Abstract

This study investigates the influence of communication, motivation, and leadership on employee performance at Padma Resort Legian, a tourism-based hospitality company where employee performance is crucial to service quality. The research aims to determine both partial and simultaneous effects of these variables on performance. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the study used a purposive sampling method with 76 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SPSS 26 for Windows, applying validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. The results reveal that communication (X₁) positively and significantly affects employee performance (b₁ = 0.231; count = 2.319 > t_table = 1.993). Motivation (X₂) also has a positive and significant effect (b₂ = 0.411; t_count = 4.512 > t_table = 1.993), as does leadership (X₃) (b₃ = 0.198; t_count = 2.622 > t_table = 1.993). Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence performance (F_count = 62.260 > F_table = 2.73; p < 0.05), with an R² value of 0.722, indicating that they account for 72.2% of the variance in performance. It is concluded that effective communication, high motivation, and strong leadership are critical to enhancing employee performance at Padma Resort Legian. The study recommends management prioritise employee development programs that strengthen interpersonal communication, foster motivation through recognition and incentives, and encourage transformational leadership practices to sustain service excellence.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of Digital Marketing, Word of Mouth Communication, and door-to-door advertising on the decision-making process of students while selecting Wira Harapan Badung Bali Vocational School. The research design used is quantitative causality. The sample that will be used in this research is 143.7 or 150 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that internet marketing, word of mouth, and door-to-door advertising have a substantial and favorable impact on students' decision-making process on their choosing. Digital marketing, WOM and door to door promotions simultaneously influence voting decisions. It is recommended to pay attention to the content shared in digital marketing, increase WOM by interacting more with consumers and consider door to door promotions which can increase the decision to choose Wira Harapan Vocational School.

Abstract

Permasalahan warga Desa Wisata Blimbingsari yang menjadi prioritas untuk dipecahkan adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya hygiene dan sanitasi, serta rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penataan hidangan. Masalah lainnya yang segera menjadi prioritas adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penataan kamar atau akomodasi yang telah dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat di desa tersebut. Setelah menjadi menjadi Desa Wisata, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh desa tersebut khususnya yang berhubungan aspek pemasaran, penataan akomodasi, dan penataan kuliner. Kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang telah ada di desa tersebut sangat memerlukan adanya pendampingan terhadap manajemen tata graha berupa penataan akomodasi yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, namun tetap bernuansa perdesaan serta sesuai dengan kemampuan penyediaan akomodasi kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang ada di Desa Wisata Blimbingsari. Hasil dari pendampingan pada kedua kelompok usaha tersebut adalah terjadinya peningkatan kinerja kelompok yang mampu menyediakan layanan akomodasi dan kuliner yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, baik dari aspek hygiene, sanitasi, budaya setempat. Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Wisata tersebut semakin meningkat seiring mudahnya mendapatkan informasi tentang keunikan dan daya tarik desa, akomodasi, dan paket wisata yang disediakan oleh warga desa. Penelusuran tentang berbagai informasi dapat di lihat dari youtube, traveloka, booking, dan tentunya dari website/blog tentang Desa Wisata Blimbingsari.Kata kunci: desa wisata, akomodasi, kuliner, hygiene dan sanitasi, wisatawan, kelompok masyarakat.ABSTRACTThe problem of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village that was a priority in this project was the lack of knowledge about the hygiene and sanitation, as well as the knowledge and skills in plating and service of dishes. Another immediate priority issue was the increase level of knowledge and skills of arranging rooms or accommodation that has been managed by the community groups in the village. After being designated as a tourist village, Blimbingsari face many obstacles particularly related to aspects of marketing, accommodation arrangement, and culinary arrangement. The existing accommodation service business group in the village is in need of assistance to the management of accommodation arrangement in accordance with the expectations of tourists, but still the nuances of the village and in accordance with the ability of accommodation services in Blimbingsari Tourism Village. The result of the assistance in both units was the improvement of group performance that is able to provide accommodation and culinary services in accordance with the expectations of tourists, from aspects of hygiene, and sanitation. The level of tourist visits to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari is increasing as it is easy to get information about the uniqueness and attractiveness of villages, accommodation, and tour packages provided by villagers. Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah prioritas Jatiluwih sebagai Desa Warisan Budaya yang harus diselesaikan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kebersihan dan sanitasi, dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam aspek makanan dan minuman. Masalah lain yang segera menjadi prioritas adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola akomodasi oleh kelompok masyarakat di Jatiluwih. Setelah dinyatakan sebagai warisan budaya, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh desa terutama terkait dengan aspek pemasaran, akomodasi dan pengaturan kuliner. Kelompok usaha jasa akomodasi yang sudah ada di desa sangat membutuhkan bantuan terkait dengan manajemen rumah tangga dalam bentuk akomodasi sesuai agar dengan harapan wisatawan; Tampaknya kendala lain juga dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, yaitu kendala pada aspek sanitasi makanan dan minuman yang dihadapi oleh kelompok bisnis jasa kuliner. Kelompok ini membutuhkan bantuan terkait dengan upaya mereka sehingga hidangan yang disediakan oleh kelompok layanan kuliner sesuai dengan harapan para wisatawan yang tinggal di desa tersebut. Hasil yang diharapkan dari bantuan pada dua kelompok bisnis ini adalah peningkatan kinerja kelompok yang mampu menyediakan akomodasi dan layanan kuliner yang sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan, baik dari aspek sanitasi yang sesuai budaya lokal.Kata kunci: desa wisata, homestay, kuliner, hygiene dan sanitasi, wisatawan, kelompok masyarakat.ABSTRACTThe priority problem of Jatiluwih as Cultural Heritage Villages to be solved is the lack of knowledge about the hygiene and sanitation, and also the lack of knowledge and skills in food and beverage. The other problem that is immediately becoming a priority is the lack of knowledge and skills in accommodations that have been managed by community groups in Jatiluwih. After declaration as a cultural heritage, many obstacles faced by the village especially related to the aspects of marketing, accommodation and culinary arrangement. The accommodation services business group that already exists in the village is in dire need of assistance with housekeeping management in the form of accommodation in accordance with tourist expectations; it seems that another obstacle is also being faced by the village community, namely the constraints on food and beverage sanitation aspects faced by the culinary service business group. The group needed assistance with their efforts so that the dishes provided by the culinary services group were in line with the expectations of the tourists who stayed in the village. The expected outcome of the assistance in the two business groups is the increase in group performance that is able to provide accommodation and culinary services that are in accordance with the expectations of tourists, both from the aspect of sanitation, and local culture.Keywords: tourism villages, homestays, culinary, hygiene and sanitation, tourists, community groups

