Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di TKIT Gema Nurani 03 ini bertujuan untuk memperluas wacana Guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran dapat lebih efektif dan efisien . Pembelajaran yang dilakukan daring/ online melalui aplikasi zoom membutuhkan suatu strategi dan metode pembelajaran bagaimana guru mengajar dapat lebih kreatif dan lebih menarik siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran tidak membosankan.Metode yang disampaikan pada saat pembelajaran metode bercerita dan bermain peran, siswa dapat mengikuti dengan rasa senang dan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Pengabdian Masayarakat ini dilakukan selama 3 hari dilakukan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan ,hasil dari pembelajaran dianalisis kemudian dibuat evaluasi agar guru dapat mengimplementasikan refleksi pembelajaran pada pembelajaran berikutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan infomasi tentang kegiatan peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Anak Usia Dini melalui Media Magnet Pintar” pada Satuan Paud Sejenis (SPS) Merpati 2 Bekasi .Jenis Penelitian tindakan kelas dengan Model Kemmis dan Taggart,terdiri dari dua siklus , disetiap siklus tedapat empat tahap yaitu 1) Perencanaan,2) Tindakan,3) Observasi dan 4) Refleksi.Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, subjek penelitian adalah adalah Siswa Kelompok B yang berjumlah 10 siswa, sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis Data adalah Analisis Diskriptif Persentatif Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran melalui media maghnet pintar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak , dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata kelas, Prasiklus 31 % , Siklus I 63%, Siklus II 81,4 %. Kegiatan Peneltian Tindakan Kelas berhasil karena telah melebihi nilai ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar 70% sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama dengan kolaborator yaitu dengan “Kategori Berkembang sangat baik”

Abstract

Performance is the value of a set of behaviors that contribute negatively or positively to the achievement of organizational goals. In the Higher Education unit, efforts to improve Lecturer Task Performance require a leader who has competence and quality and professionalism who can manage all operational activities in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Transformational leadership can be a leadership approach model at this time, meaning that leadership can turn the potential of the institution into energy to improve the quality of Higher Education institutions and their environment. In addition, the variable organizational commitment is also a factor that influences organizational performance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Transformational Leadership and organizational commitment on the Task performance of the Lecturers at the University Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey. Technically analyzed data is the influence of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 250 lecturers were taken. The result of the research indicated that: 1) Transformational Leadership had a positive direct influence on Task performance; 2) Organizational Commitment had a positive direct influence on Task performance; and 3) Transformational Leadership had a positive direct influence on Organizational commitment. Thus, improving task performance can be done with good Transformational Leadership and organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the analysis of delegation leadership and paternalistic leadership on organizational development mediated by organizational culture is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

Artikel Konsep Penelitian Kuantitatif: Populasi, Sampel, dan Analisis Data (Literature Review) merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu metodologi penelitian. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menyoroti pentingnya populasi, sampel dan analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif dan juga memberikan pengertian yang komprehensif terhadap penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, buku referensi digital dan jurnal Sinta. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah: 1) Populasi berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif; 2) Sampel berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif; dan 3) Analisis data berperan terhadap konsep penelitian kuantitatif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi tentangPeningkatan Keterampilan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Menjahit Pada Kelompok BTk Insan Aulia Madani Bekasi Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 .Pendekatan Penelitiandeskriptif kualitatif, jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, model tindakan dari Kemmis Taggartdimana terdiri dari Prasiklus, Siklus I dan Siklus II. Setiap Siklus terdiri dari KegiatanPerencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengamatan dan Refleksi , teknik pengumpulan data berupawawancara , observasi dan dokumentasi . Populasi penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik TKInsan Aulia Madani .Subjek penelitian pada kelompok B jumlah 10 peserta didik. Hasilpenelitian tindakan kelas pada kegiatan pra siklus hanya 40% kategori siswa mulaiberkembang pada siklus I sebesar 60% berkembang sesuai harapan dan setelah melakukansiklus II ada peningkatan menjadi 80% berkembang sangat baik.

Abstract

Reading skill in children is a skill that everyone really wants to have, introducing reading to children is good because the brain of young children is in its golden age, good stimulation will make the child’s brain able to absorb all learning well. This research aims to improve the early reading skills of young children using the SIUUL (listen-speak-repeat) model at RA Jami’atu Ta’limil Qur’an. This is because the level of children’s reading ability is relatively low. Classroom action research (PTK) uses the kemmis & Mc Taggart method. The subjects of this research were group A students with a total of 14 students consisting of 7 boys and 7 girls. The conclusions in this research are divided into pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. In the pre-categorized 48,85%, cycle I 56,94%, cycle II 80,89%

Abstract

The PAUD school mapping geographic information system (GIS) is an innovative Android-based application designed to efficiently assist users in finding the closest route to PAUD schools. By leveraging GPS technology, this system displays a detailed geographic map that guides users effectively through their surroundings. At the core of its functionality is the Dijkstra Algorithm, which ensures the calculation of the shortest path to the desired location, making navigation straightforward and reliable. The design process employs UML (Unified Modeling Language) to create a clear structure and user-friendly interface, enhancing the overall user experience. Developed in Java and supported by the Android Studio platform, this GIS provides essential information about PAUD addresses, their statuses, and available facilities. This comprehensive approach allows users to make informed decisions about educational opportunities for their children. The system has undergone rigorous testing to validate its effectiveness. This practical application demonstrates the system's capability in real-world scenarios and highlights its role in improving access to early childhood education. Furthermore, the PAUD mapping geographic information system is a valuable community resource. By delving into geographic data and providing actionable insights, it aims to bridge gaps in educational access. Ultimately, this GIS is an essential tool for parents and educators, facilitating informed choices and enhancing the journey toward quality education for young learners. Its integration of modern technology with educational accessibility makes it an ultimate resource in fostering early childhood development.
