Abstract

This study expects to investigate the effect of ZIS reserves and expansion on monetary development in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020. The strategies utilized in this examination incorporate quantitative techniques, and the method used differs from direct relapse. The information used in this study is optional information taken by the dissemination of ZIS assets as indicated by BAZNAZ of South Kalimantan Province (Badan Amil Zakat of South Kalimantan Province) and expansion rates taken by BPS Kalsel (Central Bureau of Statistics) in South Kalimantan 2011-2020 which incorporates information South Kalimantan's yearly expansion. The outcomes as per the review got a result which showed that the ZIS reserve circulation variable (X1) altogether affected financial development in South Kalimantan, and the expansion variable (X2) showed that it affected monetary development in South Kalimantan Province and the variable dissemination of assets. ZIS and expansion simultaneously fundamentally affected economic growth in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat dari kepemilikan dan lalu lintas kendaraan pribadi mendorong pemerintah untuk menerapkan kebijakan jalan berbayar dalam mengendalikan tingkat kemacetan di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur dan studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan data sekunder untuk mengetahui bagaiamana formulasi kebijakan penerapan ERP di DKI Jakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa formulasi kebijakan yang berkelanjutan dalam siklus perencanaan ERP akan menghasilkan peraturan yang holistik dan inklusif, serta memperkuat komitmen dintara para pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam implementasi kebijakan ERP di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) adalah inisiatif infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan konektivitas antara dua kota besar di Indonesia. Namun, sejak awal pembangunannya, proyek ini telah menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan kontroversi, terutama terkait dengan aspek politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, legal, dan lingkungan. Melalui Analisis Biaya Manfaat/ Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), artikel ini mengidentifikasi potensi manfaat dan risiko dari proyek KCJB. Perlu diketahui bahwa pembangunan proyek kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung (KCJB) merupakan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN). Total penawaran investasi awal KCJB adalah sebesar 5,5 miliar Dolar Amerika Serikat (AS) atau setara Rp74,3 triliun. KCJB memiliki panjang trase 142,3 kilometer dengan tipe struktur elevated sepanjang 82,7 kilometer dan sisanya berupa 13 tunnel dan subgrade. Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung ini memiliki empat stasiun perhentian di sepanjang lintasan, yaitu Stasiun Halim (Jakarta), Stasiun Karawang, Stasiun Padalarang, dan Stasiun Tegalluar (Bandung). Berdasarkan analisis biaya manfaat, proyek KCJB feasible untuk dilaksanakan mempertimbangkan manfaat yang diberikan oleh proyek KCJB lebih besar dibanding biayanya. Terdapat manfaat strategis yang melebihi biaya pembangunan KCJB bekerja sama dengan Tiongkok jika dilihat dari segi politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, legal, dan lingkungan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Paracetamol's (PCT) Paracetamol's (PCT) presence in water bodies poses a risk to both aquatic life and humans. This study aims to examine the effect of salinities on PCT removal in water using powder and supported photocatalysts. ZnO powder is a superior photocatalyst to TiO2, where the rate constant can be 18 times higher. Salinity boosted the PCT removal up to 2.7 times for TiO2 at lower concentrations but decreased the PCT removal for TiO2 and ZnO at higher values. Immobilizing the powder photocatalysts on a nonwoven polyester support (NPS) dropped the photocatalytic activity, especially for ZnO, whose performance was 36 times lower than its powder counterpart. The passivation of the photocatalysts by the silica binder necessary for attaching the photocatalyst to the support can be linked to the decline in the performance of TiO2 and ZnO composites. The silica and TiO2 formed homogeneous layers on the NPS, unlike the silica and ZnO layers. High salinity reduced the performance of TiO2 composites by 20 times but showed no significant effect on ZnO composites. The performance of the ZnO composite was further reduced when real seawater was used as feed. Keywords: Titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, polyester, paracetamol, salinity.

Abstract

Rural literacy is a container for improving society's human resources by studious interest in reading and knowledge. Where that increase can be felt in terms of education, technology and economics. Therefore, the existence of a local agency has been very helpful in boosting coastal knowledge to advance and expand. The goal of this study is to identify and describe the potential of local agencies on the payable coast known as the dolphin kub (group of joint venture groups). The research site is located on Joint business group “Lumba-Lumba” selected using a stringent area technique. The identification technique of the informer used is an integral sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The authentication technique of data involves extension of participation, persistence in observation, and triangulation. As for the triangulation used were technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis USES the miles and huberman theory by data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this research is that local institutions' role is crucial to improving community knowledge to advance and expand. Increased public knowledge can be supported by rural communities through the potential of those around and also various forms of activities

Abstract

The influence of leadership, job transfers and job satisfaction on individual performance is a scientific literature review article on the science of Human Resource Management. This article aims to provide a hypothesis of the relationship between variables for future research. Research research objects: online libraries, Google Scholar, and other academic online media. This research carried out library research, sources from e-books and e-journals that can be accessed publicly, a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research article are: 1) leadership influences individual performance; 2) job transfers have an effect on individual performance; and 3) job satisfaction influences individual performance.

