Abstract

Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini merupakan masa yang sulit bagi UMKM karena mengalami penurunan pendapatan secara drastis. Faktor penyebabnya adalah pemasaran yang dilakukan selama ini masih konvensional, serta adanya pergeseran kebiasaan masyarakat yang berbelanja secara on-line karena kemudahannya. Berdasarkan situasi ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Pesawaran harus bergerak cepat untuk membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah pemasaran online. Namun saat ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran masih belum memiliki website yang berisi informasi tentang profil beserta produk UMKM, dan belum ada marketplace online. Pengabdian ini melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk pengembangan website marketplace di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan kepada operator Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM untuk melakukan pengelolaan Website dan pelatihan pemasarann online ke UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar UMKM bisa bangkit dari keterpurukan dan bisa mengalami perkembangan. Selain itu, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kabupaten Pesawaran bisa memantau perkembangan UMKM dan menjadi dasar untuk pengambilan kebijakan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstrak The development company is highly  influenced  by  the  performance  of human  resources,  so  that  each  company will try to get qualified employees. Constraints are typically      faced by companies is the difficulty of selecting candidates who match the criteria, because the number of the incoming beam, so the possible occurrence of lack of proper decision-making, it certainly should not be allowed to drag on because it will affect the productivity of the company. A selection process of employees with the  right candidate to be an important thing, because this process will be obtained from prospective employees  who  fit  the  criteria desired by the company. Application  of  the  method  is  widely used to help solve the problem of selection candidates,  one  of  the  methods  applied  is the Weighted Product Model (WPM), because this method can solve the problems of multi-dimensional and one dimensional. It also produces rankings that can  be  used  as  a reference  for  decision- making right. Application of selection methods in the case of WPM candidates have weaknesses when used to assess a prospective employee  this  is  due  to  the absence   of   minimum   thresholds as a condition of graduation requirements. Abstract

Pengabdian dengan judul “Silent Monitoring and Cyber Law Awareness” ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa pada sisi psikologis melalui sistem monitoring, yang akan membuat siswa merasa selalu terawasi meski tidak ada guru maupun orang tua di setiap aktivitasnya dimanapun ia berada. Sehingga perilaku siswa menjadi terdidik dan terbiasa dengan sikap dan akhlak seperti yang dicita-citakan oleh pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Sekolah mendapat dukungan besar dalam hal pengawasan terhadap siswa, serta dampak yang positif kepada sistem monitor yang sudah dimiliki oleh sekolah dengan dilengkapi pengawasan sampai pada tingkat per siswa setiap saat dengan diterapkannya aplikasi monitoring yang diberi nama Safe Minor dan workshop monitoring dan cyberlaw. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKM tersebut mampu meningkatan pemahaman mitra sebesar 90% terkait pengoperasian dan teknik penerapan aplikasi monitoring (Safe Minor). Kata kunci : silent monitoring and cyber law

Abstract

Forecasting is one of the important inputs for a company in the investment decision-making process. We realize that in the forecasting process there are often inaccuracies in the results of forecasting, but forecasting must be done because all organizations operate in an environment that contains an element of uncertainty. In addition, decision-making must still be taken which will affect the future of the company. The method used in this research is Linear Regression and Arima. Based on these studies it was found that this method is suitable for predicting the number of customers with a case study of the number of customers at PT. AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency. This study provides the results of forecasting the number of customers at PT. AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency and produce data that can be used as a reference for what needs to be done in the future so that the policies taken by the company can be better for the company in the future.Keywords: Forecasting, PT.AIA Financial LPG Sunrise Agency, Linear Regression, Arima

Abstract

The coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic has spread to various countries including Indonesia. Thus, implementing large-scale social restrictions (Bahasa: Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB)) has resulted in the paralysis of the economy in Indonesia. including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have decreased turnover and even went out of business. The Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung, oversees 3,808 MSMEs, whose development should be monitored as a basis for determining policies. However, there are problems in classifying MSMEs according to their categories because they have to check the existing data one by one, so it takes a long time. Therefore, this study proposed the C4.5 algorithm to solve this problem. In addition, this research compared with the naïve Bayes algorithm to find out which algorithm had a good performance and is suitable for this case. The results showed that 91% of MSMEs were included in the micro category, 8% was in a small category, and 1% was in the medium category. Based on the results, it explained that the C4.5 algorithm was bigger than naïve Bayes with a difference in the value of 3.79%. It had an accuracy value of 99.2%. Meanwhile, naive Bayes was 95.41%.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has declared Covid-19 as a national disaster since April 13, 2020. Various efforts have been made by the government such as Work From Home (WFH), social distancing, and the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) to reduce the spread of the corona virus. However, this policy has an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power. One of the sectors affected is MSMEs. This service aims to provide assistance in making financial statement bookkeeping and determining product selling prices for MSMEs in Pesawaran Regency. The three stages of activities carried out include preparation, implementation and monitoring. Preparation is carried out by conducting surveys in the field in coordination with partners. The implementation is carried out by training and mentoring using the lecture method followed by a question and answer discussion, and practicing making financial reports and calculating product selling prices. Monitoring is carried out periodically during service activities. This service results in the recording of simple financial statements, namely the cash book, accounts payable book, accounts receivable book, and inventory book, as well as calculating production costs and selling prices (hpp). Knowledge and soft skills regarding financial reports and determining product selling prices for MSME owners are needed, so that their business development can be monitored.

