Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the things that can encourage the loyalty of non-civil servant employees in the Office of P2KBP3A Badung Regency in the institution where they work. This research was conducted in the local government environment of Badung Regency, specifically in the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection (P2KBP3A). Data collection using interviews with the analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that every non-civil servant employee who became a research informant had different reasons for remaining loyal to their current work institution. It is not only salary or compensation that keeps non-civil servant employees loyal to agencies, in this study it was found that age, years of service, social interaction, job enrichment, appreciation, job suitability, leadership style, commitment, and time flexibility are factors that can encourage non-civil servant employees to remain loyal to the Office of P2KBP3A in Badung Regency. Abstract

Background: As a health service institution, hospitals have characteristics and management complexities which have an impact on their financing aspects. Controlling the supply of pharmaceutical supplies aims to create a balance between supply and demand in order to realize effective and efficient health services.Aims: This study aimed to design a method for controlling the optimal supply of disposable medical materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, Bali. Methods: This is a qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with three informants, and involving 11 doctors (users) to determine the critical value of disposable medical materials.Results: ABC analysis was used to classify all types of goods based on their importance to determine priorities based on the value of use. The budget allocation was dominated by only a small portion or only a few types of pharmaceutical supplies. The results show that there was a decrease in the total cost of inventory by 19.14% after the application of the EOQ method. The application of the reorder point (ROP) method can anticipate the occurrence of stock outs or vacancies.Conclusion: The EOQ method is more efficient than the conventional method applied at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The EOQ and ROP methods greatly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of controlling the inventory of medical disposable materials at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.Keywords: : inventory control, effective and efficient, medical disposable materials

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh website quality, trus, dan e-service quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada e-commerce pengguna situs Shopee.co.id di kota Denpasar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 112 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat secara langsung dari sumber data dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen berdasarkan tahapan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik serta melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dengan demikian, setiap peningkatan pada masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality maka akan terjadi peningkatan loyalitas konsumen, begitu pula sebaliknya setiap penurunan pada masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality maka akan terjadi penurunan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja puskesmas di era new normal. Rumusan masalah bagaimanakah strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja puskesmas di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mendapatkan hasil strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja Puskesmas Tabanan III dilakukan dengan digital talent, pelatihan secara online/ daring, uji kompetensi SDMK, melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai sektor, pemberdayaan masyarakat, promosi kesehatan, pemberian insentif finansial dan non-finansial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi yang digunakan puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya di era new normal.

Abstract

Purpose: (1) Compile a baseline study of the potential of tourist objects and attractions as well as the readiness of community participation in the Community Based Tourism development model and forms of collaboration with relevant stakeholders; (2) Strengthening institutional and community empowerment in developing Kendran Tourism Village, as a community-based tourism village; and (3) Establishment of cooperation models and policies that can be developed by local governments and related stakeholders. Research methods: the method of documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and FGD. The collected data was then analyzed using existing condition analysis techniques, ADO-ODTWA assessment, participatory rural analysis (PRA), SWOT analysis, MACTOR analysis, and MULTIPOL analysis. Findings: Kendran Village as a tourist village, as well as its readiness for development were quite potential. The main policies that need to be prioritized include increasing the capacity of rural communities, strengthening village tourism institutions, packaging attractions / attractions for creating branding, and expanding and maintaining markets. Implications: the development of a single destination tourist village is the creation of branding, while the policy to increase the capacity of rural communities has the highest value in the multiple destination tourist village scenario. Tourism development policy in the Province of Bali refers to the concept of sustainable and quality tourism, through various multi-sector policies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore credit distribution strategies in Multipurpose Cooperatives. The research was conducted at Dauh Ayu Multipurpose Cooperative, which is one of the top performing cooperatives in Denpasar City. This study uses primary data sources with qualitative data types with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies with the chairman, employees and members of the Dauh Ayu Multipurpose Cooperative Denpasar. The results of this study are to increase credit distribution at the Dauh Ayu Multipurpose Cooperative, apart from implementing the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) it also implements optimal service. The need for innovation and strategy in delivering information that is clear and easy to understand in delivering products owned by the Dauh Ayu Multipurpose Cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership on work motivation of private high school teachers, to determine the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of private high school teachers, to determine the effect of situational leadership on the performance of private high school teachers, to determine the effect of organizational climate on the performance of private high school teachers, to know the effect of work motivation on the performance of private high school teachers in Denpasar City. The number of samples in this study were 100 using the quota sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation method, using the AMOS application. The results showed that the influence of organizational climate has a significant positive effect on the work motivation of private high school teachers, situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out what strategies are carried out at PT Cipta Griya Dewata in maintaining customer loyalty during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were managers and consumers from PT Cipta Griya Dewata who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used data triangulation by analyzing the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from the study. The results of the study stated that in terms of SWOT, the strengths of PT. Cipta Griya Dewata includes enthusiasm, hospitality and good communication. The disadvantages include the lack of responsiveness of staff. The opportunities are broader marketing. The threat of increasingly fierce trade competition. Meanwhile, in terms of the Customer Relationship Management Strategy, companies are required to be consumer-centered, must understand the profile of consumers to understand more deeply the character of their consumers. Operational Customer Relationship Management that uses software has not been applied at PT. Cipta Griya Dewata. Analytical Customer Relationship Management is concerned with capturing, storing, extracting, integrating, processing, interpreting, distributing, using and reporting customer-related data to increase customer value and the company has been well done by PT. Cipta Griya Dewata

Abstract

The development of a tourism village can positively impact the village community itself, including the existence of new jobs for the community so that it can reduce the unemployment rate in the village. Apart from the concept of ecotourism, tourism villages can also make a village an independent village because they can provide alternatives. Jobs that the local community can enter.This research uses a qualitative approach. The location in this study is Penglipuran Village, Bangli Regency, Bali Province. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling, while the information is the Operational Coordinator, Tourist Site Manager, and Penglipuran Tourism Village Community. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The data analysis uses triangulation with the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the conclusion and verification stages. The results of the study show that the application of the concept of community-based tourism is proven to be able to improve future sustainable tourism in Penglipuran Village because conceptually, the principle of community-based tourism development is to place the community as the main actor of development through empowerment in various tourism activities so that the maximum benefits of tourism are felt directly by the society.

Abstract

Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) dan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali mengembangkan program Community Based Ecotourism (CBE). CBE menitikberatkan peran aktif masyarakat dalam mengelola kegiatan wisata. Salah satunya adalah Desa Pinge Kecamatan Marga Kabupaten Tabanan Provinsi Bali. Desa Pinge merupakan desa tua yang memiliki keunikan bentuk rumah tradisional dan daerah pertanian dengan organisasi subak sebagai nilai kearifan lokal dengan konsep Tri Hita Karana . Sejalan dengan konsep desa wisata yang pola wisatanya membantu ekonomi masyarakat lokal namun tetap melestarikan lingkungan, dan sosial budaya masyarakat lokal. Pengabdian menggunakan metode focus group discussion dan wawancara mendalam, yang bertujuan (1) Menyusun potensi organisasi subak dalam mendukung Desa Pinge sebagai desa wisata yang berkelanjutan; (2) Membantu masyarakat menggali potensi objek wisata Desa Pinge yang dapat dikembangkan selain subak. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat tersusun baseline atau informasi dasar mengenai potensi subak dalam pengembangan desa wisata
