Abstract

Environmental damage and sustainability become the center of attention along with climate change today. One of the interesting things is the change in behavior in the consumption of products categorized as "green", including in terms of choosing tourism destinations. Environmentally friendly tourism destinations or ecotourism is increasingly becoming an option for those who care about the environment. Ecotourism is also used by many countries, including travel agents, to increase their economic value or profit. This study aims to investigate how the role of Environmental Concern as antecendent of Ecoturism Visit Intention mediates the influence of Future Time perspective and Destination Image toward Ecotourism visit Intention.  This research involved 200 respondents who had visited ecotourism destinations at least twice, which was obtained using a convenience sample approach. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which were processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical package. The result shows that Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image positively impact Ecotourism Intention.   Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image also influence Ecotourism Intention indirectly through Environmental Concern as the mediating variable. As an implication, the government and travel agents improve service readiness and perception of high-value propositions to develop a better destination image.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine theories regarding the influence of electronic word of mouth, perceived risk, mobile apps quality on Tokopedia user satisfaction in Semarang and its effect on electtronic loyalty. The object of research is students who use Tokopedia throughout Indonesia with a minimum age limit of 18-26 years and have used Tokopedia at least 3 times. Respondents were processed as many as 157 individuals with analysis techniques (Structural Equation Model), which were operated using the Smart PLS program. Based on the five variables taken, all five have positive and significant impact. As for the final conclusion, electronic loyalty can be achieved by increasing electronic word of mouth, perceived risk, mobile apps quality with a satisfaction.

Abstract

Ringintelu Village, which is located in Kalipancur Village, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, has a strategic and potential location. Located near the tourist area of the River Tubing Mayangsari and the historical monument Tugu Suharto with easy road access and busy road activity from the Sam Poo Kong tourist road and Kreo Cave to the Gajahmungkur-Gunung Pati area, which is a hilly area of many public and private universities in Semarang City. In the field, it can be seen that the productivity of the surrounding community has not seen the potential of this area to be used as an attraction to come. One of the solutions starts with mobilizing housewives by providing knowledge and skills through shibori and marketing training, as well as solutions for dealing with the effects of post-pandemic conditions by increasing productivity to advance the welfare and economy of local regional families. Increasing business competition is currently being addressed by developing creative business ideas by providing business insights to housewives to remain productive and have additional income. Abstract

Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants or non-plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of taste, reduce to eliminate pain, and can cause dependence, which are divided into groups as attached in the Law. This (according to Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics). The purpose of this research is to examine what makes millennials abuse drugs and find solutions to dealing with drugs for the sake of the golden generation. For the research method used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there are many factors that influence the millennial generation to abuse drugs, including personality, family, environment, education, society and social community factors.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated technology of today has brought about a number of developments, notably in the financial industry. Effective financial management is essential for change adaptation. This study attempts to examine the impact that self-control, attitudes, and knowledge have on students' financial management. Two hundred students from the city of Semarang served as the sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches are used in data processing with the SPSS program. The findings show that while the attitude variable has no discernible impact on financial management, the knowledge and self-control factors have a positive and significant influence on it. The study's adjusted R square value indicated that knowledge, attitude, and self-control variables accounted for 78.9% of the variation in financial management variables, with other variables outside the scope of the research influencing the remaining 21.1%.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology offers accuracy and efficiency in the online shopping experience on social media. The experience of social media users who have applied artificial intelligence can optimize the other potentials of social media. This research presents the application of artificial intelligence technology through accurate experiences and interactive experiences with utilitarian value as a mediating variable that drives consumer purchase intentions. The accuracy of experience and the interactive experience in utilizing artificial intelligence on social media has a significant direct and indirect influence on consumer purchasing intentions. However, perceived utilitarian value can encourage consumer purchases better than the experience of directly implementing artificial intelligence technology. The results of this research show that the accuracy and interaction of artificial intelligence technology on social media are able to encourage the formation of consumer purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari variabel yang dapat memengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara makro dan mikro, terutama dalam industri logam dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Pertama, kami akan menilai dampak inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian, kami akan menilai dampak leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kami berharap bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan literatur dalam bidang manajemen keuangan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, memberikan wawasan praktis terutama untuk institusi pendidikan tinggi, serta memberikan rekomendasi berharga untuk perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor industri logam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yakni perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam sektor industri logam selama periode 2017 hingga 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui sumber data sekunder dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik seperti SPSS.

Abstract

In the modern era driven by technology, food delivery services have experienced rapid development as a solution to meet the food needs of increasingly busy consumers. The sample determination was carried out using the Lemeshow formula with a sample size of 100. Researchers applied a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique in this study. The type of research conducted is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is in Semarang City, Central Java. The calculation results show that: 1. That Rebates, E-Service Quality, and Promotion simultaneously influence ShopeeFood consumer purchasing decisions. 2. That Partial Discounts do not have a significant effect on discounted prices on purchasing decisions. 3. That E-Service Quality partially has a significant influence on shopeefood consumer purchasing decisions. 4. That Promotion partially has a significant influence on shopeefood consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The world economy throughout 2020 experienced a shock due to the Covid 19 virus pandemic. Indonesia was no exception, it also experienced economic instability. As a country that is rich in raw materials, it still relies heavily on raw materials from abroad. Thus, the volatility of the exchange rate becomes a major influence on the production process in various fields. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and the money supply on the exchange rate before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used are exchange rates, interest rates, inflation and the money supply from January 2018 to April 2021. Where the period is divided into the period before the Covid pandemic occurred, namely January 2018 to February 2020 and during the pandemic from March 2020 to April 2021. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression with the classical assumptions of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. The results showed that the inflation variable, interest rate and the dummy variable had a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate, while the money supply had no significant negative effect on the exchange rate. The adjusted r square value is 0.565 which means that the inflation variable, interest rate, money supply and the dummy variable are able to explain the exchange rate of 56.5% while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Public knowledge about the importance of financial recording and bookkeeping is still very limited. This is also experienced by the community in Ringintelu Ngaliyan Village. Record-keeping that is not yet in progress results in decision making in the household and bookkeeping not being implemented, which of course can lead to vulnerability to poor economic factors. People conditions also have side businesses, so it is necessary to separate bookkeeping for the family and for the business. Based on these problems, activities are held to overcome existing problems. The aim of carrying out community service is to increase understanding for PKK RW I about the importance of financial recording and simple bookkeeping for families in order to create a harmonious family. The expected result is that the community, especially women from PKK RW I Ringintelu, can implement simple financial recording and bookkeeping practices so that they can carry out good financial planning, and can separate bookkeeping for the family and side businesses for those who have businesses.
