Peran Perempuan dalam Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga di Era 4.0 I Gusti Ayu Ary Ratih; Ni Putu Nina Eka Lestari

This study aims to determine the process of implementing women's empowerment through the Business to Increase Family Income (UP2K) program in the industrial era 4.0, as well as to find out the impact of implementing the Family Income Increase Business (UP2K) program on improving family welfare. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and through data collection by interview, further analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the role of women's empowerment in Tibubeneng Village was in accordance with their understanding, namely the process of obtaining power, strength or ability from those who have power to those who are less or less empowered. The impact of women's empowerment through UP2K in Tibubeneng Village is felt very good, effective and assisted by PKK women who are engaged in the business unit. This can be seen from the increase in program activities that can be carried out and the addition of training members every year _____________________________________________________________________Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan melalui program Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K) pada era industri 4.0, serta mengetahui dampak dari pelaksanaan program Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K) terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan melalui pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pemberdayaan perempuan di Desa Tibubeneng sudah sesuai dengan pemahamannya, yaitu proses untuk memperoleh daya, kekuatan atau kemampuan dari pihak yang memiliki daya kepada pihak yang kurang atau belum berdaya Dampak Pemberdayaan perempuan melalui UP2K di Desa Tibubeneng dirasakan sangat baik, efektif dan membantu oleh ibu- ibu PKK yang menekuni unit usaha tersebut. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari bertambahnya program kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dan penambahan anggota pelatihan setiap tahunnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh website quality, trus, dan e-service quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada e-commerce pengguna situs Shopee.co.id di kota Denpasar. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 112 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat secara langsung dari sumber data dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen berdasarkan tahapan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik serta melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dengan demikian, setiap peningkatan pada masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality maka akan terjadi peningkatan loyalitas konsumen, begitu pula sebaliknya setiap penurunan pada masing-masing variabel website quality, variabel trust dan variabel e-service quality maka akan terjadi penurunan loyalitas konsumen.

Subak Pulagan was designated by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage (WBD) which is the location of a rice planting cluster with System of Rice Intensification (SRI) to strengthen Subak Economic Business Institution (LUES). This research is Action Research because includes two stages, research and action aspects regarding potential and assistance for LUES development efforts in the Pulagan Subak. Survey method through in-depth interviews and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through Focus Group Discussions. The research results are; (1) Inhibiting factors strengthening LUES for sustainable agriculture are: The management system still conservative, human resources have limited management skills, organizational nature is socioreligious, entrepreneurial spirit hasnâ€™t maximally, low trust of funders (banks), competition and weak information of market; (2) LUES strengthening strategy for sustainable agriculture are: Subak requires legal entity status, business assistance from stakeholders, business management skills training, support from government and society, transformation and reconstruction of modern management as socio-agrarian-religious-economic

Sampah menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang cukup sulit di tangani di Indonesia. Masih banyak ditemukan sampah organik dan anorganik yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar pemukiman warga Desa Penatahan yang bersumber dari aktifitas rumah tangga. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyakat tentang pentingnya memilah sampah organik dan anorganik sebagai kunci awal penerapan konsep 3R dan (2) memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dalam pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos dan pengolahan sampah anorganik menjadi berbagai jenis kerajinan tangan. Metode pengabdian dengan cara penyuluhan dan pemberian pelatihan pengelolaan, serta pemanfaatan sampah menggunakan konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) atau pengurangan, penggunaan kembali dan mendaur ulang sampah. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah menggunakan konsep 3R ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang sampah. Masyarakat juga menyadari dan mulai membiasakan diri untuk memilah sampah organik dan anorganik sebagai kunci awal penerapan konsep 3R. Penggunaan konsep 3R (reuse, reduce, recycle) dapat menginspirasi pelajar SMPN 2 Penebel sebagai generasi muda untuk menciptakan suatu kawasan dengan tingkat pengelolaan sampah mandiri yang akan membantu pemerintah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, bersih dan nyaman.

