Abstract

Today, many efforts prepared to improve the scope of the agricultural commodity product marketing segment to make the consumer and farmer could enjoy it properly. One of those effort completed by building an e-Commerce based agricultural trading system. This study aimed to assess the pre-seed, seed and start-up business on the vegetable seller e-Commerce user in Bali Province. This study done on the e-Commerce platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tokopedia, and Shopee that used by the vegetable seller e-Commerce user in Bali Province. There were 30 participants involved in this study. Qualitative descriptive analysis with simple data tabulation used to address the study aim. Results showed that the pre-seed business developed due to the owner’s hobby in the agricultural area and environmental factors that drove them to run an agribusiness. On the step of the seed business, the vegetable seller started the business according to their will. Most of the sellers still used social media-based e-commerce with a simple application module. They expect to develop a complete module system to run their e-Commerce based business in the future.

Abstract

Provinsi Bali memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan berbagai usaha perikanan sehingga seharusnya sektor perikanan memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian di provinsi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan lebih mendalam terkait hal ini, dengan melibatkan aspek-aspek relevan yang meliputi kontribusi dan tren, pengaruh pendapatan, investasi penanaman modal dalam negeri, investasi penanaman modal asing, dan ekspor sektor perikanan. Aspek-aspek tersebut dianalisis keterkaitannya dengan produk domestik regional bruto Provinsi Bali, melalui analisis regresi “Ordinary Least Square” (OLS), yang dioperasikan menggunakan perangkat Eviews 10. Di samping itu, dilakukan pula analisis daya saing komparatif sektor perikanan menggunakan pendekatan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kontribusi produk domestik regional bruto sektor perikanan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto Provinsi Bali 2000- 2019 termasuk kategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 4,18%. Lebih lanjut diperoleh bahwa pendapatan dan ekspor berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto provinsi; sementara itu, investasi penanaman modal dalam negeri dan penanaman modal asing tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Ekspor sektor perikanan Provinsi Bali yang memiliki daya saing komparatif yang tinggi menurut komoditas utama Indonesia dengan analisis RCA adalah tuna-tongkol-cakalang dan mutiara yang memiliki kontribusi besar dalam ekspor perikanan Provinsi Bali. Implikasi kebijakan dari hasil-hasil ini adalah bahwa kebijakan untuk pengembangan perikanan di Provinsi Bali perlu memberikan penekanan pada upaya-upaya peningkatan ekspor, yang difokuskan pada tiga empat komoditas, yaitu tuna, tongkol, cakalang, dan mutiara. Tittle: Contribution of the Fisheries Sector on the Economic of Bali ProvinceBali province has the potential to develop for various fisheries businesses that allow a great economic contribution to the province. This research, as an in-depth study, dealth with relevant aspects such as contribution, trend, effect of income, domestic investment, foreign investment and fisheries exports. Those aspects were analyzed with regards to Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bali with regression analysis “Ordinary Least Square” (OLS) exercised by Eviews 10. This study also analyzed the comparative competitiveness of fisheries sector with Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) approach. The results showed that the average Gross Regional Domestic Product contribution of fisheries sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bali Province in 2000-2019 was in the medium category of 4.18%. In addition, income and exports have a significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bali, while domestic investment and foreign investment have no significanteffect. Export commodity from Bali fisheries with a high comparative competitiveness according to Indonesia’s main commodities with RCA analysis are tuna-little tuna-skipjack and pearls, allowing a great contribution for fisheries export of Bali. The policy implication of this study suggest a need to emphasize on the effort to export growth focusing on the four commodities: tuna, little tuna, skipjack, and pearl.