Abstract

Cases of forest and land fires are an environmental problem tha never ends every year. The number of forest and land fires in Indonesia is a special concern for law enforcers to continue collaborating in creating synergistic handling policies between each law enforcement agency to resolve and prevent forest fire cases especially in the West Kalimantan region. The West Kalimantan Regiononal Police, based on Circulatar Letter Number SE/15/XI/2016, is makin every effort to deploy police personnel to assist in handling and enforcing the law on forest fire cases in The West Kalimantan Jurisdiction. This is because the still alive and developing culture of burning areas of land by customary law commnities means there is a need for law enforcement, in accordance with standards and operations so that forest and land fires can be minimized. And it is necessary to use the implementation of Georgre Edward III’s Theory which prioritizes aspects of communication, completeness of natural resources, disposition, and reffering to SOPs to enforce cases of forest and land fires in West Kalimantan

Abstract

Environmental and health problems related to water pollution by bacteria are a big challenge in the water treatment process. This pollution is caused by industrial development and increased population growth. Bacterial removal methods in water are continuously developed to find an efficient water treatment process. Zeolite has the potential to be an adsorbent used in the water treatment process. Zeolite has been widely used in adsorption and catalytic processes. Zeolite is a porous alumina silicate consisting of silicon, aluminium, and oxygen in its framework. Zeolite cations can be exchanged with monovalent or divalent ions. Zeolite does not have antibacterial activity, so it should combine with metal cations such as Ag, Cu, Zn, and Fe. Metal active that loaded into zeolite framework is a solution to improve the zeolite performance for bacteries removing in water. The impregnation method is the most widely used for the metal loading process into zeolite framework, because of its simple and economical process. This review will discuss natural and synthetic zeolites, types of metal, impregnation process, the antibacterial activity of metal impregnated zeolite, bacterial attack mechanism, and antibacterial application of metal impregnated zeolite in water

Abstract

Rencana pembentukan “KAMPOENG WISATA” di Desa Sungai Tabuk, Kecamatan Pantai lunci, Kabupaten Sukamara ini sebagai realisasi nyata dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukamara dalam rangka pengembangan kepariwisataan lokal dan/atau nasional dan dalam upaya mencari sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang sekarang sedang digalakkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Sukamara sekaligus merupakan pemenuhan kebutuhan rekreasi, prestasi dan kebanggaan bagi masyarakat Desa Sungai Tabuk, Kecamatan Pantai lunci, Kabupaten Sukamara. dengan memproyeksikannya kepada berbagai kegiatan yang bersifat Pelestarian dan pendayagunaan Alam (natural), pelestarian dan pengembangan nilai sosial budaya (cultural), pelestarian dan pembudidayaan kawasan pantai dan keindahan alam. Prasarana kepariwisataan menurut Muljadi (2009:13) adalah semua fasilitas yang mendukung agar sarana pariwisata dapat hidup dan berkembang serta dapat memberikan pelayanan pada wisatawan guna memenuhi kebutuhan mereka yang beragam Sedangkan output yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya studi kelayakan dan/atau kajian pembentukan Kampoeng Wisata Sungai Tabuk.Hasil kajian pembentukanKampoeng Wisata Sungai Tabuk, meliputi beberapa aspek, diantaranya adalah aspek umum dan legalitas, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, organisasi dan SDM, aspek pemasaran, aspek sosial ekonomi, aspek keuangan. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat Metode pengumpulan dan analisa data Analisa Kelayakan Usaha. Dari beberapa uraian sebagaimana diketengahkan dalam analisa dan/atau kajian pada babbab dalam laporan akhir penyusunan pengabdian masyarakat pembentukan Kampoeng Wisata Sungai Tabuk, maka secara garis besar dapat diperoleh suatu gambaran secara global sebagai berikut perluasan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana Kampoeng Wisata Sungai Tabuk yang akan dikelola oleh pengelola/ Desa dilaksanakandengan rencana sumber dana dari hasil usaha Desa Sungai Tabuk sendiri.
