Abstract

AbstractThe nature and culture of Bali with all their manifestationshave yet to be able to attract tourists of high quality, eventhough the Balinese culture is undoubtedly popular inthe international tourism arena. This article offers qualitytourism management strategies in order to realize tourists’satisfaction, which in turn is hoped to increase the visitof quality and loyal tourists in the future. This studyutilizes desk research method with online data collectionand information gathering technique, using secondarysources and other published scientific sources. Analyticaltechniques utilized include quantitative and qualitativedescriptive analysis, and comparative analysis of previousresearch and scientific publications related to the economicand business dimensions of tourism. This researchrecommends that the implementation of quality tourismmanagement for Bali is of urgent importance because Bali’sdevelopment has been relying on the tourism sector. Thereare five dimensions of quality offered to Bali’s tourismoperators, ordered based on the important values fortourism customers: (1) tangible proof, (2) reliability, (3)responsiveness, (4) assurance, (5) empathy, which includesthe ease of building relationships, good communication,attentiveness, and understanding the needs of customerswhere the hospitality and politeness of the Balinese people is a form of empathy that is considered to be fading andneeds to be improved.

Abstract

Desa Jatiluwih adalah desa wisata yang terletak di Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan. Desa wisata ini memiliki panorama alam yang indah dengan terasering yang unik dan berdampingan dengan indahnya pemandangan Gunung Batukaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Perumusan masalah yang dikaji oleh peneliti ada dua, yaitu: (1) penerapan konsep CBT yang dilakukan oleh otoritas Desa Wisata Jatiluwih dalam mengelola daya tarik wisata berkelanjutan, dan (2) peran yang dimainkan oleh pemangku kepentingan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen Daya Tarik Wisata Jatiluwih telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi yang sehat, pembangunan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat; melestarikan alam agar lingkungan tetap lestari, budaya sehat dengan berkontribusi pada budaya yang ada di masyarakat pedesaan, dan menerapkan prinsip kepuasan wisatawan. Hasil kajian ini menyarankan agar sistem subak dan alamnya tetap dipertahankan karena menjadi indikator kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Jatiluwih. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in increasing social entrepreneurship by conducting interpretive ethnographic research through in-depth interviews with village traditional managers and residents as informants to obtain detailed descriptions of behavior, values ??, and attitudes related to the development of LPD in Bali. The results showed that the LPD has played a role in the development of social entrepreneurship in Balinese in the form of (1) initiating the development of social entrepreneurship; (2) playing a role in the development of social entrepreneurship extracted from the existing social capital in Balinese; (3) increasing a social entrepreneurial spirit in the form of the desire to social values creativity, the existence of economic activities; community empowerment, and resource mobilization; (4) increasing business embryos and social-based business development to increase income and improve family and community welfare. So that suggestions for the community are to maintain the LPD to build social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

High-quality tourism destinations nowadays become the expectations of tourism stakeholders. However, these quality tourism destinations do not have a definition and key performance indicator that can be used as a measurement indicator, so this research is necessary. This study tries to measure the quality of tourism destinations based on the perspective of Bali tourism respondents. In this survey, the attitude of the respondents was measured using a choice of 5 Likert scales that directly asked their attitude towards various indicators on two elements, namely the tourist quality variable and the destination quality measurement variable. The results of a survey of 200 informants illustrate that the respondents' views on all indicators that are considered as indicators of measuring the quality of tourists and indicators of tourism destinations. They can be used as indicators to measure other destinations with adjustments according to their conditions. The novelty in this studies is three factors that have been formed key factors of tourism destination quality. The first is named the quality beautiful destination and unique attraction. The second factor is named quality tourist spending and respect local culture minded. The third factor is named the quality climate and weather condition and infrastructure.