Abstract

The aims of this research are finding out the correlation between product and consumer purchasing decisions, price and consumer purchasing decisions, promotion and consumer purchasing decisions, place and consumer purchasing decisions. This research has already done form May until July 2020. The samples were 50 respondents taken by nonprobability sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data analysis were descriptive analysis technique and Spearman’s Correlation analysis using SPSS 23 software. The results of this research shows the product is strongly related with the correlation coeffecient value positive, which means it has a directional correlation and product has a significant correlation with the consumer purchasing decision at Malabar Mountain Cafe in Bogor. The price is strongly related with the correlation coeffecient value positive, which means it has a directional correlation and price has a significant correlation with the consumer purchasing decision at Malabar Mountain Cafe in Bogor. The promotion is strong enough related with the correlation coeffecient value positive, which means it has a directional correlation and promotion has a significant correlation with the consumer purchasing decision at Malabar Mountain Cafe in Bogor.  The place is very weakly related with the correlation coeffecient value negative, which means it has undirectional correlation and the place has not a significant correlation with the consumer purchasing decision at Malabar Mountain Cafe in Bogor.

Abstract

Bebandem Sub-district as one of the biggest Gula Pasir snake fruit producing regions that has several marketing system channels and has different prices in each channel. This research was conducted to determine the channel of Gula Pasir snake fruit marketing system, market structure, market conduct, and to find out the efficiency of the sugar snake fruit marketing system.The data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The respondents of this study were 53 people consisting of 32 Gula Pasir snake fruit farmers and 21 traders. The marketing institutions involved are village level collecting traders, inter regency / city / island collectors and retailer. All respondents were determined using the snowball sampling method. The results of the study contained six marketing systems. Market structure at the farm level leads to medium concentration oligopsony market structure. Market conduct that occurs in the Gula Pasir snake fruit marketing system is already good, referring to the payment system and cooperation between farmers and marketing institutions. The trade fair channel VI is the shortest and most efficient channel with farmer's share of 67% and the trading margin of Rp. 500,000 / Kw.Keywords: Marketing System, Market Structure, Market Conduct, Efficiency Marketing, Gula Pasir Snake Fruit

Abstract

BPS National Socioeconomic Survey of Province Bali in 2016 to 2017 years, explains the order of foodstuffs (staple foods) with the highest level of consumption after grains are vegetables.Marketing vegetable in the Province Bali were still conventional, compared to some regions in Java which was increasingly aggressively marketing agricultural products with e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to examine the profile of e-commerce users. This research was explained characteristics, marketing management activities on the e-commerce platform, easy of used, e-commerce adoption and business success. This research was conducted on the e-commerce platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tokopedia, and Shopee. The research sample of 30 vegetable traders using e-commerce, analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods and Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that most traders had a relatively young age with a degree of undergraduate education. E-commerce can increase merchant income by applying management principles to the marketing process, payment, delivery, promotion, price, marketing targets and product standardization. The results of the study can provide recommendations to the younger generation that e-commerce of agricultural products in business is very promising.

Abstract

Agrotourism is a part of the tourist attraction that utilizes agricultural business as a tourist attraction. This study aims to compare financial feasibility studies on several agrotourism in Indonesia. The study about financial feasibility needs to be done as a material consideration in making a business decision. The method used a literature study for secondary data collection from several journals including NPV, IRR and Net B/C Ratio. This study reviews five agrotourism, that relates with cost-benefit analysis, including Kebun Buah Mangunan agrotourism, Kampung Budaya Sidangbarang agrotourism, Bukit Ganjau agrotourism, Bina Darma agrotourism, and Jamu Ramuan Madura agrotourism. The results of this study were obtained at Jamu Ramuan Madura agrotourism that was the most feasible with an NPV value of Rp. 13,979,701,973.49, - IRR of 30.52%, and Net B/C Ratio of 10.22 which indicated this agrotourism was feasible to run. This agrotourism is the most feasible because it has the highest value among the five other agrotourism. Kampung Budaya Sidangbarang agrotourism is the lowest feasibility level because it has an NPV value of Rp. 597,264,637.59, - with a Net B/C value of 1.60 and an IRR of 15.13%. Based on this, it is expected that the results of this study can become a reference for tourism developers to see the potential of agrotourism in areas that have the best financial viability.

