Abstract â€” CV. 777 is a spice import company that has problems in mitigating events that are quite detrimental to the company. Starting from late arrival until over stock in the warehouse. The method used is the House Of Risk and SWOT methods, where with these methods the highest risk can be known and mitigation actions will be taken. This research resulted in 14 Risk Events and 27 Risk Agents where the Risk Agent with the highest ARP value will be followed up using the SWOT method. In the study, one Risk Agent with the highest ARP value or the one with the strongest influence was found, namely Risk Agent A12 with an ARP value of 255 (fluctuations in demand for goods by customers), while the Risk Agent with the weakest influence was A4 with an ARP value of 3 (imported goods). excessive) and A26 with an ARP value of 3 (miscommunication between employees). The risk agent with the highest ARP then continued using the SWOT method and resulted in four strategies, namely SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, and WT strategy. With the mitigation strategy produced by the company, it will be able to minimize the risks that can occur to the company.

Abstract The quality of health services is required by the health implementing-organization as a strategy to win the competition. In order to improve the quality of health services, there should be a sustainable improvement in all aspects of quality. This study aims to perform the identification of the quality of the existing services and determine the priorities for resolving the problem and improving the customer satisfaction. It applies Servqual method with five dimensions: tangible, responsiveness, reliable, assurance and empathy; and 25 research attributes. The questionnaires given to the respondents consist of three things: a questionnaire for the identification of the respondents, of the level of customer perception and of the level of customer expectation. The research results that the highest gap between the consumer perception and the consumer expectation found in the dimension of empathy and the attributes of the medical workers’ patience and amiability during health examination with the value of -1.05. These results indicate that the priority of health care quality improvement is by increasing the medical workers’ ability in doing health examinations with patience and amiability.

UMKM adalah unsur ekonomi yang penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, dan merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang mampu menyerap banyak tenaga kerja karena sifatnya yang padat karya. Tetapi, disisi lain tingkat kesadaran UMKM terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan perlu ditingkatnya. Hal tersebut yang melatar belakangi pentingnya implementasi green HRM pada UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria- kriteria green HRM pada UMKM dan perumusan langkah strategis dalam optimalisasi green HRM di UMKM. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala perbandingan, interview dan observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green HRM pada UMKM dilakukan secara terorganisir mulai dari proses rekriutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, performance evaluation, penghargaan, job diskripsi tenaga kerja dan pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang didasarkan pada konsep green. Diantara proses tersebut, proses pelatihan dan pengembangan mempunyai bobot tertinggi yang menunjukkan sebagai proses terpenting dalam implementasi green HRM di UMKM.

Halal is mandatory for Muslims in choosing food. During the Covid-19 pandemic, there were changes in the food supply chain system, and there was a risk of changing the status of halal to non-halal due to various sources. The research objectives are to identify halal risk activities in the supply chain, determine risk priorities and develop mitigation strategies. A case study was conducted at a fish cracker company in Sidoarjo, East Java. Data processing was performed using the FMEA method. The results showed 26 risky activities in the fish cracker supply chain, consisting of 9 risks from suppliers, 7 risks from processes, and 10 risks from distributors. The highest risk is in the process of sending crackers from the company to the distributor. A mitigation strategy is prepared by involving the government, suppliers, companies, and distributors. The formulation of a mitigation strategy is focused on the aspects of technology, human resources, and infrastructure.

Company that will conduct business development needs identification of technology needed, so that development can be in accordance with company objectives. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the existing technological sophistication.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sophistication of the individual components of the technology (technoware, humanware, infoware, orgaware) and determine which technology components into a development priority. This study used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and technometric. Based on the results obtained after performing calculations with AHP and technometric, found that the level of technology component sophistication in the company according to technoware is 0.650, humanware is 0.557, infoware is 0.637, orgaware is 0.693 and the overall level of sophistication or Total Contribution Coefficient (TCC) is approximately 62%. At the current, level of technology at PT XYZ is semi-modern. While the most important technological components to be developed are technoware and lowest component technologies are humanware.

Pemilihan makanan oleh konsumen didasarkan kriteria keamanan pangan. Untuk itu, dalam penyediaannya, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kriteria keamanan pangan agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat diterima konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan menurut sudut pandang konsumen di setiap sub kriteria keamanan pangan dirantai pasok makanan. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi wawancara dan kuisioner pada 150 responden. Kriteria keamanan pangan terdiri dari rasa, kandungan gizi dan kemasan. Setiap kriteria mempunyai sub kriteria. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap sub kriteria lemak, protein dan vitamin pada kriteria kandungan gizi. Responden mempunyai pendapat yang sama untuk sub kriteria warna, aroma, kerenyangan pada kriteria rasa dan sub kriteria informasi produk, logo halal, informasi BPOM RI pada kriteria kemasan.

