Abstract

This article attempts to clarify the relationship between educational institutions and increasing human resource competitiveness in the era of Society 5.0. However, to strengthen the focus and relevance of the research, it is important to link the role of educational institutions with the characteristics of Society 5.0, such as the need for innovation, multifunctional collaboration, and adaptability to technology. This can help show how education can prepare individuals to be more competitive in an increasingly integrated and technology-based society. Therefore, policy and planning steps are needed in building national education, including 1. Committing to mastering basic literacy and numeracy skills, 2) Measuring learning regularly, accurately, and relevantly, 3) Aligning the system with learning commitments, 4) Supporting teachers in the teaching and learning process. 5) Adapting approaches in making educational policies. Support in adapting policies so that they are in accordance with the local context. The Central Government needs to map out areas that need extra assistance so that the policies that are created can focus on improving quality learning. Meanwhile, local governments can also collaborate with other elements of society, such as grassroots organizations and the private sector, in designing and implementing educational innovations.

Abstract

Peran media sosial di era transformasi pada kampung serab ciledug masih belum maksimal dalam penggunaan media sosial maka dari itu Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada organisasi karang taruna kampung parung serab ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi ataupun arahan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial di era transformasi digital saat ini. Sehingga ketika organisasi karang taruna kampung parung serab ciledug dalam melaksanakan kegiatan di wilayah organisasi tersebut, dapat menyalurkan kembali informasi yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyaraat (PKM) ini. Maka dengan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat membantu karang taruna kampung parung serab ciledug untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi dalam menggunakan media sosial. Sehingga dengan begitu dapat membantu memaksimalkan kegiatan karang taruna kampung parung serab ciledug.

Abstract

Peraturan pemerintah menunjukkan bahwa Gerakan Literasi Pesantren sangat penting untuk diterapkan di sekolah bahkan dipesantren. Gerakan Literasi Pesantren merupakan usaha yang dilakukan untuk membiasakan, mengembangkan, dan membelajarkan literasi secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Pesantren di Pesantren Al-Markaz dapat dimulai dengan literasi dasar yaitu baca-tulis. Tujuan PKM untuk memperkenalkan situs-situs buku dan jurnal untuk meningkatkan literasi kyai, Pembina, santri. Dalam PKM metode analisis ini untuk isu kasus yang terdapat dalam fokus PKM dilakukan tahapan analisis lintas situs, artinya materi-materi yang dibutuhkan dapat digunakan/diperoleh literasi situs gooogle scholer dan pdfdriver untuk mendapat informasi isu kasus/hasil penelitian tentang isu yang dibutuhkan. Pertama, temuan penelitian Pondok Pesantren Al-Markaz Kampung Setu Desa Sambilawang Kecamatan Waringinkurung Serang. Temuan data dari pembiasaan dalam implementasi Gerakan literasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Markaz Kampung Setu Desa Sambilawang Kecamatan Waringinkurung Serang, diperoleh temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) penataan sarana dan prasarana literasi terus dikembangkan yang mencakup perpustakaan, pojok literasi sekolah dan area baca, (2) pemilihan bahan bacaan untuk literasi berupa buku fiksi dan non fiksi dengan bahasa bilingual, atau memuat dua bahasa dalam satu buku cerita, Kedua, memberikan situs-situs yang bisa digunakan untuk menambah keilmu salah satu google scholer dan pdf drive memuat informasi tentang pesantren dalam menguatkan literasi dalam membangun jiwa santri membaca.

Abstract

This study aims to assess how well the Academic Supervision Program is being implemented in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) curriculum. The study employs a qualitative research methodology and concentrates on the assessment process's planning, formative, summative, and procedural phases. This approach is applied to assess the program at TK Al-Alif in Tokke Village, Malangke Subdistrict, Luwu Utara Regency. The findings reveal that the academic supervision conducted by the head of TK Al-Alif includes (a) understanding the concepts, principles, and foundational theories of creative and innovative learning, (b) guiding teachers in developing syllabi for each developmental domain, (c) assisting teachers in selecting and utilizing strategies to enhance students' diverse potentials, (d) mentoring teachers in implementing practical learning activities, and (e) supporting teachers in managing and utilizing technology to expand their knowledge. Additionally, the supervision program employs a mentoring method, which effectively addresses teachers' challenges and proves to be a suitable strategy for improving learning quality. The evaluation of the academic supervision program encompasses (a) context evaluation, (b) input evaluation, (c) process evaluation, and (d) product evaluation. The impact of this supervision is reflected in enhanced teacher creativity, with detailed planning that includes setting objectives, identifying targets, organizing activities, and scheduling supervision timelines.

