Abstract

This study, it is discussed the factors that are considered by domestic millennial tourists to choose Balangan Beach as a tourist attraction. There are two objectives in this research. The first is to determine what factors are taken into consideration by Millennial Tourists choosing Balangan Beach as a Tourist Attraction. The second is to determine the dominant factors for Millennial Tourists choosing Balangan Beach as a Tourist Attraction. This research was conducted with 70 respondents. The analysis technique used factor analysis consisting of variable selection, factoring process, naming each factor, and model determination test. This study resulted in three factors, namely flora and fauna factors, field availability, and information center factors which are factors that influence millennial tourists to choose Balangan Beach as a place to do tourism. At the same time, the most dominant factor is the information center factor which has the greatest eigenvalue.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to carry out consumer and investor behavior through a feasibility study of cable car tourist attractions in agritourism in Pelaga Village, Petang district, which focuses on studying marketing and financial perspective. This research uses observation and feasible study methods based on marketing theory, and investment financial management theory. It is highly likely by potential tourists as an attraction that can openly present natural beauty, as an environmentally friendly tourist attraction, a unique tourist attraction in Bali, will provide public facilities, telecommunications, restaurants, and agro product market centers, proximity to the city center, availability of transportation to the location, easy access to locations, and community friendliness towards tourist arrivals. The economic aspect where analysis of market opportunities is based on estimated sales data for four types of services: cable cars, restaurants, UFO glass platform attraction, and under the park and agritourist. The findings of this study reinforce the method and theory that business-oriented development planning must go through a feasible study of at least two important aspects, namely aspects of market potential, and aspects of investment management which are expected to be profitable for investors.

