Abstract

Villages, as the smallest administrative entities in Indonesia, play a significant role in the national development process. BUMDes is a business entity that is public, owned by the village, and uses funds from the village government for the benefit of the village community. The aim of this research is to determine the transformation process of BUMDes governance from the manual era to the digital era, to determine the role of Good Corporate Governance and digitalization in the BUMDes governance transformation process, to explore the internal and external factors that influence BUMDes in the governance transformation process, and to understand the transformation strategy for BUMDes governance in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods carried out at BUMDes Kartika Lestari. The data analysis technique used is the interactive data analysis technique by Miles and Huberman. The research results show that the transformation of the governance of BUMDes Kartika Lestari was carried out from 2019, where there were many experiments until an application was obtained that was in line with the objectives in managing BUMDes. The implementation of GCG and digitalization in carrying out the transformation of BUMDes governance is carried out following the 5 principles of GCG, namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Fairness and Independence. Internal factors and external factors greatly influence BUMDes. The strategy implemented by BUMDes is adding programs, aligning technology, adding business units, improving human resources, collaborating with third parties.

Abstract

Digital transformation and marketing are crucial for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in Pantai Jerman, Kuta, Bali. However, many local MSMEs still need to utilize digital technology fully. This community service activity aims to enhance awareness and understanding of digitalization and digital marketing through face-to-face socialization and mentoring. The program includes education on the benefits of digital marketing, techniques for using social media, and digital tools for business promotion. As a result, MSME operators' awareness and understanding increased, and many began utilizing digital technology for business promotion. Support in the form of a mini digital studio was also provided to assist in creating digital content. This program successfully promoted digital transformation among MSMEs in Pantai Jerman, positively impacting their business sustainability and growth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di UD. Taman Sari Nusa Lembongan Kabupaten Klungkung. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak   42 responden, dikarenakan jumlahnya kurang dari 100 maka seluruh populasi sebanyak 42 Karyawan dijadikan sempel, sehingga penelitian ini disebut menggunakan sempel sejuh. Jenis Data yang digunakan data kuantitatif  dan data kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi dengan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Software Smart PLS- SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Hubungan secara tidak langsung memiliki Pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of brand ambassadors, product quality, and prices both separately and simultaneously on consumer buying interest. The sample used was taken from 114 consumers aged between 17 and 30 years old, living in Denpasar, and are active users of the TikTok Application. This research was conducted using the SPSS application version 26. This study shows that brand ambassadors have a positive influence on buying interest, as well as product quality which has a positive effect. In addition, price has also been proven to have a positive influence on buying interest. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors, product quality, and price have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. The percentage of the influence of independent variables on buying interest is 70.1%. The advice that researchers can share, namely Glad2Glow on the TikTok Application, is expected to collaborate with artists or influencers who understand Glad2Glow products, always be consistent in maintaining product quality, make price policies that are more competitive, and always bid on products according to the needs or desires of consumers and have good quality

Abstract

This research aims to identifies the strategy for the development of international training at Badiklat PKN (the National Financial Audit Training Agency). This study adopts a qualitative approach to answer the research questions, utilizing two primary methods: observation and in-depth interviews. The study recommends a growth-focused strategy for Badiklat PKN’s international training programs, which includes enhancing infrastructure, increasing human resources, improving training materials. In conclusion, this research underscores the significant role of organizational environment in shaping policies for international training at Badiklat PKN, with a focus on enhancing Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan's global position through high-quality training programs

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience on Loyalty, with Satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar. Based on the Social Exchange Theory, business correlations were built on mutually beneficial exchanges, where customers remained loyal if the perceived benefits exceeded the costs incurred. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used as a quantitative method to investigate the relationships between the variables. Business partners were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data, including wholesalers, retailers, and kiosks. The outcomes indicated that CRM had a positive and significant impact on loyalty, both directly and through satisfaction as a mediator. Conversely, Customer Experience did not significantly influence loyalty, although it positively affected satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction partially mediated the correlation between CRM and loyalty but did not significantly mediate the correlation between Customer Experience and loyalty. These findings confirmed that CRM played a more dominant role in fostering loyalty than Customer Experience. PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar was recommended to enhance personalized CRM strategies and strengthen communication to improve customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing women's empowerment through the Business to Increase Family Income program in the industrial era 4.0, as well as to find out the impact of implementing the Family Income Increase Business program on improving family welfare. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, and through data collection by interview, further analysis was carried out descriptively. The results show that the role of women's empowerment in Tibubeneng Village is in accordance with their understanding, namely the process of obtaining power, strength or ability, and / or giving power, strength or ability from parties who have power to those who are less or powerless. Impact of Women's Empowerment through Family Income Improvement Business Program in Tibubeneng Village, women that have joined Family Empowerment and Welfare Institution and then they are involved in this business unit; they feel very good, effective and helpful not only for women's empowerment institutions in Tibubeneng Village but also personally. This can be seen from the increase in program activities that can be carried out and the addition of training members every year.

Abstract

This scientific study aims to further explore the perceived quality and atmosphere of stores that influence impulsive buying, considering the role of shopping enjoyment among OH!SOME consumers. The background of this study is based on the limitations and differences in findings from previous studies, as well as differences in focus in discussing the relationship between variables. The approach used is quantitative, with the research object focused on OH!SOME consumers in Denpasar City. Since the population size is not precisely known, the sample size was determined using Hair et al's formula, resulting in 120 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire via Google Form, applying a five-point Likert scale. The data obtained was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the data processing results, it was found that perceived quality and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchasing, both directly and through shopping enjoyment as a mediating variable. The results of this study are focused on providing benefits and a more comprehensive understanding of how consumers' perceived quality and store environment atmosphere can shape a pleasant shopping experience while encouraging impulsive purchasing behavior among OH!SOME consumers.

Abstract

Purpose: (1) Compile a baseline study of the potential of tourist objects and attractions as well as the readiness of community participation in the Community Based Tourism development model and forms of collaboration with relevant stakeholders; (2) Strengthening institutional and community empowerment in developing Kendran Tourism Village, as a community-based tourism village; and (3) Establishment of cooperation models and policies that can be developed by local governments and related stakeholders. Research methods: the method of documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and FGD. The collected data was then analyzed using existing condition analysis techniques, ADO-ODTWA assessment, participatory rural analysis (PRA), SWOT analysis, MACTOR analysis, and MULTIPOL analysis. Findings: Kendran Village as a tourist village, as well as its readiness for development were quite potential. The main policies that need to be prioritized include increasing the capacity of rural communities, strengthening village tourism institutions, packaging attractions / attractions for creating branding, and expanding and maintaining markets. Implications: the development of a single destination tourist village is the creation of branding, while the policy to increase the capacity of rural communities has the highest value in the multiple destination tourist village scenario. Tourism development policy in the Province of Bali refers to the concept of sustainable and quality tourism, through various multi-sector policies.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan melalui pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pemberdayaan perempuan di Desa Tibubeneng sudah sesuai dengan pemahamannya, yaitu proses untuk memperoleh daya, kekuatan atau kemampuan dari pihak yang memiliki daya kepada pihak yang kurang atau belum berdaya Dampak Pemberdayaan perempuan melalui UP2K di Desa Tibubeneng dirasakan sangat baik, efektif dan membantu oleh ibu- ibu PKK yang menekuni unit usaha tersebut. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari bertambahnya program kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dan penambahan anggota pelatihan setiap tahunnya.