Workload Pressure and Employee Deadlines pose various kinds of challenges and demands from both individual external and individual internal sides. So that individuals experience symptoms of burnout or stress that have an impact on significantly reducing productivity in a company or agency. The onset of burnout or stress symptoms can be minimized or reduced by using appropriate stress coping or regulatory strategies, one strategy that can be used is to use emotion regulation strategies. This study aims to determine the efforts made by ASN Employees at the Regional Secretariat of Badung Regency in surviving the pressure of the deadline workload given and to determine the efforts made by the Regional Secretariat of Badung Regency in order to find out in depth the experience of informants and documentation. The informant determination technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 8 informants. Data analysis techniques using the help of NVivo 14 plus software. The results showed that the Regional Secretariat of Badung Regency, especially in the Field of Planning and Finance, some employees experienced symptoms of Burnout Syndrome and Stress due to workload and work deadlines, and needed to be overcome with emotional regulation.

The focus of this research was to assess about how profitability, asset structure, firm size, and corporate governance affect stock prices, with stock returns act as a moderating variable. Multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis were utilized, with a total sample of 84 firms. The results of this analysis reveal that profitability, asset structure, firm size, and corporate governance all have simultaneously impact on stock prices. Profitability, asset structure, and firm size each have a significant impact on stock prices, however corporate governance has no effect. The moderating regression analysis results reveal that stock returns can moderate the relation between profitability and stock prices, but not the relation between asset structure, firm size, and corporate governance on stock prices.

Inflation is one of the economic problems that often occur in ASEAN-5 countries. External factors affecting inflation such as changes in energy prices and commodity prices (agriculture, metals, and minerals) can affect inflation in ASEAN-5 countries through the influence of global slack. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of global slack on domestic inflation dynamics in ASEAN-5 countries by considering the effect of energy price index and commodity price index (agriculture, metals, and minerals) on domestic inflation. The data analysis method used is the Panel of Vector Error Correction Model (VECM-Panel) by considering the effect of energy price index and commodity price index (agriculture, metals, and minerals) on domestic inflation in ASEAN-5. The results show that there is an influence of global slack on domestic inflation in ASEAN-5 countries, especially through the energy price index and commodity price index. Energy prices affect inflation in both the short and long run, whereas commodity prices only affect long-term inflation. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of the role of global commodity price stability policy in maintaining domestic price stability in ASEAN-5.

PENGARUH SELEBGRAM CREDIBILITY, ONLINE ATMOSPHERE, DAN PRODUCT ASSORTMENT TERHADAP MINAT BELI GENERASI PRIA MILENIAL DENPASAR PADA SEPATU COMPASS Dwisuardinata, Ida Bagus Nyoman; Lestari, Ni Putu Nina Eka

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh selebrgram credibility terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh online atmosphere terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh product assortment terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh selebrgram credibility, online atmosphere, dan product assortment terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass secara simultan. Manfaat penelitian adalah manfaat teori dan manfaat praktis. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan skunder, pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang memperoleh 106 responden. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan maka diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut : secara parsial selebgram credibility, online atmosphere, dan product assortment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass. Ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji-t untuk selebgram credibility dengan nilai signifikansi (0,055), online atmosphere dengan nilai signifikansi (0,275), dan product assortment dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000), dengan masing - masing memiliki nilai signifikansi yang positif. Sehingga semakin baik selebgram credibility, online atmosphere, dan product assortment maka akan meningkatkan minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass. Secara simultan (selebgram credibility, online atmosphere, dan product assortment berpengaruh terhadap minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass dengan hasil uji-F, dimana nilai signifikansi (0,000) lebih kecil dari (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti atau dapat diterima. Sehingga, selebgram credibility, online atmosphere, dan product assortment maka akan meningkatkan minat beli generasi pria milenial Denpasar pada Sepatu Compass.

This research aims to determine the influence of work communication and work professionalism on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a sample size of 76 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that first, work communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. Second, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. Third, work communication and work professionalism simultaneously influence the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees.