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Kemitraan Masyarakat BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih ini dilaksanakan di Desa Gumbrih yang berlokasi di Desa Wisata Ekotourism Gumbrih, Kecamatan Pekutatan, Kabupaten Jembrana, Bali. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Catu Graha Mandiri, Desa Gumbrih. Kelompok BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Desa Wisata Gumbrih ini belum menggunakan teknologi tepat guna, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen pengelolaan usaha, etika dalam perilaku konsumen, kurangnya promosi atau pemasaran BUMDES. Solusinya adalah memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dalam meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas usaha – usaha BUMDES, serta pembuatan laporan keuangan, memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang manajemen pengelolaan usaha, pendidikan etika dan perilaku konsumen, dan pelatihan pemasaran produk menggunakan media sosial. Teknologi tepat guna yang digunakan dalam program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah Canva sebagai tools create dan editing image, dan video. Luaran yang diharapkan dari mitra salah satunya adalah peningkatan kemampuan dalam penggunaan teknologi tepat guna untuk kuantitas, kualitas usaha BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih termasuk pemasaran usaha menggunakan media sosial yang tergambar dalam melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan sebelum dan sesudah Program Kemitraan ini. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengelola BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih dapat menggunakan tools Canva secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas usaha-usaha termasuk pemasaran usaha-usaha tersebut dengan menggunakan media sosial.Kata kunci : Canva, BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri, Desa Gumbrih, Teknologi InformasiABSTRACTThe BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Community Partnership Program was implemented in Gumbrih Village, located in Gumbrih Ecotourism Village, Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency in Bali Province. This article focus on taking the object of service at the Catu Graha Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES), Gumbrih Village. The BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri group of Gumbrih Tourism Village has not been using appropriate technology, lack of knowledge about business management, unknowledgeable on consumer behavior ethics, lack of promotion or marketing of BUMDES. The solutions are: To provide assistance and training on the use of appropriate technology in increasing the quantity and quality of BUMDES businesses, as well as making financial reports are to provide assistance and training on business management, ethics education and consumer behavior, and product marketing training using social media. The appropriate technology used in this community partnership program is Canva as an image and video creation and editing tool. One of the expected outputs from partners is an improve ability to use the appropriate technology for quantity, business quality of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih, including business marketing using social media through questionnaires distributed before and after this Partnership Program. Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang ditemukan bahwa (1) Belum tersedianya pusat informasi tempat wisata, (2) Belum terintegrasi wilayah untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai potensi wisata. (3) belum adanya pusat pembuatan konten menarik mengenai promosi budaya, produksi pertanian, dan wisata. (4) Belum ada pengelolaan digital marketing untuk desa wisata Catur Kintamani. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tujuan program PKM adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Sosialisasi potensi wisata dengan tersedianya informasi center, (2). Mengintegrisakan seluruh komponen potensi desa dalam satu program desa wisata, (3).Pembuatan media promosi (content) sebagai bahan digital marketing, dan (4). Pelatihan pemasaran digital sebagai bahan promosi kepada biro perjalanan dan calon wisatawan. Metode pelaksanaan Program PKM antara lain: sosialisasi awal, pendampingan, pelatihan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program, yang dilakukan oleh tim pengusul serta dibantu oleh tenaga ahli dan mahasiswa dari Universitas Dhyana Pura. Hasilnya adalah Desa Catur memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan tentang (1). Adanya potensi wisata dengan tersedianya informasi center, (2). Ada integrasi seluruh komponen potensi desa dalam satu program desa wisata, (3). Ada media promosi (Website) sebagai bahan digital marketing, dan (4). Memiliki pengetahuan pemasaran digital sebagai bahan promosi. Tim pelaksana dan setiap kelompok melaporkan hasilnya dengan cara presentasi dan dokumentasi. Keberlanjutan dari program ini adalah masyarakat terus belajar dan tim PKM Undhira mendampingi kelompok dalam meningkatkan pengetahuannya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraannya.Kata kunci: Desa Catur Kintamani, digital marketing, visitor center, wisata alam.ABSTRACTThe problem found that (1) The unavailability of tourist information centers, (2) Has not integrated the region to be used as a tourism potential. To solve the problem, the purpose of the PKM program is as follows: (1) Socialization of tourism potential with the availability of information centers, (2). Identify all components of the potential of the village in one tourist village program, (3). The creation of promotional media (content) as digital marketing material, and (4). Digital marketing training as promotional materials to travel agencies and prospective travelers. Methods of implementation of the PKM Program include: Initial socialization, mentoring, training, monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability of the program, which was carried out by the proposer team and assisted by experts and students from Dhyana Pura University. The result is that the Catur Village has knowledge, skills about (1). The existence of tourism potential with the availability of information centers, (2). There is integration of all potential components of the village in one tourist village program, (3) There is promotional media (Website) as digital marketing material, and (4). Have knowledge of digital marketing as a promotional material. The implementing team and each group report the results by means of presentation and documentation. The sustainability of this program is that the community continues to learn and the PKM Undhira team assists the group in increasing its knowledge to improve its well-being.Keywords: Kintamani Catur Village, Digital marketing, Visitor center, Nature Tourism.