Abstract

Jatiluwih is listed as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO on June 29, 2012. To increase the contribution of Jatiluwih as tourism attraction to local people, the research is needed to descript visitor profile, visitor purpose, and visitor's expectation after visiting Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction. These findings can be considered for local communities to conduct small businesses such as the recreational services, culinary, agribusiness, and business-related tourism services. This research is quantitative descriptive method which sample is chosen based on purposive sampling technique, foreign and also domestic tourists who visit at time total 107 respondents. The results show more female visitors than men, age groups between 21 to 30 years old, students or college students and dominant are educated undergraduate degree. Tourists who visit Jatiluwih dominant are domestic, followed by number of Australia, UK, and other countries. Tourists are motivated by the natural beauty of Jatiluwih, they are dominant repeaters, gather information from various sources of information, most of them spend time between one to two hours, they buy entry ticket directly at the counter, the amount of money spent between 50 thousand to 100 thousand rupiah, and the spending power of tourists between 500 thousand to one million rupiah per day.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Bali yang bertujuan untuk menentukan faktorfaktor yang menjadi daya tarik pariwisata Bali menurut wisatawan asal Eropa, dan menentukan faktor-faktor yang dominan menentukan wisatawan asal Eropa berwisata ke Bali, Penelitian dirancang menggunakan penelitian survei yang melibatkan 167 wisatawan asal Eropa. Para wisatawan tersebut dipilih secara purposif ketika mereka sedang berlibur di Bali.Teknik analisis faktor konfirmatori digunakan untuk menganalisis berbagai variabel daya tarik Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menjadi daya tarik pariwisata Bali menurut wisatawan asal Eropa adalah (1) imigrasi, keamanan destinasi, dan biro perjalanan, (2) harga, akomodasi, makanan, dan transportasi, (3) sejarah, budaya, dan keindahan alam. Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan menentukan wisatawan asal Eropa berwisata ke Bali adalah imigrasi, keamanan destinasi, dan biro perjalanan.Temuan penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa citra destinasi pariwisata Bali adalah destinasi sejarah, budaya, dan alam.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada aspek perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan dini dan tidak membuktikan secara medis tentang penurunan jumlah penderita COVID-19 di masyarakat. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive yaitu pengguna internet yang familiar dengan beberapa media sosial seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, dan sejenisnya sebanyak 144 responden dalam pemberlakuan kebijakan sosial yang menarik mulai tanggal 16 Maret hingga 21 April 2020 di Bali. Hasil dan pembahasan: Indikator-indikator berikut ini terbukti berisiko signifikan untuk berjangkitnya COVID-19 sehingga perlu edukasi agar kesadaran diri masyarakat meningkat. Implikasi: Masyarakat disarankan tetap di rumah, selalu cuci tangan pakai sabun, selalu minum air hangat air, memasang hand sanitizer di rumah, selalu cuci tangan setelah keluar rumah, sediakan sabun, antiseptik di rumah, serta konsumsi Vit C dan vitamin E serta cukup tidur.

Abstract

This research was conducted accidentally which included 109 respondents. Data collection was carried out by survey using an online question instrument (google form) distributed on various social media. The level of effectiveness in the form of social distancing to address the development of information related to COVID-19 is effective in reducing the rampant transmission of COVID-19 through human relations by humans by 82%. The relationship between the respondent's work and the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the work of the respondent statistically using the Chi-Square Test were not significant. The relationship between the respondent's work and the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on work from home has been shown to have a significant effect. The relationship between respondents’ work and the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on out-of-town travel had no significant effect. Relationship between respondents' work and the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on meetings and meetings did not have a significant effect the relationship between Respondent's Work and the Impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on work activities proved to have a significant effect. The relationship between respondents’ work and the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on meetings with consumers had no significant effect.

Abstract

Research on the impact of the internet on educated users is done by an online survey that includes 126 respondents. Descriptive Statistical Analysis is used to explain the results of this study which are presented in tables, and qualitative discussions. Respondents are internet users. The survey results show that respondent who actually use the internet well have a positive impact on them, but on the contrary educated users who use the internet poorly can have a negative impact on them. Several beneficial effects for educated users are as a source of seeking knowledge, the internet as a medium of communication, it is used to exchange data, and it makes easy to business transaction in the trade sector. In other hand, the internet also has a negative impact if it is not used properly. These negative impacts include being addicted to adult content, being influenced by cruelty and sadism, engaging in deceptive acts, stealing credit card codes, engaging in online gambling and addiction, and even being affected for instant work. Cultivating ethical education when interact on the internet by religious message that will be able to keep themselves to use the internet for positive things. Promoting that internet for negative things can be legally punished by the law on information technology and electronic transaction

Abstract

The partnership program between Dhyana Pura University and Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES was applied by socialization activity, management training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program used a business management indicator that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Catu Graha Mandiri BUMDES community business group members. The partnership programs were measured by Pre-Test and Post-Test Method so that the effectiveness and output of the program can be measured accurately. The program offered the solution in terms of providing assistance and training on the use of appropriate technology in increasing the quantity and quality of production of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih Village, as well as making financial reports, providing assistance and training on management, education on ethics and consumer behavior, and training product marketing using social media. The results of this partnership program have been able to improve the services of BUMDES Catu Graha Mandiri Gumbrih to consumers and be able to make financial reports accurately. The sales turnover of partners BUMDES has also increased and developed so that job opportunities are open to the community as well as the addition of new entrepreneurs in Gumbrih Village. The increase in human resources in the application of professional management has also increased, an increase in business production has also occurred, marketing has also increased and financial reports can also be done regularly, and promotions on social media have increased so that the sales turnover of BUMDES partners Catu Graha Mandiri Desa Gumbrih more increasing.