Abstract

This study uses the Google Trends Tool to determine the popularity of four island tourist destinations in the world, namely Phuket, Bali, Hawaii, and Langkawi. The most popular tourist destinations are Hawaii, then Bali, then Phuket, and finally Langkawi. The results of the analysis show that from the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2021, almost all island tourist destinations in the world. Phuket destination is very popular for tourists who come from Thailand itself, Russia, Turkey, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Bali is very popular among tourists from Indonesia, the Netherlands, India, Australia, and Belgium. Hawaii is very popular among tourists from the United States itself, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and South Korea. While Langkawi is very popular among tourists who come from Malaysia itself, Singapore, Pakistan, Hong Kong, and Egypt.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to formulate a mapping model on the potential of an herbal-themed tourism village based on a case study in Catur Village, Kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The methodology of the research is a qualitative descriptive study by conducting a field survey, namely collecting data by providing closed questions that ask the perceptions of stakeholders managing tourism villages in Bangli Regency, community leaders in Catur Village, small business owners in Catur Village, and the Village Heads. The research results are processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques by visually describing a set of data, which can be done in two parts, namely numerical descriptions, narrative texts, graphics, and in-depth explanations. Results of research of the descriptive analysis using tourism village mapping indicators posted Catur Tourism Village as a fairly decent village (2.52) to be further developed as a tourist village. This tourist village is mapped into four potentials, namely: nature tourism, cultural or religious tourism, herbal tourism, and agri-horticultural. Conclusion of the results of research based on the analysis of tourism potential, it can be said that Catur Village has fulfilled four aspects (4A) in offering tourism product of four main attractions, namely natural beauty, agriculture, culture or religion, and herbs. In terms of accessibility, road access to Catur is very adequate. In terms of amenities, facilities such as homestays, food and beverage providers, banks, health services, and others are quite available at Catur. As for ancillary, the institutions in Catur have led to full support for the development of the tourist village.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Pelaga Agro tourism area is dominantly visited by students, who are predominantly less than 20 years old, some of them are from the age group of 21 to 40 years. They are predominantly come from around the City of Denpasar and Badung Regency. They are interested in visiting Palaga because a unique village tourist attraction, views of gardens and farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, cultural friendly and environmentally friendly tourist attractions, public facilities, telecommunications, restaurants and centers the agro product market, the people who are friendly to tourist arrivals, easy to reach locations, the availability of transportation to the location, and the proximity to the city center. Dominant tourists willing to revisit Pelaga significantly influenced by the unique village tourist attraction, views of the expanse of gardens or farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, and the ease of reaching the Pelaga location from their residence.Keywords: agrotourism, forest conservation, uniqueness, nature, tourists.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah prioritas Jatiluwih sebagai Desa Warisan Budaya yang harus diselesaikan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kebersihan dan sanitasi, dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam aspek makanan dan minuman. Masalah lain yang segera menjadi prioritas adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam akomodasi yang telah dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat di Jatiluwih. Setelah dinyatakan sebagai warisan budaya, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh desa terutama terkait dengan aspek pemasaran, akomodasi dan pengaturan kuliner. Kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang sudah ada di desa sangat membutuhkan bantuan terkait dengan manajemen rumah tangga dalam bentuk akomodasi sesuai agar dengan harapan wisatawan; Tampaknya kendala lain juga dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, yaitu kendala pada aspek sanitasi makanan dan minuman yang dihadapi oleh kelompok bisnis jasa kuliner. Kelompok ini membutuhkan bantuan terkait dengan upaya mereka sehingga hidangan yang disediakan oleh kelompok layanan kuliner sesuai dengan harapan para wisatawan yang tinggal di desa tersebut. Hasil yang diharapkan dari bantuan pada dua kelompok bisnis ini adalah peningkatan kinerja kelompok yang mampu menyediakan akomodasi dan layanan kuliner yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, baik dari aspek sanitasi yang sesuai budaya lokal.Kata Kunci : desa wisata, homestay, kuliner, hygiene dan sanitasi, wisatawan, kelompok masyarakat.ABSTRACTThe priority problem of Jatiluwih as Cultural Heritage Villages to be solved is the lack of knowledge about the hygiene and sanitation, and also the lack of knowledge and skills in food and beverage. The other problem that is immediately becoming a priority is the lack of knowledge and skills in accommodations that have been managed by community groups in Jatiluwih. After declaration as a cultural heritage, many obstacles faced by the village especially related to the aspects of marketing, accommodation and culinary arrangement. The accommodation services business group that already exists in the village is in dire need of assistance with housekeeping management in the form of accommodation in accordance with tourist expectations; it seems that another obstacle is also being faced by the village community, namely the constraints on food and beverage sanitation aspects faced by the culinary service business group. The group needed assistance with their efforts so that the dishes provided by the culinary services group were in line with the expectations of the tourists who stayed in the village. The expected outcome of the assistance in the two business groups is the increase in group performance that is able to provide accommodation and culinary services that are in accordance with the expectations of tourists, both from the aspect of sanitation, and local culture.Keywords: tourism villages, homestays, culinary, hygiene and sanitation, tourists, community groups.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Hunian Kamar Di the Aveda Boutique Hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang tepat bagi The Aveda Boutique Hotel dalam meningkatkan hunian kamar, Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 10 responden, dengan teknik analisis SWOT. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan total skor IFAS sebesar 3,18 dan total skor EFAS sebesar 3,01 yang berarti The Aveda Boutique Hotel berada pada kuadran I yaitu posisi Pertumbuhan. Dalam analisis SWOT, alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan yaitu, Meningkatkan pelayanan kepada tamu sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ada, memberikan potongan harga pada musim-musim tertentu sehingga dapat menarik minat konsumen, dan melakukan kerjasama dan hubungan baik dengan lingkungan di daerah Petitenget.Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Bauran Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT, The Aveda Boutique HotelAbstractThis research is entitled Marketing Strategy in Improving Room Occupancy at The Aveda Boutique Hotel. This study aims to determine the right marketing strategy for The Aveda Boutique Hotel to increase room occupancy. The method used in this study was purposive sampling involving 10 respondents, with a SWOT analysis technique. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that the total IFAS score was 3.18 and the total EFAS score was 3.01, which means The Aveda Boutique Hotel is in quadrant I, namely the Growth position. In the SWOT analysis, alternative marketing strategies that can apply are, improving service to guests by existing SOP, providing discounted prices in certain seasons so they can fascinate consumer interest, and cooperating and maintaining good relations with environment in the Petitenget area.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, SWOT Analysis, The Aveda Boutique Hotel

