Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the driving force of the economy that is expected to improve people's welfare. Community creativity and the ability to utilize existing natural resources to guide ideas and creations are realized in various MSME products. The purpose of this service program is to make existing product packaging designs, the work of the Central Lombok community, besides that we also provide assistance and training on how to market MSME products in Sintung village, Central Lombok Regency through virtual marketing strategies. The method used in this service is by identifying problems (mapping) offline; identifying problems from each MSME using indicators that have been determined by Bumigora University lecturers who carry out community service activities in Sintung Village. As a result of this community service, MSME communities are able to protect products to keep them good, clean, neat, and durable. Able to be an attraction for customers to recognize products and buy them. Able to create a positive image (image) about the product or company that produces

Abstract

This article investigates the Project Management Skill of human resources at PT Ecart Webportal Indonesia, this research Studied related to Lazada Social Sharing Qualitative Research which contains awareness and engagement of Lazada users on game platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, lazcuan. and digitization, exploring current practices. challenges, and future trends. This article starts with project management skills at Lazada, emphasizing the important role of IT projects, IT project management in managing technology transformation. Coupled with the importance of management's role in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the context of modern organizations. Comprehensive insights on Lazada Social Sharing Qualitative Research containing Lazada users' awareness and engagement towards gaming platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, and lazcuan, models, and success metrics are provided through an extensive literature review. Challenges such as not innovating against change in the era of globalization, Interoperability, resistance to change, along with strategic solutions. The article also outlines best practices, emphasizing collaborative stakeholders, agile methodologies, and continuous evaluation. Future trends, including Lazada users' awareness and engagement of gaming platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, and lazcuan.offer a forward-looking perspective. In conclusion, Project Management Skill human resources, the importance of the role of management in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the context of modern organizations. Abstract

Government bureaucracy often faces criticism from the public, particularly regarding inefficiency and low work discipline among employees. A frequent complaint is the unproductive use of time, which is often attributed to weak leadership and the failure to enforce applicable regulations. Many believe that the lack of firm decision-making from leaders contributes to poor discipline within government offices. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the reward and punishment system on improving employee work discipline. The method employed was a quantitative method with causal approach. Data was collected through a census, including responses from 34 staff members at the Cakranegara and Sandubaya District Offices. The findings indicate that the reward system had a significant positive impact on employee work discipline. In contrast, the punishment system did not show a significant effect on improving discipline. These results suggest that government offices could enhance employee performance and discipline by focusing more on a well-structured reward system. The study highlights the importance of recognition and incentives as a driving force for motivating employees, while punitive measures might not have the desired outcome in fostering better discipline. It is hoped that the study's findings will contribute in encouraging leaders in government institutions to implement more effective reward and punishment systems to improve overall work discipline and organizational efficiency.

Abstract

Konflik pekerjaan keluarga terjadi ketika ada ketidakseimbangan antara peran seorang individu dalam pekerjaan dan keluarga yang membuat partisipasi penuh dalam kedua peran tersebut menjadi lebih sulit. Umumnya, setiap individu dengan berbagai jenis profesinya rentan terhadap konflik ini. Masalah ini sangat kompleks dan menyeimbangkan keduanya terasa sangat rumit, terutama dalam tekanan tinggi dan untuk profesi yang menuntut intensitas tinggi seperti perawat yang merawat pasien penyakit jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga yaitu work interference with family (WIF) dan family interference with work (FIW) terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja perawat dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 53 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga; WIF dan FIW berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat stres kerja, dan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja perawat. Secara spesifik, studi ini membuktikan bahwa satu-satunya komponen yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja adalah FIW. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan umum kepada masyarakat tentang komputer, desain dan hukum. Pengabdian ini bekerjasama dengan komunitas budaya ajar wali dan komunitas budaya Darmayasa sebagai mitra dalam memberikan sosialisasi pentingnnya pengetahuan di bidang teknologi khususnya komputer dan memahami hukum yang berlaku baik dalam bentuk hukum adat dan negara. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan memaparkan materi dan diskusi terbuka pada masyarakat dan anggota komunitas budaya ajar wali dan komunitas budaya Darmayasa. Hasil kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya teknologi komputer di era digital yang dalam hal ini untuk mendukung administrasi, pembuatan desain untuk promosi baik dimedia cetak, media sosial dan media promosi/publikasi lainnya. Sedangkan dibidang hukum sendiri hasil yang di peroleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah semakin paham dan sadarnya masyarakat terutama komunitas budaya akan peraturan dan ketentuah hukum, baik hukum adat maupun hukum negara.