Abstract

This study examines the concept and strategy of mental development of students at MTs Al-Muhdariyah Tokke Village, Malangke District, North Luwu Regency. The concept of mental development applied focuses on the process of internalizing moral values, by actualizing these values ​​to students. This research is a qualitative study. Research Results Students are given a deep understanding of the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence through the appreciation of moral values. The strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in mental development include several approaches. 1) providing opportunities for students to apply the knowledge that has been taught. 2) supervision that is directive without dictating students, providing space for independence. 3) practicing and cultivating Islamic values ​​is the core of the strategy. This acculturation involves various aspects, such as moral beliefs as the foundation of character, the Qur'an and hadith as a guide to life, fiqh as a guide to practical worship, and dates (history of Islamic culture) as a means of understanding science based on Islamic history. Mental development at MTs Al-Muhdariyah Tokke Village is carried out through the internalization of moral values ​​which emphasize the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

This study describes the relationship between the Maccera Tasi ritual and the economy of the Tokke Village community, using a phenomenological and ethnographic approach. Ritual values, use of historical space, community activities, beliefs, and historical values ​​affect the socio-economics of the community. Data were collected through interviews with village heads, religious leaders, traditional leaders, and the community. The results of the study show that the Maccera Tasi tradition has a sacred position and has a strong influence in society, especially when the fishing and harvest seasons arrive. This ritual increases the optimism and gratitude of fishermen, which has an impact on the catch. In addition, Maccera Tasi boosts the local economy by attracting tourists, thereby increasing community income. In addition, the relationship between religion and culture in the Maccera Tasi ritual is a complex and interesting area of ​​study, which offers the main findings and distinctions of this study that the Maccera Tasi Ritual has a dual function, namely as a cultural expression and religious practice. Culturally, this ritual strengthens social solidarity and the identity of the maritime community. Religiously, this ritual is a means to get closer to God and ask for protection from danger at sea

Abstract

This study aims to examine the symbolic values and social functions of the dowry tradition in Bugis wedding rituals, by highlighting its integration with Islamic principle, especially maqashid al-syariah. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data sources obtained through in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and community leaders. The results of the study indicate that the dowry tradition in Bugis weddings contains deep symbolic values and carries out significant social functions in strengthening family ties and preserving customs. Furthermore, this study identified that the integration of Maqashid Al-Syariah values in Bugis wedding practices is going well through the Islamization of culture. Bugis wedding traditions are not found to be in conflict with Islamic law and are believed to bring benefits to husband and wife. This marriage custom is categorized as al-'dah as-sahihah or al-urf as-sahih, which is a good custom that can be used as a legal consideration based on the fiqh principle of al-adah muhakkamah. This study concludes that a deep understanding of the symbolic value and social function of dowry money within the framework of Islamic values provides a rich perspective on the harmony between local traditions and religious teachings.

Abstract

Quality human resources (HR) are crucial assets for the progress of the nation. Islamic philanthropic institutions, such as the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), have great potential in contributing to improving the quality of HR. This study aims to analyze the role of BAZNAS Banten Province in efforts to improve HR in Indonesia through the programs it runs. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with BAZNAS Banten Province administrators, program beneficiaries, and documentation studies related to HR empowerment programs. The results of the study indicate that BAZNAS Banten Province is active in implementing various programs oriented towards improving HR, including education, skills training, and economic empowerment. These programs have a positive impact on improving the knowledge, skills, and standard of living of mustahik, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of HR at the regional and national levels. This study recommends strengthening the synergy between BAZNAS, the government, and other civil society organizations to optimize the role of Islamic philanthropic institutions in HR development in Indonesia

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education management has a vital role in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in students. Through the development of an adaptive curriculum, increasing the capacity of educators, creating a conducive environment, and partnerships with various parties, Islamic boarding schools can be at the forefront of producing a generation of Muslims who are noble, have broad insights, and are able to maintain harmony and peace in a pluralistic society. Abstract

Sebuah organisasi kelas dunia dengan kinerja unggul setidaknya memiliki lima karakteristik utama, yaitu memiliki kompetensi, kemampuan beradaptasi, budaya kualitas, inovasi, dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan manajemen strategis dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan lembaga pendidikan melalui manajemen strategis di SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi pendidikan. Beberapa langkah yang dapat diambil meliputi analisis lingkungan dan kebutuhan, perumusan visi dan misi yang jelas, pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pendidik, penyediaan sarana dan sumber daya, kerja sama dengan industri dan lembaga terkait, evaluasi dan umpan balik yang berkelanjutan, serta pemasaran dan promosi yang efektif. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah manajemen strategis tersebut, SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang memiliki potensi untuk bertransformasi menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang lebih responsif terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan di dunia pendidikan maupun dunia kerja.