Abstract

Rice is one of the food crop commodities that plays an important role in meeting the primary needs of the Indonesian people. The high demand for rice can be seen from the increase in the amount of public consumption of these commodities. The basic method used in this research is the literature study method and the library method. The results showed that factors affecting the production of rice farming in Indonesia with various conditions were land area, fertilizer costs, pesticides, labor, seeds / seeds, age, capital; and counseling. The dominant influencing factor is land area factor. In general, things that are most likely to become production risks are natural disasters, weather and climate, pests, topology, and capital. It is known that there are differences in the risk of rice production between cropping patterns. The risk of rice farming can also be seen from an income perspective, one of the variables that has a significant positive effect on the risk of rice farming income is land area. For the two main stakeholders (farmers and insurance companies), the level of risk is also the basis for the implementation of AUTP. Risk management of rice farming must be adjusted based on a risk perspective. In the internal aspect, risks can be anticipated through increasing the capacity of farmers. On the external aspect, risks are still possible to be overcome through AUTP. The government can take a role in the aspect of capacity building for farmers and optimizing the downstreaming of the AUTP program so that it is right on target.

Abstract

Local credit institutions (LPD) are non-bank financial institutions manager by local governments and are autonomous and oriented to strengthen the economic and socio-cultural life of indigenous peoples in Bali. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the customer's decision to save in the LPD of residential and tourism areas and analyze what are the dominant factors that influence the customer's decision to save in the LPD of residential areas and tourism. The data used using primary data as the main data by distributing questionnaires in each LPD as many as 50 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS and SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The results showed that factors such as the environment of the customer's residence significantly influence the interest in saving in the LPD of residential areas and security guarantees affect the interest in saving customers in the LPD of the tourism area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of honey farmers who have become agripreneurs and analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and entrepreneurship education on the transformation of honey farmers into agripreneurs in Sumbawa Regency. The number of samples of respondents was 34 respondents who were obtained based on the saturated sample method. The model was designed based on the approach Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Smart PLS version 3.0 which was analyzed through a computer program. The results showed that behavioral control and entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on the transformation of honey farmers into agripreneurs in Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, behavioral control which contains encouragement from family, relatives, motivators, and themselves to build a business needs to be improved, and also increasing entrepreneurial education activities containing seminars and entrepreneurship training is also very much needed by honey farmers to be able to transform into agripreneurs.

Abstract

Angka pengguna internet semakin berkembang pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan bisnis secara lebih luas, salah satunya dapat memanfaatkan berbagai media pemasaran online yang tersedia seperti marketplace. Sektor pertanian berpotensi untuk diterapkan pemasaran produk secara online yang mengadopsi konsep marketplace. Namun, berbagai tantangan muncul seiring dengan lahirnya berbagai marketplace di Indonesia, khususnya berkaitan dengan kemudahan penggunaan marketplace produk pertanian, mengingat pengguna internet di Indonesia beranjak dari berbagai rentang usia dan latar belakang. Artikel ini bertujuan membangun perancangan marketplace pertanian dengan menerapkan kualitas pelayanan marketplace yang baik dengan memperhatikan nilai user experience (UX), tingkat efektivitas serta tingkat efisiensi untuk pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan marketplace ini adalah metode five plane user experience elements yang terdiri dari lima tahapan antaralain Strategy Plane, Scope Plane, Structure Plane, Skeleton Plane, Surface Plane yang memiliki keterkaitan antar lapisnya. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang lebih menarik dalam segi tampilan seperti memberikan detail produk yang lengkap dengan hasil gambar yang nyata, juga menampilkan gambar dari sudut pandang yang berbeda – beda serta pemilihan huruf (font) dan tema warna yang sesuai. Sedangkan perancangan prototipe HiTani sebagai hasil dari adaptasi terhadap karakteristik dan kebutuhan konsumen menunjukkan hasil perhitungan Success Rate yang diperoleh pada pengujian tingkat efektifitas sebesar 85,6% dengan tingkat pencapaian sangat efektif, dan pengukuran terhadap tingkat efisiensi pada prototype ini nilai efisiensinya dalah 84,74% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prototype marketplace HiTani ini sudah efisien dari segi efisiensi waktu penggunaannya.