PT. DAK adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri sepatu kulit ekspor yang ada di wilayah kabupaten sidoarjo. Pada bagian QC Leather PT. DAK sangat membutuhkan sistem pengukuran yang dapat menggambarkan kinerja secara keseluruhan dan dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Selama ini bagian QC Leather PT. DAK melakukan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan 1 aspek sehingga tidak dapat memberikan informasi tentang aspek lain yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Performance Prism dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode Performance Prism merupakan metode penyempurna dari metode pengukuran kinerja yang sudah ada. Metode ini memberikan pengukuran kinerja secara keseluruhan yang berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan dari semua stakeholder. Kemudian metode AHP digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusannya. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode performance prism pada departemen QC leather PT. DAK dihasilkan 48 KPI terdiri dari perspektif stakeholder satisfaction dengan 16 KPI, strategi dengan 6 KPI, proses dengan 6 KPI, kapabilitas dengan 6 KPI, dan Stakeholder contribution dengan 14 KPI. Kemudian dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dihasilkan perspektif stakeholder satisfaction dan stakeholder contribution adalah perspektif yang tingkat kepentinganya paling tinggi pada departemen QC. Leather PT. DAK. Dengan hasil pengukuran kinerja ini dapat dijadikan landasan pihak perusahaan untuk melakukan perbaikan demi menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal.

Abstrak:Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM binaan PCM Tanggulangin adalah terbatasnya area pemasaran meskipun konstiunitas produksi terjaga bahkan dapat ditingkatkan. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan profit yang diterima UMKM tetap bahkan cenderung menurun dari waktu ke waktu. Permasalahan ini muncul karena UMKM belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen terkait dengan ketersediaan jaminan halal untuk produknya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang SJH dan implementasinya. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah observasi/ wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM, sosialisasi dalam bentuk webinar dan pelatihan SJH. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 UMKM binaan PCM Tanggulangin, terutama yang bergerak pada sector makanan dan minuman. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM mempunyai respon positif dalam mengimplementasikan SJH untuk produknya. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman UMKM tentang SJH mengalami peningkatan. Dari sisi teknis, dengan adanya pelatihan SJH, pelaku UMKM mempunyai kemampuan teknis untuk Menyusun SJH sesuai dengan jenis produk yang dihasilkannya. Abstract: The problem faced by MSMEs assisted by PCM Tanggulangin is the limited marketing area, although the production continuity is maintained and can even be increased. This condition causes the profit received by MSMEs to remain and even tends to decrease from time to time. This problem arises because MSMEs have not been able to meet consumer needs related to the availability of halal guarantees for their products. This service activity aims to increase the understanding of MSME actors about SJH and its implementation. The method used to carry out this activity is observation/interviews with MSME actors, socialization in the form of webinars and HAS training. This activity was attended by 20 MSMEs assisted by PCM Tanggulangin, especially those engaged in the food and beverage sector. The results of this activity indicate that MSME actors have a positive response in implementing SJH for their products. In addition, the results of the activities also show that the level of understanding of SMEs about SJH has increased. From the technical side, with the HAS training, MSME actors have the technical ability to prepare SJH according to the type of product they produce.

PT. Bella Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan tempat tidur springbed. PT. Bella Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo saat ini menata diri menjadi perusahaan yang lebih maju, sedang berusaha mengembangkan dan meningkatkan dari segi kualitas sumber daya manusianya.Dengan metode Human Resource Scorecard dan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) akan didapatkan pengukuran kinerja karyawan yang belum pernah dilakukan pada perusahaan ini. Metode Human Resources Scorecard sendiri merupakan suatu sistem pengukuran yang mengaitkan antara sumber daya manusia dengan strategi. Kemudian metode AHP digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan kinerja karyawannya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari indikator kinerja karyawan serta mencari bobot dari masing – masing perspektif. Serta diberikan usulan kepada perusahaan yang dapat digunakan sebagai perbaikan kedepannya.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 18 KPI dari 4 perspektif yang terdiri dari perspektif finansial 4 KPI, pelanggan atau konsumen 3 KPI, proses bisnis internal 7 KPI, dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran 4 KPI. Kemudian dihasilkan skor terbobot dari perspektif finansial 3,341 (Sedang), pelanggan atau konsumen 3,524 (baik), proses bisnis internal 3,357 (sedang), pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran 3,38 (sedang).

Halal is a main requirement for Muslims in food selection. On the other hand, the increasing Muslim population in the world also encourages an increase in the availability of halal food. In its development, driven by technological advances, there is a risk of changes in halal food. These changes can occur in the food supply chain that involves various aspects. This study aims to identify risks based on technological aspects (technoware, humanware, infoware, orgaware). Furthermore, this study also aims to prioritize halal risk using the AHP method. The results showed that the type of transportation, cooperation, shipping schedule and supplier legality are sub criteria that are priority in arranging corrective actions in preventing halal risk.