Abstract

The model of the development of an integrated city tourism urgently to be done for the short- term and long-term. Develop urban area is an attempt to increase revenue through taxes hotels, restaurants, and simultaneously increase the economic activity in urban areas. The good management of the city tourism will realize the satisfaction of all parties. Some of the cities in Indonesia deserves to be developed as a city tourism when viewed from multiple components as tourism attractions. These components are like: the town hall, roads that meaningful myth, historical monuments, culinary, college or university, shopping malls, traditional markets, squares, parks, museums, fairs, and other attractions. To be able to make it as a tourist product, the necessary integration related aspects comprising aspects of the attraction of the city, the transportation aspect, the aspect of main and supporting facilities, and institutional aspects such as the attributes of human resources, systems, and other related institutions. The city of Denpasar as as a business center of the activity in case the tourists both domestic and foreign tourists, require restructuring. Structuring urgent to do is structuring the local community business centers, the arrangement of lodges or hotels, and the area attractions management.

Abstract

This community partnership program explores the development of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Kerta Rahayu in Lumbung Village, Tabanan, which operates in the culinary sector to support local tourism. Although BUMDes has great potential, challenges in management and menu variation remain major obstacles. Through this partnership initiative, the PKM program aims to enhance the managerial capacity of the BUMDes administrators by providing training on culinary business management and menu development. The methods used include socialization, training sessions, and evaluation activities involving administrators and local community members. The results of the training indicate significant improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in designing and preparing menus, as well as a better understanding of the importance of menu variety to attract tourists. The implications of this program affirm that good management and continuous menu innovation are essential to increasing the appeal of culinary businesses in Lumbung Village, especially in response to the growing number of visitors. Thus, this community empowerment program successfully achieved its objectives and has provided positive impacts for the managers of BUMDes Kerta Rahayu.

Abstract

Gua Batu Cermin yang terletak di Desa Batu Cermin Labuan Bajo, Kecamatan Komodo, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata yang kaya namun belum dikelola secara optimal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan yang ideal dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata Gua Batu Cermin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling sebanyak 12 orang dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). Melalui analisis Matriks IFAS dan EFAS diperoleh hasil perhitungan skor untuk IFAS sebesar 3,15 dan EFAS sebesar 3,07 yang berarti Gua Batu Cermin berada pada kuadran I yaitu posisi Growth (Pertumbuhan). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dan dianalisis strategi pengelolaannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT. Strategi SO (Strength-Opportunity) diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Strategi ST (Strength-Threat) melibatkan penggunaan kekuatan untuk mengatasi ancaman. Strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunity) diimplementasikan dengan meminimalkan kelemahan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Strategi WT (Weakness-Threat) diimplementasikan dengan meminimalkan kelemahan untuk menghindari ancaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan Hotel Padma Resort Legian. Teori yang mendasari penelitian ini mencakup teori motivasi kerja dan perilaku organisasi, yang menyatakan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal dalam lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner kepada 150 karyawan, serta analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26, meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji statistik T dan F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien regresi variabel budaya organisasi (0,187), disiplin kerja (0,349), dan lingkungan kerja (0,142), dengan seluruh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, serta nilai f-hitung (53,969) juga lebih besar dari f-tabel (2,67). Nilai determinasi 0,516 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas secara simultan mempengaruhi semangat kerja sebesar 51,6%. Kesimpulannya, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Disarankan bagi manajemen untuk terus meningkatkan ketiga faktor tersebut guna mendorong semangat dan produktivitas karyawan.