Abstract

Manajement waktu merupakan keterampilan penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan perkembangan pribadi anak-anak, di TPQ AL-RAHMAN, sebagian anak-anak belum bisa mengatur waktu dengan baik, hal ini dapat diketahui dari kondisi anak yang belum dapat menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, memilih bersantai-santai dan bermain sehingga anak tidak merasa cemas dan stress karena tidak bisa menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, untuk itu perlunya bagi anak-anak untuk memahami management waktu. Pengabdian luaran jurnal yang penulis lakukan termasuk dalam pengabdian lapangan. Pengabdian lapangan yaitu terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk melihat kondisi dan mengumpulkan berbagai data yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab solusi dari permasalahannya. Jenis metode pengabdian ini adalah pengabdian survei. TPQ AR-RAHMAN merupakan wadah untuk anak-anak menghafal Al-Qur’an, lam pelaksanaan menghafal Al-Qur’an terdapat beberapa metode yang diterapkan, salah satunya yaitu metode MUROJA’AH. Menghafal Al-Qur’an bukanlah hal yang impossible atau mustahil dan merupakan ibadah yang sangat dianjurkan. Bagi orang Islam yang ingin melakukannya, Allah telah memberi garansi akan mudahnya Al-Qur’an untuk dihafalkan. Muroja’ah atau mengulang-ulang hafalan baik hafalan baru atau lama adalah hal yang terpenting dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an, Subhan Abdullah (2022). Tidak mungkin bisa menghafal Al-Qur’an tanpa melakukan muroja’ah. Kegiatan mengulang hafalan sangat menjaga hafalan dari hilang dan lepas.

Abstract

The basics of organizational leadership training aim to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to become effective leaders in an organizational context. The activity method uses a lecture approach, interactive discussion sessions, and training according to existing conditions. In this training, participants are taught the basic principles of leadership including effective communication, decision making, and understanding various leadership styles in organizations. Indicators of success are shown by the high enthusiasm of participants in participating in activities which is also marked by increased knowledge and skills of participants regarding the basics of leadership. This training activity has an impact on improving individual and team performance, developing organizational culture and increasing overall organizational competitiveness. With the development of the right skills, leaders can lead an organization toward achieving greater goals and create a work environment that grows positively, productively, innovatively, and collaboratively.

Abstract

Students need knowledges about job prospects after graduating from the institutions so this activity is carried out using the sharing session/knowledge sharing method and the results of this service are 1) There is an increase in student and prospective students' knowledge about the prospects for management majors with 3 (three) concentrations both Management Human Resources, Marketing and Finance and 2) Be able to know and have a picture of how the world of work is in accordance with the knowledge gained during college and current job opportunities majoring in management, and 3) Can motivate students to study diligently and actively according to majors and concentrations he chooses to become graduates who are specialized and qualified and ready to work anywhere in accordance with the current needs of the world of work and industry.

Abstract

The city of Padang has great tourism potential and is part of the KSPN. Therefore, community service activities aim to prepare the tourism management community. The method used in strengthening community capacity is contextual teaching and learning (TCL) to connect material with real conditions that exist in partner communities, especially for targeting tourism actors and Pokdarwis. The service is carried out in two stages and ends with an evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, participants not only know but also have the ability to identify, select procedures, and solve problems related to tourism management. Community service activities produce solutions to community problems regarding the limited understanding of KSPN and tourism management. Furthermore, the community needs to get assistance in designing and implementing creative tourism strategies with participatory methods. calculation of the level of achievement of respondents. The results of this study indicate that overall, the attractiveness of City Tourism is still being developed, and also strengthened by a tourist questionnaire which shows the ability of Padang City Tourism attractiveness.