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari pelaksanaan riset ini yaitu supaya menganalisis pengaruhnya motivasi serta pelatihan kerja kepada kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel mediasi pada karyawan Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. Populasi pada penelitiannya ini yaitu keseluruhan pegawai tetap dengan jumlah 55 orang. Metode yang dipergunakan yakni SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Models-Partial Least Squares) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Mengacu pada hasil menganalisis yang sudah dilaksanakan hasilnya menampilkan yaitu ada pengaruhnya negatif antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruhnya positif dan bersignifikan diantara pelatihan kepada kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruhnya negatif serta tidak bersignifikan diantara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan diantara pelatihan kerja kepada kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan diantara kepuasan kerja kepada kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan kepuasan kerja yang memediasi pengaruhnya motivasi kepada kinerja karyawan, serta ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja yang memediasi pengaruhnya pelatihan kerja kepada kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job training on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on employees of Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel. The population in this study were all permanent employees totaling 55 people. The method used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Models-Partial Least Squares) with SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. Based on the analysis that has been done the results showed that there was a negative influence between motivation on job satisfaction, there was a positive and significant effect between training on job satisfaction, there was a negative and not significant effect between motivation to the employee performance, there was a negative and not significant effect between job training on job satisfaction to the employee performance, there was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance, there was a negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction which mediates the effect of motivation on employee performance, and there was a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction which mediates the effect of job training on employee performance of employees in Jambuluwuk Oceano Seminyak Hotel.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian melibatkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24.00 for Windows dengan analisis Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisi Uji T-test, dan Analisis Uji F-test. Uji Hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,394 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,155 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05 , disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai t-hitung 11,566 > nilai t-tabel 1,31 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan secara simultan motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai F-hitung 190,733 > nilai F-tabel 2,30 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Villa Tabatha Umalas, Badung, Bali.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance at Villa Tabatha Umalas Badung Bali by using quantitative methods. The study involved a sample of 30 people using the saturated sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Abstract

AbstrakTugu Khatulistiwa memiliki daya tarik dengan keunikan dan sejarahnya, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi setiap potensi dan masalah yang menjadi faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam upaya mencari strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata Tugu Khatulistiwa di Kota Pontianak, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 10 responden dan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner sehingga dapat diketahui indikator internal dan eksternal dari Tugu Khatulistiwa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan matriks internal eksternal diketahui jumlah skor IFAS sebesar (3,16) dan EFAS (3,10) yang terletak pada kuadran I strategi growth (pertumbuhan). Melalui matriks SWOT maka strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan daya tarik wisata Tugu Khatulistiwa yaitu, strategi SO memperbaharui isi bangunan dengan tidak merusak sejarah dan bekerjasama dengan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja dengan mengembangkan UMKM. strategi ST menerapkan protokol kesehatan, memperbaiki fasilitas umum, strategi WO melengkapi fasilitas toilet dan mushola, melatih perawatan dan pengelolaan toilet, dan strategi WT memberikan pelatihan pemandu wisata, memberikan pelatihan CHSE. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan mata kuliah yang telah dipelajari dan menjadi saran baik bagi pengelola dan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan daya tarik wisata Tugu Khatulistiwa di Kota Pontianak sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Analisis SWOT, Daya Tarik Wisata, Tugu KhatulistiwaAbstractThe Equator Monument has an attraction with its uniqueness and history, the purpose of this study is to identify any potential and problems that are supporting and inhibiting factors in an effort to find a strategy for developing a tourism attraction for the Equator Monument in Pontianak City, using the SWOT analysis technique. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a total of 10 respondents and data collection methods are interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires so that internal and external indicators of the Equator Monument can be known. Based on the results of the internal external matrix calculation, it is known that the total IFAS scores (3.16) and EFAS (3.10) are located in quadrant I of the growth strategy. Through the SWOT matrix, the strategy that can be applied to develop the Equator Monument's tourist attraction is the SO strategy of renewing the contents of the building without destroying history and collaborating with the community to create jobs by developing MSMEs. ST strategy implements health protocols, improves public facilities, WO strategy completes toilet facilities and prayer rooms, trains toilet care and management, and WT strategy provides tour guide training, provides CHSE training. The benefit of this research is to apply the courses that have been studied and become good suggestions for managers and the government in developing the tourist attraction of the Equator Monument in Pontianak City so that it can increase the number of tourist visits.Keywords: Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Tourist Attraction, Equator Monument
