Abstract

Pasar valuta asing atau foreign exchange market adalah pasar yang memfasilitasi pertukaran (tempat bertemunya penawaran dan permintaan) valuta untuk mempermudah transaksi-transaksi perdagangan dan keuangan internasional. Untuk melakukan perdagangan valas (valuta asing) diperlukan metode atau alat-alat bantuan untuk menganalisa pergerakan harga valas dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan analisa tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membangun algorithmic trading strategy (strategi dalam kaitannya dengan entry–exit pada market) yang terautomatisasi menggunakan teknologi komputer (dan bisa digunakan pada sub-jenis pasar finansial lainnya). Metodologi penelitian menggunakan KV methodology untuk pengembangan trading/investment system. Beberapa pertimbangan yang menjadikan KV methodology sebagai metodologi pada penelitian, KV methodology bisa diaplikasikan untuk pengembangan dan evaluasi trading/ investment system terlepas adanya perbedaan strategy, holding periods, benchmarks, atau market, strategy independent, dan mendukung continuous improvement / perbaikan berkelanjutan.KV methodology akan menghasilkan keluaran berupa trading strategy model dan diaplikasikan ke dalam automated trading system pada trading platform MT4 menggunakan bahasa pemrograman MQL untuk mengungkap / memahami kinerja dan potensi penuh trading strategy. Lebih jauh trading strategy model dikembangkan menggunakan artificial neural network ditujukan sebagai alat bantu untuk analisis (berupa prediksi harga ke depan, dan optimisasi strategy (signal) entry (buy-sell) / exit) ataupun sebagai full automated trading strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge of students during “new normal” era through training on sustainable marketing strategies. They are expected to survive and to produce product or service competitiveness that is able to compete in competitive competition. In addition, training is carried out to provide added value and increases various marketing mixed strategies which include 4P’s (Product, Place, Price and Promotion). The method of implementing this service program is carried out by early identification who are related to the problems and obstacles faced by students. Therefore, both parties carry out the program by three steps which are preparation of materials, training or socialization, and recommendations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the open unemployment rate in Mataram city at 2020 - 2022. The research method used in this study is a type of quantitative method. The panel data used in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel and Stata 14. This study used panel data regression analysis with a random-effect model. The results of the study show that the labor force and education level have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in districts/cities in the Province of NTB 2020 - 2022. On the other hand, the minimum wage and economic growth show insignificant results. Minimum wages, labor force, and economic growth have a negative effect on the unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022, while the level of education has a positive effect. Simultaneously the minimum wage, labor force, economic growth, and education level also have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022

Abstract

Students have numerous demands in education sectors, both for academic and non-academic activities to increase their soft skills including in participating for national and international competitions. Consequently, the students felt frustated with the burdens and demands leading to academic burnout. Therefore, it is needed to encouragethe students with external and internal motivationto ovaid the academic burnout. This research aims to investigate the effect of learning motivation on academic burnout (Student Study of Management Study Program at Bumigora University). Questionnaires were collected from 204 respondents of management study programs for semesters 2, 4, and 6. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results showed that there is negative efffect on the motivation of students of the Management Study Program at Bumigora University on Academic Burnout of 46.48% but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

PT. Benknet is a company that focuses on providing internet services in the village of O'o, Dompu District, Dompu Regency. As of 2018 until now, PT. Benknet controls several areas to provide internet services, including the areas of Dompu District, Hu'u District, Pajo District, Pekat District to include the Bima Regency area to be precise in Woha District, Sila Village and its surroundings. The phenomenon that occurs in this study is the success of PT. Benknet to aggressively expand its services so as to be able to provide internet services in a wide area for 6 years. The qualitative approach is the approach used in this study which is intended to describe reality or know from events that are used as research objects which then make it easier to obtain objective data. The results of this study indicate the management of PT. Benknet performs structured management control in both formal control systems and informal control systems so that all management functions run effectively and efficiently. PT management Benknet is fully aware of the importance of implementing a Management Control System in the company to ensure the company's performance is in accordance with management's plans and expectations. In addition, it turns out that the management of PT. Benknet understands how to apply a good and correct Management Control System so that PT. Benknet was able to achieve success and still survive as one of the largest internet service providers for 6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Pos Indonesia (Mataram Head Office). The population in this study are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, totaling 92 people. The sample in this study used the census method, namely the entire population was used as a sample of 92 people. This type of research is quantitative using a causality approach. The analysis used is SEM analysis and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with OCB as the intervening variable. Suggestions in this study is the number of employees with productive age, PT. Pos Indonesia can use these employees as a forum for finding new ideas to develop the company.

Abstract

One of the goals of an employee working in a company is to get career development. However, there is often a bias towards indicators of career development in Indonesia in general, namely career development based on performance or seniority. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors are more dominant between performance and seniority which form the basis for career development decisions in PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. This type of research is included in associative research using survey methods in collecting data. The analytical tool used is t-test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the more dominant factor that forms the basis for career development decisions at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is employee performance.

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah baik tingkat Pra Sekolah dan Sekolah Dasar merupakan suatu masa usia anak yang sangat berbeda dengan usia dewasa. Pada periode usia ini, didapatkan banyak permasalahan kesehatan yang sangat menentukan kualitas anak dikemudian hari. Masalah kesehatan tersebut meliputi kesehatan umum, gangguan perkembangan,gangguan perilaku dan gangguan belajar. Permasalahan kesehatan tersebut pada umumnya akan menghambat pencapaian prestasi pada peserta didik disekolah. Salah satu pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah PHBS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Edukasi PHBS terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pada anak usia sekolah di Yayasan Jage Kestare, Desa Ungga, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttes design. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden yang ditarik menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji paired t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata (mean) pengetahuan responden tentang PHBS pada saat pre-test adalah 11,72 dan pada post-test meningkat menjadi 20,22. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (p 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan. Ada pengaruh edukasi PHBS terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pada anak usia sekolah di Yayasan Jage Kestare. Disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk tetap melakukan edukasi PHBS dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang bersifat rutin dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang PHBS.

Abstract

Bumigora University has been trusted as a campus that can develop interactive learning models based on free open source software for all teaching and learning activities related to computers at Bumigora University. One of the obstacles that arises is doing full-day learning (8 hours) there is limited time and the material load is quite dense so a breakthrough learning model is needed that gives rise to acceleration and ease of transferring knowledge from learning sources (lecturers, textbooks, and other learning resources) to student. Therefore, Bumigora University designed an application in the form of a website where in this application admins and teachers can carry out management processes on student data and can convey information and materials or assignments to students. Students can see information about teaching and learning activities and can see subjects, materials, and grades. You can also download materials. From the results of testing using the Black Box Testing method that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Bumigora University E-Learning System has fulfilled the research objectives to be used properly, as evidenced by the functioning of the functions in the application properly.

Abstract

The role of organizational climate in an organization is very important, if the organizational climate does not support the work motivation will be lost, and it will result in imperfect work results and the results in providing services to customers (consumers) become unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions in increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees. This type of research is included in associative research which uses a sample survey method in data collection. The analytical tool used is t test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions have a significant effect on increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees.