Abstract

Collaborative filtering is a method that can be used in recommendation systems. Collaborative Filtering works by analyzing rating data patterns. It is also used to make predictions of interest to users. This process begins with collecting data and analyzing large amounts of information on the behavior, activities, and tendencies of users. The results of the analysis are used to predict what users like based on similarities with other users. In addition, collaborative filtering is able to produce recommendations of better quality than recommendation systems based on content and demographics. However, collaborative filtering still faces scalability and sparsity problems. It are because the data is always evolving so that it becomes big data, besides that there are many data with incomplete conditions or many vacancies are found. Therefore, the purpose of this study proposed a clustering and ranking-based approach. The cluster algorithm used K-Means. Meanwhile, the WP-Rank method was used for ranking based. The experimental results showed that the running time was faster with an average execution time of 0.15 seconds by clustering. Furthermore, it was able to improve the quality of the recommendations, as indicated by an increase in the value of NDCG at k=22, the average value of NDCG was 0.82, so the recommendations produced were higher quality and more appropriate to the interests of the users.

Abstract

Kebijakan “jaga jarak atau Physical Distancing” yang diterapkan pemerintah sebagai pencegahan wabah Covid-19 memberikan banyak dampak pada manusia, salah satunya pada proses Pendidikan yang dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh para orang tua dalam membimbing, mengarahkan terutama mengajari anaknya jika ada kesulitan dalam belajar di rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Batu Putu berupa pendampingan bimbingan belajar di rumah bagi siswa sekolah dasar desa Batu Putu, Teluk betung Timur, Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa dan membantu permasalahan yang terjadi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Selain itu juga diberikan sosialisasi kepada orang tua agar lebih maksimal dalam mendampingi anak belajar dari rumah. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner pertanyaan mengenai pendampingan yang dilakukan. Hasilnya para siswa dan orang tua sangat puas, terbantu dalam belajar di rumah, dan mendukung kegiatan pendampingan belajar selama pandemic covid 19.Kata Kunci—physical distancing, kegiatan pendampingan belajar, manfaat kegiatan.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman cabai saat ini menjadi salah satu budidaya favorit dan sangat diminati oleh petani. Permintaan yang besar dan secara terus menerus menjadikan harga cabai masih menempati urutan teratas produk pertanian hortikultura yang sering mengalami fluktuasi harga. Terdapat beberapa jenis cabai yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia diantaranya cabai rawit, cabai merah keriting, dan cabai besar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui 2 (dua) tahapan agar diperoleh hasil yang baik. Adapun 2 (dua) tahapan tersebut yaitu Sistem Smart Greenhouse dan Sistem Fertigasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan kami, sistem fertigasi telah berfungsi dengan baik dan tanaman mendapatkan nutrisi dan air yang cukup. Berdasarkan pengukuran yang kami lakukan dengan menggunakan pressure gauge pada setiap ujung barisan tanaman, didapatkan informasi bahwa pada setiap ujung baris tanaman mempunyai tekana air yang sama besar, sehingga dapat dipastikan setiap tanaman mendapat nutrisi dan air dengan volume yang sama. Berdasarkan penelitian kami, dengan menggunakan sistem fertigasi yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Sistem fertigasi yang telah diimplementasikan juga semakin memudahkan petani dalam mengontrol sistem penyiraman dan pemberian nutrisi tanaman karena sdh dilengkapi dengan modul IOT berupa Haiwell IOT cloud HMI yang dapat dikontrol secara remote baik menggunakan jaringan Wifi maupun internet.

Abstract

Abstract Service is the main means for creating comfort for the community, one of which is in administrative management. Community Service Activities carried out by the PKM STIA Bagasasi Team aim to produce outputs of increasing service capabilities to the community, especially for 37 RT and 6 RW heads in the Kelurahan Mekarmulya, Kecamatan Panyileukan, Kota Bandung. The management of the RT and RW which just ended in May 2022 and was replaced by a new management, made the public service of population administration experienced a few obstacles, so PKM activities were held to provide knowledge and understanding of population administration service standards, the development of the administrative management process as well as how to review the progress of the administration being processed. The result of this activity is the increasing knowledge and understanding of the community through the heads of RW and RT regarding population administration and improving services to the community.
