsony market. When refer to parctice act of determining price farmer occupy tehe most weak position because farmer just price taker. The performance of rubber not efficient because big margin and not smooth and farmer the most lose out because farmer as price taker.

Agroindustry as the development of agricultural sector expected can play a part in to create a market to agriculture pickings through various its product of him. The strategy is big scale plan which has future reach priority which far is and also specified in such a manner so that enable organization to have interaction to effectively with its environment in a condition aimed at all emulation optimization attainment of target with a various pertinent organizational target. This research revenue analysis aim to the effort my ginger and compile correct development strategy to a worker of ginger in Kota Raya Village Rengat District Indragiri Hulu Regency. Result of research of Amount produce its month; moon ginger flaky that is 360 bale, whereas in acceptance to the effort my ginger that is Rp. 5.400.000. obtained net earning the effort my ginger Rp. 2.764.000 per month. correct Development strategy to worker of ginger flaky is: Increase product ginger flaky to fulfill request of market, conducting ginger flaky promotion and make more interesting tidiness to be an access to market broader, Maintaining market which has there is and looks for new market by improving opportunity of promotion by following existing exhibition; Braid cooperation with relevant institute to be is tough of capital employed and self-service to market product, managing health permit so that marketing of broader ginger flaky; Take care of the availability of raw material at the time of price of fluctuating and do product continuity by providing raw material stock and avoid too kept old raw material; Improve standard quality of especial raw material, supporter raw material in order not to easy to destroy, and also look for market information through newspaper, on duty commerce and follow existing exhibition, making better product can fulfill request of market.

Abstract

The growth of several food commodity production in Riau Province is decreasing and is not in line with the increasing need for food accompanied by increasing population growth. The imbalance between production and the level of food needs of each individual accompanied by increasing population growth each year can increase the opportunity for food vulnerability in an area. This research aims to analyze the status of food security from the aspect of food availability, the aspect of food affordability, and the aspect of food utilization in Riau Province. The method used in this research is the literature study method by collecting secondary data. The data used in this research is secondary data for the 2022 period which includes data from 10 districts and 2 cities in Riau Province. Data analysis was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of this research show the condition of food security from the aspect of food availability with a ratio of normative consumption to cereal food availability of 4.98, meaning that food needs in Riau Province are four times the ability of Riau Province to produce food so that it is in a food deficit condition, where consumption needs food cannot be met from clean food production in Riau Province. Food security status from the aspect of food affordability is at moderate food security status. The food security status from the aspect of food utilization is at food security status, and the food security index for Riau Province is at food security status.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui saluran pemasaran karet (2) menganalisis margin (3) bagian yang diterima petani (farmer’s share) karet, (4) menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pemasaran karet di Kecamatan Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran karet yaitu saluran pemasaran I dari petani ke pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan ke pabrik, saluran pemasaran II dari petani ke pedagang pengumpul ke pabrik, saluran pemasaran III dari petani ke Kelompok Usaha Bersama kemudian ke pabrik. Saluran pemasaran I (Non-KUB) diperoleh total total margin pemasaran yaitu Rp1.997,00/kg. Saluran pemasaran II (Non-KUB) diperoleh total margin pemasaran yaitu Rp1.759,86/kg. Saluran pemasaran III (KUB) diperoleh total margin pemasaran yaitu Rp936,95/kg. Saluran pemasaran I (Non-KUB) diperoleh  farmer share sebesar 77,00 persen. Saluran pemasaran II (Non-KUB) farmer share sebesar 79,74 persen. Saluran pemasaran III (KUB) farmer share sebesar 89,21 persen. Efisiensi pemasaraan pada saluran pemasaran I (Non-KUB) sebesar 25,14 persen, saluran pemasaran II (Non-KUB) efisiensi pemasaran sebesar 18,73 persen, dan salurran pemasaran III (KUB) efisiensi pemasaran sebesar 14,66 persen.

Abstract

The Design Investigation Survey (SID) activity is a program by the Ministry of Agriculture aimed at utilizing swamp land to enhance food production through land optimization. The target location for land optimization in Rokan Hilir Regency is situated in Mukti Jaya Village, Rimba Melintang District. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and guidance regarding the SID land optimization program to rice farmers in Mukti Jaya Village. This activity is beneficial for aligning perceptions regarding the requirements that serve as a reference for the SID land optimization activities, the necessary data, and the forms of assistance provided to improve land productivity and rice planting indices. The methodology involves outreach and guidance directed at the target  farmer groups. Outreach will cover the requirements and supporting data necessary for SID land optimization. Guidance will consist of directions regarding the infrastructure to be developed for optimizing land and its budgeting. There is a priority scale and budget provisions that will serve as a reference for communicating urgent needs in the field. The results of this community service activity indicate that (a) participants understand the importance of the SID land optimization program and its benefits for farmers, and (b) participants are aware of the criteria, requirements, and implementation provisions of the SID OPLA program from the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the data that farmer groups need to provide.

Abstract

This study analyses watermelon farming in the Amara Jaya Farmer Group in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City, focusing on farmer characteristics, conformity of cultivation techniques with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), as well as analysis of costs, revenues, and farming efficiency. Watermelon is a horticultural commodity that has the potential to increase income, but management efficiency is very important. This analytical descriptive research used a case study approach with in-depth interviews with five farmers and secondary data. Results showed an average total production cost of IDR 244,646,434 per hectare per growing season, with an average total revenue of IDR 119,833,333.40 per hectare. The average net income was IDR 125,296,100.00 per growing season. The R/C ratio of 0.184 indicates that the watermelon farm has not broken even and is still losing money, despite the gross profit margin per kilogram

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2015 - Maret 2016 di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras dan Kecamatan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Tujuan pemasarannya adalah PT. Bangkinang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran, menganalisis struktur, perilaku, dan kinerja pasar karet. Pendekatan struktur pasar menggunakan analisis pangsa pasar (market share), Rasio konsentrasi, dan Hambatan masuk pasar. Pendekatan perilaku pasar menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif berkenaan dengan pasar yang menjadi obyek penelitian, sedangkan pendekatan kinerja pasar menggunakan analisis marjin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran berdasarkan konsep produk referensi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani karet yang berjumlah 36 orang dan pedagang yang berjumlah 7 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur pasar karet di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras dan Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan mengarah pada pasar monopolistik. Perilaku pasar ojol yang terjadi adalah pasar persaingan tidak sempurna. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil analisis korelasi dan elastisitas transmisi harga dengan struktur pasar yang terbentuk adalah pasar persaingan tidak sempurna dan mengarah ke monopsoni. Apabila dilihat dari praktek penentuan harga petani menempati posisi paling lemah karena petani hanya sebagai penerima harga. Kinerja pasar ojol belum efisien karena margin yang besar dan tidak merata dan keuntungan lembaga pemasaran juga tidak merata dan petani yang paling dirugikan karena petani hanya sebagai penerima harga (price taker).
